How would you ranked the dr Seuss movies?

You mean all or just the feature length ones?

Ah, my top tiers are not feature length, anyway.

Maybe I'm just really into old cartoons...

I'll do top 5 on both.

1) Lorax (1972). I can't help it, when I'm sucker for dark things I'm sucker.

I adore the aesthetic all throughout the movie. Animation, color choices, songs, steampunk architecture cheffs kiss. They find so many ways not to show not only Onceler's face but his whole body. This man just feels like an eldritch capitalistic creature.... And this suits the whole thing so well.... Not to mention the changes they made for his character overall.

What can i say, it's the darkest and saddest out of them all. Story vise and visually. No wonder it got such strong emotional response. Poor Lorax, poor Onceler (I mean, of course, he deserved all this, but also on top of that family just leaves after he became useless, seriously, PRICKS), poor animals, poor everything.

The message just enhances from the whole animated potrayal, and these segments just ooze misery and despair from the screen. Wow, i sure am relieved that climate just whipes us all, and we wouldn't be stuck for long in this horrible mud and fumes.

2) Horton Hears A Who (1970)

It's eldritch. It's magnificent. I can't how after all these years it's still right on spot. I guess that's how you make a timeless story.

Ah, yes, adaptation. The animation is some places is outstanding and SONGS SLAP SOOO HARD. They slap in every movie, but here I just adore every one of them. I prefer this version to movie, because of more consistent tone. It remains this seriousness and sence of dread, poor Horton can't even rest most of the time. For me it just makes it more inspiring. Fighting is hard, and may be even exhausting, but in the end, all more worth it when people finally standing by your side. Always make sure you are heard.

I mean, at least that's how i read it.

3) How The Grinch Stole Christmas! (1966)

Out of all three adaptations, of course, it's still my favorite. This version just hits that core for me. It's really cute. It worms my heart. Tony was totally his ex.

Grinch is just right amount of mean. He's malicious, but in a believable and calculated way. Not in obnoxious manner. A grumpy old person, who also constantly abuses his dog for some reason level. He steals the breadcrumbs, guys, what a man! They added a lot of fun and cute details like these. And the whole mountain slide scene is so iconic, why is he so needlessly cruel omg? I guess the failed business and relationships really messed him up...

This movie is really full of imagination and cute stuff. It easily lighters my mood, and also didn't screw up commentary on a holiday itself, what's not to love?

4) Cat In A Hat (1971)

Oh look, all classics in a row. I guess, I'm really that predictable. I really really like how it looks, the colors, and how characters move. It's so adorable...

But I still feel bad for the fish, I mean, not like concerns weren't valid?

Characters are just really fun, i'll say. This movie is just comfy.

(It's unrelated information, but they really butchered russian in that language song. What they said is basically "Hat in a hat". The right way would be pronounced like "Kot v shlape" or "Koshak v shlape" if it needs to rhyme, but that's just a pet peeve).

5) Halloween Is Grinch Night (1977).

I really like the aesthetic. Mc with round glasses might be one of my favorite genders. Easily the Halloween classic.

A lot of really cool surrealism (Gives me particular Yume Nikki vibes).

But I kinda question Grinch's motives. If his concern is really the sound, than what's with the time limit? Looks like he just needs a justification, huh.

And for feature length:

1) Horton (2008). I mean, it's kinda cute. Even enjoyable as an adaptation.

2) Lorax (2012). Purely for memes, the biggering and tumblr sexy man (original was hotter though). So bad it's good, but as an adaptation strongly won't recommend.

4) Grinch (2019). Snow looked pretty and they added that scene at the end, but oh boy how they massacred my boy. Had an untapped potential.

3) Grinch (2000). I liked costuming (but still feel bad for the actors) and set design but not really a color palette. My mom likes it, but not for me. Too noisy.... And i just can't stand some scenes.

5) I needed to fill the gap so Cat (2003) goes here. Set design was neat.

*sigh*, what’s MC doing now? Quizzes? Well, that’s surprisingly tame in comparison to the other stuff they get up to. It was good of them to want to stimulate their brain-

Wait, these are just personality quizzes? Oh MC…

Wait, MC wants him to try some quizzes? Really? Ugh, fine. Only because he’s simping doing it for the sake of the exchange program. The point of this thing was for humans and demons to learn about each other, right?

These questions are… questionable. And so are the quizzes… what mindless drivel is this? He’ll have nothing else to do with it!

*three hours later*

“Lucifer, you haven’t slept in like, two days, go to sleep.” “Not now MC, I need to figure out what kind of -core I am…”

He’s addicted. But the good thing is, he can kick his addiction as easily as it started! He’s Lucifer, the Avatar of Pride! Some mere quiz website won’t get to him-

Why Didn’t He Get the Results He Wanted :( (Mammon)

MC! MC! MC! Pay attention to him! Why are they lookin’ at their dumb phone for? There was a much better view right in front of em’. The view is him! MC! Look at him!

In a fit of jealousy, he swipes the phone and sees… quiz results? Eh? MC? Why is this phone saying you’re submissive and breedable? Who the FUCK does this phone think it is talkin’ to his MC like that?!

Wait… why are they laughin’? It’s a joke quiz? Huh… is he submissive and breedable?

No, but only because he lied on the quiz questions to get the result he wanted.

Soon both he and MC are on their DDDs swapping weird quizzes and showing each other their results.

According to this quiz, and Mammon’s spirit animal is a crow. Huh, that’s the most accurate result he’s gotten all day.

After a while he does get bored of it though. After of course, he makes a quiz of his own and asks Lucifer to try it, but little does Lucifer know that ALL the results are bad! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Ah, The Quiz Maker (Leviathan)

Levi both takes and makes quizzes, he knew about uquiz way before MC started taking quizzes to see what overrated vegetable they are.

Levi’s favourite kind of quiz are the fandom related ones that test his knowledge. Psh, these filthy casuals think they can beat his otaku knowledge? Don’t make him laugh!

Wait what do you mean he only got 6/13 right? Um, what the F U C K?

You know what? Whatever. He doesn’t need these stupid quizzes!

Five minutes after that, he’s back on the site.

Levi also likes to see what kind of fanfiction trope he is and who he’d be in a fanfiction. He always hopes for main character or love interest but he usually ends up getting “bitch who gets sidelined” or “mischaracterized baby”.

When he makes quizzes, he makes them as imbalanced as possible, and as a result, none of his quizzes get very popular.

MC needs to get him off the site because he just started a “how well do you know Tumblr memes” and we as a society don’t need to know if he was a Johnlock shipper.

GOD DAMMIT WHAT CAT IS HE????? (Satan)

MC? Why aren’t they reading the book he gave them? Was it that bad? MC? Satan waved his hand in front of their face a few times before they snapped out of their trance.

MC quickly explained that they got really absorbed in this quiz about what kind of cat they were. Everything else was irrelevant to Satan, he heard cat and snatched the phone.

Ten minutes later and he was just breezing through cat related quizzes just to get to the picture at the end. No one tell him he can just Google cat pictures online, he’ll growl at you.

