Hi, if you're comfortable can you make NSFW headcannons for denki, kirishima, iida, bakugo, and if possible on another post during any point in time for ushijima, daichi, and kags. Could the read be female and dark skin also I'm not sure if you include body weight but could she be chubby. And for the denki and daichi one could you put in spitting and biting if you're comfortable of course. This is my first request so sorry if it's too long but I read your terms and wanted to try to be as detailed as possible while trying to make it make sense and could you keep me anonymous. Have a great day!
Tumblr media
Ushijima | Daichi | Kageyama x Dark Skin!Chubby!〚FEM〛Reader
warning(s): sexual content, multiple positions, spitting kink, biting kink, roleplaying kink, established relationship.
read more: bnha ver.
a/n: woooo okay 3rd haikyuu work! and this request was actually perfect? like this is an example of how detailed but not excessive a request could be hahaha so no worries! so sorry for taking forever my love. and to clarify yes this is their time skip adult selves. thank you, anon!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
USHIJIMA
PLEASEEEEE the way this man will handle you so fuckin' easily. he doesn't need to brag or tease, he has so much dominance when he does it, it's INSANE.
Ushijima is such a big fan of fucking you when he's standing.
like he loves the fact that he can hold you up and have you clinging to him as he fucks you good.
the position also gives him the nice chance to look at the way his fingers squeeze your chub, loving how your body just effortlessly molds to his.
loves to give you lots of sloppy kisses and is one to be in between your thighs like clockwork. </3
your thighs has to be his favorite part of you high-key low-key if you know what I mean,,,
he literally avoids positions where your legs aren't wrapped around him and or can't see your face.
you're a whole package deal he doesn't want to miss out on, plus he loves the way you grab at him during sessions where he really toys with you.
if he does do anything with your back facing towards him, it doesn't last for long.
he so in love with you he wants to see (and hear you) enjoy every second of it.
DAICHI
Daichi is the type of guy to be at your mercy no matter the shape.
although he does like seeing you ride him. that is an immediate 10s across the boards for him.
regular cowgirl or reversed it doesn't matter, he just likes seeing you work yourself on his cock and the light layer of sweat that dews your skin because of it.
is a fan of licking you up and biting the places he feels. there's no rhyme or rhythm at all.
it's almost like when he's making love with you he just goes by whatever his brain says next.
bite her thigh? okay. spit on her cunt before demolishing it? sounds perfect.
as long you both know your limits, you two are so very raw and open to each other.
it's literally like… mindless.
just seamlessly into each other and enjoying the moment.
it's what he loves you best in moments like that. <3
KAGEYAMA
he has a bit of a… role-playing thing to be honest.
like Kageyama wants to see you in his fan jerseys and like, fuck you in them.
you being his biggest fan in daily platonic life is what keeps him going, but you playing a part of being like an excited groupie is what keeps his cock up jjfchdfhh
sorry you cannot convince me he wouldn't be into that. 😭
like he definitely outgrew his ego… but when it comes to you?? he's the MAN!
he feels as though when you guys do stuff like that he's relieving his best moments in a different way.
feels like you understand him and doesn't shame him.
if there's ever anything you want him to do to he is 100% super willing to do it too.
does not mind at all because of his much you have done for him. :')
unexpectedly sweet ik but like the fact he doesn't have to feel ashamed or hide kinks makes him so open and relieved to be around you!
usually when he's feeling extra greatful, he fucks you harder with a bit more kisses and passion.

… I’ll always love you
There are 4 things you know for certain,
Eijirou loves you, no matter what.
Eijirou also loves seeing you in pretty dresses.
You hate wearing dresses with your whole being— you’d rather throw yourself in front of a semi than wear those awful contraptions.
You love Eijirou more than life itself, and you’ll sacrifice your own comfort to keep him.
𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐫: I do not own BNHA or its characters, all credit goes to its creators and actors
𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆: Angst, Angst to fluff, Hurt/Comfort, Insecurities, Emotionally Manipulative/Abusive Mother, Toxic Mom, Mentally Harmful Façade, Reader wears a dress when she doesn’t want to, Fear of Break-up(not gonna happen, babes, Ei loves you too much for that), Use of Y/n, One(1) mention of spicy times, I think that’s it?? Let me know if there’s any I missed
𝔐𝔦𝔫𝔦 𝔑𝔬𝔱𝔢: I cannot for the life of me remember who wrote it but this was inspired by headcanons of how BNHA Characters would react seeing their s/o in a dress. If y’all know the author, let me know and I’ll properly credit them!!
Enjoy, Lovelies! ♡

