Now that I have my artwork organized into my blog, I can see that I wasted 2022-2023 creating some pieces of work that were not "me", in favor of posting art that could possibly get me hired.
When in actuality, the art I create from the heart WILL get my hired and has done so. That weird dip period in my art is honestly the remnants of discouraging past voices finally leaving. With the irl naysayers gone it is now easier to create.
sooo if any of you noticed art styles changing suddenly one day and gone the next, that's why! but im getting back to consistency.

day 2: Royalty/Knight @mcyt-yuri-week
False, a knight famous for her ability to slay magical beings, was sent by her king to defeat the greatest threat of all - the fae. Here, she enters the faerie realm and is greeted by none other than the queen herself, waiting upon her forest throne.
Having grown up on tales of the fae and their evil trickery, False is surprised by how beautiful and kind the queen is, but isn’t going to let down her guard yet.
Queen Stress is rather impressed by this mortal who not only managed to find her way into the faerie realm, but is also brave (and foolish) enough to try and fight her! She has no intention of hurting False, and instead wants to teach her the mischievous ways of the fairies, get her to lighten up a bit and all that. And, well, if she tries to court the handsome knight along the way, who can blame her?

one thing i love about some writers is how it seems like they are made of stories.
I'm talking about those writers that, when asked why they write, they tell you how they have all this ideas and thoughts and questions and characters that they just have to put down and maybe share with others. As in they are a dam that is about to burst with ink and words and prose.
and you can see how those stories are literally parts of them, you can find traits and little information -like easter eggs- in their lines. Because they are the authors but also at the same time part of the narrative.
And, as someone who does not belong to that group, as someone whose words and stories are tools I've created to reach out and to create little capsules of time for people to get lost in, the fact that some of you are literal universes of fiction and magic is incredibly beautiful.

Redrew some meme-worthy frames from Shrek the Third, but with Princess Charming, obviously. As expected, everything is 100 times better when done by ✨HER✨
This is the face of a woman who knows she's just started drama
And this is the face of a woman who is surrounded by idiots
More Princess Charming here~
More of my art here
