thank you so much for reading my works , im so glad you like them <3 i hope you like this , i tried to add everything you wanted 💓!
chan finds something interesting on his computer and he confronts you on it.
"does my pretty baby have secret she wants to share , has she been trying to explore?" chan held his laptop in his hand , sitting down next to your body which was laying down. "huh?" you tilted your head to the side , confused.
"what do you mean?" he smirked , showing you the computer , you sat up on your elbows reading it , and your blood ran cold, all the evidence from your earlier "research" staring right back at you. "naughty baby , what are you doing searching these kinds of things?"
you were curious , you didn't know much about sex , only from what chan was teaching you , but your friends were talking about different kinks that they've explored , and you hadn't heard of them , so you searched them up , regretting it now because you forgot to clear the history. "why are you so quite baby?"
your face was hot , you were too shy to voice things like this to chan , so you often let him guide you. "i..i w..was curious, my friends were talking about it , and i..i wanted to know what it was." you played with your fingers.
"and why didn't you come to me love , i would've told you." he put the laptop down , you frowned , feeling bad. "i..im sorry, i just wanted to figure it out myself." he brought his hand up to your cheek caressing it. "you don't need to do that okay, i'm here okay." you nodded , and he smiled kissing you , bit when he pulled away , his eyes were sharper , his pupils filled with lust.
"my naughty baby , i saw you have some favorites." his hand that was caressing your cheek , made it's way to your hair , tangling his fingers , tugging on it , you moaned , and he smiled. "you like that don't you?" you shyly nodded , biting your lip, chan groaned as his cock jumped in his shorts.
"fuck princess , you can't act all cute and shy while admitting you like it when i pull your hair." he roughly kissed you , pulling away , chuckling when you cutely chased his lips with a whine.
he climbed off the bed, taking his clothes off "be a good girl and get on your knees , ass in the air baby." you complied , he bent down flipping up your skirt , not to his surprise, you weren't wearing any panties.
"my naughty girl knows what i like , knows that i want her to be ready for me at all times ." he pushed his thumb against you soaking hole. "so wet." and what he did next had you about to cum untouched , he spit directly on your cunt. "c..chan." you moaned , you couldn't even cover your face , because you were supporting yourself up.
"you like that, when i spit on your cunt?" he used his fingers to spread the spit around your hole, pushing them into you. "look how wet your pussy has gotten just from me spitting on it, your soaking my fingers." he spat on it again , repeating his actions , thrusting his fingers in and out of you. "my baby has a spit kink too." he picked up his pace.
"chan f..fuck! " you moaned as he spreaded your folds, spitting directly on your hole, before diving right in , eating your cunt like a mad man. "c..chan o..oh my god!" you gave up trying to hold yourself up, your face hitting the pillow as he continued the assult on your cunt. "c..chan i..im gonna cum." you squealed as he hummed in approval.
"f..fuck!" you came all over his mouth. "fuck baby you made such a mess." his lips were glossed from spit and your cum. "gonna let me fuck this pretty pussy now , right?" you nodded and he sat on his knees , pushing his leaking cock against your ass , you wiggled your hip impatiently. "look at you princess , so ready for my cock." he pushed himself all the way in , sighing against your shoulders. "you feel so good." he kissed behind your earlobe.
he straightened his body , pulling out , fucking back into you. "so tight." he began to move. "like your pussy was made for me." his hips snapped against yours , reaching for your hair pulling it. "chan , fuck! f..feels s..so g..good!" you screamed , he groaned.
"mmh , fuck baby , you feel full?" you screamed yes , he pulled you up against his chest by your hair , you yelped as he forced your head back , kissing your lips. "open." you slowly opened your mouth , curious about what he was about to do. he gathered all the spit in his mouth , spitting into yours.
"good girl , now swallow." you swallowed , eyes rolling to the back of your head at the lewd action. he smirked pushing your face back against the pillow. "look at you , all fucked out. you gonna cum?" you were a drooling mess , weakly nodding. "go a head , cream my cock." he reached in front of you , rubbing your clit , your jaw falling slack as you came.
"t...there -shit- there you go, good girl." his knocked his head back as his abs began to flex, he fucked into your body a few more times , before cumming inside. "s..shit."
he pulled out watching the cum leak out of you. "you did so well." he turned you on your back. "did you like it?" you nodded. "i did." you were heavy breathing. "good, im glad you did." he helped you clean up , putting his shirt on your body.
"next time you're curious about anything baby let me know, okay?" you nodded. "i will."
"good i want to know every dirty thought that my precious angel is having in that pretty little head of hers"

Hello!!! How did you become so dedicated to your studies? Do you have some advice?
I love your blog, btw✨️
Hi hi hi!! Thanks for the sweet message 💞💞
My BIG study tips (after 25 years of studying):
Accept your fate. This goes for anything but I used to procrastinate with studying a LOT and once you start it's actually not that bad. It's guaranteed. Automatically once you start, you have started, so you're already on your way, so it's already automatically not as bad anymore. Whining abt ur studies and avoiding them will not make them go away unfortunately. Just do it.
Make study time sacred. A few minutes of focused study is much more valuable than 5 hours spent at the library "studying" + scrolling + talking to friends + listening to music at the same time. Doing 5 hours like that is literally putting yourself thru hell because 1. you cant fully enjoy any of those non-studying activities and 2. you come out of that being like ugh I studied this page for 5 hours I'm tired of studying I need a break. Pomodoro method really changed my life pls try it out if u haven't already
That one tumblr post that says 'learning is basically being exposed to the same materials many times in multiple ways' is 100% correct. How many different ways can you expose yourself to the material. Memorizing facts- can you draw it? Can you organize the facts into lists? Can you attach a funny story to one of the facts? The more ways you interact with any material, the stronger it's saved in your memory. Find out if you're a visual learner- and then create visual tools, maybe color coding things helps you. Do a little digging and find out what works for you.
Diversify your life. Have some hobbies, spend time with friends/family, take a break. Let the computer of your brain sort out things in the background while you do other things. Once you go back to studying, you will feel refreshed (and not fatigued from 5 hrs in the library doing "studying") This also means that if you fail an exam, you won't be like 'oh no i spent my whole spring break studying for this exam and didn't even enjoy it and now I got a bad grade i must be horrible my life is nothing' and spiral. def not based on a true story :) Instead you'll be like yeah I failed but look at this scarf I crocheted look at mee i have mental health!
Sleep is magic- no matter what anyone else tries to tell you. 1. If you studied something during the day, just review those things right before bed and magically they will get set into your brain. Also 2. sleeping is when our brain sorts info so if you don't get any sleep at all it' the same as taking your study sheets and throwing them into the air, so when you ask your brain for the info during the test it's like lol it's around here somewhere. On the other hand, if you slept and gave ur brain time to sort it, when you ask for that info, it'll just open the right drawer and give u the info!
That's it for the big ones- if you want more specific advice feel free to ask! Also as a disclaimer, these 5 are all big life lessons that I had to learn thru trial and error, so consider these to be the advice I would give myself at a younger age. Pls don't be offended lol whenever I said 'you' I rlly was thinking abt myself.

hi reddit. here are some tips.
i will be putting these below a "readmore" - which is the first lesson. on desktop there is a button for this. on mobile you type :readmore: followed by a linebreak. it is considered common ettique to shorten your long posts in this way.
by the way, are you reblogging a long post that isn't under a readmore? tag that as #long post so users can blacklist it and not have to scroll for five years.
(weird gaps in bullet points due to character limits lmao)
Title. Icon. Banner. blog description. (look around if you need an idea for what to put in your blog description.) Blogs without this information (ESPECIALLY the no icon + no title combo) gets you blocked immediately. This is because tumblr has always had a severe bot problem. Just grab a meme from your camera roll or a picture of a character you like from google.
also, because most users have their pronouns in their bio, it is expected that you will look there to check before addressing them, out of courtesy. don't just default to "they" - only do that if a person's pronoun's are unclear or if the pronouns listed ARE "they."