Okay do that if you’re a monsterfucker and you find that shit hot-

But anyway, after the initial cat bomb, Satan casually peruses the site, he likes the fiction trope quizzes a lot too.

Using his intense knowledge of both cats and books, he makes quite a few of his own quizzes to add to the site.

Oooooo, What Hand Cream Scent Should he Try? (Asmodeus)

Similar to Mammon, Asmo first got huffy that MC wasn’t paying attention to him, but on the other hand, they were keeping still while he painted their nails, so that was the only plus.

MC is honour bound to listen to him ramble! Why weren’t they chiming in with the occasional “uh huh” and “yes dear”?! This was an outrage! A scandal!

Oh, MC was doing a quiz on what kind of fruit they are? Ooo fun! Let him see!

Nail painting night gets out on hold while Asmo scrolls through assorted quizzes. He likes the dirty joke ones a lot (I mean, obviously) and he also loves the ones where they assign the quiz-taker a scent or perfume.

He’s always looking for inspiration for scents to try out~! This is great!

Beelzebub

Beel and MC were in the middle of talking about food, (surprise surprise) and Beel ended up asking about human world fast food chains.

“So, what one do you think I’d like?” “Here! Take this quiz and find out!”

Beel is a little confused at the contents of some of the question and quietly worries that if he hasn’t listened to the songs for the song lyric questions that his answer will somehow be corrupted, but he finishes the quiz quickly.

“Huh, yeah I can see you liking Wendy’s.” “Can we go?” “Sure buddy, when we visit the human world.”

Beel takes a lot of the food themed quizzes, but he quickly forgets about the site and continues on his day.

*Prolonged Snore* What huh? Quizzes? Space Quizzes? (Belphie)

When MC started asking the most random questions in the universe while Belphie was trying to nap, the Avatar of Sloth knew that his idiot human was up to something ridiculous.

“Why are you asking me about my favourite soda?” “Answer the question, cow-boy.”

After answering some more ridiculous questions, MC proudly proclaimed that Belphie really was a Pisces.

That… that was it? What the hell was MC looking at? A quiz website? Lame. He was going back to sleep.

A/N - I don't know if Luke is supposed included in the new datables, so I included him but I'd also like to add that anything that includes Luke is strictly platonic because he is a literal child. Also sorry that some of these are longer than others.

Was honestly very worried about your safety but he'll never admit it, it's very obvious though

Will really enjoy it if you wrap him up in your tail while he works or sleeps

Admittedly he's very freaked out at first

But after a few minutes he's kinda just like "Oooo pretty"

Will literally find out a care routine for your scales so that you don't damage them while you're a naga

He's so sweet because he'll help you take care of it all without much complaint

New version of cuddles, wrap him up in your tail and don't let go

He loves you in both forms because no matter what you'll always be perfect to him :)

Beelzebub

He was really worried when he found out a spell went wrong, but when he sees that it's just this, he calms down

You know that smile of adoration that people who really care about you get sometimes, yeah well that's the smile he has while he runs his hand along your scales

If this form makes you uncomfortable in anyway he's gonna do his best to tell you about how wonderful you look and comfort you

Similar to Asmo, he doesn't care what you look like, you'll always be perfect to him no matter what

Gen: Professionally, leading the team still, maybe writing another book. Personally... I don't know. As long as he's happy then whatever is in store for him in the next five years is good for me.

2. What do you find the most impressive about him?

Gen: His mind, for sure. That's what inspired me to become a doctor. He's so smart, it's incredible. The amount of things he knows, and he's always trying to learn new things. It's impressive. And attractive.

3. Last thing he texted you?

Gen: *laughs* He hates texting, he always gets so mad when I text him. But, the last thing he texted me was asking to meet him at Derry's for coffee, to talk about Naveen. And before that was when we were in Miami.

4. If he asked you out on a date, what would you say?

Gen: Yes. Without hesitation. I know my answer should be no, he's made it pretty clear that a romantic relationship would never happen between us, regardless of how we feel... but if he asked, I'd say yes.

For Ethan:

1. Where do you see her in five years (both professionally and in her personal life?)

Ethan: Professionally, being an incredible doctor, inspiring young minds like she claims I have. She'll be on the diagnostics team, for sure. Whether she wins the fellowship spot or not, she'll be there. Personally... still friends with her group, and hopefully, with someone who loves her. She deserves that, deserves to be with someone who can give her everything she wants in life.

2. What specifically do you find attractive about her?

Ethan: Her intelligence. Physically... her smile. She's beautiful when she smiles.

3. Last thing she texted you?

Ethan: A... meme, is that what they're called? Some ridiculous picture with words that was supposed to be funny. It wasn't.

4. If she asked you out on a date, how would you respond?

Ethan: She won't know what I've said, correct?... If Genevieve ever asked me out, as much as I say we can't be together, I know I'd say yes. It's unethical, and potentially damaging to her career, but... if I ever have the opportunity to be with her, like that, my answer would be yes.

So I just made a silly headcanon because Eurovision. I watched about one hour of Eurovision in my life but since it’s such a big deal, it’s difficult not to know about it XD

So. Here.

the reason it happened

told Diavolo about Eurovision to get access to the streaming

got the access

then watched Devilvision become a thing a few months later

from very close as a host, not knowing anything useful about demon music

good luck

Diavolo

watched with MC

the second reason why Devilvision happened

since it wasn’t exactly an established contest yet, he just made up random categories for demons

is forced not to be either a host or a jury member, or an actual participant

the fact that he granted patronage over the event makes it insanely popular

so he’s happy

Barbatos

first one to hear the joyous news

and the first one to suffer the burden of the preparations

probably the reason why it didn’t become an organisational disaster

later placed in jury too

to be honest, he likes it there, so it’s quite a chill job for him, away from the limelight

actually likes the idea and supports future Devilvisions

Lucifer

hates the idea wholeheartedly

the second one to carry the burden of preparations

is forced to become a jury member too

is very grumpy because he doesn’t like the music at all

but tries to be fair for Diavolo’s sake

and ran a betting campaign so he made quite a lot of Grimm

is the reason why the provisional voting system was changed immediately

since he’s not participating anymore, he votes for Envy even if he placed his bets on Lust

Leviathan

if you thought he’d be cooped in his room, then you’re mistaken

all his experience making videos and challenges for his DevilTube pays off

and is exactly the reason why he gets there

his original piece inspired by anime openings went viral just before the Devilvision was announced

very nervous and very scared but also very determined to perform

makes it quite far… mostly thanks to some very surprising kinds of demons

very relieved once it’s over though

Satan

after he’s done helping with preparatins, he tries to read a book through all the mess

he doesn’t even notice when he’s captured and forced to host on last minute

he sucks at it and doesn’t know what he’s doing

but everyone forgives him because of his jabs made with a bright smile

being the gentleman he is he picked you up and set you down on his bed tucking you in nicely

he’ll raise an eyebrow and keep looking until he finds a very beautiful and realistic drawing of him sleeping with Vic and he looses his shit

he’ll run to you and pull you back into the room to cuddle and tell you how much he loves you no he’s definitely not crying

you don’t get what’s happening until he tells you he saw your drawing and you will turn slightly pink but honestly you just can’t be mad

ok so we all know that when he finds this notebook he’ll be stone-faced

hello hi!!! first of all i must say i'm eternally grateful for stumbling upon your fics on ao3 in my early days of playing ToT (less than a month i guess, too lazy to check rn haha), this was such a blessing, i mean, your writing is outstanding, to me you're a type of writer every fandom needs - keen in observing the characters and putting them to life, giving them additional depth with such skill. whew. anyway you're a blessing.