Y/n had been a tomboy since she was in 7th grade and just never “grew out of it”. She realized this is how she felt comfortable. Her mother always wanted her to be “more of a girl” so she would give Y/n passive aggressive “gifts” in the form of dresses and makeup and heels and a gazillion hair products. (She did end up using some of the hair products but not many)
Then, she started dating Eijirou. He loves her as she is! He doesn’t mind that she’s a tomboy and would rather jump in front of a semi than wear a dress and heels. But then, she suddenly felt a spark of femininity, as her mother would call it, and she grabbed one of the dresses her mother gave her. She couldn’t get rid of them because every time her mother came over, she would check Y/n’s closet to see if they were still there and she knew it would be way more of a slap in the face for her mother if she were to get rid of them than simply not wearing them. She was beyond frustrated with the woman but that’s still her mom and she couldn’t bring herself to knowingly— and internationally— hurt her like that.
She silently thanked her mother for at least getting a dress in the same shade of red as Eijirou’s hair and eyes, though she’d never admit it. She surprised her boyfriend with it on date night. While he waited by the door, she walked out wearing the red dress and black chunky-heeled kitten pumps(that is the highest heel she is ever willing to wear thank you very much!).
He was stunned to say the least before his face lit up and he spouted compliments at her left and right. The entire date night, he would make sure she knew how beautiful she is.
After that, she tried to wear a dress every now and again, but she wasn’t very comfortable in them. So she just tried to suck it up and stick it out for him.
She knew that he liked seeing her in dresses, he’d made that abundantly clear, so she shifted from once in a blue moon, to once a month, max twice. Though, when they’d go on dates, he’d hope(expect) for her to wear a dress. She wanted to feel comfortable on date nights, though, so she would mostly only wear a dress for special occasions. He’d be disappointed but he tried to hide it.
She noticed.
So she decided, one day, that she’d put on a dress when they got home and have a mini post-date-date. When she saw his face light up again, she suddenly started doubting her usual style and if she can really make him happy as she is or if he’d prefer a girly-girl like her mother wants.
“I, uh.. I know that seeing me in dresses makes you happy… So I’ll try and wear them more.” She fidgeted with a ribbon on the overly lacy dress as she spoke nervously, though she did her best to hide it.
“Really..?” A smile crept up on his lips before he remembered how much more comfortable she is in slightly baggy shirts and pants with spacious leg room, “You don’t have to. If you don’t want to.”
“Well.. It makes you happy so… I’ll wear dresses more.” She gave him her most realistic smile that seemed to fool him well enough.
“Thank you…” He gave her a soft, grateful smile.
So then, it started. She would wear dresses more and more until the only time Eijirou didn’t see her in one was when they went to sleep.
Until she got a nightgown.
He had some passing thoughts that maybe, Y/n wasn’t as happy with the change as she seemed, but he would often forget those thoughts when he would get distracted by how gorgeous she looked in whatever dress she wore for date night. She now wore more simple dresses around the house, not like the frilly, shiny, over the top dresses her mother had forced onto her.
Speaking of, now whenever her mother came over and saw her in a dress and saw the dresses no longer hidden away in a nearly forgotten corner in the closet, she was ecstatic. She praised Eijirou with backhanded jabs at her daughter mixed in, saying that he “fixed” her. That one made him really uncomfortable but he was happy enough with the rest of the praise from his girlfriend’s mother and having her approval.
Her father was less ecstatic about the change and was worried for his daughter at first as he knew how much she detested dresses and would often wear a suit to events in lieu of a frilly skirt— max a skirt suit, which was the only compromise her mother could ever get out of her. But when she reassured him that she chose to wear the dresses herself, he was placated enough that he didn’t place any suspicion or blame on Eijirou.
She had made a routine.
One that worked for her.
She would put on a simple dress in the morning and give Eijirou a kiss goodbye when he left for work. Send her big strong hero off with a smile and he would appreciate the sight of her in a dress as he went off to keep the city safe.
Then, after he had gotten far enough away she would practically race to their bedroom and wrestle out of the cursed contraption. Then, she’d slip into a nice pair of black comfy cargo pants or baggy sweatpants or basketball shorts and a baggy t-shirt, probably with some random movie poster or graphic design, one that she couldn’t bring herself to care much about, on the front.
She’d then do anything she needed to do for the day and revel in her comfy clothes that made her feel safe and sane.
But, 10 minutes before Eijirou returned home, she reluctantly parted with her sweet, dear pants and t-shirt and slid on the blasted dress again for him.
This became her normal. It was the routine she’d formed and she’d appreciate the time she’d get with her precious clothes each day. And she sucked it up for her boyfriend to keep him happy. She’d sacrifice her comfort to keep the man she loves.
Y/n could see how much he adored seeing her in dresses and skirts so she wore them so that he’d still love her. So that he wouldn’t leave her. So that he’d stay happy. The only time aside from when he was at work that she’d get any reprieve was when she would wear one of Eijirou’s shirts— only his shirt, maybe only her panties to accompany it— and he’d get riled up at the sight.
That routine was disrupted one day, though.
Eijirou had a short day at work and came home early. Much earlier than Y/n was expecting him. He had wanted to surprise her.
She was still in her comfy clothes, her pants and shirt and baggy hoodie as she lounged in the family room watching her shows after she’d finished all that needed to be done around the house and had a nice lunch with her sister who lived outside the country with her husband so they only had so many visits.
She was shocked by the sound of keys jingling in the lock and panicked as she looked down at her clothes. She vaulted herself off the couch just as he was opening the door. The distance between the couch, which was in direct line of sight of the front door, and the hall that lead to their bedroom was too far for her to escape unseen. It didn’t help that her foot caught on the back and so she had a rough landing before she could start sprinting.
“Y/n?” She froze, knowing she had been seen and she couldn’t just escape to their room as a vaguely recognizable blur. Her eyes began to water as she turned her body to Eijirou, though she kept her eyes down cast.
“I’m sorry, Eijirou..! I know you like me in dresses, I’m sorry. I’m sorry, I-.. I’ll wear dresses. I will, I promise.” She rambled, trying to keep her tears at bay as she continued to ramble out apologies and promises that she’ll wear dresses for him.
Eijirou stood frozen and bewildered in the doorway, heart aching at his precious little girlfriend in tears at being seen by him not wearing a dress. His heart clenched at her making promises to only wear dresses and almost begging him to forgive her and the unspoken, underlying fear that he might leave her for it.
“Y/n, baby, pebble. I’m not upset, I promise.” He spoke gently as he closed the door and approached her, almost feeling like he was approaching a wounded animal. “Pebble, why would you think I’d be mad at you for not wearing a dress?”
“I-I know how happy it makes you when I wear them… And I… I want you to be happy…” She’d now shifted her gaze fully down at her feet as she shuffled them nervously, nearly glaring at the pants she wore.
“Baby, if you don’t want to wear a dress, you don’t have to. If you didn’t want to, you could’ve told me. I’m not gonna force you to wear it… Have you been…. wearing your comfy clothes just when you’re home alone?” She bit her lip in an attempt to stop her tears from spilling as she ashamedly nodded her head.
“I’m sorry…” She whimpered again, the broken sound of her voice broke Eijirou’s heart as he moved forward and wrapped Y/n in a hug.
“Oh, baby shark… You don’t have to be sorry. And you don’t have to wear a dress if you don’t want to. I love you just the way you are. If it makes you uncomfortable, then don’t wear those dresses, okay? I’m not gonna stop loving you if you wear pants and a hoodie.” He spoke softly to her as he cradled her to his chest.
“But-“
“Mm-mm, baby shark. No buts. I want you to be comfy. Why do you think you have to change for me?”
“Cuz.. I can’t.. make you happy if I’m wearing big ugly boy clothes… I don’t want you to leave.. So.. I’ll be more of a girl if you want me to.” He could hear it in her voice that she’s reciting the nasty things her mother had told her. All the jabs and insults and passive aggressive comments and “gifts” had really been drilled into her. It didn’t matter now how much Eijirou had reassured her before how much he loved her and didn’t mind in the slightest what kind of clothes she wore. Her mother had gotten so deep into her head that the moment he expressed any interest in her wearing skirts and dresses and the other shit her mother had gotten her, she became convinced that that’s where her value lie. That he wouldn’t want her anymore if she wasn’t a girly girl.
“Oh, pebble, no… You can make me happy no matter what you wear. And your clothes aren’t ugly, honey. They’re what make you happy. That’s not ugly. Honey, you could wear a potato sack and you’d still make me happy because it’s you who makes me happy not your clothes. I’m not going anywhere, you hear me? I’m not leaving anytime soon. I promise, baby. Hey, look at me,” he lifted her head gently so he could look into her glossy, wet eyes, “you don’t have to be anybody or anything but yourself, okay? It doesn’t matter if you wear a ball gown or a tux or a potato sack. As long as you’re you.” He smiled down at her gently and made her chuckle wetly at his insistence at the potato sack.
“Are you sure..?”
“A hundred- no, A million percent sure.” He leaned down and pressed a kiss to her forehead and smoothed her hair down where it had gotten messy from her tumble.
“Ok.. I love you, Eiji.” She sniffled and leaned into him, relishing in his warmth surrounding her like a protective blanket.
“I love you too, pebble.” He smiled and kissed the top of her head.
“Do you actually wanna see me in a potato sack, though?”
They laughed for a solid 5 minutes before they calmed down and Eijirou could wipe the tears off her face.
“What do you say we get rid of those dresses now?”
“… Can we burn the ridiculously frilly ones?”
“… I’ll call Bakubro.”

Being in a fandom, like BNHA (most active there) has taught me some things...
It doesn't matter if a person shares the same favorite ships and characters as you, if they annoy you, they annoy you. Block them.
Ship wars are a total waste of time. They're pointless. If someone feels that their ship is better, let them. Don't waste your time arguing about it.
It's a shock when a fairly popular character isn't your favorite.
Rare pairs deserve more love. They're fun, and if you like one, don't be shy about it. You might get others to join you.
On that note, there are some ships though that should never have been thought about, but given if the fandom is a huge one, at least two people have thought about it.
There will always be bad takes about the protagonist (and other characters). It may be surprising to you, but there are people with very off-the-damn-wall takes. Ignore them and move on.
It's illegal for some characters to be mean apparently.
There will be assholes outside the fandom who jump on the bandwagon of hating the material without ever engaging with it and only possibly ever met two people within that fandom. Block and ignore.
Expect people to take what you say and twist it around to make you look like the asshole. There's going to be at least one person who just wants to debate with you because they're bored maybe.
There are people who use "KYS" without thought. No regard for how you may be feeling at that time. They're an ass.
There are people who haven't finished the source material and think they're right. Don't spend your time arguing with them. Block them and move on.
Your mutuals may be mutuals with someone else you don't like. That's fine.
People forgot that opinions and facts are totally different. People will choose what they think and feel is canon just to shape the narrative into what they want. Ignore and block.
Okay, the block button is your best friend.
No matter how you tag a fic, there's gonna be one person who will take it out on you. You put the ship tags, they ignored them and want to be an ass.
Shipping is very popular. So if you mostly write friendships (and rare pairs), there's a chance you won't get as much feedback on a fic (or art) if you wrote a fic with a ship (especially a popular one).
On that note, you might get someone who will try to make the pairing you wrote/drew as platonic into something romantic. You have every right to be upset if it does upset you. Especially, if it was clear that you wrote it as platonic. Not everything needs to be romantic and some people needs to grasp that idea.
Take breaks for you! Take those breaks!! Take them!! And don't feel guilty about it! Take care of yourself!!
If you disagree with someone's opinion, that is fine. But do not reblog or comment under their post because you never know what kind of person that is. Write your own post if you feel the need.
That's so far what comes to mind about what I have learned. This applies to any fandom.

