suddenly feeling very ill after interpreting tianlang-jun and su xiyan's relationship and qijiu's as foils to bingqiu's. all three relationships suffered greatly because of a horrific big misunderstanding, aggravated further by a lack of communication thereafter.

su xiyan, yue qingyuan, and shen yuan are all similar in their decision not to communicate the truth out of guilt, believing that they have failed and have (though unwillingly) abandoned their loved one thus deserve no forgiveness, just suffering.

meanwhile, the common denominator between tianlang-jun, shen jiu, and binghe is the self-loathing born out of the fact that despite the perceived betrayal of their loved one, forgiveness still won out (even before they knew of the truth and received the apology they were due) and the love they feel have persevered.

unfortunately for tianlang-jun and su xiyan, tianlang-jun didn't even get to find out the truth in the original plot, and it had simply been too late in the svsss universe.

same goes for qijiu, shen jiu doesn't get to find out the truth in pidw. meanwhile, yue qingyuan musters the courage to confess his truth too late in svsss; the shen qingqiu that awoken from that one qi deviation all those years ago is no longer the same one he'd loved—which interestingly can be, in some way, paralleled with how shen yuan initially believed that the luo binghe who emerged from the abyss is no longer his beloved white lotus binghe and thus his own lack of attempt to ask forgiveness and explain his actions to binghe upon his return.

hi as a fat person myself i can comfortably say

all of them. all of them will love a fat tav or a fat character. all of them will love other origin characters if you headcanon them as fat. gale is often headcanoned as fat (though people say chubby or "soft" more typically) and he is still very loved this way.

be the change in the world that makes people feel brave and unafraid. we do not have to feel shame for being fat and feel like we are unlovable because we are fat. and that we need to try and figure out which character might love us if we're fat, or figure out ways we can make them love us despite being fat.

being fat does not make you unlovable, and i am sorry the world has made you feel that way. i am sorry if someone has made you feel like fatness is unlovable, i am sorry you've been made to feel like you need to find the right person who might love you while being fat.

every single companion will love someone who is fat. every. single. one.

Normal people keep an ongoing list of Despair Characters on their phone. They gotta have some combo of depression, terrible circumstances, isolation, grief, and a commitment to Duty or a sense of Fundamental Decency that makes them drag themselves through the Horrors even though they're Unending. Often they die or are sole survivors left to live with the grief.

Crucially, they CANNOT have a happy ending. Bittersweet and melancholy and full of grief, with maybe some slight hope? Sure. But happy? Illegal. There will be no rewards for Goodness, it must be Obeyed and Pursued anyway

typically whenever put into a fight or flight situation my brain chooses “fight”. want an example?? ok!!

when i got the notification saying “dan and phil finally tell the truth” i was filled with terror. so instead of not watching it (flight), my fear turned instantly into uncontrollable rage. i started SCREAMING at the video the following: “NO THEY FUCKING DONT!! YOU ARENT TELLING US SHIT!! I DONT WANNA KNOW!! SHUT UP SHUT UP SHIT UP!! FUCK YOU!!” while clicking on the video and sitting through the advert. got through the video a shaking mess. need to do some breathing exercises.

kinda related to isai's post (i didn't want to be annoying in the tags that's why i'm making another post) but if you see a whitewashed post not reblogging it it's not enough, sometimes a creator genuinely does not know that they're whitewashing/colorwashing (original source extremely desaturated, the colors of their screen are different/unbalanced etc) and if no one points it out, if no one tells them hey i think this is looking a bit pale/yellow/red, how are they supposed to know and fix the mistake. not saying go an attack them but especially if they're a mutual you can send a dm telling them or a simple ask. basically ignoring the issue or being vague about it it's not gonna make it go away
