Just wanted to give a little Instagram and Twitter shoutout to the restaurateurs, cooks, waiters and waitresses, bartenders, busboys and girls, workers, and everyone else struggling through the depths of this pandemic. One of the tragedies of COVID-19 is that the essential public health measures to curb its spread take such a toll on small businesses and industries that Americans, and their counterparts across the world, have worked so hard over so many years to build up. I've had some aspiring restaurateurs in my circle of friends and family and it takes an extraordinary combination of guts, dedication, perseverance, and sheer luck to make it work. You have to rise at 3 a.m. and be out by 4-5 a.m. to get the fresh ingredients from the farmer's markets and suppliers, market like crazy, and spend a year or quite a few just to break even on your initial investment. It's a tragedy that so many of these brave, entrepreneurial individuals have been so hard-hit. For all of you out there in my broader circle of friends and family, let's join in the shoutout and, whenever you can, order takeout and delivery to help keep these folks stay open and hopefully ride out the storm. It's one of the little things we can do to come together even as the coronavirus continues to ravage the world we once knew. Also a special thanks and shout out to my local friends and helpers lending me an assist, for social media and otherwise, during this ordeal with the pneumonia. Migrant Labourers/प्रवासी मजदूर

Saddened to read and watch the news & stories of the migrant labourers including women, even pregnant women walking for days to reach their native places carrying their little children, luggages with little food or no food, no rent due to pandemic crisis. And in this process, some of them had lost their lives too. This is inhuman! 😢

They may be labourers but they are humans. They just want to go back to their homes. And this is their human rights.

We all (the society, the government, the authorities) need to be more humane and sensitive towards them. Praying for them, that they reach their homes safely very soon. 🙏

I can feel my life slipping away..

She's blocked me on everything.. She wont even have the descency to tell me why she woke up one day and just decided to cut me out of her life.. I did promise her one thing ... I cant live without her.. But it was all doomed from the beggining.. SHE LIED ABOUT WHAT HER NAME REALLY IS.. SHE WAS CONSTANTLY AND OPENLY FLIRTING WITH SOME PEDO DOUCHE ON TWITTER IN FRONT OF ALL OUR FRIENDS AND FOLLOWERS AND TWEETING THAT SHE LOVED HIM WHILE I DIDNT GET ANY TWEETS FROM HER AT ALL THOSE DAYS.. SHE WOULD NEVER LET ME HELP HER THROUGH LIFE ISSUES, WHILE I TOLD HER THAT I WANTED TO HELP HER THROUGH EVERY BAD SITUATION.. HER ACTIONS SPOKE LOUDER THAN HER WORDS.. AND NOW HER SILENCE IS DEAFENING.. I started using again.. today I was going to try to talk to her again, and again she only read my text but didnt respond.. So.. Really what's to stop me from putting the rest (which is a lot) into my pipe, getting super gacked out and jumping in front of a car passing by?! NOT A GOD DAMN THING!!! The really sad thing about this is that no one will really see this post and talk me out of it.. So if you should happen to follow her @humantragedy just tell her thing will be a lot better now.
