Pisces and Sagittarius people are not always lucky as they say. They go through the most problematic, heart-shattering events which test their ability to remain optimistic. It's like Jupiter makes them go through tough times before bestowing them with good luck.

However, for Sag and pisces rising, things are different. Jupiter might actually bestow them with good luck for a long period of time, only for them to go through tough times later. (Seen it with my own eyes.)

Capricorn sun and moon people are as social as Gemini and Libra can be. It's like they actively look for company so they don't end up with their thoughts alone.

Aries men--the unevolved ones, are overbearing to a fault. Sometimes when they try to help, they actually come off as assholes and just plain rude.

Leo moons are actually pretty shy and introverted. It's only after a few meetings do they get comfortable.

While I've read that Aquarius people are aloof and detached, that might not always be the case. I have seven friends with Aquarius sun, moon, mercury, rising and venus, and they are the most clingy people I've ever met. Some even ended up sabotaging their relationships and friendships because of their clinginess.

However, being the sister sign of Leo, they have to go through this phase in order to see the bigger picture and see humanity as a whole and not just one person. It's only after losing people do they realise their purpose, which is standing out and set trends.

I think the intuition and spiritual senses of fire signs are often overlooked. They are often guided by their intuitions, especially Leo.

Super duper sorry i ended up procrastinating really hard and i guess god took issue with that because he struck me down with multiple QAs and a Feelings crisis but the tests are over and I finally managed to sit down and finish Raph's part- seriously i struggled with him and mikey a lot but i guess it was kinda worth it in the end because Raph has an entire 110 more words to his part than the other three- hopefully it makes up for my lack of knowledge of his character. You’ll probably have to do a lot of tests, including possibly a blood draw but I’m no medical expert- since I headcanon Leo to be the medic he’ll probably end up helping too

After he finally puts the pieces together, he’ll start working with Leo to engineer a medicine to help suppress your allergic reaction, and maybe even be able to get rid of it entirely

Also anon you’re very right, you may be subjected to becoming the human pincushion of allergy shots while he figures it out. It’s safe. No it won’t kill you. Yes he made sure. Just, uh, maybe don’t ask your best friend their opinion on needles for a while….

In the meantime, he completely hates the current situation. He finally meets someone that he’s (mostly) fine with touching him, and they CAN’T TOUCH HIM without a HAZMAT SUIT. Just the worst. Awful times.

Normally, he’d have you around almost always, but, unfortunately, that’s currently not ideal.

Starts trying to keep things extra clean around the lair for you. Also everything that can be sanitized is sanitized. Good luck in the cleanliness prison after you get kidnapped later on.

The best about keeping distance, since he already wasn't super touchy before this whole situation. While he might tap you on the arm or something once or twice, it's nothing serious and you won't have a problem with him on that front.

Going back to the hazmat suit real quick, while it does do its job well, it's definitely not the most comfortable thing to wear, and you'll probably end up getting too hot pretty quick, so chances are you won't willingly be wearing it all too often. Donnie may occasionally force you to wear it, but otherwise you (usually) just... don't have to.

He’s the one who finds out you’re allergic. It was an accident he SWEARS. He only wanted to give you a pat on the arm when April first introduced you to them! How could he have known you’d get hives where he touched you?

At least he knows how to treat it. He managed to guide April through treating it, after which he sulked while rereading some Jupiter Jim comics.

Has a personal grudge against your immune system for daring to make you allergic to him. How dare your cells get mad about him.

When Donnie tells him that he might have “a fix, bro”, Leo jumps at the opportunity- oh thank god, he can finally hug you!

…Doesn’t mean he’s not super bad at focusing on actually working on it. Don’t worry, he’ll fix it eventually, just have a little patience.

Honestly, this is your chance to BOOK IT away from them, because none of them are as clingy as they will be after your allergies are cured/suppressed, which gives you more time to leave New York before things go from bad to worse.

Anyway, Leo’s about as clingy as he can be without physically clinging onto you for hours on end. Constantly hanging around you, like a ghost haunting their killer, except you’re not the one who kills people.

He might end up using your allergy to try and manipulate you away from his brothers. Mikey keeps forgetting to keep distance, Donnie’s suffocating and makes you wear a hazmat suit, and Raph almost treats you like a sopping wet cat that he has to take care of, so why not just stay with him? 

As much as he likes to criticize Mikey for forgetting, sometimes, particularly early on, he gets a little too close, and your allergies flare up, and while he does genuinely feel kinda bad, he will exaggerate his remorse for sympathy from you. He genuinely does try and apologize for it later, and he probably portals you two somewhere nice and gets you a couple of trinkets you like or find useful.

Mikey

Absolutely heartbroken!

His love is allergic to him! This is awful!

2nd most panicked when they first find out. Is their new friend ok? Did they mess up?

If you have a low tolerance for pain/allergic reaction symptoms and cry a little he probably will too. High empathy, man…

He’s really understanding after everything’s resolved and they figure out you’re allergic to them. He tries his best to keep a fair amount of distance between you and him, but he tends to naturally be physically affectionate, so there may be a slight adjustment period. He really doesn’t mean harm though.