Disable public likes. the like button is for personal bookmarking. very often, people will like posts they have not read yet, so that they can read them later. a person's likes is not always reflective of their stances, and if your likes are public, people may use them against you in an argument. think of your likes as your browser history. tumblr users value privacy in this instance.
unrelated to the above point: likes are also used to show compassion for a user going through a tough time, or to say "hey, i thought this joke you made was funny." this use of likes is more for friend-to-friend communication.
Disable anything in your settings that is algorithmic including seeing posts based on other people's likes (one, because algorithms exist to make you mad and two, as part of respecting privacy)
set "following" to appear before "for you" (and overall avoid "for you")
Snooze Tumblr Live (sorry. you have to do this once a week bc tumblr sucks.)
Open your askbox so people can communicate with you. Decide if you want to allow anonymous asks and/or public DMs.
Enable the desktop version of your blog. This makes it so that when you use a computer and go to [yourusername].tumblr.com you can have a website with HTML and CSS. tumblr has tried very hard to kill blog personalization but you can find many helpful users posting in the tags, as well as pre-made themes you can install. tumblr users are the ones making the bulk of neocities websites, and in general tend to be friendly in redirecting you to resources.
enabling your desktop blog also allows you to insert links and do very basic editing (like inserting line breaks) in your blog description (we call "bio") which translates to the mobile version of your theme. you have to do this in the editor for the desktop on a computer. also, editing your theme on mobile (like changing color, font) will undo your HTML. your best bet is to edit your mobile theme first and THEN do the HTML/link stuff on a computer. i know it sounds a bit convoluted but you'll figure it out. (this website is made of duct tape)
also while you are on desktop: download xkit rewritten. it won't work on mobile but it gives you a lot of helpful features. also consider installing ublock origin if you haven't already, because tumblr will sometimes add annoying widgets to their website and that tool will allow you to block them. i also use "palettes for tumblr" to customize my dashboard color. tumblr DOES have built-in dashboard themes but i do not like them personally.
pinned posts. you can pin any post you make or reblog. some people use this to pin a funny meme, and other people use the pinned post as an extended bio (or otherwise an alternative to it). a tumblr post made on desktop can hold up to 30 images (the limit is 10 on mobile.) you can also embed links, a video, and even audio. you can change text color, have bullet points, and increase font size. as such, you can express yourself much more in a pinned post than in your mobile blog description. a typical pinned post may include information about the user, a link to an external website (like a carrd, neocities, or linktree), and sometimes an image or two. tumblr allows you to disable reblogs for a post, so most pinned posts are set this way so it just stays on a user's blog.
DNIs (also called "BYF"). not everyone uses them, and they can be divisive. it stands for "Do Not Interact" - and is a boundary set to keep people away. this may include age (example: "minors DNI"), political opinions (example: "prolifers DNI"), and sometimes deeply niche online discourse. DNIs are also sometimes a joke (example: "DNI if you like tuna salad"). there is actually a meme where someone will write a post with a very long, unreasonable DNI and users will count how many apply to them.
If you would upvote a post on reddit, you would reblog it here. If you see something and you think it is cool, you think it is funny, or you think it is helpful, reblog it. Some users have sideblogs (you can have infinite sideblogs attached to your main account) to organize all of the posts they reblog. Others simply use a tagging system for organizational purposes (and so users can blacklist ("filter") those tags in their settings if they don't want to see the post). For example, if I followed a user for Star Trek, but they also posted a lot of Star Wars, I might add "#star wars" to my list of filters. This way, I am only seeing the Star Trek posts. Tumblr's default way of handling this is to display a box that says "this post contains #Star Wars" and you can choose whether or not to open it. on desktop with xkit rewritten, you can have it hide those boxes entirely. please use filters. your sanity will thank you.
In a reblog, Organizational Tags are for /you./ I see a lot of confusion about this from new users. If you reblog someone else's post and add 500 tags..... it's not going to get picked up in tumblr search. You're not going to get any sort of exposure. Because it is not your post. Those tags are only for /you/ - if you want to find the post again.
tags are also used for commentary. most tumblr users do /not/ talk in post replies or in the comments of a reblog. most of them talk in tags. tags have a character limit so these messages are broken up in fragments. tumblr uses a comma (,) to make a new tag, so users often use either no punctuation or a period (.) or a hyphen (-) to break up thoughts. two apostrophes ('') are used instead of quotation marks (because they dont work in tags). this is also where "tumblr writing style" comes from. we all began to write in lowercase and use punctuation in. a weird way. like. for emphasis. there is also the Tumblr Comma, a special unicode character that resembles a comma and works in tags when copy+pasted or put there with a keyboard shortcut. but this is often not used. here it is: ‚
also here's an example of tags. you will notice that commentary goes before organizational: #GOD DHSHSKDDJDL #i cannot BELIEVE i forgot about this. what the fuck #star trek #spock
when leaving tags, most users talk to themselves. but please remember that tags can be seen by anyone, including the original poster. in general, it is discouraged to traumadump or be rude.
"prev tags" (which tumblr staff is trying their damnest to erase sadly) is when a user reblogs a post from another user and tags it simply ''prev'' or ''prev tags" (meaning "i agree with the previous user's tags"). sometimes it's because a thoughtful observation was made, but usually it's a way of saying "hey! that was a funny joke!" without putting the user on blast by screenshotting the tags. it's most common between friends and mutuals (users following each other). i would say it is equivalent to users whispering to each other and giggling rather than getting up on a table and shouting. "prev tag chain" is when users reblog "prev tags" "prev prev tags" - and so on. however, sadly, tumblr has removed the feature of moving backwards in a reblog chain on desktop. i have not updated my app and refuse to, so i so not know if it is gone on mobile as well, but it probably is. EDIT: the browser extension Xkit Rewritten has an option now, in "tweaks" called "restore links to individual posts in post header." it should be the first option. prev tags, on desktop at least, is saved!
screenshotting someone elses tags and adding the image in a reblog is known as "passing peer review." it is, however, considered to be Greatly Annoying to accompany those tags with unnecessary commentary (ex: "these tags pass peer review!" "WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE THIS IN THE TAGS" "LMAAOO THIS IS SO FUNNYYY"). the tags can stand on their own. the only instance in which this is different is during a serious discussion, when you want to build off of another user's perspective. in which case, you address them as normal. some people credit taggers, some people don't. crediting tends to occur in discussions.
when making an original post, do not use irrelevant tags for Exposure. this is Greatly Hated by the userbase and is also against the TOS. you will get blocked at best, reported or yelled at at worst. only add relevant tags, and do not go overboard.
reposting other people's artwork is highly discouraged and is considered the Highest Offense. if you do any sort of reposting, you should credit and link to a creator directly. however, tumblr loves reposted videos, especially ones from tiktok. there are entire accounts dedicated to posting those.
sideblogs! it is possible to have multiple blogs under one email address. tumblr treats these blogs as proxies of your main blog. this means that sending someone an ask/commenting in the replies of a post will always appear with the name of your main blog, your likes will appear with the name of your main blog, and that if you follow someone you will appear on their followers list as your main blog (so you may be mutuals with someone and not even know it because their sideblog interacts with you, but isn't on your follower's list... because their main blog is listed there instead.) however, DMs DO appear as the sideblog name. you cannot swap your main blog with your sideblog. and right now, there is a bug where deleting a sideblog will delete your entire tumblr account so. don't do that lol. anyway, the amount of sideblogs you can make is literally infinite and i think there's just a Daily Limit of creating 10 of them or something. some users make a sideblog for each interest they have. others have no sideblogs and reblog everything to main. and then you have people like me that do both. somehow. some users will make sideblogs to hoard URLs. also sorry i'm just introducing this now, but that is what our usernames are called. because when tumblr was more desktop-oriented, every blog was literally a Personal Website. so ya. we call them "URLs." anyway, if someone wants to hang onto a URL for later, they might save it on an empty blog. this usually pisses people off. a "canon URL" is when someone has a URL that is like One Word or a Company Name or a Fictional character. hypothetical examples: "ketchup" "burgerking" "lukeskywalker." these are highly rare, coveted, and you look cool as hell if you have one.