secondly i was scrolling through your blog here reading all i could abt marius because yeah, he's my #1 boy. lately i've been struggling with my perception of myself gender-related, not gonna go into detail bc it's not that important, anyways a lot of self-doubt and answers i can't find. but then. your posts about marius, the mc and your thoughts on their gender and behaviour, ways of expressing themselves, etc etc. and it had helped me enormously, you know. i tried many pronouns, names, ways of expressing myself, nothing clicked as right until i've read your posts about how both of them wouldn't care too much and just go as they are, i mean, i don't exactly remember the actual quote but you wrote how marius asked the mc if she's okay with him calling her she and miss and if she'd prefer any other pronouns, and she said nah i'm ok with miss still. and then i was like oh god wow, this exactly. i mean i don't HAVE to pick any specific pronouns or change my clothing style or start or stop putting more or less makeup on (im feminine afab and to put it shortly i'm ok with any look, gnc or not lol) it's just like that! that simple. so i'm forever grateful for this revelation, for the fact that i started playing this game and eventually found you. ty 💜 (also i'm sorry for my words choosing and whatever, english is my second language and i don't care much about grammar or sounding properly lol, and maybe if my message was too personal and i've dumped a lot of unneeded things on you. i'm sorry in advance for that also, you can ignore this mess of a message haha)

im so so honored that my works helped you figure out this part of yourself. truly and absolutely, your gender and expression of it doesnt need a strict label or rules if you dont want that. it's anything you want it to be, whatever makes you feel most like yourself. since i wrote those hcs, ive got the right to tell u marius and mc are so so happy for you. and i am too.

im just.....very very positively baffled to receive this ask at all. emphasis on positive. like i said earlier, ive been having a bad time irt how i feel about my writing kdsjbfsjg. most of it boiled down to the fact that not only is everything i make just like, not good writing, but also that it's useless and amounts to nothing.

off the top of my head, ive received a dm from somebody telling me that my fanfiction years ago had inspired them to pursue writing in college and they were just accepted for a masters degree in creative writing. ive gotten a comment on a fanfic that said the story gave them the courage to confess to their crush and them and that other person have been together ever since. ive gotten asks like this telling me that my works helped them feel seen irt to gender, mental illness, or just like...being a person.

theres no way i can prove all these things happened in real life. ive got the messages and comments archived in chat histories or on this blog or on my ao3 comments, but these are words online, and stories can always be made up.

but if they are true then...huh.

it makes me feel honored.

im probably never going to get to the point where i'll see myself as a good person or where i stop doubting what i create, but if what i make can result in things like this, then man, what i think doesnt fucking matter. im not good but what i make can maybe, just maybe, result in good.

Summary - Your year in the Devildom has come to an end, and now you are struggling to adjust back to life in the human realm. Meanwhile, Mammon is also struggling to adjust to your absence.

It had been 3 months since you had returned to the human realm and left the Devildom. And things had been...rough.

In the course of one year, everything had changed for you. You had found love. Found a family. A place to call home.

And even though you would have given anything not to, you still had to go back where you had come from. You had pleaded with Diavolo to allow you to stay, but he insisted that you needed to return, at least for the time being. The whole point of the exchange program after all was to encourage harmony between realms, and that can’t exactly be accomplished if you never return.

To say you missed everyone would have been an understatement. It was harder than you could have imagined to leave behind the one place you finally felt like you belonged. And there was one demon in particular that you were having the hardest time adjusting to being away from - Mammon.

He had been your constant companion during your stay. And even though you both butted heads at first, you grew to love one another and quickly became inseparable. Everything you did, you did together - and that included any number of schemes Mammon tried to carry out. Chaos followed you wherever you went, but so did laughter and joy. It didn’t matter if you both got caught, that time together was priceless to you.

But now you were home, and you had never felt more alone. Depression wasn’t new to you however, so you were prepared for how to care for yourself and make do. You just hoped that you didn’t have to limp along for very long.

Texting Mammon was probably the only thing that kept you afloat most days. And today was no exception. You knew he had been having a rough time too, but he was still your rock and never failed to make you smile.

While you were laying in bed, mindlessly scrolling through social media, looking for memes to send to your favorite demon, your DDD chimed. Checking the notification you realized it was none other than Mammon.

You couldn’t put your finger on it, but something felt...off...about this conversation. As wonderful as Mammon was to you, he was still the Avatar of Greed - so holding himself back wasn’t something he usually did. Especially not for something as trivial as a phone call. Why was he suddenly acting like a phone call would be such a burden to you?

The longer you talked with Mammon, the more sure you became that something was wrong. You wanted to ask him, but you weren’t even sure what to ask. It was like...everything he said echoed perfectly how you had been feeling. Withdrawn, lonely, isolated.

You were a very empathetic person by nature, but this just felt too real, too close to home. You weren’t even needing to imagine yourself in his position, because it was the very same position you were in.

As that thought occurred to you, a chill went down your spine.

It couldn’t be? Could it? He’s never said anything like that before. But…

You picked up your DDD again and scrolled back through your messages. You considered texting him and just asking him directly, but you didn’t want to put ideas into his head that weren’t already there. On the other hand, you’d never forgive yourself if something truly was wrong and you ignored this sinking feeling in your gut. So you decided the only thing for you to do was to say something.

>>You - sorry if this sounds weird or dramatic >>You - it’s just hard to tell since I can’t see you right now >>You - and I’d rather be safe than sorry >>You - can you promise me something? >>Mammon - what?

Your hands were shaking now, and you could feel your heart beating rapidly in your chest. Please, please let me be wrong , you thought.

>>You - if you feel suicidal, will you please get help? >>You - go to someone. Anyone. Levi would probably be good. He’s always there you know? >>You - I just have this feeling >>You - and I can’t shake it >>You - so will you promise me?

You saw the little indicator pop up letting you know Mammon was typing. But then it would stop. Only to return a few moments later. Your anxiety had become overwhelming by this point and you crawled out of bed and started pacing around the room, checking your DDD every 5 seconds to see if he had sent a message through yet.

The longer it took for him to reply, the tighter you felt your chest get, and the more your heart rate accelerated. You were in full “fight or flight” mode now, and the “fight” was making your thoughts race as you tried to figure out what to do next. Should you call Lucifer? One of his brothers? You just needed someone to check on him.

>>Mammon - I ummm >>Mammon - I don’t know if I can promise that >>Mammon - just the thought of it makes me feel sick >>Mammon - and like Lucifer would take me seriously >>Mammon - ha

By now, the only sound you could hear was the pounding of your own heartbeat in your ears. You were hardly aware of your own surroundings anymore, and there was only one thought on your mind.

I have to get to Mammon.