He occasionally tries to bring you something from the mystic city that he thinks would be safe- a small figurine, maybe a sketchbook if you also like doing art, if he manages to bargain for/steal a piece of jewelry, he’ll also give that to you.

As I mentioned before, Mikey’s pretty big on physical touch, but since that’s off limits (for now) he’ll try to show you affection in any other way he can think of

Mostly quality time. He likes to take you with him when he explores through the sewers/city to spraypaint a couple of blank walls, and he’ll probably get you to try it too, and regardless of your skill level he’ll tell you it’s great

After Donnie and Leo finish making the cure, Mikey squeezes the LIFE out of you- he doesn’t mean to practically strangle you, but he’s fairly strong and he got excited, so he does feel a little bad afterwards.

Will decorate the hazmat suit Donnie gave you if you let him. He'll put stickers on it that match his and draw fun patterns that may or may not relate to him in some way. Maybe the spots he has, or the face on his knee pads. It's pretty endearing, even if his brothers may occasionally glare at him. In Mikey's opinion, if they're really that jealous, they should add something themselves.

Raph

And the award for most paranoid goes to….

Ok but really, he’s the most overbearing about it. This probably isn’t a surprise, but it’s still something I've gotta mention.

You don’t really have to worry about Donnie making you wear the hazmat suit- he gets it, not a fun sensory experience- other than a couple stand-out occasions, but you will have to convince Raph fairly often that you’ll be fine without it.

To be fair, it’s partially because he also forgets not to touch you sometimes, and while he’s better about it than Mikey and most of the time Leo, he’s also self-aware and protective enough that he’d rather be safe than sorry.

If you’re having an allergic reaction, he’ll either get Leo/Donnie/April to help you, or go find the hazmat suit Donnie made him a while ago when Splinter got sick and then help you himself

There’s a chance he might not do great though, as he’s not always the best under pressure and tends to panic when the people he loves are hurt or in some sort of extreme situation, especially when it comes to you (seriously, he treats you like a porcelain doll), but you can be reassured that he’ll do his absolute best to make you safe and comfortable.

Feels terrible after, pampers you a lot after the ordeal. Every time, not just the first few.

If he wasn’t the one who caused it, then he’s definitely pissed at whichever of his brothers made your allergies flare up. He won’t kill them, and he won’t lose it and drop kick them into tomorrow (yet. If they ever intentionally trigger your allergies he might snap some bones) but there will be a noticeable irritation and tension for at least the next few weeks between him and them.

He’s super excited after Donnie and Leo finish the allergy shots! I personally headcanon him to be the second touchiest of the brothers (Mikey being the most touchy, of course) so there’ll be a lot more casual touch between you two after. Hugs, headpats, you get the idea. If you try to tell him to stop, he’ll be very upset, though doing his best to understand, he will try to respect your wishes.. Before going right back to it after a week tops. Sometimes he genuinely does forget, after all, he does have a fair amount on his plate, but sometimes he does intentionally wait until he thinks he can get away with it again before jumping right back to how things were before. He’ll vehemently deny it, but no matter what happens, you’ll likely never really get him to stop for an extended period of time.

Summary: Seeing Yuu slightly overworked and complaining about his Magicless Body, Azu attempts to trap in him a contract. Will Yuu agree to the contract? What does Azu want? What are the conditions if Yuu doesn't hold up his end of the deal?

[After a rather filling breakfast, Azu lounged in the large bathtub, keeping his sensitive skin and tentacles moist. Well... He was trying to relax, but his mind went to the Prefect of Ramshackle who had been taking care of all the Overblots since they were separated from their Original Bodies. Azu had been noticing how the Overblots reacted to Yuu, mainly Leo & Ri, who were rather clingy and overprotective of the Magicless Prefect. Speaking Yuu's Magicless Trait, Azu noticed how tired Yuu was after the day of attending classes with Grim and doing the Headmage's Work, as well as work around the school for the petty amounts of Madols and Thaumarks that the Headmage was throwing at him. Azu was thinking about how he could use this information to his advantage when the door opened and Yuu walked into the bathroom, covered from shoulders to feet soil and his black hair more messy than it normally was.]

Yuu (Walking over to the sink and grabbing a bar of hand soap): Sorry for coming in unannounced, Azu, but the bathroom is currently being used and I need to get washed up so I can make dinner. (Turns on the water and starts washing his hands)

Azu: That's quite alright, Prefect. It would seem that you were rather...busy. Did the Headmage have you digging new flowerbeds in the Botanical Gardens, again?

Yuu: No, I was doing something else. (Exhales)

Azu (Raises an eyebrow with a small smirk on his face): You see rather tired, Prefect. Are you certain you have enough energy to make dinner for all of us tonight?

Yuu (Drying his face and hands with a towel): Honestly, I am very tired, but I refuse to rest until all my boys are full and relaxed themselves.