tumblr's /\/SFW policy (/\/ is an N. i've censored it.) is best described as ???. posts that are safe for work get marked as /\/SFW and hardcore p0rn somehow persists. in general, be very wary of posting even artistic nvdity (even though it is supposedly permitted.) never deliberately mark your own posts as Mature. this is essentially like walking directly into a bear trap and waving a big sign at tumblr staff saying "hey! make it so people can't find my blog and i'm far more likely to get banned!" also do not tag posts with "/\/SFW." too many of those will get your entire blog marked as mature (which makes your posts pretty much invisible to other users.) tumblr users used /\/SFT (/\/ot safe for tumblr) for a long time, but staff caught on. there is now no consensus and people use their own personal tags for it. just pick something and people will catch on and blacklist it if need be. (btw you CAN type whatever you want on this website. i am only censoring in the hopes that this will allow my post to appear in the tags. this isn't tiktok lol)
while it is possible to disable reblogs on a post, this is a very RECENT addition and most users forget it exists. as such, please use common sense. if someone has written a post about, say, how sad they are feeling because they got in a fight with their family... that's not a good post to reblog. a like would be better here, like a pat on the back.
we LOVE polls. we love them. they are like sports to us. most of them are popularity polls - who is the better character? but people also use polls for, say, making bug emojis "race" each other. or "lets build a cake." other people use polls to write poetry, or learn about regional differences, or even to draw a pen!s. if you tag a poll as "poll" it will most likely be seen and voted in, because users look in the tag to find buttons to click.
there is unfortunately a T3RF (this one censored specifically to protect my notifs lmao. 3 is E) presence here. report, block, ignore, move on. common courtesy for users to inform each other if one is accidentally reblogged from. it also helps to blacklist tags related to them to avoid them. use shinigam! eyes browser extension on desktop.
there is NO equivalent to reddit awards on this website. as the userbase hates the staff, it is considered blasphemous to spend your money on checkmarks, etc. - buying them as a gift for another user is seen as a hostile act. it's like receiving a "kick-me" sign. once owned, badges cannot be deleted. thankfully, tumblr now allows you to disable checkmarks and other badges from appearing publically. that said, some users also give checkmarks unironically to show appreciation??? and others buy checks for themselves???? so yeah. tumblr doesnt actually have a verification system - these exist to mock twitter and to make a quick buck.
tumblr blaze. essentially, tumblr has a system in place to showcase user posts instead of advertisements sometimes. this is done by the user paying money. the higher the amount, the more impressions. tumblr users can now also blaze OTHER PEOPLE'S POSTS. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE BLAZE DISABLED!!! blazing another person's post (without asking first) is seen as a hostile act. why? because most blazed posts result in rude comments from strangers who are annoyed to see the post on their dashboard. unless it's like, a cute picture of a cat. or something genuinely helpful. boosting your soundcloud or a selfie or a rant about fandom does not typically garner positive responses. you can blaze just like. watch out. and also always ask the OP if you want to blaze someone else's post. (there is a reason this feature is called "blaze pvp")
tumblr merch is also frowned upon, as tumblr staff steals ideas from the userbase and profits off of them without financially compensating or crediting the users. there was a meme on here, "vanilla extract", that tumblr turned into water bottles while the person who made the meme was having to fundraise to survive :(
BLOCK. LIBERALLY.
umm i think thats it for now. but like if you have questions feel free to launch them into The Void with some tags and users are pretty quick to help out! hopefully i covered some stuff that other ppl haven't

Favorite Firefox Extensions
Firefox is a very extensible browser - through a combinations of addons and userscripts you can make it behave just about any way you want. The best part is, they're all free. Here are some of my favorites.
Note: if you have an Android device, check out my post about Firefox for Android's new extended support for addons!
Note: if you have an Apple device, check out my favorite Safari extensions here!
Last updated March 2024 (added Filtering+ for Tumblr).
Index:
uBlock Origin
Tab Session Manager
Sauron
Bypass Paywalls Clean
Auto Tab Discard
Video DownloadHelper
Highlight or Hide Search Engine Results
TWP - Translate Web Pages
UnTrap - YouTube Customizer
Indie Wiki Buddy
Cookie Auto Delete
ShopSuey - Get Rid of Ads on Amazon and Ebay
LibraryExtension
uBlock Origin
(compatible with Firefox for Android)
This is the first addon I install on any new Firefox browser. It's an adblocker, but at its core it can remove pretty much any HTML element from a website, and it comes with pre-configured lists for removing everything from ads to cookie banners to those annoying popups that ask you to sign up for email newsletters.
Tab Session Manager
Have you ever accidentally lost all your open browser tabs due to a computer update, or even just accidentally closing Firefox? With this addon you no longer have to worry about that - it automatically saves your open tabs and windows every time the browser closes, and autosaves a restore point of tabs every few minutes in case the browser crashes unexpectedly. Opening all your previous tabs and windows is a one-click deal.
Sauron
Ever wished your favorite website had a dark mode? With Sauron, now it can! Sauron attempts to intelligently figure out how to edit the color scheme of the web page (including text) to make it dark-mode friendly. It preserves the original color of images, but dims them so that they don't blind you. You can disable image dimming or dark mode on a site by site basis too. It's not perfect since it is making guesses about which colors to change, but it goes a long way toward making the internet an enjoyable place for me.
Bypass Paywalls Clean
This addon removes paywalls from hundreds of news websites around the world or adds links to open the article in a wrapper that provides the article text (like the Internet Archive etc.)
Auto Tab Discard
Ever wanted to keep a tab open for later use, but you notice the browser getting slower and slower the more tabs you have open? Auto Tab Discard will automatically "hibernate" tabs that you haven't used in a while so that they use less resources on your computer. It's smart enough not to hibernate pages that are playing media (like YouTube) or that have forms you haven't submitted yet (like job applications). You can customize how fast it puts tabs to sleep too and exclude certain websites from hibernating at all.
Video DownloadHelper
This addon can download streaming videos from most modern (HTML5) websites, and even finds soft subtitles that accompany the stream and downloads those too. Just browse to the webpage that has the video on it, click the icon in the Firefox toolbar, and select the video you want to download and click "Quick Download". For YouTube I would recommend using a YT downloader website (like KeepVid) to download the video directly, but Video DownloadHelper really shines for websites that aren't popular enough to have dedicated downloader websites like that. I've used it download videos from a Japanese film festival streaming portal, news websites, etc.
Highlight or Hide Search Engine Results
This addon allows you to blacklist websites and completely remove them from Google, Bing, or DuckDuckGo search results. Don't want to see image search results from AI websites? Blacklist them. Searching for tech support advice and getting frustrated by all the auto-generated junk websites that stuff themselves full of SEO terms to jump to the top of the search results without actually providing any information at all? Blacklist them so they don't come up in your next search. Conversely, you can also whitelist websites that you know and trust so that if they ever come up in future search results, they'll be highlighted with a color of your choosing for visibility.
TWP - Translate Web Pages
(compatible with Firefox for Android)
Does what it says on the tin: auto-detects a website's language and provides a button that can translate it to a language of your choosing. You can also just select individual text on the page and translate just that. Note that this sends whatever text you translate to the servers of your selected translation service (Google, Bing, Yandex, or DeepL), so keep in mind the privacy implications if you don't want your IP address associated with having read that text.
Edit: As of version 118, Firefox now has the ability to translate text locally on your computer, without needing to send it to a cloud service. You can enable this in Settings -> Translation -> Install languages for offline translation. Note that at this time (May 2024), 18 (mostly European) languages are supported. More info here.