How could you do that though? Getting permission from Diavolo or Lucifer would take awhile. And how would you even explain that anyways without violating Mammon’s trust? Maybe Solomon could help? You had no idea how long it would take him to get back to you, but it was worth a shot. You knew he’d be the least likely to ask questions too. All you needed now was to buy yourself some time.

RING RING RING

“Mammon?”

“Hey.”

“Hey babe. How are you feeling?”

“I dunno. Just tired.”

“Yeah, I know what you mean. It’s been hard for me to get out of bed some days.”

“You too huh?”

You knew he had been feeling bad, but you were not prepared for just how...lifeless...his voice sounded right now over the phone. Suddenly you heard a DING and realized Solomon had gotten back to you, so you switched your call to speakerphone so you could continue talking to Mammon.

“I love you.”

“I love ya too.”

“I wish I could see you right now. I could use a hug.”

“Me too.”

>>Solomon - I haven’t heard from you in awhile. >>Solomon - Is everything ok? >>You - yeah, I was just wondering if it was possible to go visit Mammon. >>Solomon - you mean with a spell? >>You - yeah. I just miss him you know? And I’d like to surprise him.

“I dunno know if Lucifer would allow that.”

“I bet he would if I asked.”

“Ha, maybe. He does seem soft on ya.”

“Of course he is. I’m just so sweet and innocent you know. Hard not to be charmed by me.”

“Riiiight. Not sure I’d call ya innocent. Sweet maybe.”

“Hey babe, I need to go for a bit so I can go to the bathroom. But I’ll call you right back ok?”

“Ok.”

“I love you!”

“I love you too.”

If Solomon was correct, even with your limited magical abilities, you shouldn’t have any trouble at all calling Mammon to you. You hadn’t tried to use your pacts before, but you were willing to try anything right now. So you began chanting the spell:

“HEAR ME DENIZENS OF DARKNESS! You who are born of shadow, and you who give birth to it. Hear me and do as I command!”

You felt as the magical energy began to gather around you, making your hair stand on end. It was working.

“I, MC, call upon you to send forth one of your number!

I summon the Avatar of Greed, MAMMON!”

The walls of your room began to shake, the windows rattled, when a bright flash of light filled the room. You brought your arm up to cover your eyes and hoped against hope that when you opened them again your demon would be there in front of you.

And he was.

Sitting on the ground, holding himself upright with his arms, was a very disoriented looking Mammon. His hair was a disheveled mess, his clothes looked like they hadn’t been changed in a couple days, and you could still see fresh tears falling down his cheeks.

“MAMMON!”

You rushed forward, without wasting another moment, and tackled him into the tightest hug you could manage. You buried your face into his neck, while you straddled his lap, crying in relief.

Mammon had no idea what to do. One moment he had been in his room, wishing he could see you, and the next he was in a strange place with someone who looked an awful lot like you hugging him and calling his name. But it couldn’t really be you, could it? Hesitantly, he sat up so he could bring his arms around you, fearful that when he touched you you would be gone.

But you weren’t. Your body felt warm against his. He could hear your heartbeat. He could feel your tears, soaking through his shirt. As he tightened his arms around you, he realized he could even smell your favorite shampoo, and that was all it took to undo the last bit of self control he had. He pulled you as close as he could get you, one hand around your waist, the other around your torso, gripping your shoulder.

And he cried. All the tears that he had been trying to fight off. All the ones he avoided having shed up until now. He cried them all. His throat burned and ached, and he was pretty sure he was getting snot all over you by now, but neither one of you cared. You simply clung to one another, determined to never let the other go.

After what seemed like hours, your tears had finally run dry, and your heart rate was slowly returning to normal. You could still feel the adrenaline in your veins, and figured that probably wasn’t going to go away anytime soon.

You pulled back a little to try to get a look at Mammon, and when he kept trying to avoid your gaze, you took his face gently in your hands and turned him to look at you. Those beautiful sapphire eyes. They were still damp with tears, and you tenderly wiped them away as they fell while you looked at him.

“I love you, Mammon,” was all you said before pressing a kiss to his lips. Soft, and comforting, and gentle. You wanted him to know how much he meant to you. You felt him try to pull you even closer by the waist, and smiled as you broke away to look at him again.

“I missed you, you know.”

“But...how…?” Mammon was starting to become aware of the fact that this was reality, and he was most definitely no longer in the Devildom.

“Solomon. Don’t worry. I didn’t tell him anything. Just that I wanted to see you,” you pressed a sweet kiss to the tip of his nose, causing him to smile.

“So all that about going to the bathroom…?”

“Oh ha. That was just me summoning you.”

Mammon pulled you closer, and you wrapped your arms around his neck once more. He really was here. You had him again.

“Hey, why don’t we go take a bath?” you asked.

“A bath?”

“Yeah. I love you babe, but your hair kinda looks gross right now.”

“Oh,” he chuckled softly into your shoulder. He really couldn’t argue with that. It had been a few days since he had showered. Since he got out of bed even, besides quick trips to the bathroom.

“Come on,” you said, kissing him on the cheek before standing and helping him up, “Let’s get cleaned up and relax.”

Taking your hand, Mammon followed behind you as you led the way to the bathroom. This sort of thing would normally make him a flustered, blushing mess. But right now all he could think about was how amazing you were, and how good it would feel to hold you again. It had been so, so long since he had felt your skin against his. And he was desperate for your touch.

Reclining in the tub, Mammon leaned back against your chest, his eyes closed as he focused on the sensation of your hands just stroking his arms and shoulders. Occasionally he’d feel your lips on his neck, as you peppered him with kisses. It was the most relaxed he had been in months, and he was on the verge of falling asleep at any moment.

Everything was just so peaceful. It was like all that anxiety, and loneliness, and fear from before had never happened. Like it was some sort of bad dream that he had finally managed to awaken from. He was now safe in your arms, right where he belonged.

You watched as a soft smile spread across Mammon’s face, the sight of which made your heart warm. You were so incredibly thankful that you had made it in time. If things had taken longer...if Solomon hadn’t replied to his messages...you didn’t want to even think about that. It was too close for comfort for you.

But now that he was here, you were determined to wash away all his worries. You knew it would take time of course, you knew that better than anyone, but at least you were together now and the stress of your separation wouldn’t be adding to his pain. Now you could just reach out and touch him when you needed some reassurance. And he could hold you close when he felt alone.

You knew by the time morning rolled around, Lucifer would have noticed Mammon’s absence. You wondered how long it would actually take him to figure out he was with you. Once he did find out, you were sure you would be in for a long lecture, but you didn’t care. He could yell and threaten you all he wanted. It wouldn’t make a difference to you. You had Mammon with you again. And this time, you weren’t letting him go.

Yes. Infinitely yes. Every unfinished fic I have. Every idea. I wish someone else would just pluck the ideas from my head and write them for me.

O: How do you begin a story–with the plot, or the characters?

I think more often than not, my stories start with dialogue that launches right into the plot- if there is a plot.

P: Are you what George R. R. Martin would call an “architect” or a “gardener”? (How much do you plan in advance, versus letting the story unfold as you go?)