Azu: 'Your Boys'? You consider us your boys even though we all tried to kill you?

Yuu: Just as I told Ri and Leo, it's not your fault you guys overblotted in the first place.

Azu (Stares at Yuu for a while): Do you think your life would be easier here if you had magic of your own?

Yuu: (Chuckles): There were so many moments where I thought life would be easier for me if I was from Wonderland or had magic of my own, but I am a simple Magicless Human and I have to deal with it.

Azu: What if you don't have to deal with that? What if you could change that?

Yuu (Looks at Azu): What are you getting at?

Azu (Smiles): Make a deal with me, Prefect.

[Just then: A Golden Contract appears in front of Yuu's face, making him jump slightly back before he looked over at Azu, who was waving a Fishbone Pen in his right hand.]

Yuu (Grabs the Golden Contract and starts reading it before looking over at the Smirking Azu): What is the meaning of this?

Azu: It's clear that you want to be like the rest of us: Magical and Powerful. I can grant you that - A magical core and magic of your own...if you can complete the terms of my contract.

Yuu (Reading the Terms with a raised eyebrow): You want a Saltwater Pool/Pond at least 7 to 8 Feet Deep, with concrete floor and walls, constructed in a timespan of...4 Days?! (Looks at Azu) Digging a hole that deep is going to take at least 2 days!

Azu (Smirking): I am a very impatient man, Prefect. I've been in this small tub for a very long time and I want to be able to swim.

Yuu (Looking at the contract): Failure to do so will result in... (Looking at Azu) Seriously? That's what you want in return if I fail to meet the conditions of the contract? That of all things?

Azu: Yes - that's the one thing I have wanted since coming here. So... (Holding up the Fishbone Pen) Do we have a deal, Prefect?

[Yuu looks at the pen for a moment...before smirking at Azu, grabbing the pen, and signing his name on the bottom of the contract before handing it back to Azu; who looks rather shocked that Yuu signed it.]

Yuu (Smirking): See you soon, Azu. (Walks out of the bathroom)

Azu (Chuckling to himself): Oh... You will give me what I want, Prefect, and once I have it, I won't let anyone else take it away from me.

Ri (Looks at everyone as he lowers his fork from his mouth): Has anyone seen Yuu?

Leo: You're right. He served dinner and left rather quickly. He didn't even want to eat with us...

Idi: Is something wrong with the Prefect? What would have him so panicked?

Mal (Looking at Azu's Smirking Face as he eats): You did something to the Magicless Child, didn't you?

Azu (Sitting in a large clay Octopus Pot that is halfway filled with saltwater): What makes you say that, Mal?

Mal: That devious smirk on your face. What have you done to the Magicless Child?

Azu: I haven't done anything to him... However, we did make a deal.

Ri (Standing up and glaring at Azu): You trapped my brother in a contract with you?! What did you offer him?!

Azu: I offered to make him like us - Magical.

Jami: You can do that?

Azu: Of course. There is nothing the contracts cannot do. I will give him a magic core and magic of his own if he can give me what I want in 4 Days... If not, well... I will get the one thing I wanted since I met him.

Leo: Are you planning to steal Ramshackle away from him, just like you tried to do the first moment you met him?!

Azu: Of course not, I'm no longer interested in Ramshackle. What I want...is something more valuable than Ramshackle or any kind of Unique Magic I could gain.

Jami: What are you after?

Azu: Wouldn't you like to know, Snake?

[Azu sat in the bathtub in his room with a smirk on his face: He just had to wait a few more hours until the contract's time limit expired and the one thing he desired would be his. Sure, he felt wrong tricking the Prefect into signing the contract knowing that he was never going to finish the task in less than 4 days, but he was doing this for his own selfishness...and the Prefect's Well-Being. Yuu wouldn't understand it at first but as time went on, he would understand and forgive him. All he needed was time. Suddenly, the door opened and Yuu walked in with Azu's Octopus Pot on a wheeled cart with a smile on his face.]

Yuu: I have something to show you, Azu.

[Azu didn't have time to question Yuu as the Prefect walked over to him, wrapped his arms around his waist firmly but tenderly, lifted him out of the tub, and placed him in the pot before wheeling him out of the room, down the hall and out the back door that led into the empty field behind Ramshackle... Well, it wasn't empty anymore.]

[There were two pools about 20 Feet wide each that too up the space of the yard and both of there were lined with lights on the concrete surfaces of each pool so people could see even if they were swimming in the dark. There was a sign near the pool on the left that said 'Azu's Pool'. Yuu wheeled Azu over to the pool and lifted him out of the pot before gently placing him in the warm water, leaving Azu shocked; it was everything he asked for but how did Yuu manage to do it with only a few hours to spare.]

Yuu: What do you think?

Azu: It's... It's perfect, but I don't understand. How did you manage to do all of this within 4 days?! I was certain that you were going to fail!

Yuu (Smiles with a raised eyebrow): Oh, you wanted me to fail, just like how you wanted me to the first time I signed a contract with you?