UnTrap for YouTube
(compatible with Firefox for Android and they have a Safari for iOS extension too)
This addon lets you tweak the YouTube interface and hide anything you don't want to see. For instance, I hide all the "recommended" videos that come up when you search YT now. They have nothing to do with your search, so they're essentially just ads YT puts in your search results. I also hide Explore, Trending, More from YouTube, and Shorts sections, but you can customize it to fit your preferences.
Note: depending on the particular set of tweaks you want to make to YouTube, you may prefer to use YouTube Search Fixer instead. User preference.
Indie Wiki Buddy
I loathe Fandom.com wiki sites - they are cluttered and filled with ads and autoplaying videos that follow you down the page as you scroll. The organization is also hostile - if a community tries to leave their platform and bring their content to a new wiki hoster, Fandom bans them from the platform and reverts all their deletions/changes. Indie Wiki Buddy attempts to find an independent alternative for the wiki you're trying to browse and automatically redirects you to it, and if one doesn't exist, it will redirect you to a proxy site like antifandom or breezewiki that shows the Fandom content but removes all ads/videos/background images so you can actually, you know. READ it.
Cookie Auto Delete
(compatible with Firefox for Android)
Websites store "cookies" - little text files with info about you - on your computer as you browse so they can track you as you browse the internet. This addon automatically deletes cookies from a website a short while after you close the last tab you had open for that site. You can customize how long it waits before clearing cookies too. Note that this can sign you out of many websites, so you can whitelist any site you don't want cookies cleared for.
ShopSuey - Get Rid of Ads on Amazon and Ebay
Removes the ads/recommended products that clutter up Amazon and Ebay search results and product pages.
LibraryExtension
This fantastic addon recognizes when you are viewing a book on many popular websites and can automatically check whether that book is available in any of the library systems or subscription services you have access to, including how many copies your library(ies) have and how many are currently checked out. The best part is it shows the availability for physical books, ebooks, AND audiobooks at supported libraries. The extension currently supports libraries in Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States, but it also supports some global repositories like the Internet Archive and subscription services like NLS Bard for the blind and print disabled, Kobo Plus, Libro.fm, Anyplay.fm, Bookmate, and Everand. Great extension for people trying to support their local library and also save money.
Filtering+ for Tumblr
This addon lets you add tags or phrases to your tumblr tag filters with two clicks, without leaving the dashboard. I've been asking Tumblr for this tag filtering behavior on their mobile apps (i.e. press and hold a tag to get a filter option) for at least a year now in asks and surveys, without ever stopping to see if someone had already implemented this on desktop. More fool me. This addon is from the author of XKit Rewritten. Note that the right-click tag filtering only works on the dashboard; it will not appear if you are on someone's blog. Right-clicking selected text to filter the phrase works everywhere based on my testing.

a little treat
→ you’re a writer and you have two days to deliver the first chapters to your newest book but having inspiration to do it… so toto wolff gives you a little treat to help you. → words counting: 2,8k → warnings: smut → khai’s note: this is my first time writing smut in english and on tumblr. hope you guys like it! my askbox is always open for requests and to chat :)
You pushed the MacBook away, removed your glasses from your face and left them on the table anyway before covering your face with your own hands, allowing a muffled grunt to escape your lips.
Being a writer was not an easy task and you knew it, but it was what you loved to do most in your entire life and the area you had found yourself in. With several books published and awarded, you had the recognition you always dreamed of, but none of that stopped you from feeling extremely frustrated at that exact moment.
The physical calendar on the wall right in front of you only served to remind you that you were two days away from handing in four chapters of your next book to your editor and you hadn't even managed to finish the second. You hated not being able to meet the deadlines that were set and the writer's block gave rise to a huge sense of frustration within you.
— Everything is fine?
Toto had just arrived on the first floor when he heard your lamentation, as the office you two shared in the house was next to the stairs that led to the second floor of the house.
As you were two people with different commitments and goals in your work, you knew very well what each one had ahead of you for the week and he knew exactly that you were close to having to deliver chapters of your next book.
— Dear? — he tried again, but this time approaching you and placing both hands on your shoulders, being careful not to scare you. — What is happening?
You pulled your face away from his hands when you felt his caress on your shoulders, allowing his body to relax into the chair and letting your hands fall into your lap. You just loved the power it had to make all problems go away in a simple way.
— I have four chapters due in two days, but I haven't even finished the second one. you sighed.
— Is there no way to ask for more time? — his hands moved to your shoulders, massaging the spot in an attempt to help ease the tension that gripped his body.
— That would delay the remainder of the schedule. — you replied — As I insisted on launching the project this year, things got a little tight.
You knew it would be a difficult task to deliver a book for release later that year, even more so with the fact that it was less than five months away from the end. All dates, deliveries and meetings were planned in a minimum amount of time so that everything went smoothly and there was no possibility of errors or delays.
You kind of had no choice for your lack of inspiration. You needed to find inspiration somehow or you would end up not delivering the project and consequently ending the year in the worst possible way at your job.
— Is there anything I can do to help you?
— Can you get me inspired to write three more chapters in forty-eight hours?
Toto stopped moving his hands and you sighed because of that, already missing the contact, but grateful that you needed to get back to your work — or try to do something else.
— No, but I can try if you want.
— I appreciate the help, dear. — you laughed — But you don't have to worry.
You got up from your chair, looking for your computer and glasses, facing Toto and smiling in his direction.
— I'm going to work in the garden, maybe that will help me.
He nodded, kissing your lips softly and you left the office, heading down the hall towards the back of your house in Oxfordshire which had a large garden. Despite the cold, sitting in one of the armchairs on the porch, observing the greenery and the outdoors could be just what you needed at that moment.
Inside the house, Toto was still standing in the office because an idea had appeared in his mind to be able to help you. For him, the best way to meet a deadline like his was to be relaxed enough that only that might be able to make you write everything you needed to.
The austrian returned to the room to be able to prepare everything he had in mind. He filled up the tub, put in some of the bath salts you loved, lit some scented candles, and dimmed the room light, getting everything exactly the way he knew you liked it.
In the garden, you had only managed to write a paragraph and your mind sabotaged you to make you believe that it was rubbish. While you internally discussed whether or not you should delete it, the austrian pushed the door that separated the environments and took a few seconds to observe you, smiling widely.
— Honey… — you turned your face, finding him nearby — I need you to come with me.
— Did something happen?
— I prepared something for you.
— Something for me?" — you laughed — What did you do, Toto?
In response, he held out his hand towards you and you set your notebook aside, taking your husband's hand and allowing him to guide you through the interior of the house you shared, feeling more and more anxious to know what he was doing. have done.
— Why are all the lights in the house off? — you asked, but all you got in response was a weak chuckle from your husband.
You two went up the stairs towards the second floor and, as soon as you entered the suite you shared, he let go of your hand, stopping in front of you and turning his body to face you.
— I need you to take off your clothes, honey.
— Toto… — you said, surprised by the request — or the order.
— I can take it off for you if you want. — he shrugged because it wasn't one of the worst jobs in the world, but it was definitely his favorite, and you knit your eyebrows together as you watched him walk over to start taking off your shirt.
— What are you doing, Torger?
— You said you wanted to be more inspired. — he paused, pulling your shirt up and discarding it across the room before sealing his lips to yours. — I've set out your favorite rose wine, filled the tub, added those salts you like and I'm ready to get you completely inspired tonight.
— Darling, you didn't have to... — he interrupted your sentence, joining his lips to yours once more while one of his hands began to open the buttons of the pants you were wearing, letting the piece of clothing slide down your legs.
— Of course I had to. — he smiled — I promised that I would do everything in my power, and then some, to make you happy, darling.