I read your analysis and anti bakugou posts and I want to say thank you!
Going to be kinda long so I’m sorry!
There is another fandom where there is character exactly like bakugou; angry, violent, egotistical and target his hate and aggression to one person only.
the character name is Jiāng cheng from the MDZS novel. But the narrative in the story doesn’t treat all the shit that jerk did as right, it the opposite. He seen as vile that nobody want to associate with (getting banned from all the match making places in the story even)
He never takes the spotlight of the two main nor he is redeemed characters instead seen as pathetic and arrogant jerk he is. The MC, Wei wuxian who was his adoptive brother (not really more like a servant that got treated like a dog) cut ties with him in the end.
He a well written and rounded character but the character personality is shit and I don’t really like him. And the narrative isn’t treating him any differently than being a piece of shit
Why I’m telling you this? Because I feel like if MHA have been written by someone who isn’t Hori bakugou would not have gotten away with the shit he did in the story.
beside the point of the way the narrative treat Jiang cheng, it’s the fandom. When I got into the MDZS fandom I was so disappointed to see bakugou stans 2.0 there but instead of bakugou it’s Jiang cheng.
Both bakugou and Jiang cheng get the same treatment in the fandom as “UWU needs to protect the angry violent person” and “it’s the MC fault our cute UWU baby didn’t do anything wrong” and lots of stuff that I bet you seen in the bnha fandom
It’s sad that even if the story shows that what Jiang cheng wasn’t right (unlike bakugou case where the story doesn’t make him have any consequences) people would outright be mean to other people just because they follow the canon prototype of the character in their fics (I seen it and it’s horrible)
And, in fics it’s seems that every time that Jiang cheng appears in the scene he makes everyone OOC (if the fic is sticking to canon personality). Makes them act like they won’t ever act; it’s the same thing with bakugou (in canon and fanon respectively sadly)
I love to call it the “black hole effect” when a certain character just make the scenes about them no matter the context, like a black hole.
Im sorry this is all over the place, im not really good with words and i used to be pretty active in both fandoms but now its really hard because bakugou and Jiang cheng stans are overall tiring to deal with and they seems to grow up in numbers everyday and yeah… 👍
Have a nice day and week!
Hi! I've never read it but it sounds interesting.
I always try to tell Bakugou stans, it's not the fact that Bakugou's an awful person. I don't care about that. Fictional characters aren't real and can be liked for whatever even if they're vile pieces of shit. It's okay to like a vile piece of shit.
What's not okay is creating that vile piece of shit and then brushing over and never calling out their horrible actions. What's not okay is everyone around them condoning their behavior. What's not okay is pandering to them over their victims. What's not okay is never making them face consequences for their actions. What's not okay is constantly putting them on a pedestal for doing the bare minimum.
Look at Vegeta (RIP Toriyama). Vegeta is always getting humbled and called out. He is never going to surpass Goku because never getting what he wants is part of his retribution. Considering his actions, he should be worse than Bakugou. But he's a way better character because of how the narrative and the other characters treat him.
(You can even compare specific instances. When Bakugou rushed ahead and attacked Kurogiri and got Thirteen seriously hurt, no one said a thing to him and he still won all his fights. He faced zero repercussions. When Vegeta let Cell absorb 18, he immediately got his ass kicked and had to get saved by Trunks and Krillin. Vegeta's actions always affect him terribly, Bakugou's actions always affect everyone else terribly while he gets off scott-free)
DBZ came out decades ago and it still created a better character arc than a 2010s-2020s manga. Horikoshi could have easily given Bakugou a proper redemption arc. He chose not to

Saw someone saying that most people in the "bnha critical" hashtag mostly just "suck deku's dick" instead of actually criticizing the story. The same person also had another post basically saying that the reason why midoriya gets treated so poorly by the narrative is because every other character's traits were "erased(?) to make up for midoriya's bland character*" * I don't remember their exact words, but they said something similar to that
Those two posts gave me such a headache that I blocked them immediately
I really hate it when people say this.
I’m going to be honest, as someone who likes Izuku, there’s things you can definitely criticize about Izuku’s character. I think that he’s far too naive in certain situations and doesn’t get called out for it much. Him trying to see good in Overhaul is one of those instances. I think he suffers immensely from selective intelligence. He’s supposed to be great at thinking on his feet yet it takes him very long to realize that he could be throwing more kicks. I also think that as the story progresses, he becomes far less creative with his quirks. You get some rare moments like him using Black Whip from his mouth after being inspired by Tsuyu, but we rarely get these moments of his intelligence anymore. He’s also not allowed to really reflect on his past, so he’s extremely stagnant in regards to his views about things such as his quirkless past and the bullying he’s suffered from Katsuki.
However, Izuku isn’t a bland character. The problem is he has a bad writer. We could’ve seen more of his and Ochako’s relationship. Unlike many other relationships, the two are built around the idea that they constantly have each other’s backs. I wanna see more of this. I wanna see more of them bonding. Maybe Ochako asks Izuku for some hand to hand combat training. Maybe Izuku learns more about Ochako’s life/ her hobbies and tries to plan things for them to do that they both enjoy. Maybe they can have a heart to heart about constantly being underestimated and being a part of a group that is looked down upon (Ochako being poor and Izuku being quirkless). With Tenya, maybe the two can study together. Tenya’s great at retaining information but Izuku’s better at being creative, so they can help each other there. They could talk about their feelings of anger and how they feel they have a large legacy to uphold. With Shoto, we can have Izuku and him explore what a normal healthy friendship is like. We can have them confide in each other about the abuse they’ve been through and about their relationships with their moms. These are things that could easily be explored with a character like Izuku and Hori has set up the building blocks of Izuku’s character that allows for these things to be explored. The problem is that Hori doesn’t do any of this. We’re expected to believe that the DekuSquad are close knit with each other, but we don’t see them interacting in anything that isn’t related to heroics. We don’t see much of Izuku’s creativity anymore. He has numerous quirks, but even if some overlap with the others, there are cool combos a hero nerd like him could come up with, but instead Hori would rather have him do the exact same things over and over again. The way Hori writes Katsuki also hurts Izuku’s character. Outside of the first chapter, Izuku’s never allowed to show anything other than fear and admiration for Katsuki. He’s never allowed to be unique or else he’ll utterly surpass Katsuki in something (Katsuki’s latest B.S power up is an example of this). He’s not allowed to reflect on Katsuki’s bullying and the effect it has on him nor is he able to hang out with anyone without Katsuki being nearby or involved.
Long rant, I know, but the point is that while there’s certainly things you can criticize about Izuku’s character, most of the issues with Izuku doesn’t come from being a bad character but from being written by a bad writer who prioritizes other things over developing his MC

So, I'm not into any specific ships. No hate to any shippers, anyone can ship whoever they want. But, I can't help but notice that BNHA for the last 20- 25 chapters really focused on BKDK. Like, is the mangaka really want to focused only on Midoriya and Bakugou's relationship? Sorry if I'm wrong. Kinda like, until the end, all that Naruto think about only Sasuke, right? What do you think?
⚠️(This post isn't safe for bkdk shippers proceed with caution)⚠️
Iam not sure what horikoshi himself plans to do with BKDK and if he really wants to make it canon. I sometimes doubt that horikoshi would actually do it (I honestly don't want him to make it canon) but it's a possibility at this point.
It makes sense that BKDK would be promoted a lot in the manga especially now because of what majority of the fanbase likes. I guess what Iam trying to say is that majority of the fanbase likes and hypes up BKDK. Heck have you seen some bk stans who would see like one panel of bk and that's all they would talk about in the chapter instead of actually understanding the stuff thats going on. Now this obviously doesn't apply to every bk or BKDK fans but it applies to a lot of them.
I kinda of get where you're coming from when you say that BKDK and Sasunaru are similar but I believe that they aren't in the way they're written. To me Sasunaru has better development and build up but that isn't to say that it's also heavily flawed and the Naruto ending + war arc was horribly written. A lot of the time Naruto's character is lacking (and thats something that a lot of Naruto blogs have rightfully pointed out) so whenever he would talk and it would be about sasuke it may feel like thats the only thing he talks about without him developing as a character learning about his clan, the corruption in the system and what it actually means to be hokage.
I feel like when it comes to BKDK the reason it gets so much attention from hori is because he himself focuses on it to please the fans whereas with sasunaru it's a bit complicated because sure it's somewhat well written (honestly it could use a lot of work with both characters especially naruto), has a large fanbase (as far as iam aware) but i dont think you can hse the reason of "kishi simply wrote them to please fans and he was never gonna make them canon".
Don't quote me on this but I remember hearing that apparently Naruto and sasukes dynamic was written and somewhat inspired by some BL manga like devilman crybaby so I see where the queer coding of that relationship comes from.