Azu: I... I...

Yuu: Azu, I am not angry with you. When I saw your Failure Condition, I knew that you just wanted to have something with you: Your Failure Condition was me becoming your Blood Brother.

Azu: (Looks at the water)

Yuu (Places his hand on Azu's head): You didn't need a contract for that, My Octopi. If you want me to be your brother, I don't mind. I'll be your little brother. (Smiling at Azu)

Azu: (Looking up at Yuu with wide eyes)

Yuu: Okay, let's get you back in your pot so I can go make dinner. (Puts Azu back into Octopus Pot)

Azu (Looks at Yuu intently):...

Yuu: Why are you looking at me like that?

Ri (Looking around the living room): Where is Yuu?

Leo (Looking in the Kitchen): He's not in the kitchen making dinner. Where could our little brother be?

Yuu (In the Backyard): AHHHHHH!!!

[Ri and Leo run through the house and out the backyard door to see Azu trying to pull Yuu into his Octopus Pot with his tentacles: Yuu's legs are kicking outside the opening of the pot.]

Likes to hang out with you a lot one on one. He doesn’t want to share you with your other friends.

Gets mad easily if you can’t hang out with him because of your other friends or family plans.

You’re his friend, you should be hanging out with him!

Tries to make plans with you for almost every day of the year. You can’t hang out with other people if you’re scheduled for a bake off with Mikey that day.

Has a tracker on you and your phone. Has the ‘Donnie Blocker’ on your phone like April’s, as well as some possible spyware.

Still doesn’t like touch, would rather have you hang out with him and help him in his lab.

Shows off a lot in front of you. You’re his best friend, and he doesn’t want you to get bored and find someone else.

Won’t take responsibility for anything he does that is inherently ‘wrong’.

If you have arguments, he ignores you for days, trying to make you feel bad. He’ll whine and complain to his brothers and April, hoping his sorrow gets back to you.

If he sees you as a sibling, it’s mostly the same as how he treats Mikey. You get special treatment, but unlike Mikey, you’re never really left alone. Whether it’s Donnie or his tech, you’re always accompanied. He doesn't want anything to happen to you, after all.

Raph:

Is still really over protective. Treats you like a more fragile Mikey.

He refuses to let you join along on missions or patrols, even if it should be a rather safe one.

Takes control of the friendship in a way? Is constantly trying to build the trust between the both of you and strengthen the friendship.

Raph tries to keep you from hurting yourself, but he ends up acting like an overbearing mother. Everything you do is judged by Raph, and he worries more than he should about your safety.

Practically suffocates you with his concern, never letting you do anything he deems ‘dangerous’.

Insists on sleepovers whenever he can convince you, and drags you into the turtle piles with his brothers.

As far as Raph is concerned, you’re family. Family gets dragged into turtle piles.

Dotes on you like an older brother. Is fairly aggressive with your friends that he deems ‘unsuitable’.

He’s constantly interested in what’s going on in your life, and always asks questions and tries to get a good read on any drama you have.

Will just… Pick you up. Like he does to his brothers, if he deems you not going somewhere fast enough, he’ll just hoist you into his arms and carry you there. Gets sad if you fight it.

Doesn’t like it when you get mad at him or try to set boundaries. Can’t you see everything he’s doing is just for your well being? He only wants to keep you safe, it’s his duty as a brother, and a friend.

Is the most likely after Mikey to see you as a sibling. You’re his family, and it’s his job to keep his family safe. You just need extra protection. You(most likely) weren’t training since you were a tot in ninjutsu.

Because of how much you stayed over already, Raph made sure you had a spare room. One day, you just couldn’t leave the room. Or the lair.

But why would you try to run? Family sticks together, after all.

Leo:

Constantly jealous of your other friends.

He doesn’t get to talk to and make bonds with a lot of humans, so he’s really overprotective of his friendship with you.

Especially if he starts to see you as a sibling.

However, Leo is the least likely to end up genuinely believing you’re related. He’ll see you as an honorary sibling, but he knows you’re not actually related.

Still guilt trips you, especially if you go to hang out with your other friends instead of him. He makes a whole fuss on how you should be spending time with him instead. He’s a mutant after all, it’s not like he has anyone else.

Leo gets all pouty when you ignore him while you're visiting the lair, constantly trying to get your attention away from his brothers. You’re his best friend, not theirs.

Will bribe his brothers to leave the lair when you come over. It’s his job as your best friend to keep you happy and make sure you’re having fun. How can he do that when his brothers are always around, taking your attention away from him?

Will actually drag you along on the less dangerous missions/light patrols. He purely wants to show off to you or start a competition with you. His brothers don’t mind, as long as it doesn't end up compromising the mission.

You know that blood bond thing, where you cut a wound and press the cuts together to mix blood? Yeah, Leo wants you both to do that.

“It’s just a thing friends do to bond, why are you being so weird about it? Oh please, don’t tell me you’re a chicken.”

Is the definition of ‘gaslight, gatekeep, guilt trip, girlboss’.