You nodded, letting a goofy smile play on your lips at the care he had for you. That had been one of the thousands of reasons that made you fall in love with Toto.
— Now, let's take your clothes off.
You hurried to get rid of the pieces, which made him laugh, stopping to help you so he could just watch you. You couldn't miss the glint in his eyes when you were stark naked in front of him… It was like you were the most beautiful thing he had ever seen.
— Do you like what you see, Mr Wolff? — you joked.
— I love it, Mrs. Wolff.
Toto smirked, approaching to kiss you and took advantage of the proximity to lightly squeeze one of your breasts, making you moan in the middle of the kiss.
He walked away, taking your hand and leading you into the bathroom, where there were more candles lit and the tub was duly ready for you. You could smell the flavorings and salts he had thrown in.
Toto helped you to get into the bathtub and you closed your eyes when you saw that he had left the place. You took advantage of that silent and calm bath he had prepared, taking a few minutes just for you, without thinking about anything you had to write. It was a moment of peace with yourself.
— Schatz… — his voice made you open your eyes —I brought you some wine.
You smiled, reaching for the glass of wine and saw a delicate smile on his lips, as if he was genuinely happy that you were enjoying everything he had prepared.
— Are you enjoying it?
— I would like it better if you were here with me.
— Today is about you, honey. — he said — Enjoy your relaxing bath and I'll be back in a few minutes.
You nodded in agreement, even though you wanted him to stay there longer, if only to look at you. But, you also knew that you needed to enjoy a moment like that, even more so because he had thought and prepared for you.
In the bedroom, Toto was making the bed, which was the second part of what he had thought of. The light was low and the atmosphere had some candles to bring a more romantic mood for the two of you to enjoy.
Minutes later, he returned to the bathroom, pulling you out of your moment and helping you out of the tub carefully so you didn't end up slipping. He removed the glass from your hands, handing you a towel so you could dry off and stared at you for some time before approaching slowly.
The way your lips touched in that instant made a shiver run through your entire body and you let go of the towel so that you could hug him around the neck. The austrian's hands roamed over your body, squeezing your ass, gluing your body to his so you could feel his cock as you sank deeper and deeper into the kiss you shared.
Blindly, Toto made you walk backwards, leaning your body against the sink and breaking the kiss so that he began to distribute a series of kisses along your jaw. He moved his lips down your neck, taking the opportunity to bite a little of the skin and his hands roamed freely and shamelessly all over your body, getting lost among your breasts, your belly and on the way to your pussy.
A ravenous moan escaped your lips when you felt his fingers in the space between your legs and automatically your hands tugged at his hair, feeling Wolff's smile against your skin.
The circular movements started, making you close your eyes so you could give yourself completely to him, especially when your husband's lips met your breast. That was the paradise you loved so much.
The fingers entered and left you the way you loved, torturing you at the necessary times and with the hand of his hand brushing your clit in the way he knew would take you to your climax in no time.
Your eyes fluttered open as he pulled back, stopping all movement, and you could have sworn you were about to cry in frustration, but he chuckled before kissing you once more.
— Toto… — you called him.
— Say it, schatz…
— Please.
He smiled, shaking his head and you saw the moment he crouched down in front of you. His eyes closed again when he spread your legs apart, already anticipating what would come next, but first he blew on your pussy, sending a new shiver through your body before touching the spot with his mouth.
His body arched back and his hand went blindly into his hair as he felt his tongue roam the length of it. It was delicious because he knew exactly what you liked and what he had to do… Toto had you in his hands.
The ball of pleasure in his belly was getting bigger and bigger and you knew it was going to be burst at any moment. Moans escaped your lips without fear and his hand in his hair pulled hard so that he could discount in some other way all the sensations that hovered over your body.
When Toto slipped a finger into your pussy, you squinted, parting your lips to let out a longer moan.
— Yes, Toto… — you said — Please.
You knew you didn't have to ask because he would give it to you, but your mind couldn't reason that that was the obvious. Only pleasure was all that was on your mind because that's all you felt in that moment. But most importantly, it was everything you needed.
Toto pulled his mouth away from your pussy when he felt the way you contracted against his fingers because he knew the moment was close. Your breathing was interrupted, your eyes narrowed and your moans showed that there was little left.
He knew you very well.
— Yes, my little girl. — he murmured — My little girl is going to come on my fingers, isn't she?
All you could do at that moment was nod your head frantically in agreement as your body was no longer ruled by your mind, but pleasure alone.
You needed it.
Toto smiled at the scene he had right before his eyes. The sweat pouring down your forehead, your breasts swaying and the way you squirmed under his touch…. Perfect.
— Come on, love.
The bubble in your belly seemed to burst.
Your feet buckled, your body arched and a loud moan escaped your lips in that instant, filling the entire room while your mind was a big blur.
Wolff smiled completely satisfied, continuing to move his fingers inside you to prolong your orgasm for a little while longer and you moved your hips enjoying that wonderful sensation before feeling your body relax, going back to meet the sink.
You opened your eyes slowly, sighing when he withdrew his fingers from inside you, finding the image of your husband sucking your fingers completely wet from your cum with a smirk smile.
He was perfect.
You loved him so much.
Especially when he gave you an orgasm like that.
He knew exactly what was going through your head at that moment. Toto knew you wouldn't stop there, but he couldn't stop teasing you because it was one of his favorite things to do. Then, with a smile on his face, before you, still recovering, he asked:
— Do you think you're ready to write what's left?

Note
hello ms. comrade Ironside, longtime reader, first time caller.
as a fellow writer of queer erotica, I was wondering if you had any thoughts/spoons to share those thoughts on wordpress being swept into the AI debacle under automattic? (I think that’s what you use to host your cool website, forgive me if I am mistaken.) I’m trying to figure out where to set up an author website of my own so I don’t have to host my stuff on tumblr anymore, but I’m a bit gun-shy in the current moment. I know AI trawling is inevitable in today’s internet, but as someone who’s been doing the indie author thing for some time (and admirably!), is there something you would recommend, best practices or otherwise, to someone just trying to get their metaphorical kite off the ground? or anything you wish you knew when you set up your own author-type socials? any thought at all would be genuinely appreciated.
thanks for your time, and I hope you and yours are as well as can be expected 🖤
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but afaik nothing approaching best practices has been figured out yet; it's all already happening and there's precious little as can be done to put the toothpaste back in the tube. Of course I uncheck all the little boxes in settings and deny them my consent or whatever, but I don't think a gaggle of unimaginative piss-bellied technocrats who decided it was a sensible use of vast amounts of water and power to teach a computer how to write very badly are what I'd call trustworthy. I'm still gonna move all my website shit off of Wordpress because they won't let me get rid of the stupid AI assistant thing, but that's more a case of their UI being ugly and dumb than me thinking it'll actually do any good.
Best I can tell you on that front is to try to find yourself a niche and develop yourself as an artist from there; "Write the kinds of books you wish other people were writing" is good general advice, and a human operator is always going to be capable of things a predictive network just isn't. Other ppl are gonna disagree with that, but they're wrong. Their understanding of resource allocation and scarcity is just childishly naive and you shouldn't waste your time listening to people who think we're gonna solve climate change with apps or whatever.
Far as social media goes, this is still the best one for hocking books as far as I can tell. I'm hearing a lot of good things about Cohost and Pillowfort, but their user bases are still quite small, and I haven't found the indie author community on Bluesky yet. If Tumblr goes belly up I'll probably end up migrating to one of those first two primarily b/c I think longform blogging is the secret stuff for ppl like me who are just too crabby and agoraphobic to be Twitter influencers; I may not be any good at videos or regular quick posts or documenting the writing process (which is too bad, b/c a lot of my friends who do that stuff seem to be having fun with it), but I sure can Lay Out Some Thoughts in A Few Paragraphs and I like to think that's something ppl expect from a novelist.