I'm guessing a gardener bc I do not plan my fics at all beyond the initial idea(s) that inspired them

I like them both, but I'd probably say I prefer general prompts. Prompts that get too specific are sometimes hard for me to get excited about, especially if they're ones that I don't think would happen or be possible to write for in-character.

All of them? All of them. But right now I especially like to make Alex and Astoria MC suffer. And Hades. And-

Yes! I answered this for a guilty pleasure trope question above pretty much. Major character death makes for interesting fic for me and there was a time early in the Miraculous fandom where I read every single listed MCD fic on AO3. Characters whose deaths I can't tolerate....... probably Alya. Reading fics where she dies were always the most difficult for me.

Which of these soulless corporate movies is the least soulless?

Welcome to the Space Jam. Its your chance to do your dance at the Space Jam. Alright? Alright. Both movies are about a Basketball Star Teaming up with the Looney Tunes to play Basketball. So let’s see which one is the better of the two, starting off with...

THE STORY

Original - Aliens have come to kidnap the Looney Tunes. So they decide to have their fate decided by a Basketball Game. But when the Aliens stole the talent of other NBA players, the Looney Tunes decide to kidnap Michael Jordan (yes, they kidnap Michael Jordan as pointed out by Teen Titans going to the old Space Jam Website). After Hijinks they win the game.

Sequel - Lebron’s son got kidnapped by Al G. Rhythm and to get him back he must beat Al in a Basketball game. Thing is he is forces to get a team and he was sent to the Looney Tunes world where he finds Bugs alone. The others are seeing other Warner Brother properties so Bugs and Lebron work together to get them back. Thing is Lebron wants some heavy hitters and despite his efforts he only got toons. Even worse, the basketball game is not straightforward, more people’s lives are on the line and Al got his son to play for his team. Only until Lebron learned that he shouldn’t push people to be like him do the toons come back and win the game.

Winner - Sequel. Calling the original a plot is giving it too much credit. Its more of a concept that is put together than an actual story. If New Legacy’s story is more complex, its only because it has actual progression as things change.

THE BASKETBALL STAR

Original - As a kid, Michael Jordan was destined for greatness. He knew he wanted to be a big time basketball star and as a promise to his dad will also become a baseball star. He retired and is trying his best, but he’s not a good baseball player. It doesn’t help that others are treating him as something special (because they all want some free shoes ~Starfire). So when the Looney Tunes kidnap him, he didn’t want to help until the Monstars messed with him. Now back in the game Michael plays like he never lost a step and help the Looney Tunes win.

Sequel - As a kid, Lebron wants to play basketball. But he’s also a kid so he enjoys having fun like playing a Gameboy Game complete with Bugs Bunny’s Crazy Castle. But because of that, he lost the game. His coach at the time said he could become a great basketball player if he focused. So he did and became King James. Now an adult, he wants his kids to be basketball players too, but his youngest son prefer to make video games. This causes a riff that allows AL G. Rhythm to manipulate his son to work with him. Lebron, forced into the Warner Serververse has to make a team and is stuck with the Looney Tunes. He thinks they could win if they stick with the fundamentals but between the new rules and bias ref, they’re losing badly. So badly an argument breaks out between him and the Toons during halftime. When he figures out he’s treating them like his son, he realized the only way to win is to let them be them. With that knowledge, he ask his son for forgiveness and earns it. After winning the game, he lets his son go to the E3 Game Camp instead of the Basketball Camp.

Winner - Sequel. Lebron has an actual connection with Looney Tunes as a kid, was excited to meet Bugs, has a character arc that takes place throughout the entire movie. Even if you think he’s a bad actor, he at least felt like he was invested in the story.

THE REFERENCES

Original - For Background Easter Eggs, you got a few Looney Tunes Alumni, though they do repeat. Cameos feature other Basketball Stars and Bill Murray. And references are to things of the 90s: Dennis Rodman, Pulp Fiction, Beethoven and Babe, and for some reason Disney. I think the most clever is Larry Bird appearing. In one of the few sports things I know, Larry Bird and Michael Jordan were rivals. How do I know this? I played an NES game about their rivalry.

Sequel - Background and References subtle and not were all about Warner owned properties. As old as Casablanca to as new as Rick and Morty. We got to see the DCAU once more, references to old Looney Tunes gags and places, MC Hammer, Hanna-Barbera, Mad Max: Fury Road (and one I think is a Nostalgia Critic Reference) and so much more. In fact here’s a video featuring them all. Favorite of mine, Michael Jordan’s Cameo.

Winner - This is all your own preference so feel free to pick who you think wins here.

THE SOUNDTRACK

Winner - No competition. Between the title song (turned meme), the inspirational song (sang by someone who doesn’t know how to use a toilet), and the Monstars Anthem the new one can’t compete. But I will say for those thinking that Porky Rapping is “cringe”, the original also had a certain Rabbit rapping.

THE VILLAINS

Original - The Big Bad is Mr. Swackhammer, owner of Moron Mountain and voiced by Danny DeVito. Sadly he doesn’t do much but be the big bad boss of Nerdlucks. As their tiny small self, they don’t leave much of an impression but they really stand out after stealing the talent of stars and become Monstars. They become big, mean and slightly more different.

Sequel - Al G. Rhythm is an algorithm the Warner Brothers studios use to help make movie ideas. He wants some recognition and thinks if he can get Lebron on board he can earn it. Sadly, when Lebron refused, he didn’t take it well. So when he saw Lebron’s son take interest in him and ran away from Lebron, Al used that to his advantage. With that, he makes Lebron force to play a basketball game while manipulating his son to not only allow him access to his data but get him to play as well. The Goon Squads are a result of that as its Lebron’s son’s data on other basketball players mixed with superpowers.

Winner - Give Don Cheadle a Disney+ Show Disney! As great as Danny DeVito is, he’s just not in it long enough like Al. Can be manipulative yet also very agro.

THE TOONS

This category will be done differently. I’ll be focusing on their takes on Bugs, Lola, and the Rest. I am not including Daffy in this equation because he’s perfect in both.

Bugs - In the original, Bugs is Bugs. Wisecracking, carrot chewing, master manipulator as always. In the Sequel, he’s one of the few that stood in Looney Tunes world because that’s where he could be him. But the loneliness made him miss everyone (after all, how can he pull off schemes and pranks without victims). And while in the original Bugs saves Lola from being squashed, Bugs risks his life to ensure Lebron doesn’t get deleted when executing the glitch. It makes Bugs’ actions seem more noble than just saving the girl he likes.

Lola - In the original, she’s a “sexy” no nonsense girl who plays basketball, and that’s it. And despite her attitude, became a damsel in distress and Bugs’ prize for rescuing her. in the sequel, she wants to do her own thing, even doing an Amazon Trial to become one, but failed to complete it when Lebron and Bugs was in danger and finding out Lebron’s son was in the line. So she’s there to give the team another good player and also be a moral support. In fact, its thanks to her that Lebron realizes what he’s been doing to his son.