Fat Gum: You look like you're about to set someone on fire.
Miruko: Perfect.
Present Mic: A fistfight CAN be romantic.
Miruko: And you know what the worst part is?
Ryukyuu: That you're having to process your pain without vodka?
Miruko: No.
Miruko: Yeah.
Midnight: If you found out you only had one day left to live, what would you do with it?
Eraserhead: Say goodbye and mend my relationships.
Present Mic: Something illegal.
Shirakumo: Accept my fate.
Tensei: I would message ten people saying that if they didn't forward the message to 10 other people, I would die tomorrow.
Eraserhead: What?
Shirakumo: That's fucking awesome. Can I change my answer?
Eraserhead: Hizashi, just GO TO THE HOSPITAL
Present Mic: Who's stab wound is this???? Is it OUR stab wound???? No! Stay out of it!
Hawks: I'm the proud owner of an IQ of 5 (and a half)!
Endeavor: Not for long.
Hawks: Please. It's all I have.
Present Mic: "Ladies and gentlemen" is unnecessarily gendered, overly formal, lengthy, and honestly I'm falling asleep already.
Present Mic: "Cowards", on the other hand, is inclusive to all genders, casual and fun. Short and to the point, exciting, and dramatic.
Nighteye: You look like a corpse that was just pulled out of the river.
Present Mic: Wrong. I look like a cool rock star who just OD'd in their own pool. Big difference.
Gang Orca: I made lightly fried fish fillets for dinner.
Edgeshot: Kuugo, It’s 1:15 am, what the fuck.
Gang Orca: Do you want the lightly fried fish fillets or not.
Edgeshot: Well, I mean yeah.
Gang Orca: So come downstairs while they’re still hot.
Best Jeanist: Wait, you just made them?
Gang Orca: Yeah, I wasn’t tired so I decided to make lightly fried fish fillets.
Edgeshot: Say lightly fried fish fillets one more time Kuugo.
Present Mic: *speaking Spanish*
Eraserhead: I know, I know.
All Might: You speak Spanish?
Eraserhead: No. I just know the phrase, 'this is all your fault' in every language Hizashi speaks.
All Might: I would never say that Mirai is a bitch and I don’t don’t like him. That’s not true…Mirai is a bitch and I like him so much!
Edgeshot: Sometimes, I don’t realize an event was traumatic until I tell it as a funny story and notice everyone is staring at me weird.
*Present Mic sneezes*
Eraserhead: Hizashi, are you sick? Here, let me wrap you in a blanket and hand-feed you some warm soup while singing you a lullaby!
*anyone else sneezes*
Eraserhead: Oh my god. Shut the hell up.
Hawks: Uptown Funk would've made it into the Shrek Soundtrack.
Miruko: That's the truest statement I've ever heard.
Fat Gum: Hey Sasaki?
Nighteye: Yeah?
Fat Gum: What's your favorite color of the alphabet? True or false?
Nighteye:
Nighteye: ...What.
Ryukyuu: So, what's it like living with Hakamada?
Edgeshot: They once referred to sand as "heterosexual glitter."
Ryukyuu: ...
Edgeshot: I love them so much.
Fat Gum: I’m sorry, I really flew off the handle back there. It was like the handle was a bald guy going really fast, and I was his toupée.
Someone interviewing the Lurkers: What are the hardest things to say?
Mount Lady: I was wrong.
Edgeshot: I need help.
Kamui Woods: Worcestershire sauce.
Eraserhead: You’re drunk.
Present Mic: Correction: drinking. Present tense. Grammar, Shouta.
Endeavor: How did none of you hear what I just said?!
Hawks: I've been zoned out for the past two and a half hours.
Best Jeanist: I got distracted halfway through.
Edgeshot: Ignoring you was a conscious decision.
Hawks: If you put a milkshake in one yard and crack open a cold one in another yard, which yard would the boys go to?
All Might: Schrödinger's boys.
Miruko: FUCK!
Present Mic: What about cracking open a cold milkshake?
Nighteye: As we all know, the milkshake brings the boys to the yard. The presence of the boys is a prerequisite for the cracking open of a cold one, but cold ones do not have any inherent boy-attracting abilities. Milkshakes, however, do.
Nighteye: All else being equal, the boys would proceed to the milkshake yard. While it is possible to announce the presence of cold ones in the hope of attracting some boys, the pull of the milkshake is much more powerful by comparison.
Hawks: ...
All Might: ...
Miruko: ...
Present Mic: ...
Nighteye: Mind you, all of this nonsense hinges on whether or not the boys are back in town.

I stopped watching BNHA at Season 5 so everything I know about post gremlin Tomura is from the wikia lol so apologies if things don’t line up with canon
Anyways, I like to imagine that after becoming the leader of the paranormal liberation front and getting more money/resources, tomura uses it to dote on and spoil his darling. Gone are the days where they had to sleep with a scratchy, suspiciously stained blanket. He’s getting them the highest quality sheets and duvets, and they just look so cute and sweet spread out on it. A darling who has become docile due to the time spent with them (and perhaps was already quite timid and submissive) is getting adorned in clothing that Tomura thinks best represents them: anything soft and pure.
If the newest league hideout is hooked up with a nice bath tub in his and darling’s room (referring to anything he owns as also darling’s makes him feel all mushy inside) then he likes to soak in it with his darling after a stressful day. He’s stockpiled a bunch of bath bombs, nice smelling soap, and candles so that darling could have a spa day even when he’s not around. He doesn’t think that money is the key to darling’s heart, the path to having them love him as full heartedly as he does to them, but he likes being able to have the money to spoil them. After all, they deserve everything and more after what he put them through.
Of course he is still horny as hell for them and likes to invest in fancy lingerie for them to wear. A post gremlin Tomura is too mature for the days he’d force them into a cheap, lewd cosplay. They are getting dolled up like the absolute gift they are.
Don't apologize babe you honestly nailed mature Tomura lmao
He feels genuine guilt for what he put them through before realizing what they really meant to him and developing like...actual remorse lol. He'd spoil them and be extra gentle and more aware of their boundaries from now on; ie. he'll kiss them and if he feels them try to pull back he'll either let them or insist that he just wants to be with them like this for a little bit.
And he isn't at all hesitant to say that he loves Darling now. He says it all the damn time, both in and out of the bedroom. He means it every time and wants to show it in any way he can. Sometimes he knows deep down that he can never truly make up for what he did to Darling, and that if he really wants to prove he loves them he'd let them be free. But he's lost everyone else he cares about except for Darling and the League--losing them is the one thing he can't do.
He also hates scaring them now, when before it made him more secure they wouldn't try to escape (and also turned him on). If he has to hurt or kill someone, he has Darling leave the room first so they don't have to see it.