You don’t get a moment of peace with him. He’s constantly dragging you around to go do stuff together. 

He’s terrified of losing you. You’re his best friend, his rock, his ally. You’re always there for him, he needs you. Honestly, it’s your fault for giving him so much attention. Just stay his best friend forever. He promises to let you pick the movie this time.

I don't know if I'll write a full thing for this soon, but I had the thought that if/whenever MC gets her period after meeting the ferals- they are just terribly confused. A week before it actually starts, the turtles suddenly get even more clingy than before towards MC- Raph's corralling gets worse, Leo and Donnie are following you around endlessly fighting to keep your attention on one or the other- and Mikey when he has the chance is clinging to you like a koala.

To them, they don't understand the prospect of a period at first- so when they catch whiff of MC ovulating, their first thought is that MC is going through heat. That is why they become clinger, more protective, fighting more for your attention. It's their way of trying to prove themselves to MC, but also keeping them safe by keeping them at home or following everywhere MC goes on the rare chance they do let her go outside. Humans be damned, they will not let you get hurt under no circumstances. Imagine four giant guard dogs but created with the intention of war.. and are humanoid turtles. When the actual period starts, nothing much changes other than the turtle's actions become more doting. May sound cute right? It may be for the first couple of hours, but them trying to take care of you all at once while also not understanding a thing about human biology can get pretty old and suffocating really fast.

Having cramps that make you show physical pain? Prepare to have panicking turtles smothering you trying to figure out what is wrong and where the wound is. Feeling off by the fluctuation of hormones? They are trying everything to comfort you and get more confused if they ever get snapped at when their hovering finally gets to you.

God forbid they ever find any blood anywhere. Mikey and Raph are crying. Leo is trying to do a full body examination to try and find your supposed injuries and Donnie is heavily overstimulated by the idea that you could be dying and is either panickily tearing up the house trying to find anything that could help keep you alive or is holding you in a death grip thinking that this is the last time he gets to see you living.

Needless to say... You will have to explain a lot to them, so they don't freak out as bad in the future. They are horrified to learn that you experience this every month.

Leonardo feels he should act like a hero towards his darling. Since he was young he's been inspired by the leaders in his TV shows. All noble heroes with their teams.

Leonardo would prioritize his darling's safety in his obsession, once that is secured, he wants his darling to know he loves them.

Leonardo is delusional and obsessive with making your "relationship" just like the stuff he's seen in his shows. He is very caring and often puts you first. He's physically and verbally affectionate, often sitting beside you to talk or watch something together.

Even though he most likely kidnapped you to "keep you safe" because he "loves you".

Leo is an intense yandere due to being delusional and overprotective.

He can sometimes be overbearing with affection but isn't intense in terms of violence.

Cruelty: How would they treat their darling once abducted? Would they mock them?

He tries to keep the amount of blood he spills for you down.

Leonardo still wants to be a hero, he has a feeling of justice. This means he tries to keep lethal combat to a minimum. If it was life or death, he'll do what he must.

Even with jealousy he may lash out a bit but tries not to let his anger consume him.

He tries to treat you like you two are partners now if you weren't already. He keeps up this little role of playing your "boyfriend" regardless of how familiar you are with him.

Leonardo keeps you in a nice room underground, he gives you things he knows you'd like, he feeds you, he helps with hygiene, he even provides affection like a good partner should... right?

There's just one glaring error...

He's kidnapped you and forced you to be in a relationship.

He can treat you as humanely as he wants, you'll still be in an unwelcome situation.

Leo would never mock you.

He tries not to, he still respects you despite what he's done.

Exposed: How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling?

He's vulnerable around you I'd say. He likes to cuddle up to you and ramble about his interests. He genuinely loves you despite his... flaws that you can't ignore.

Upset and a bit betrayed. He finds it a bit frustrating and disappointing that you don't reciprocate. He thought you understood why he was doing all of this?

Seeing him kill for you is what first comes to mind. He doesn't fatally wound someone often, much less enjoy it. Which is why it's unnerving to see.

But seeing the mutant covered in blood while standing over a body would engrave itself in your mind if you caught it.

His eyes look so empty. The blood drips down his skin like thick paint. The smell... is unbearable.

He doesn't look like himself. When he looks back at you? His gaze is filled with obsession and a smile graces his lips. He's done this for you.

He acts like nothing is wrong!

It's horrifying.

He wants to protect you and maybe even consider marriage. If that's possible between you two, that is.... He's a bit of a romantic at times.

Jealousy: Do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope?

Yes he gets jealous. Sometimes he gets snappy but isn't usually violent. Leo tries to use meditation to calm his jealousy instead of violence.

Kisses: How do they act around or with their darling?

Love letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?

He's very caring and tries to be respectful. He loves to hug you and ask you how you're doing. If you allow him, he'd kiss you all over to show you he loves you.

He's overprotective and often prioritizes your safety over your happiness. Other than that he really does try to be a good boyfriend for you. Despite the whole... yandere situation.