Also, never get in a public argument, don't go posting Your Thoughts On The Issues unless someone asked or you feel like you've got something interesting to say, and be very selective with how much and what personal information you give out to the hoi polloi. Those are my 3 rules for how to do social media good.

Tumblr's new policy, and updates going forward
Yeah, I bet we all saw this coming, huh.
So, given tungl dot hell(tm)'s new deal with midjourney, I think pretty much all artists on tumblr are, well, not having a great time. Like deviantart, tumblr has provided a way to opt out from having your blog content scraped, but like deviantart, it's a little unclear what has already been shared before the opt-out went into place, and how much they'll actually work to stop machine trawlers from trawling opted-out blogs.
I'll put the tl;dr up front:
King of Shades will not be leaving Tumblr, but due to the new policy, I won't be posting full pages here anymore.
There's no point in taking down all the pages I've already posted. Deleting them from my page won't delete subsequent reblogs, and there's a pretty high chance that tumblr has already scraped them. (haveibeentrained.com seems to think I haven't been yet, at least. I don't think I really have a big enough following for that to happen, although I don't want to jinx it...) But I certainly won't be posting the full-size pages here anymore.
Instead, I think I'll go the Trying Human route and post a little preview of the update (possibly heavily watermarked; my computer can't run glaze/nightshade, unfortunately), so you guys will still get notifications, but you'll have to visit the ComicFury main website in order to read it. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience (although I will say that I think it's a much better reading experience over there)!
Speaking of which:
I have never and will never ask for any kind of compensation (other than your wonderful feedback, which I've just been absolutely blown away by) for doing this. Even putting legality aside, that's not why I'm here! However, if you've enjoyed this comic, ever thought that you might be willing to tip me on ko-fi if I had one, or even just want to continue having an internet that isn't entirely a corporate wasteland, I ask that you consider donating to ComicFury instead.
ComicFury is a relic of the old, good internet: it's been around for at least 15 years, and it's all hosted and managed by one guy (Kyo). Aside from his team of volunteer moderators, everything on this website is done by one person with a passion for supporting artists. I've chatted with him a little, and he's a great dude! Most of his operating costs are paid for out of pocket, and the site is currently hurting a little bit because it doesn't run ads, it doesn't have subscriptions or paywalled content, it doesn't have any corporate interference or monetization of any kind outside of his Patreon. And—perhaps most relevantly for this post:
I will cut right to the chase, we have decided not to allow AI-art based webcomics on the site. [...] As for our reasoning, there are obviously ethical concerns regarding the source images of most commonly used AI image generators (namely them just being scraped off the internet without anyones permission). But even beyond that, another concern is that due to the extremely low effort involved, webcomics of this nature could just over time completely drown out in numbers art by passionate people who put a lot of time into it , which would be a real shame. So we asked ourselves what would be better for the community, and we agreed that banning it would probably be the better thing overall.
—Kyo has been quite firm that he will not allow AI art to be posted to or scraped from any ComicFury domain. While this isn't a protection against huge web trawls or people putting someone's art in individually—there's not a lot anyone can do about that yet, even with tools like glaze and nightshade—it's a little peace of mind that the art posted there won't abruptly be sold en masse to the highest bidder.
The Patreon starts at $2/month, and Kyo has said that he doesn't mind people pledging for a short time and then dipping if they can't afford an ongoing subscription. If and only if this is something you can afford, and you want to continue seeing independent webcomics including King of Shades, please consider donating!
The Patreon is here. There's not much in the way of reward tiers, especially if you're not a member, but I posit that the real reward is being able to read free webcomics done by real humans as labors of love, without being advertised to or sold as the product. And also maybe the friends we made along the way. Or something.
Once again, there is no pressure, and no shame if you're not willing or able to give money. But if you've ever thought you might be willing to tip me for what I do, consider passing it along to the guy who makes it possible instead.
Thank you for your time!
P.S. Page 64 is coming, I promise! Recent developments kind of kneecapped my motivation for making online art 🙃

Ok so I'm going to do a better, Tumblr-focused writeup soon and also track down those blogs to talk about them more specifically, but I fell for a misinformation scheme today and want to talk about how and why. Here's an email I sent my little cousin about it.
This morning, I encountered a Tumblr post talking about the TikTok ban and the government's attempt to severely curtail digital privacy rights as part of it.
I had heard that the TikTok ban was currently up for debate in the Senate, after passing the House with strong bipartisan support. I was not surprised by the information in the screenshots; it matched with things I knew the government had tried to do often in the past, and often under similar circumstances. I looked up the bill linked to verify, and yeah, it was an active bill that had been introduced in the Senate. (I should have realized then that there was an issue with what I was reading, but in my defense it was about 6:00 AM, and I was just glancing over things in the parking lot before going in to work.)
Concerned for the digital privacy and security of my family, and especially the ones I can't just drive to, I drafted the following message to you:
"I haven't had time to read all the way through the RESTRICT act that the Senate proposed, but summaries I've seen indicate that as written it's a massive overreach. It's better known as the TikTok ban; the news has been focusing on that part as it passes through Congress so far.
I always sign my emails to you with my public key. Both of you should look up how to use PGP to send me encrypted emails with that. It may become even more important soon to normalize secure encryption in Internet communications, and there may also be things that we wish to discuss that state or federal laws may frown on in the future.
I planned to introduce topics related to computer and information security more gradually, but making sure that talking about those is possible at all is an important part of that.
Congress.gov page on the bill
Tweet thread"
(As an aside, I do still think that normalizing encryption is a very worthwhile thing to do; it makes the web a safer place for activists and informants needing a way to communicate without surveillance, without being singled out as enemies of the surveillance state.)
I then checked through the notes of the Tumblr post to see if there was more context I wanted to share, and noticed people who called out a detail that I missed. That post was first posted in March of 2023, a little over a year ago. It refers to an entirely different bill than the TikTok ban which is currently going through the Senate, one which activists successfully stalled (and likely killed) last year. This year's bill is much more targeted (though, as implemented, I still have issues with it); its text can be found here.
This is a classic example of how misinformation spreads. I did not have bad intent when I went to share that commentary on last year's bill with you, and I did not find it from someone with bad intent (in fact, she subsequently shared a commentary I posted on the actual bill, in reply to her original incorrect post.) From what I can tell, on March 14, a number of mostly inactive politically-focused blogs all shared that post directly from the original poster (not from someone who had it in their feed, like a normal Tumblr interaction). Each of these was tagged with fairly popular political tags. None of these blogs has posted since, keeping it at the top of their page to get more eyes on it.
Misinformation is spread deliberately, and it takes caution and checking of your biases to combat it. I almost fell for this one because I expected it to be true. I should have checked on it before sharing anything at all. Looking at it now, I ask: who benefits from this?
Most directly, proponents of the current TikTok ban benefit from activist efforts being directed towards a functionally dead bill. This, apparently, includes the strong majority of the House, on both sides of the aisle; it may be assumed that it also includes the government's surveillance agencies (as it is easier to compel data from American companies than from foreign ones, particularly Chinese ones). It could also include other social media sites, especially those like YouTube and Instagram that compete directly with TikTok in the realm of algorithmically driven short videos.
More abstractly, though, this misinformation benefits the status quo, and conservatism as a whole. By causing people who are invested in the TikTok ban (mostly left-leaning people) to engage with more stringent and concerning bills, stress is increased on activists and burnout becomes more likely. Targeting the mental health of left-leaning activists is a tactic we've seen multiple times recently in misinformation campaigns; another example is the "the Guardian is doing a story on DIY HRT" hoax that recently circulated among my trans friends. This type of stressful lie misinformation serves the dual purpose of causing activists to burn out and decreasing trust among communities that share it.
This is a new specific strategy to me, but the solution is the same as ever. Check your sources when you speak publicly, check how your biases affect what ideas seem "clearly correct", and aim for your statements to maximize quality, rather than quantity. That's a discipline I still need to refine, but it's not hard. Just requires a bit of diligence.