Hi! Love all your work, even the one I haven't read yet, and wanna ask the following: (you can answer one or both if you want, don't feel the need to answer if you don't wanna )
🌈is there a fic that you worked *really fucking hard on* that no one would ever know? maybe a scene/theme you struggled with?
🦋what are you most insecure about when you post a fic?
Oh my goodness, thank you so much anon!!! (´,,•ω•,,)♡♡♡ I'll happily answer both, but thank you kindly.
🌈 is there a fic that you worked really fucking hard on that no one would ever know? maybe a scene/theme you struggled with?
But boy, so many fics are difficult for so many reasons. Mostly my inner sense of perfectionism is my own downfall, and if I have to juggle +3 characters in a single scene. I want to say, off the top of my head, it feels like we only go backwards is one of the most difficult? It'll always be one of the fics I wanted to read myself so I wrote it instead, haha, but basically balancing two protagonists and two arc's that go in, for lack of better word, kinda go in inverse directions,,,, is difficult to say the least. That with alternate POV's, which I feel I struggle with 'cause I don't know as well, makes it hard not to fiddle with for centuries. I still have a small inkling to re-do it entirely, but I want to at least finish it.
That and fics that have a crumbling voice, for lack of better phrasing. When I have a strong sense of character and thus POV, it can flow much better even with months in between posting/writing. But when I'm uncertain it's like a damn bloody battle to endure. It can make putting it off for ages when it gets too difficult. The same fic as above, Human!Steven has such a strong voice it helps with writing, but Pinko? Agony.
🦋 what are you most insecure about when you post a fic?
Insecure? On reception! I think that's pretty common for any fic writer, but if people plainly don't like it, and don't engage. If a fic truly does super poorly and I'm in a bad mood, I'll make it anonymous. As a personal philosophy I try to resist the urge to delete fics as every fic in this world is wonderful to someone, whether that be now or in 10 years, but pretending they're not mine so I can forget? Yeah. Definitely. I think my ultimate nightmare is someone insulting it, as ruins motivation and is unnecessarily mean. I haven't had it happen, thank goodness! ♡
Fun fact for you, I suppose, there's legit a bnha fic I stopped updating because of a comment ( ̄ ̄|||), I deleted ages ago, but it shredded what motivation was already so thin so I stopped. Bnha fandom is still kicking so one day I'll come back, I think. ╮( ˘ 、 ˘ )╭
As a more positive note, comments that come way after I haven't posted in a while are one of the the most epic things! They help remind me people are still willing to wait, and want to read! Helps me choose what fic to work on next, haha! ( ´ ▽ ` ).。o♡