The Rest - If the original got one thing over the Sequel, its number. A lot more Looney Tunes play in their game in comparison. With the exception of Granny who was a cheerleader, every toon was in the game at one point. I can’t say the same for the Sequel. With that said, the Sequel did get to show their personalities more. Like compare Wile E. in both. In one he gives the Monstars a bomb. The other has him using an Acme device, placing bird seed on the button to get the Roadrunner to press it repeatedly, only to have himself be caught in said machine. They all got the chance to do their thing instead of sharing a spit take.

THE BIG GAME

Original - The Looney Tunes are losing badly in the first half. Why? Because they didn’t go looney for... Reasons. After being tricked into drinking Michael’s “Special Drink”, then they decide to go looney. This allows them to catch up but then the Monstars decide to take them out, which they do despite these attacks being pretty tame to what they can normally take. With a few seconds to go, Michael scores one more basket to win.

Sequel - The Looney Tunes are losing badly in the first half. Why? Because Lebron is forcing them to play normal basketball despite their opponents and the game itself is anything but normal basketball. When they came back, they came back Looney and managed to catch up and even get ahead. But then Al decides to cheat since he controls the game. Thanks to this being the kid’s game, they know that if they perform a glitch they can take control away from Al long enough to score one more point and win. And thanks to Bugs’ sacrifice and his son moving a power up right underneath him, Lebron slam dunks the final point and wins.

Winner - The sequel. There was no reason for the Looney Tunes to be less looney in the first half in the original and its short live as each one gets taken out. Meanwhile the Sequel gives a valid reason for everything to happen.

My Winner - Space Jam: A New Legacy

Both movies are basically overgrown commercials trying to get you to buy stuff. The original was based off a Shoe Commercial and banking on your nostalgia on Looney Tunes and Michael Jordan the Basketball player to make you interested in seeing him back on court and new Looney Tunes content. The new one is basically for HBO Max. And both movies have also not credited people who deserve to be credited. But between the two of them a New Legacy actually feels like its trying to justify its existence.

Lebron has a connection with the toons through childhood, has actual stakes in the game, and actually feels invested in the events. The original was basically the Nike commercial stretched to a movie length. And to me, that makes a New Legacy a better movie.

Inspired by two asks from another Tumblr: How would the ROs feel if they found out the MC has a biological child from a previous relationship? (The child was living with the other parent, but is now going to live with MC) and after some time getting to know each other, the child surprisingly called RO Mommy or Daddy?

Yes i did write this from my phone while at work a few days ago. Yes i also did forget about it.

Ardwen: Ardwen does not like kids. They're snotty and gross and tiring and, frankly, he wants nothing to do with them. Which is why he's so surprises how well he takes the news of the Queenslayer's secret child and ex-lover. When did they have the time to... it doesn't matter, he supposes. At face value he's his usual cocky and unaffected self, but later, when he's alone, he probably has a panic attack. He can't take care of a kid! He hardly learned how to from his bastard of a father and Gods know he can barely take care of himself—he has a patron for that!

All things considered he'd mostly try to act like a weird uncle than a parent, he does not, and will not, co-parent with mc. It's just not in his nature. (He'd still treat the kid as best he can he just isn't comfortable being considered a parent.) All this simply to say he would be incredibly displeased to have a child call him 'father'.

Arke: He'd mostly be surprised to hear mc had a child. Five years isn't a long time to meet someone, have a kid, then break up, at least in his mind. A part of him would be a little jealous, another part would despair. He... isn't sure he can be a father, isn't sure if he has the right.

He isn't sure mc can be a parent either. They're too busy, what with world domination and all.

If the child ever called him father he isn't sure he could manage a smile. No, he'd mostly be afraid; afraid to make the same mistakes his own father did, afraid to make the same mistakes Wolfe and Azden did. He wouldn't feel confident enough to care for a child in the way that they might need.

Bex: (Can't say much for spoiler reasons) He'd be pleasantly surprised, actually, to find his love had a child. He's always wanted to be a father—a real father who can be there for a child—and he certainly wouldn't falt mc for wanting to spend time with their kid. He'd be a bit wistful, however, wanting to reach out and form some kind of relationship with the child but not wanting to step on mc's toes.

The day the child calls him daddy he'd probably cry. He just wants to be a dad ;-;

Calyssa: She'd be taken aback by the news. For one she never considered mc might have had a life before or after taking over the throne. She'd immediately scold herself for the thought but she certainly wouldn't be happy about fimding out mc has a child that they're putting in danger just by bringing them to live with them. While she most definitely loves children and would like one one day the time and place seems... innappropriate to raise a child.

But she'd bite her tongue on most of her thoughts.

If the child ever called her mother or some variation of it, it would probably knock her off-kilter a little bit. There'd be conflicting emotions swirling around inside her; fear and adoration most of all. She'd simply smile and elect not to correct it.

Druvel: Druvel likes children. He never really got to play with other children growing up and maybe he had to grow up a bit too fast but there's just something about the innocence that he appreciates in children, the wide-eyed wonder most seem to have. He enjoys their company and always has a soft spot for those that struggle. That being said he would never wish for one himself. Which is why he gets a bit angsty when mc breaks the news. He's a horrible rolemodel. He can be a friend to the child but he can never be a parent. If mc wants him to do that then he'd have to leave them because it's not what he wants and not what he'd be comfortable with.

Druvel wouldn't act violently upon being called father but he would try his best to come off as gentle but sound curt instead. He'd want the child to be calling him anything else, anything but that.

Emil: honestly he'd just be surprised mc has a child at all. He would think them a tad young to be having children; that kind of pressure is only ever put on royals and nobles. He would certainly know that first-hand. Despite that, he'd be awkward. Emil doesn't dislike children but he doesn't know how to interact with them; he suspects his upbringing contributed to that but there isn't much he can do about that now. Instead he'd smother his worries and pretend it's all fine.

He would cry if the child ended up calling him father. He's awkward and not good at taking care of anyone let alone himself, but he's growing on himself just a little bit and he supposes so has the child. Just a little bit.

Ettia: Ettia would already know. Don't ask how, she was a lot of things in the rebellion not all of which made her proud of herself, but she would never mention that. She'd act surprised, pleasantly so but the fact of the matter is that she'd have known for quite a while. She's never really thought about whether or not she'd like to have an active role in the upbringing of a child; all she's ever known is leaving them with the other parent. She just wouldn't know where to start.

If the child ever called her mother, it would be another pleasant surprise. It's... affirming, really, being called mother, if not a little strange. She'd certainly scoop the child up and tell mc about it straight away!

Gwyn: Like his sister he'd probably know already as well, however, mostly because he's a snooping little bastard with grabby raccoon hands for information. He'd definitely say so straight away but altogether he probably wouldn't be phased and simply move on.

That being said he's good with kids. Gwyn wouldn't exactly be a good parent but he'd be a fun one, and he'd take the new title in stride.

Herron: Herron would certainly not know what to say. He'd search for the words but come up empty and ultimately simply nod. What else is there to say? That mc shouldn't bring a child to a war? That the child could be endangered? No, he shouldn't step in where parent and child are involved. It's not his place. He'd look out for the kid though, when mc isn't looking. Mc is his partner but he doesn't want to get in the way.