Mask: Are their true colors drastically different from the way they act around everyone else?

He'd stalk you after meeting you through April or someone. Even after you become friends he'd probably continue to watch you because he feels it's his heroic duty.

Leonardo wants to try and take it slow for the most part. He prefers it if you love him naturally and drops subtle little hints to show his feelings.

Things like compliments or suggestions, maybe even a few gifts. He tends to be physically affectionate yet also uses words to convey how he feels.

He tries to keep things tame... until something sparks his yandere behavior and he goes off the deep end.

Isolation and starvation seem like his style. He doesn't want to hurt you physically and wants you to rely on him. This form of punishment fulfills what he wants.

When you learn your "lesson" he apologizes to you. He feels horrible but you made him so upset.

He tries not to take many.

Patience: How patient are they with their darling?

He's very patient.

Quit: If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on?

Regret: Would they ever feel guilty about abducting their darling? Would they ever let their darling go?

I don't think he could in either scenario. He cares for you and loves you a lot. If he lost you somehow he may have a mental breakdown.

He may recover... with lots and lots of time... but that's hard to say.

Not sure, I'd say trauma since he and his brothers have been through a lot.

He immediately tries to help even if he's the problem. He hates seeing you cry or uncomfortable. He holds you close and whispers comforting words in your ears while rocking back and forth.

He just wants you both happy.

He's a bit lucid but not fully.

Vice: What weakness can their darling exploit in order to escape?

This is a common weakness but giving into his delusions. If you show him that you understand where he's coming from and reassure him things will be okay somehow... you may see freedom again.

Never intentionally.

A lot. He isn't full worship yandere but he cares for you close to that amount. Donnie may be more of a worship yandere than Leo but he has a little of the trait.

Leo would go to great lengths to have you to himself and would go to great lengths to show you how much he loves you.

Zenith: Would they ever break their darling?

Hm... Leo may snap and kidnap you due to a traumatic event. So he'll act normal if not overly affectionate with you until such an event happens. Which is usually anything that threatens the life of you and him.

Then he snaps.

Chapter 22: Running Low on A Ninja's Greatest Weapon

Food is slopped into a meager bowl and tossed into the cage. Mikey flinches at the clattering sound, and how the mushed-up, mashed-up slimy brown gloop splashes onto his arm and foot.

"Mealtime, beastie," the worker says.

Mikey retches at the smell and consistency. But he won't get anything else. He drags himself over to the bowl and starts licking it up like the animal he is.

The food makes him gag, he almost vomits. Mikey starts to cry. He doesn't want to eat this disgusting slop, it makes him sick. But if he doesn't eat it... he'll starve. Mikey sobs as he forces himself to choke the gruel down. He manages to finish half the bowl before he feels the bile start to rise up his throat.

No more. Can't do any more. Can't eat anymore.

Mikey pushes the bowl as far away from him as he can. He has to lie down now. Has to stop the awful sick feeling in his stomach.

Mikey curls into himself and cries silently. If he makes too much noise while the humans are in here, they will hurt him. With the ice gun, with the cattle prod, with their boots or bare hands. Mikey can't cry too loudly. But he cries all the same, silent tears trickling down his cheeks.

He wants to leave. He wants to go home.

“…Please… when can I go home?”

“My poor, delusional creature… this is your home, now.”

Raph smacks the back of Donnie’s head.

“Stop messing with Mikey! He’s already hurtin' enough with his teeth!”

Donnie rubs his head and grumbles.

“All of you made me think I was a bird with mine! I knocked over everything in my lab!”

“Mikey is way too sensitive, you know you can’t-”

“Home,” Mikey interrupts Leo, making grabby hands towards Donnie.

Donnie’s heart squeezes.

“….Okay. That got me. Sorry, Michael.” He walks over.

Mikey pulls him into a hug and presses his swollen cheek against Donnie’s.

“Home.”

The memory washes over Donatello like rainfall, soft and slow and sad.

He's playing a few of the videos of Mikey's wisdom teeth removal from before the Shredder's attack last year. They'd discovered a clinic in the Hidden City that would do it for them, using mystic anesthetics to numb the face and put them into a comfortable sleeping spell. The spells were basically exactly the same as a medical anesthetic, just without the shot or the fact that they had to not eat for 8 hours before. But the after effects were hilarious and lasted most of the day.

Raph had gone first, and his reaction caused him to be clingy and cuddle everyone he saw, refusing to let go. After he'd recovered, Leon went next, and that was how they discovered Leo was a crier when under the influence. He sobbed all day, blubbering at the littlest things -- like when Mikey gave him soup, or Raph tripped and stubbed his toe in front of him, or while watching a Lou Jitsu movie with his family, etc. Once Leo could eat solid foods again, Donnie had his wisdom teeth removed. He'd been on the moon, wild and boisterous and incredibly susceptible; apparently his brothers had taken advantage of this and pranked him into believing that he'd been transformed into a majestic bird. Mikey's reaction was somewhat similar, he'd been very loopy but didn't talk as much. He hallucinated a few things, and was incredibly invested in everything that he was handed, everything felt like a new discovery.