A: affection. | are they affectionate? how do they show affection?
Katsuki is fairly affectionate when the two of you are alone together, which may be surprising to many. He enjoys physical contact with his partner, even if he's hard pressed to admit that aloud. He tends to be more handsy when he's sleepy, grasping for warmth and comfort, especially on chilly nights. In his day-to-day life, his affection can range from a quick kiss on the crown of your head when he passes by you in the halls, to cuddling sessions in either of your dorm rooms when it's just the two of you. Bakugo likes it when you visibly lower your guard around him, slink into his side, and rest your body against his. He's a sucker for you.
B: bizarre. | something strange they do or a weird quirk they have with or without their partner?
Katsuki refuses to put his weights away. He always insists that it's for quick and easy access to them, but you've discreetly chalked it up to laziness on his part. It's his dorm, so he can do whatever he wants, and you don't tend to complain; —but it would be nice to not have to trip over weights when you go to pay him a visit.
C: comfort. | are they good at comforting their partner? how do they do it?
Katsuki isn't a very good candidate if you need the type of comfort that is coddling or very empathetic. He doesn't exactly feel comfortable being open about emotions other than anger; and because of that, his means of comfort can seem a bit insensitive to some. However, if you're in need of some good advice and some solid tough love, he's not a bad option. Bakugo might not always word things the best, but he's a surprisingly adept listener, and it's easy to get lost ranting to him (especially when he makes no effort to cut you off.) If you just need to get some frustrations off your chest, he's great with that, though. He'll be sure to throw in affirmative comments and engage with your energy levels appropriately.
D: domestic. | how do they feel about settling down? do they cook/clean?
Katsuki feels he's way too young to think about settling down in that manner, so he avoids seriously considering it. Right now, his heart is set on becoming a hero, and you certainly don't want to be any sort of hindrance in that. Though, he has thought about a future where the two of you are older and more mature, still together, maybe living in a place of your own. As for cooking and cleaning, he can do both, albeit one much better and with less complaints than the other. He's not half bad in the kitchen, and he makes some pretty tasty dishes. Nothing too fancy, but it's always delicious, so the level of elegance really isn't of any concern. When it comes to cleaning, Bakugo isn't the biggest fan of it, but he'd rather clean than be in a dirty environment. He's a quick organizer, and he tends to be very good about cleaning up after himself (unless that involves putting his weights away, apparently.)
E: ending. | if they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?
Katsuki would end the relationship in person, and it would be one of the few times you'd see him fully vulnerable; stripped bare to his core. He'd likely shed tears and offer up some form of apology but wouldn't ask to be friends. If he happened to see you in the future though, he wouldn't actively avoid you. He'd say hello and keep it lowkey, but his heart would ache inside.
F: future. | do they think about the future? how does it look?
Katsuki does think about the future sometimes, but he chooses not to put much weight into his fantasies. He'd like to share that future with you as long as you both get along well, so almost anything will be fine by him, really. It's not as if he'd want to live in a giant mansion or buy himself his own island, after all. He's fairly content with living a normal life aside from hero work. But, who knows, maybe those feelings will change one day, and Bakugo is open to said change.
G: gifts. | how often do they give their partner gifts? what kind of gifts are they?
Katsuki doesn't shower you with presents by any means, but he likes to spoil his partner every once in a while. A stuffed animal here, an oddly specific gift tailored perfectly to you and your interests there. . . It's only natural, he thinks, to want to give someone you love nice things.
H: honesty. | are they honest with their partner? do they keep secrets?
Katsuki is honest, but does keep some things to himself. He's gotten better about being a more effective communicator, however, he still feels that not all things are meant to be shared. It's only natural that he would want to keep some feelings to himself, but he does tend to be honest about them a while after he's resolved them or learned how to make peace with them. Bakugo does his best to be open, although it can be a struggle at times. Be patient with him; he's not used to being so candid.
I: i love you. | how fast do they say the L word? who says it first?
Katsuki feels and acknowledges it long before he says it but isn't incredibly unlikely to say it first. It could be a 50/50 chance depending on your personality, and even if you were to be the one to say it first, it wouldn't pull him off kilter. He would say it back confidently, heart beating a mile a minute. He wouldn't lose his composure, but on the inside, he'd be melting into a pile of lovesick goop.
J: jealousy. | do they get jealous? does it show?
Katsuki can be quite jealous at times, —not to any fully detrimental lengths, but it might work him up a tad more than normal. He doesn't like it when other guys eye you down as if you're some prize to be stolen away; like you're fresh meat and they're some kind of predator. His trust in you is solid and unwavering, but he doesn't trust others to keep their hands off. You can handle yourself, and Katsuki knows and acknowledges as much, but that wouldn't stop him from stepping in. Usually, his jealousy settles by the time you're alone with him again. A little bit of personal affection calms him down more than enough.
K: kisses. | what kind of kisses do they like to give/receive?
Katsuki likes all sorts of kisses, —it really just depends on the time, place, and sometimes his mood. Usually, anything goes as far as he's concerned. Still, he particularly enjoys mouth to mouth kisses where you'll let him nibble at your bottom lip a little. Bakugo also likes to press his lips to the crown of your head, and it often proves to be his most innocently affectionate gesture. As for receiving, again, typically anything goes depending on the time and place. He must admit though, he's impartial to shoulder kisses because they feel intimate to him, albeit not for any reason in particular.
L: likes and dislikes. | favorite and least favorite things about being in the relationship?
Katsuki's favorite and least favorite part about being in the relationship is the emotional aspect of it all; —a double edged sword for him in every sense of the phrase. He really likes having someone to lean on, and he even likes it when you lean on him in return. Unfortunately, there are times when he just doesn't have the ability to give you what you might need, and there are times when he can't bring himself to accept what he needs either. He has a lot of emotional baggage that he doesn't want to dump all over you, but he wants to let you in. Katsuki's complicated emotional state and how it relates to you and your relationship with him is simultaneously one of his most favorite things about loving you, and something that brings him copious amounts of dread.
M: mornings. | how do they spend mornings with their partner?
Katsuki isn't a happy-go-lucky kind of morning person, but that's to be expected. He's not really the happy-go-lucky type any time of the day anyway. When it comes to spending said mornings alongside you, he's pretty much the same as he always is; —if a bit clingier until he manages to wake himself up fully. At times, he can be a little grumpy if he doesn't sleep very well, but he's quick to move past it once he's pulled himself out of bed. Don't count on him to cook in the morning though. . . If you want breakfast, you'll either have to go out and drag him along with you or make something yourself.
N: nicknames. | what do they call their partner?
Katsuki isn't a fan of the overly sweet, mushy type of pet names. He tends to settle for "babe" more often than not, but melds it down a bit more to "baby" when he's sulking over something, is looking for attention, or is feeling tired. He might call you "doll" every once in a while, and "sweetheart" isn't off the list completely, although it would be much rarer than the others.
O: out of character. | what is something people would be hard pressed to believe they do/enjoy in a relationship?
Katsuki can be incredibly romantic. Suit and tie, candlelit dinner, dressing himself up and putting on his very best face for you. Pulling your seat out for you, bringing you flowers, —the whole package and more. It's usually for special occasions (like an anniversary or your birthday,) but that side of him certainly exists, and it's lovely to see every now and again. Plus, tuxedos look really good on him.
P: pda. | do they like public displays of affection? if so, what types?
Katsuki isn't typically the biggest fan of public displays of affection, but he doesn't tend to mind smaller things after you've been in the relationship for a while. He'll place his hand on your thigh under the desks in class, will offer you a quick kiss on the crown of your head in the halls when he passes you by, and he's not opposed to holding your hand or throwing his arm around you in the lunchroom or something like that. More overt stuff, however, he would much prefer to keep behind closed doors.
Q: quirk. | what is something they do that their partner finds cute or endearing?
Katsuki mumbles to himself a lot, a habit that he's had since the day you met him. It's not something you pay much mind to anymore considering how normal it feels, but it's cute nonetheless.
R: rough times. | arguments? how often and in what manner?
Katsuki can be fairly argumentative. He's stubborn and he doesn't like to be wrong. However, he's definitely come a long way and has since made active efforts to communicate his feelings and issues more appropriately and effectively. Bakugo isn't perfect, —he can be loud, and sometimes he says things he doesn't mean in the heat of the moment. Even so, he's gotten a lot better about such things and you have no doubt he'll continue to grow. He apologizes when it's needed, accepts apologies you offer fairly easily, goes out of his way to fix issues before they really begin, and though he's far from perfect, so are you, and you've accepted that you're each just doing the best you can for one another.
S: sensitive. | what’s a sore spot for them that their partner should steer clear of?
Katsuki doesn't want to talk about his relationship with Midoriya. It's complicated, and there's a lot of feelings there that he still hasn't worked through. They know one another better than anyone else does, but the bitter air of rivalry that hangs between them (mostly from Bakugo's end) is a sore spot. He'll open up about it eventually, but it's best to leave that subject be until he comes to you about it first.
T: thrill. | do they need surprises in a relationship, or do they prefer a routine?
Katsuki doesn't mind some surprises every now and again, but routine is good for him for the most part. He's not quite accustomed to relationships yet, and because of that, he often lacks a sense of full security. Some excitement here and there may do him well, but the majority of the time, Bakugo would prefer consistency. His hero training gives him more than enough thrill to survive on anyway, even if he likes to pretend that it's all a piece of cake.
U: unacceptable. | what is something they cannot tolerate in a relationship? what is something they would never do?
Katsuki could not be in a relationship with someone who purposely pushes his buttons. He's easy to set off, and if his partner were to consistently take advantage of that for amusement, he would have to remove himself from that situation. Just as well, Katsuki would never purposefully neglect his lover's needs, even if he were angry with them. He knows what it's like to be left alone to shoulder what feels like the weight of the world, and he can't see himself ever subjecting his significant other to anything of the sort.
V: vanity. | how concerned are they about their looks? are they insecure about them?
Katsuki thinks he's pretty damn attractive. He doesn't put too much weight into his appearance, —but he's not insecure about his looks and he doesn't really care what anyone else has to say about them. If they don't like how he looks, they can put their eyes somewhere else, and that's that. Still, Bakugo isn't exactly vain. Confident, sure, but when it comes to his appearance, he's not one to gloat for the most part. He's more apt to flaunt his strength than anything else.
W: wild card. | random headcanon?
Katsuki likes being massaged, —specifically by you. Hero training is by no means easy work, so he often finds himself feeling stiff or sore in certain areas. Offer him a massage every now and again, especially for his shoulders. (Throw in a few kisses to the very same area and he'll be putty in your hands for the rest of the evening.)
X: xoxo. | how often do they hug/kiss their significant other?
Katsuki's level of affection fluctuates. Some days, he's all but wrapped around your finger, —wanting to stay in bed and just feel your warmth seep into him. Other times, Bakugo would like more space and less contact, but still appreciates affection in passing. Something small every day is his minimum, but on a typical day, he'll offer up a few types of kisses, maybe a hug or two, and will hold your hand for a while. He doesn't mind initiating, but if you'd like more than what he's given on a certain day, test the waters a bit and if he proves to be receptive, dive in headfirst. He likes to offer up the things you want.
Y: yearning. | how do they feel when their partner is away?
Katsuki is fine by himself, but does miss you a great deal. He likely won't express that aloud, but it's not hard to figure out if you know him. When his mind drifts, it drifts to you, and he'll be sure to send you a text or give you a call to check in. Hearing your voice over the phone is enough to stave him off, but he's really happy when you're back; even if he tries to play it cool.
Z: zzz. | how do they sleep with their partner? how do they sleep alone?
Katsuki hogs the bed whether you're with him or not, but he tries to temper himself when you spend the night. He likes it when you cling to him, and sleeps with no blankets when you do because he gets enough warmth from your body. When he's alone, he sleeps however feels most comfortable at any given time. He takes advantage of the open space and sprawls himself out most of the time.