Herron would be awkward upon hearing that title in reference to him, and probably correct the child just out of reflex. It would feel like a mounting pressure building in his chest as he struggles with the confusion of emotions garnered from such a simple title. He'd definitely ask mc what they think of the name. Whether... they think he deserves it.

Keller: A little bit relieved. There was always a pressure on her to have a child, from herself and others, and at least if mc has a child they probably won't contribute to that pressure. It's a selfish sort of thought, she knows that, and while she'd like a child one day they certainly (hopefully) don't need to be biological. In her own way she'd try to be a mentor to the child, but wouldn't step in on parenting problems unless mc asked for help.

If the child ever called her 'mother' she'd be genuinely happy. Still, she'd seek mc for guidance on the issue. They're the parent in this situation.

Korrin: Korrin might or might not have known beforehand. Either way they'd never say. Still it wouldn't particularly matter to them, it's mc's choice what they want to do, Korrin simply gives guidance when it's due but they're definitely not qualified to give advice on parenting so they take more of a hands-off approach and simply watch. They've no right to meddle in the affiars of a parent even if mc is their partner.

Well they'd certainly be taken aback by being called any combination of the two, though they're not sure how they'd feel. They... almost had a child with someone once, almost was a parent. Now they're not sure whether that's what they wish for themself.

Lokeira: This is fine meme. He probably wouldn't react the best, all things considered. Awkward at most, maybe not at all at worst. He just... doesn't do well with children; he's too moody and they're too over the top and he's... just not good around kids. A part of him hopes he can seem respectable enough for mc as a partner, a part of him is just afraid he'll make a mistake in front of the child.

If he were to be called father or anything of the sort he'd be incredibly uncomfortable. He doesn't want to be a father, not at this point in his life. Still, he'd slap on a shaky smile and pretend he never heard it.

Necrolym: He's always wanted a child, he's never really cared how or when. Mc would be met with excitement and support, perhaps with an embrace. He'd stop himself short of saying he's going to be a father; he's not going to make presumptions.

If the child ever called him father he'd cry very manly tears and immediately go to mc to tell them about it.

Nox: She's not a fan of children. Never has never will and she's certainly not looking for one herself. When the news breaks she goes quiet for a long time. It's an uncomfortable thought for her, realising her partner has a child, realising that child would soon be living with them. As selfish as she is, Nox is in a relationship. She'll just have to grin and bear it.

Grin and bear it is basically the the respomse to any child calling her 'mummy' too.

Qora: Qora wouldn't care or mind either way but she is worried about Zora. He doesn't play well with children; he's much too rough and all claws. Oh, he's fine with her but children are far too handsy for both their comforts. She just has to steel herself and prepare for every possible thing that could go wrong. It's fine. It'll be fine.

She probably wouldn't be comfortable being called mother or being considered a parent. While she can tolerate children she doesn't consider herself someone who would like a child.

Severa: Her first thought would be to tell mc how much of an idiot they are for bringing a child into such a dangerous place, and that thought would, really, be her only thought. What her personal feelings on the subject are is... discomfort. She doesn't want children for a reason, the same reason why her own parents did have children. She knows she's not in Xactha anymore, knows that the child isn't really her own, but clearly mc hasn't thought about this. And so she'd quietly watch over the child.

Severa wouldn't like being called mother. It would remind her of the expectations put upon her, of how if she ever does, no matter where she lives, that child would have to serve some years in the Xacthan army. She heabily discourages the child from calling her that.

Spotter: mc would be met with confusion. A child? As in a small creature related to mc? As in not a pet? It would put them on edge. They're not ready to take care of a child and while they know it's mostly mc's responsibility they also don't want their partner to take on the full responsibility of raising a child. And yet! They are barely an adult themself!

Once they calm down and finally get to know the child they'd probably feel incredibly happy being referred as one of the child's parents. A lot of blushing would accur, a lot of babbling, maybe some happy crying in the confines of mc and their room.

New ask game for writers: 37 - 45

For question 38, I’ll be using the roulette again.

37. Most inspirational quote you’ve ever read or heard that’s still important to you.

I don’t really have any inspirational quote.

38. Have you shared your outline of your story " TWST MC Hybrid AU ” with someone? If so, what did they think of it?

Yes, I did. With my friends on Wattpad whose character also appears there. We build the story together.

39. Do you base your characters of real people or not? If so, tell us about one.

The only one I based my OC on is Yukiko Sekaihashi, my self-insert that I made just for laugh.

40. Original Fiction or Fanfiction, and why?

Both. For professional work, I go with Original. For self-indulge, go with Fanfiction.

41. How many stories do you work on at one time?

Surprisingly. I can only work on one at a time, because writing is a pretty dedicated job/hobby. Having multi WIP would actually tire me and I would forget everything except my main one. But I would go back often to avoid writer block.

42. How do you figure out your characters looks, personality, etc.

Here’s a trick: I would use a character that I know. So, for example, Jonah is based on my Kingdom Hearts OC. However as the story goes, I would make some adjustment, so now Jonah and Zephyr are two separate people.

43. Are you an avid reader?

Fanfiction avid reader, yes.

44. Best piece of feedback you’ve ever gotten.

Anything came from TW:OPT, especially the over analyzing one. I guess the one is from two anons. It really sent me giddy. And just...the fact you guys just appreciate Jonah is just amazing. Especially usually OC gets a bad rep in fanfictions. And the fact that me writing this dumb fic actually sparks inspiration for others writers is just an amazing feeling.

45. Worst piece of feedback you’ve ever gotten.

I can’t really think about anything. But there is one, and to be fair I got this when I first got into fanfiction writing. So, I worte a fanfiction with original characters and I guess I got scolded for it. Keep in mind, back then the only fanfiction site I know is FanFiction.net, and there’s a strict rule in there. Looking back, yeah, I get that. I still want to rewrite that one fic though, maybe posting it in AO3 since it has the Original Works section.

Jamaican father named Badrick who is a African studies professor

Caucasian/Scottish mother named Catriona who used to be a au pair but now works as a receptionist in senior living — one eye is honey hazel and the other a dark brown

It was difficult growing up in a school that didn’t accept Bobby being biracial, it resulted in bullying to the point where he needed to switch schools (A lawsuit was also in place) The next school was slightly better but Bobby slowly learned to accept himself as it was not something he could control and not something he would want to in the first place. He was proud of where he came from and never thought he was better or less than anyone else, that wasn’t how he was raised

He’s an only child, his parents thought about adopting (and fostering) but with Bobby they had their hands full and he was just enough for them

His family is very family-oriented so he would never have to feel lonely since they gave him a lot of attention, slightly making him spoiled but he was also around his cousins & spending time with them as well

He’s extremely close to his younger cousin (only by a few months) Femi who he views as his sister. They’ve been through a lot together and are always there for each other so it only makes sense

Most likely an active kid always up to some sort of shenanigans whether it’s by himself or with his group of friends, “why would you do that Bobby?” “Don’t ask why but ask, why not!?”

Definitely suffered some broken bones, concussions, & sprain injuries but would never show signs of pain...guys got a high pain tolerance that’s for sure

Fan of films/series “stand by me” & “the goonies” & “scooby doo” since he feels they relate to his life??