Little Bunny 1
Yandere William Afton/Steve Raglan x reader
Dead dove do not eat! - you will get exactly what's in the tags!
Tags: FNAF, mature themes, William Afton(That guy is a warning himself)
William's obsession with you starts slowly.
Note: Hi! I am lowkey feeling nervous posting this since this is my first ever published content on Tumblr. Pls don't go too harsh on me. :( but Part 2 and 3 coming very soon!!
Tumblr media
You moved in town a couple of days ago, you got yourself a place with a good friend of yours who offered you to share. You were thankful of her offer. As soon as you moved in, you were trying out jobs, but none of them were good for you since either your boss was an complete dick or your coworkers were perverts.
"Hey, I got a career councellor for you, I've heard he had given many people jobs. People said he's very friendly." Your friend gave you his card, 'Steve Raglan'
"Really?" You raised an eyebrow at her, not really buying it,
"Yes, really." She smiled at you, "Think about it. I am sure he has something in mind for you."
"But how can he have something for me if I already tried almost every job there was?" You asked her and she gave you a weak smile,
"Trust me, I had a friend there who said he gave him a job that wasn't even 'officially' available. Haven't heard of him in a while though." Your friend shrugged.
"Thank you, but I don't know where to go." You sighed,
"Don't worry, all I need is your file with every information about you. But I will help you." She smiled at you with a warm, reassuring smile.
You and your friend got everything ready, she showed you the building where Steve Raglan's office is located at and handed your file in. Both of you were waiting in the waiting room of the building. People walked in and out, the typing of some computers can be heard in the background and after some time of waiting a secretary came up to you,
"You're here for Steve Raglan?" She asked with a smile and you nodded, "Good. Follow me, please." she beckoned you and you followed behind her. As soon as you arrived his office the woman left and you stood infront of Raglan's office door. There was a gold plate with purple writing on it saying 'Mr. Raglan'. So you knocked on the door softly, trying not to disturb if anyone else was there.
"Come in." a warm voice said and you slowly opened the door, as you entered, you could smell fresh coffee, the office looked inviting, modern equipment with a touch of vintage.
There he was, Steve Raglan, sitting in his spinny desk chair, slowly turning around to you with your file in hand.
Steve looked up at you, smiling warmly, "You must be the newbie here, right? I am Steve Raglan." Steve stood up from his chair, extending his hand for a handshake.
'He's a giant!' You thought and gently shook his hand, he then sat back down on his chair, your file laying infront of him on the desk, he leaned forward, placing his elbows on the desk,
"So, what can I do for you?" He asked with a warm tone,
"I am looking for a job. Nothing too big, just a simple little job can be enough." You answered, feeling a little nervous on what your options may be.
Steve grabbed your file, opening it and looking inside it briefly before looking back at you, "You had some trouble finding your first job here, right? Because of 'personal' related issues?" he tilted his head a little to the side, waiting for your response.
"Yes, Mr. Raglan." You nodded, "If...if I might ask you if you have something for me with, uhm, not so many people in it? I prefer to work all by myself...if that is even possible." You stuttered a little bit, afraid if he will say there is nothing for you, giving him a nervous look.
William grinned internally, knowing he's found his next victim.
"Oh yes. Actually, there is something exactly for you in store. A security gig." Steve smiled at you, "But don't worry, you are all by yourself, nobody else." he added and leaned back into his chair.
"Really? That's good!" You smiled back happily.
'If only you knew...' William thought to himself.
Steve then grinned a bit, "But it's at night. And it's an old Pizzaria."
Your face dropped for a second,
'A job as a night guard at an old Pizzaria?' You thought.
"Oh, that's okay. At this point I'll take anything." You let out a nervous chuckle, making Steve grin.
"Perfect. Don't worry, you only have to do one thing. Keeping people out. Well- and- and keeping the place tidy." Steve explained,
'That's two things' you thought
"Yeah, I can do that." You nodded, "Great! Oh, want some coffee? Just finished before you came in." Steve offered and stood up again, walking past you and to his coffee machine. Steve grinned wolfishly while pouring coffee into the two mugs, before returning to you and handing you the coffee.
"You know, to be brutally honest with you, I am glad you're different." Steve said as he sat back down across from you
"Different? What do you mean?" You asked him wondering what he meant by that,
"Well, most of my clients are sort of 'trouble makers', fired from their past jobs then showing up here and begging me to find them a job, some of them even returning to me saying they got fired again." Steve chuckled.
You chuckled too "Well, from what I have seen I can only agree."
Steve laughed, "Welcome to the job. Now, let me explain everything to you."
'You're in for a fun ride, bunny...'
Steve then explained everything you needed to know in full detail, he gave you the location and the exact route from your house. Your shift would start tomorrow, from 12AM to 6AM at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza.

Hi, it's me, the author of the fucked everything au post, this one
I wanted to add some things, feel free to make your additions
-Sherlock is a firm believer in the Doctor, but he think Crowley is the Doctor, just disguised. He tried to nonchilantly pull his "red wig" from his head. (He has never run into the Doctor for some reason)
-Morpheus and Crowley talk shit about Lucifer when they're drunk.
-Watson and Wilson have a bet on whose partner will break the most law in a week. They're always very close wins.
-Dirk Gently and Aziraphale have become great friends, they take tea together every Thursday and they talk about all sort of stuff. Aziraphale finds Dirk captivating in his weirdness, he thinks he is a very interesting human.
-Scooby Doo is afraid of Dog (Adam's dog)
-Gregory House thinks paralibulites is made up, he steals a couple of Todd's pills to analyse them and see if they're like allucinogens but they're not. He forms an alliance with Sherlock to find out what the fuck is there in those pills.
-James Bond can imitate Benoit perfectly but Benoit can't imitate James, he can't get rid of the accent. Q finds James's impressions very amusing.
-Aziraphale and Philip talks about sweet recipes, they also exchange culinary creations, but, while Philip actually makes them, Aziraphale miracles them because he is shit at cooking. Philip always tells him that he is such a great baker and he feels like a beginner compared to him, Aziraphale smiles patting his arm and saying practice makes perfect. When Philip starts asking for details on how to make the perfect sponge cake or a mousse that won't melt, Aziraphale just miracles someone calling him because oh boy he doesn't know the first thing Philip is talking about.
-Both Sherlock and House tried to get Shaggy to sell them marijuana, unsuccessfully.
-Crowley loves to hear House going on and on about how God doesn't exist. It's hilarious for him. He has to physically stop himself from laughing. He pretends to agree with him.
-Dirk is the only one not fazed about Scooby Doo being a talking dog. When Crowley and Aziraphale are weirded out. They're trying to remember if it's one of their old miracles.
-Ascots were invented by Crowley, because they're simply an insult to style, and also he knew Aziraphale would have loved them. He is proud to see Benoit and Fred wearing them, they release a small but effective amount of evil into the world.
-I saw a post on Tumblr, I don't remember by who, that said if Benoit Blanc is with Hugh Grant it means at some point he had to choose between him and Colin Firth, you know, like in Bridget Jones Diary. This is now canon for me. Philip won Benoit Blanc's heart over Colin Firth and Philip hates talking about Colin, the idea that he could lose Benoit over him is just terrible to remember. Also Colin isn't really called Colin his name is Harry Bright. You were fools if you thought I'd leave Mamma Mia out of this.
-Dirk has heard Matthew the raven talk and Scooby Doo talk and now he is convinced he can talk to animals, that's a skill the universe granted him.
-Benoit Blanc and Aziraphale talk about fashion, obviously.
-If Q and Newton Pulsifer ever met all the computers in the world would explode.
-Also here's a small fic I read some time ago that I really love (and it's a House/Good Omens crossover) on how House and Wilson are alive and well in this au
-Dirk actually somewhat counts amongst the supernatural individuals so Crowley and Aziraphale and Dream and Hob started inviting him and Todd to their dinners. The point is Dirk and Todd haven't understood Ineffable Husbands and Dremling are supernatural individuals yet and they just think they're very eccentric folks.