So, if you asked to write your top 5 fav characters each from JJK & BNHA, what genre will you put them (or you agree that they should be in shounen)....
My asks are getting funnier. 🥰 As always, thanks for asking, lets dig in.
Tumblr media
Look at these knuckleheads.
JJK Top 5
I've seen people make really funny observations about how every character in JJK belongs in a different universe but was shoehorned into a horror battle shonen and it delights me to no end. I'm not sure if Gege Akutami actually penned characters that are typical of other anime genres, in a sense, but do believe we all collectively just want our faves to have better odds of survival. At this point, Gege looks at fan polls like a dead pool. I think a story where characters are so obviously not meant to be there would be hilarious if done intentionally, camp even.
Satoru Gojo - The duality of a man who is "The Strongest" in universe while maintaining a girly pop facade to circumvent feeling othered by his strength? Two of my favorite things about Gojo are that he is 1) traumatized 🤪✨ and 2) down astronomically for the days he spent with Suguru Geto. Put this man in a shonen ai, stat.
Nobara Kugisaki and Maki Zenin - Yuri. I feel like I don't need to explain myself here except to say that I put them as one item on the list because I didn't want a list of 6 (I have so many faves). Both iconic, both bad ass. No notes. On the other hand, I would never want to rob Maki of her revenge story so... grain of salt if she stays in universe.
Kento Nanami - I was going to say "this man wants to be in an office sitcom so bad" but, truthfully, would not find the overdone gags and antics palatable. Nanami deserves to rest at an even, dulcet tempo. Traumatized in his youth, he really only returns to jujutsu because office work is unfulfilling but imagine if he were in an office shojo with a found family that he had to provide for? I'm not saying this anime is particularly good but plop him in something cozy like "The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague" but with the home life of "Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid". He'll work for the money because it provides for someone else, you know? Let him suffer fools in peace.
Yuji Itadori - Sweet baby angel. Yuji follows the "best of both worlds" phenomenon that we see in other horror anime like Chainsaw Man, Tokyo Ghoul and Attack on Titan wherein he is both human and curse (avoiding further spoilers). But his disposition, his resilience, his pure physical prowess before he ever ate Sukuna's finger? Put this boy in a sports anime and let him thrive. While he'd absolutely body in a fighting sport, what if he was plopped into "Blue Lock"? Sports anime with a dash of horror aesthetic. He'd crush while being as upbeat and hilariously chaotic as Bachira.
Suguru Geto - Baby Girl is one of the most compelling villains we have. I'd say across multiple anime, honestly. He's what happens when a good person, someone who aims to be so morally upright, is faced with the reality that being good actually guarantees you nothing. With someone so unwavering, someone who can't live in shades of grey like Gojo, he can't bend. So he breaks. Honestly, it adds a layer of complexity to the overall story where... can we really, as the viewer, fault him? I feel like he wouldn't have this evolution anywhere else and that there's something to be said as to whether Geto was always doomed by the narrative.
Tumblr media
There's never not been a good time to celebrate this frame, honestly.
BNHA Top 5
What's cool about BNHA is, it is authentically a shonen manga/anime while subverting a lot of it's tropes. BUT, we see this really interesting progression in the art that drifts into horror. Not aiming to spoil anything that's to come in season 7 (body horror, it's body horror. Bones better come through) but you see the beginning of it with the change in vigilante Deku's appearance. If Horikoshi felt inclined to do a horror anime post-BNHA, I'd definitely read.
Katsuki Bakugo - Hilariously, Bakugo wants to shonen so bad but is actually so damsel in distress/love interest coded that it almost undermines his role as Midoriya's rival. Almost. Shonen, shonen ai, I don't think he's out of place in either.
Shoto Todoroki - Todoroki's entire personality and character arc being so intrinsically linked to his family is honestly so amusing given the universe. Like, people have real life superhero powers but awful parents are very much still a thing. So it's interesting to expose the complexity of their family dynamics in tandem with the overarching story because, in every way, the Todoroki family are very much members of the Have's of BNHA society but they are still hopelessly miserable. TBH he could be in a slice of life just experiencing and resolving family trauma. "Kotaro Lives Alone" comes to mind.
Shouta Aizawa - I would cast Aizawa in "Life Lessons with Uramichi Oniisan" but he wouldn't have the decency to show up to work without a sleeping bag. I'm not saying it wouldn't look out of place in universe but do better for the kids. Joking. He's honestly both the perfect teacher but also a big ole hypocrite. He condemns Midoriya for his recklessness and self-sacrificing (re: breaking bones to use his quirk) but didn't think twice about hacking off his own leg, logical though it may have been. I know All Might is cast as the quintessential mentor in the shonen dynamic but Aizawa is the real MVP when it comes to mentoring and guiding the Class 1A competently. Shonen all the way.
Izuku Midoriya - I can't say Magical Girl Anime, I can't say Magical Girl anime. I appreciate Midoriya's similarity to eponymous crybaby hero Sailor Moon, tbh. She too was OP and with the fate of the world on her shoulders, just saying. He falls in line with the shonen trope of eating something and powering up (re: JJK, One Piece, Attack on Titan) but has emotional range that is not typically seen in shonen which, honestly I love. He is masculine while still being aggressively expressive (even if he struggles to articulate his feelings). His character and subsequent development is another way that Horikoshi subverts shonen tropes and I can't wait to see how his story wraps up.
Dabi - This crispy piece of bacon is a walking, talking and dancing personification of resolute rage. He is quite literally a vendetta held together by staples. Later chapters especially, he just gets unrelentingly grosser and more unhinged and it's both disgusting and emotional. To be honest, between him and Shigaraki, they are undeniably horror fodder by design. In fact, the reveal that he was a little misogynistic extremist radical was particularly wild of Horikoshi. Like, basically if he hadn't self destructed on that mountain he'd have been some incel plotting violence on the deep dark web? I'm trying to think of what to plop him into (maybe not his charred body but just his general... maliciousness, conviction and extremism). I feel like something horror, psychological with a sprinkle of thriller? What comes to mind is a dark series on my TBR but the name escapes me about a kid getting revenge one by one against sadistic bullies though its unclear where Dabi falls on that spectrum.

Hello everyone!!
Tumblr media
Welcome to Aashi's Anime and Manga Club. I am a blogger and I love to write about all sorts of anime content. I write about the things I love, and I also write about the things I hate. Writing stuff makes me feel better and helps me to express my honest opinions about certain topics and engage with a community that I generally don't see in my day-to-day life.
I write meta posts, answer asks, recommend fics, and reblog all kinds of interesting stuff. This blog is heavily dedicated to four of my favorite characters: MaoMao, Ochako Uraraka, Toga Himiko, and Lucy Heartfilia. But I write about other seasonal animes as well like Oshi no ko, Tengoku Daimakyo (Heavenly Delusion), My Happy Marriage, Zom100: Bucket List of the Dead, A Sign of Affection, Solo leveling, Spyxfamily etc.
Here is a Navigation Guide to some of my best posts so far:

Can I ask your opinion on answer from this :
https://www.tumblr.com/gojuo/742796780522061824/is-satosugu-a-queerbaiting-ship?source=share?
Yes, you can!
The only thing I agree with the post is that SatoSugu isn't queerbaiting. Other than that, I don't particularly agree with anything else at all.
SatoSugu would have been queerbaiting if the ship had been promised to be canon and used as a marketing tool. Gege, from my knowledge, never said anything about making them an actual couple by the end of the series. At most, Gege wrote characters that do have this relationship that can be interpreted as romantic if one chooses. They do have a lot of romantic undertones, but it's more so for telling a story than just "I need readers".
And saying the fandom is queerbaiting using SatoSugu is... odd.
The fandom can't make the marketing decisions of what happens with JJK. Now, a person can lie and say "oh, SatoSugu kissed in episode whatever", but that doesn't mean they're queerbaiting. They're just lying.
Now, yes, we indeed have a lot of merchandise with Satoru and Suguru, but we gotta take in consideration as to what season we just finished.
The Hidden Inventory Arc which centers around the two and the Shibuya Incident Arc which most of what happened was because of those two. (Satoru getting locked up because he saw Suguru's face, MY GUY WAS TRICKED!!)
And it's not like we don't get merchandise of other characters.
Honestly, the answer of that ask just sounds mean-spirited. "(Majority) stsg shippers are just annoying as fuck because they genuinely believe their ship is canon, try to force their headcanons and misinterpretations of the material down everyone's throats, and send death threats to anyone who dares to ship Gojo with literally anyone else."
As done every other shipper, let's not kid ourselves now.
For anyone who seen my BNHA posts about ships, you know that I believe any shipper is capable of doing this. Now I don't doubt that a SatoSugu could do this. But there have been other shippers who have attacked SatoSugu shippers for the same reasons.
Hell, I just had someone try to make my NobaMaki and ShokoHime post about YutaMaki and I didn't mention his ass in that post. Like, damn, let the girls have the spotlight. Yuta ain't all that for you to throw him onto every single thing where he's not mentioned. (I like Yuta, folks, calm down.)
Also, I don't see a problem with a SatoSugu shippers believing their ship is canon. If they want to, let them. If you don't like it, skip along.
Another thing they said is how just because Gege doesn't do fanservice of his female characters doesn't mean he's above being misogynistic.
Okay, we got to stop throwing that word around.
I don't know how Gege personally and I won't say Gege (okay, has Gege actually confirmed their gender?) can't be misogynistic.
But using the writing material as an example is just kinda getting played out.
(I also dislike the JJK - Naruto comparison in general, it's gotten to the point that's a pet peeve of mine.)
The thing with the female characters here is that they feel like characters, not added accessories. Hell, some of the male characters actually feel more like an accessory to the story than some of the female ones.
Gege isn't afraid to write a complex character like Mei Mei. Nobara isn't written to be some generic love interest and chase some guy. Instead, she got her own morals, goals and even a whole backstory that we did get some insight on before Shibuya. We haven't see Nobara in a while, but remember what happened to her? Yeah, we probably won't see her for a while.
Hell, we haven't seen or heard anything about TODO AOI since Shibuya, but Nobara has been shown to be thought about by Yuji and Megumi.
Maki is more developed than Toge, a male character we haven't seen since when.
Uro was only in a few chapters but she was more entertaining during her fight against Ryu and Yuta than Ryu was. And she didn't die!
You know sometimes a fandom will say a creator is misogynistic for killing off a female character as if it's illegal for her to die because SHE IS STILL PART OF THE CAST and as if more male characters haven't been killed. And died in lame ways. And some of those male characters, again, didn't get the development female characters did.
No two female characters feel the same, that's just me.
The OP talked about how Shoko and how Gege should have developed her more. "Had he given Shoko the same care and love he's given to the boys, we wouldn't be having this conversation right now. Because that would mean that the fujos would have to engage with her character and her dynamic with other characters in a meaningful way."
Shoko isn't like Suguru and Satoru though. Out if the three, she was the most "stable".
Also, the reason we didn't get a lot of her during that arc is because she was often isolated because of her technique. Shoko herself is a victim due to how things are ran. She was isolated from her friends very often and later years, we see she has eyebags. She barely is getting sleep.
And the thing is... Gege does acknowledge her relationship with the SatoSugu even later in the manga.
She herself comments that when Suguru left, Satoru wasn't alone. She was there.
Of course, Suguru and Satoru were closer. They had to spend a lot of time together. When they started to drift, that's when things definitely went downhill.
I have seen many SatoSugu shippers actually acknowledge Shoko's existence more than anyone else (besides actual Shoko fans). And they often include her being close to SatoSugu and even include her romantically with the two. (Here for it.) She'll sometimes be the one to give advice, expected, but sometimes in fics and whatnot she is written as a person than just a tool to push SatoSugu together. I have seen people draw fanart of her being involved with the situation with the Hasaba Twins.
I have yet to see a SatoSugu shipper actually hate her and deny her existence.
I'll tell you a person I often do see get ignored when it comes to SatoSugu. And that's Yaga. A male character. It's not all the time he gets ignored by the fandom, but he's more ignored than Shoko, I'll tell you that.
This is gonna sound mean, probably, but I don't think that question should be asked about anything pertaining to SatoSugu given the post is tagged "anti". Interesting as it is to see someone else's POV who doesn't ship SatoSugu, I just... eh...