Donnie smirks at the video playing, where Mikey is holding him loosely and rubbing his cheek across Donnie's face.

Tears start dripping off of his chin. He sniffles, rubbing his nose to keep the snot from getting on his keypad.

He needs to get back to work. He needs to make the fix for Michael...

It's been a rough couple of days for him. He feels like he's been neglecting poor Angelo, but this is for him! It's... it'll all be worth it in the end...

It was a huge step for him to admit that he couldn't figure it out on his own and needed help from Draxum. After all, he was the original mutator, he'd have some advice on the process, wouldn't he?

He'd taken a look at Donnie's samples and analysis of Mike's DNA, and had noted that the formulas they used to initiate the mutations were eerily similar to Draxum's oozesquitos. But they were missing key ingredients, specifically some mystic components and a certain action star's DNA remnants that helped to create the humanoid features and keep their sanity.

Which explained a few traits Mikey had been showing.

But Draxum gave some... rather disappointing insights as well. And Donnie has been considering these insights...

...He needs a quick break. Donnie walks out and grabs another coffee mixed with energy drink. The over-caffeinated beverage was outlawed by Splinter and Raph years ago, but Donnie busts out the contraband on special occasions where sleep must be avoided at all costs.

He roams aimlessly through the halls... well, that's not true. He has aim. He just feels lost as he walks to Mikey's room. He takes the jar of glowing purple slime and starts rubbing Mikey's head with it. Mikey moans in his sleep, saying something or other about a 'test'. Dee's not sure, he doesn't really hear it... he wanders out once the glow vanishes and Mikey absorbs the salve.

Donnie stumbles out of the room and past Raph and Leo's traincars. Raph sounds like he's doing something in his own room. Leo's traincar still hasn't been repaired yet, despite Dee's promises to fix the giant hole punched there by Raph months ago. The curtain is half-open, and he can see Leon pulling his striped pajama bottoms up as he gets ready for bed.

Donnie half wants to talk about what happened the other night. He knows they did 'art therapy' or something, but no one has told him what said therapy entailed. He doesn't like being kept out of the loop...

He takes a deep swig of his unholy caffeinated beverage and hisses from how it burns his throat. Ah well, he can ask them later. He has work to do.

Donnie meanders back into his labs, S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N.2.0 is waiting for him.

"Yo, dude! You got more of that sludge, huh?" he says as he hovers over Dee's shoulders.

"It's not 'sludge', S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N., it's my life-giving antidote," Donnie corrects.

"Whatever you say, Donnie," the robot says with an eyeroll. "I guess this means another all-nighter?"

"...I have to find the cure," Donnie grumbles, plopping himself down in his chair with a slouch.

"That's three nights in a row, Dee," S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N. nervously informs. "That's not exactly healthy, bro..."

"I'll be fine," Donnie argues impatiently. "I just... need to find... the fix..."

Raph went to check on Mikey after he realized that he forgot to administer the memory-sauce-thing.

He quickly goes into Mikey's room and starts massaging the purple goo onto Mikey's head. The little brother murmurs something in his sleep, his brow furrows softly. Mikey's grip on his blanket tautens. Raph wonders what memory Mikey is seeing now... he shrugs it off, giving Mikey a quick kiss goodnight and sauntering away. Raph doesn't usually wake up this late, but several days of stress have caused a grueling sleep schedule.

He takes up an old habit he started a few years ago, of checking in on his brothers when they sleep.

Mikey is fine. A bit tense in his sleep, but otherwise cucumber cool.

He looks in on Leo. His insomnia is as cruel as ever, and he's laying in bed reading comics.

Next is Donnie, and though Raph hopes for the best, he knows that the self-proclaimed genius is probably in his labs. He peeks into his room. The bed hasn't been slept in for days.

Dang it, Donnie.

"Don? Donnie? Yo, Dee, wake up."

Donnie wasn't asleep. Was he? His eyes were open, but... he wasn't paying attention.

Raph is shaking him by the shoulders. He looks concerned.

"Oh. Raphala. When, uh... when'd you get here?"

"A minute ago," he says softly as he examines Donnie's eyes. "You okay? You look like a vampire."

"I will be... I am fine," he groans, rubbing his fingers between his brows. "Just... you don't have to stay, you can leave..."

"Donnie, when was the last time you got any sleep?" Raph questions.

Shoot. Frick. Dang it. All the cuss words he's not allowed to say. Of course Raph would ask, and Donnie can't lie to save his life. It's even worse when he's sleep deprived.

"...Come back tomorrow, and we'll try to get to you at our earliest convenience..."

"Donnie. That isn't an answer."

"Okay, uh... I don't... I don't remember... I slept a little this morning."

Raph's Raph-Chasm furrows exponentially.

"Dee. Maybe we should take a break and give it a rest for tonight?"

"I can't," he says quickly, returning his focus to his work. "I have to finish this line of data..."