Hospital caterer and loves making those feel better with food that he’s created. If he can’t put a smile on patients face with words then he feels like he can show them with food

Food is an art to him. He went to school for culinary & it’s very important for him to show how much it is to him. He picked up the craft from of course his family, who always used food for numerous of things: to bring people together is one of them

Perfected Jerk haggis, it is now he favorite dish next to desert & breakfast!

I’m struggling to figure out what sign he maybe? He’s very playful which may come off as childish at times, which makes me think of Leo? (Maybe Gemini?) Only because they usually hold onto their childhood as best as they can, very generous, & give their energy to you but I also don’t see him being a fire sign at all? So maybe very little Leo in his chart. I also feel like he might be a bit of an empath? He knows when situations around him don’t feel right, knows how to read the room, and always wants to help others by lighting things up.

Idk but I’m feeling he’s libra sun + Gemini moon + Leo rising? Who knows

Probably lived in a 2 bed flat with his old uni mate. It was small and a bit shit but it was their shit and they made the best of it

Now lives in a stone cottage or farmhouse with MC that was built in the 1900’s & is slightly haunted. He’s decided to call them Duncan??? But he believes they’re a good spirit, maybe even a friendly ghost!? since he got comfortable with the bizarre happenings in the new flat & it doesn’t seem like they want to hurt them

Lottie offered to bring her ouija board next time she visited—Bobby declined

House is mostly neutral based but three of the rooms in the flat are covered in ridiculous patterned walls or furniture much to MC’s distaste but, “what’s yours is mine” right? No. But Gary approves!

Has two dogs: a terrier & a collie since MC wasn’t down for getting a sheep

They do have chickens to raise their own eggs tho!

Definitely the kind of significant other that will ride on the cart when they’re out grocery shopping, will make you breakfast in bed, & will send you memes while he’s at home and you’re out or even when he’s at work and you’re at home, let’s you put his arm to sleep when you’re laying on it in bed (big ass head gang!), definitely chooses the candles from bath & body works that smell like food items (majority of them suck let’s be honest)

Probably smells like cucumber, melons, lemons, and eucalyptus

Has your wedding date in his IG bio & is proud

Annoys Gary & Lottie with his food pics, “oh, Not this shit again! 😡 looks brilliant, but enough!”

Has zoom/FaceTime movie nights with Marisol & MC who stopped feeling like she was third-wheeling months ago

Talks to hope & Noah (in the background) as much as he can. Feels like they’re his inspiration for love, even tho he’s the only one married out of the villa

He values marriage just like his parents do and often has Sunday dinners with them & MC ofc

Probably has relationship guide books and only reads them out of boredom but finds fascinating facts/advice if he pays attention & tries to apply it to his relationship with mc. If it works, it works! & If it doesn’t, you can’t say he didn’t try!

Works long hours but will still come home to cook for MC or brings leftovers from the events he’s catered (most are for the hospital but occasionally he’ll do other events)

Has a separate IG for his work

When WAP dropped, he almost lost his shit. Even tried to get MC to do the challenge with him, he’s pretty bad but MC eventually learned it just for him 😜

Absolutely loves Christmas!!! It’s his favorite holiday and he loves giving back to everyone in his life. Usually he’s working overtime for the holidays & it makes him emotional due to the stories he hears & he puts a little extra love in his food

Goes all out for Christmas. Tries to buy/make everyone something. Even if he doesn’t really care for them...he’ll at least send them a x-mas card, if they keep it or burn it it’s entirely up to them—if he knew about it he’d probably be a little sad not gonna lie...he’s a soft king

Once bought Lottie black crocs with spooky pins , “are you joking Bobby?!” He knows she secretly loved them

Uses salt and peppermint in his dark hot cocoa...

Rather make deserts for Christmas than the food, he feels like it’s his duty

King of giving the thumbs up, especially when situations have gone to shit. He’ll still shoot them up with a smile or a grimace

Always inviting someone somewhere. “Bobby, hun. You’re 4-6 hrs away and it’s 1 am.” Hope groaned after listening to his bright idea, thinking something bad happened. “Ah, you could still make it if you tried, lassie.” “I’m gonna hang up now. Good night, bonkers man.”

Needs constant reminding when to get his locs touched up & moisturized

Either has a trampoline or a funhouse jumper in his backyard (maybe both) “we’ve got the space and this is better than a pool, or almost!”

Wants children, a whole footie team! There’s no specific time frame for him, when it happens, it happens

Used to cool & wet temps & loves vacationing in Greenland. Sure the hot weather he experienced in the villa was awesome & something different than what he’s used to but you can’t take the scot out of the man. So he typically sticks to places that are similar in temps, that way he doesn’t have to change his clothing choices much

Loves a good bath. Bubble baths are better than bath bombs to him, PERIOD!

Loves bubbles so much he put too much laundry detergent in the wash (does this on purpose now) and came back home to the dogs and room covered in it. Do you think he cleaned it up before MC came home? No. He decided to have a bubble party in the room with a Caribbean playlist playing in the background

MC definitely posted about it the first time & joined him for a bit, dreading the work that came with cleaning it all up. Now whenever Bobby needs a bubble party, he knows what to do. MC preferred him to have his little bubble party in the tub but 50% of the time he chooses not to listen & they leave him to pout & clean it himself

Likes to hold hands with fingers interlocked. When it’s cold and if you’re both wearing hoodies, he’ll slide his hand inside the arm of your hoodie to help keep you warm

Canon: His version of a snack is spaghetti hoops on toast & can eat that for the rest of his life & be content

If he didn’t end up marrying MC, probably finds his significant other working as a nurse at one of the hospitals he caters to or a volunteer at a old folks home

Never had a serious relationship, very few hookups, was either always placed in the friend zone or there was one person he wanted to be serious with but they rejected him and continued loving someone else who treated them like shit—so he kinda swore off of relationships and just flirted a bunch and kept his love life non-existent

Fav ice cream? Rocky road ice cream with one scoop of cotton candy & one scoop of cookie butter blue

Doesn’t believe in measuring when it comes to culinary. He uses his eyes as his measurement, could be a bad thing, could be a good thing, that’s up to you

If he’s up at night, he’s eating something sweet. A nice glass of single malt scotch whiskey + a splash of coconut milk (🤢) with a slice of angel food cake & he’s out like a light

Absolutely loves shopping for the kitchen, finds immense joy in doing so. If you lose him in a store, one of the places you’ll most likely find him is in the kitchen decor area

Owns a bagpipe & wants to get better at it, even tho he scared the living shit out of his dogs & chickens

Wears his shades quite a bit even tho the weather is hardly sunny and mainly windy & damp

He’s open when it comes to music. Will listen to anything but feels like the music has to be a purpose for something...Everything he does in his day to day life has to feel like a soundtrack to him since in his mind he’s daydreaming about his life being made into a movie. Who isn’t?

Always keeps a positive attitude because he knows what it feels like to feel low and he doesn’t want anybody else in the world to feel like that so he wants to uplift and if he can try to be someone’s happiness he’ll gladly be that— which isn’t always the right move, he learned