It was mentioned several times that vestige AFO had some card up his sleeve that he hasn't used yet. And the fact that Shigaraki still could use AFO meant that the vestige was still there, too. Thinking he wouldn't appear again as a way for Tomura to confront his grooming by AFO and the fact that AFO is the one who created his villain persona and with AFOFA plotline and his relationship with Yoichi being unresolved is more stupid than him returning. Also, can people please start using their eyes and actually read because Horikoshi literally confirmed that Tomura is still inside and screaming in AFO's head 😭
Like I said previously, it's not that it doesn't make sense or that it is bad writing (putting that in bold just for you, anon), it's that I feel it's repetitive.
You need to differentiate between analysis of the story and personal opinions, meaning you need to use your eyes and read what people writes and not assume their intentions.
Every story is only what the writer wants that story to be. The way Horikoshi solves his story only follows the rule of what he wants to tell through it. It doesn't mean that the story had only one way of being told— that's what fanfiction and original fiction exist, to tell a story with the same or different characters in a new way.
Writers are just writers and people can like or dislike their art for multiple reasons. Even the big names through history were subjected to sooo much debated it's funny to remember. A shonen writer is not the exception sjdjjdndjdj
I don't like being rude if I can avoid it. It's just that asks like this made me angry. You could have told me that you don't agree with me and mention all you said in the asks. You could have said that you don't think I'm interpreting things correctly, but don't come at me with passive aggressive asks.
Or at least don't use the anon feature, coward.
Finally, it doesn't annoy me when people come to me in order to understand better the manga or to get my opinion on something. Even when they're wrong and I can point out why, I don't think the right way is to send asks crying about "guys don't you have eyes omg". Don't speak through my blog if you can't make your own posts.
It really didn't cost you anything to be polite.
Btw, for other people to understand what made me mad about this posts:
This anon (let's call them Anon #1) is calling a previous anon (Anon #2) stupid for not liking a bnha plot point.
The problem is that I asked for the personal opinions of the bnha fans. I never said
"I want a literary analysis to determine if that plot point fits the narrative of the story, if it had been addressed in previous instances through the foreshadow and what do you think about bnha fans who ignore those instances".
Personal opinions can be anything. You can decide you don't like something based on vibes alone and it's fine! I'm not asking you to be the most rational person alive, just to tell me how you feel about something.
Here's the posts I'm talking about.
I even mentioned that my opinion about this very subject is biased. It doesn't make sense to be passive aggressive to me to prove a point that I've already admitted too, you know?
Here's the ask of Anon #2.
Anon #2 was never rude to a real person, just called a plot point in a fictional story "bad". I'm the first to admit that AFO coming back makes sense for the story and that it is not bad, that I disagree with Anon #2 about it.
I clearly stated all those things at the end of my ask to Anon #2.
I don't like when people use their knowledge about something fictional to feel superior to others. I don't like when people have something to say and they know it's rude, so they say it hiding behind the anon feature, sending an ask to someone else's blog instead of making their own post about it.
Maybe Anon #1 never meant to offend me, but does it make it better if it was directed towards Anon #2 and not me?
Complaining about people not being able to comprehend what they read is ironic when Anon #1 didn't read correctly my answer to Anon #2 in the first place.
My answer to this asks is just about how every fan of an art piece is entitled to think whatever they want, be them right or not. If you're gonna disrespect them, be responsible and don't hide behind others like some sort of bully.
The worst part is that Anon #1 has great points that totally went to waste because they wanted to be an asshole soooo bad.
This is how it's done. I'm saying to Anon #1 what I think about them directly, I take all responsibility for my words and I'm not afraid to acknowledge what I've said.
Is the situation clear now?

Hey Hamliet on the new bnha chapter I am just as disappointed about the recent chapter as everyone else and angry at the series but I don’t want to make assumptions until I get the whole picture  I followed the series and it delivered perfectly so I have faith in the series despite its many shortcomings we haven't gotten the conclusion yet so it is too soon to assume anything until the ending
I actually do think the odds are that Shigaraki will survive, honestly! So I will be happy if that's the case. I'm not confident enough about it to write a "they will be fine" post though, alas.
I am thematically disappointed, though, and I'm not sure that will be fixed by Shig surviving either. At least, writing-wise it almost certainly won't work for me. But I will take what I can get.
And that said, as critical as I might be about it, I have absolutely zero regrets about loving the series and its characters nor of my investment. Time well spent.
Horikoshi has talent and is burnt out. I think he needs a hug, a rest, and a good editor for his next story that sticks with him from the start. I do think for Isayama, for example, having an editor stick with him and drill him with questions and worldbuilding and force him to plan the ending is key to why the ending was narratively satisfying, albeit not perfect.
BNHA's ending I'd compare with say Star Wars, although frankly it's better than SW's was so that says something. And GoT's final season, too--in that they took every fan theory and concern and tried to please everyone and wound up pleasing no one. The difference, though, that is BNHA's strength, is that it doesn't make me feel stupid for having cared in the first place. It's not aiming to be mean to the audience even if the themes failed completely, and some storylines are clearer than others. At least, I don't feel that way, even if others might.
I think the endings I've been most negatively affected by (Game of Thrones, Tokyo Ghoul) are also tied to extremely painful real life circumstances--like TG getting me through the process of my dad dying and dying right before it ended with the opposite theme it'd preached all along. No wonder I was so raw at the time--like it ended 2 months after he died, of course I was extra upset. Lol. Game of Thrones was at the year anniversary and also I will die mad, but at least I have the books.... or 5/7 of them.