"It'll still be there tomorrow. But for now you're going to bed, mister."

"I CAN'T," Donnie hisses at him. "I have to fix this... and..."

"You can and you will," Raph says, pulling Donnie's chair away from the desk as a warning. The next threat is he will physically carry him over his shoulder to bed like a disobedient toddler. "Bedtime. Now."

"No, Raph, you don't understand, I-I can't do it..."

"Sure ya can, all ya do is lie down horizontally on a comfortable surface, preferably with a pillow and blanket --"

"I CAN'T DO IT!" Donnie suddenly explodes, slamming his fists down and smashing the keyboard, keys and buttons flying in all directions.

S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N.2.0. makes a digital yipe and flies under a desk to hide from his creator's tantrum. Raph takes a step back as Donnie's pale face goes red with anger and he continues to yell.

"I CAN'T DO IT, OKAY?! I've tried and tried, and I can't figure it out! I don't know how to cure him! I don't know how to fix Mikey!! Okay?! Is that what you want me to hear?! I can't do it, and I've been trying for days to understand it!!"

Raph pauses. He... he doesn't know what to say...

"...Oh, Donnie..."

"I'm... I'm trying," he whimpers, dejectedly resting his head against Raph's chest. "I've looked at it from every angle, and... it's just not possible..."

"What... whaddya mean?" Raph asks, hushed terror in his voice. "It has to be possible... right?"

"...It's merged with his DNA," Donnie explains tiredly. "The alternate genes have reconfigured his entire system to fit it. He's... evolved, for lack of a better term."

"Can't ya just... take it apart, piece by piece?"

"That's... that's not how DNA works," Donnie says, a little baffled by his brother's lack of knowledge. "DNA is so minute, so microscopic... trying to put something in is one thing, but taking something out? And something like genetic coding? That's... that's scientifically impossible... I can't just go into one cell and take it apart like a puzzle and then rearrange it again, it doesn't work like that. It wouldn't fix the whole body, it would just fix the one cell, in the best case scenario. Most likely scenario, it would destroy the cell. Worst case --"

"I don't wanna know worst case," Raph mumbles nervously. "Thanks, though. But... isn't there anything you can do?"

"...No... the one foreign DNA I think I could eradicate would be krang, but... that would kill him."

"Kill...?"

"Assuming he could survive the insurmountable pain of destroying parts of him like that, the krang DNA is the catalyst of the mutations. It's... like glue that holds the other mutations together properly. If I remove it... his DNA could fall apart. And, well, I won't tell you the ramifications of that happening, but it's bad. Really bad."

Raph steps back and sits on the floor. Donnie slumps into his chair, though he goes limp and slides down to the floor as well.

"I showed Draxum everything when he visited. He... he basically confirmed my suspicions. There's... nothing we can do to reverse the mutations. Maybe if we'd been able to get to him sooner, or... I dunno. I don't know. But... anything I try to do now... I can't."

Raph and Donnie sit in silence for a while.

Raph doesn't move. He watches Donnie, who sits and twiddles his thumbs.

Raph opens his mouth to say something --

Donnie bursts into tears. He just starts crying, still fidgeting with his hands as his shoulders shake and his eyes water and the tears drip down messily and slip off his scrunched-up face and plop against his knees.

Raph reaches over and pulls him in for a hug. Donnie doesn't object. In fact, he does the opposite and starts to climb into his brothers lap as he sobs. He wraps his arms around Raph, who gently starts stroking circles onto his shell.

"It's okay, Raph's got ya..."

"I-I tried so hard," Donnie whines. "I did everything I could t-to... I-I did, I did, I worked s-so haaaarrdd, Raaaph...."

"I know, Donnie, I know..."

"But nothing works! I failed him, I f-failed Mikey, I failed, failed, failed..."

"You didn't fail."

"I-I can't make the fix.... I can't fix it... I... I'm so sorry..."

Raph shushes him, resting his chin against his head.

"H-how am I gonna tell him?" Donnie whimpers. "Or Leo? Or Papa, or April... how can I face them? I promised him... I gave him my word, Raph, that I would fix him... and I can't. W-what am I gonna do?"

Raph sighs.

"...I dunno, Donnie. I don't know... but... for now... I think you need to give yourself a rest. You'll find a way to help him, I know you will. Even if it's small, even if you can't undo the trauma or the physical changes. You'll help him. But you can't do that if you don't let yourself have a break for sleep."

Raph hoists Donnie up and carries him out.

"I'll help you out in any way you need. We'll figure it out together."

Donnie gives a measly nod in response, allowing Raphael to carry him to bed.

Leo gets bored of just sitting in bed and reading comics. He tries watching videos on his phone. It palls after an hour.

Wait, did he give Mikey the memory salve?

Leo might as well give it to him now...

He quickly heads over and splashes some of the glowing goo on him. Mikey squirms and moans, his tail thrashes a few times. He looks uncomfortable... hang on...

Leo takes out his phone and texts the group chat.