-Dirk stole Crowley's Bentley once because The UniverseTM and Crowley has been trying to kill him ever since, but the Universe won't let Dirk die. This does not interfer with the Supernatural Dinners Aziraphale insists on hosting and the angel made him promise he won't try to kill Dirk at their house.
-He tries not show, but Sherlock is feeling the competitions with all of these other private detectives showing up. Especially Dirk, because he has no idea how they guy does since he looks like an idiot but he is always on top of the cases.
-Aziraphale unsuccessfully tries to buy the old medicine book Wilson gifted house for Christmas.
-Lestrade tried to stop the Scooby Doo Gang from interfering with a police case but ended up talking about cars with Fred and just...forgot he was supposed to stop these guys. He opted for closing an eye. It wasn't even his division, anyway.
-Q and Mycroft have been trying for years to obtain information on Hob Gadling, Aziraphale, Crowley and Morpheus at MI6 because, like, they're weird. They all come from families in which people always had roughly the same name for some reasons, their documents seem legit but there's something wrong about them. Also why is Crowley financing a witch hunting agency. Like yes he looks weird but not let's hunt witches in 2022 weird.
Dirk: "Your name is Sherlock? I have a friend named Sherlock!"
Sherlock: "It's not a very common name."
Dirk: "His name is Sherlock Hobbs."
Sherlock: "...Interesting."
Todd: "So you're like...you're Sherlock...and Watson."
Watson: "There are our names, yes."
Todd: "But, like, just like... Sherlock and Watson?"
Watson: "Yes. Again, these are our names."
-Benoit and Philip are very proud of Fred, they're only worried about his well being always travelling and having to deal with bad guys (especially Philip, he's scared for his son🥺), but luckily Q installed a tracking device in the Mystery Machine
-Sherlock is secretly fond of Steve McQueen the rat and will go to House's house (my God what did I write) just to pet it. House allows it.
-Sometimes Sherlock and House play together, violion and piano. They found out they have more in common than they'd like to admit and that they enjoy eachothers company, even if they'll never say it out loud.
-(btw I think it was @thesaltofcarthage to headcanon that House is Sherlock's biological father and yes it's far fetched but also I am not opposed to this at all, I like it a lot, I vibe with it so I leave this here and give her the due credits).
-The Them ask Morpheus if he is a new Horseman of the Apocalypse. Morpheus simply smiles at them and then tells Adam "My sister likes you" before going his way.
-Aziraphale dislikes Mycroft a lot because may I remind you Mark Gatiss played one of the two Nazis in the church who played Aziraphale for a fool with the book deal. The rest you know yada yada yada Crowley comes to the rescue.
-House often dreams of Fiddler's Green since he is played by Stephen Fry and he and Hugh Laurie are very close friends.
-I like to think Shaggy actually is an failed attempt at an Antichrist that didn't work out and yes he is...someway Lucifer's son. And kind of Adam's brother. But he doesn't know. Also Scooby Doo is an infernal hound like of course. And Shaggy wished for Scooby Doo to be his best friend and like food and be as scared as him of horror stuff so there you have it.
-Aziraphale knows Wilson. He knew John Keating, great professor, and he went to visit him at Welton Academy once. He remember Wilson when he was young, talentex actor, shame he went for medicine in the end, he could really have a future in the arts. Wilson tells himself his mind is playing tricks on him, the weird man he saw with Mr Keating once must be dead at this time.
Last thing I wanna add I didn't expect this whole everything-I've-ever-watched-au to resonate with people and I am happy you like it, I have fun writing but it's even better to share it with someone, please keep adding ideas and crossovers to this. All the comments and reblogs I had under my last posts were brilliant and all together we make a big brain of mind-blowing ideas.

"baby~~ I'm home" chris said happily after closing the front door of your shared apartment. "oh hi love" you said looking at him before returning to your work. "baby is everything okay?" he asked "yeah why has something happened?" you replied "no but it's monday 4 in the morning, you're working and we had a date yesterday which I forgot and you didn't get upset what's wrong" he pointed out almost everything.
"honey please it's friday it's not even midnight-" you stared at the clock on your screen; he was right. "babe tell me you've at least eaten the past two days and slept" he said worried and approached you carefully. you were tearing up; you did to yourself what you told him not to do again, but covered it up with a smile, he can't know you slept only 3 hours without leaving your desk, you haven't eaten nothing and arranged a date you didn't even care to remember about.
"everything is okay now go to bed and I'll join you" you kissed his cheek "turn off the computer " he ordered with a soft voice. "I'm not done-" "stop talking sweetie I'm trying to help you okay? now turn this thing off and come here" he said opening his arms to hug you. you did exactly what he said as tears started rolling down your face when he embraced you. "chris I'm so so sorry I shouldn't have done that you're right but I couldn't finish his project and i-" you tried to apologise between cries "shh princess it's okay now let's go take a shower okay?" he said kissing your forehead, you nodded.
he left you in the bathroom to wash yourself and gave you a hoodie and sweats to wear and made you dinner. after some time when you were ready he called you to the kitchen and ate that food with you. "it's good" you said to praise his cooking skills, "thanks love eat and we'll go sleep okay" "kay" you answered eating as fast as you could to sleep sooner. "drink your water too" he said drinking from his glass as well. "I'll clean up, go and lay down okay love?" he asked kissing your nose. you were about to collapse since you hadn't slept enough and just nodded.
you went to your shared bedroom and hugged his pillow tight inhaling his comforting scent while you waited for him. "angel, are you sleeping?" he whispered closing the door behind him. "no channie can we cuddle please?" you whispered back, voice already sleepy. he changed to his pyjamas, his shorts, and went under the sheets "come here love" he mumbled reaching for you.

So, I wanna give y'all a bit of a life update and the future of this account. If that doesn't interest you, keep scrolling. If it does, read under the cut. Feel free to voice your thoughts in the notes.
The past five months have been a lot, in simple terms. I had to leave my previous job significantly earlier than I wanted to, move to a different state significantly earlier than I wanted to, figure out how to manage off-grid living, adjust to a new job that I must admit I'm not really satisfied with, and I've adopted a kitten that came from a cat colony (she's doing amazing, btw). There's more to it, but that's most of what's been going on.
As a result, I've had to press pause on writing more personal and informative posts. It's not something I wanted to do. I just haven't really had a lot of time to spare. I'm not kidding when I say my drafts list is long. I'm the type of person who writes better on a computer instead of a phone, so I have to hold off on writing this stuff for when I get to visit a local cafe that has wifi.
It's unfortunate. But that's just how things are right now.
So, that being said... I'm in a spot where I'm more comfortable with evaluating where to go from here. I still want to post about folk magic and my personal practice. I'm just not sure tumblr is the platform to do it on. I haven't really decided if I am going to move to a different platform or not. I was looking into making a website at one point but that's a lot of work, and I'm not tech savvy. If anybody has any suggestions on this I'm open to them.
Furthermore, it's officially been a year since I was formally diagnosed with autism. It's been a rough adjustment. It's not like things really changed, because the struggles I've had pre-diagnosis are still present. The new struggles have been trying to redirect my mum away from ableist organizations and trying to explain to people that my brain isn't wired like a neurotypical person's.
I've also been able to address some internalized ableism and have been working on being less hard on myself. Which isn't easy. I'm still having a hard time coming to terms with the fact that my limits are more narrow than what I'd like.
Things have been rough. I'm okay though.

Hi betts! Hope you're doing good! Do you have any advice on how to distance yourself from social media? I saw that you've done so with success and the older I get the more I feel a bit trapped by the internet.
social media certainly has benefits: keeping people connected, giving a voice to those who otherwise wouldn't have a platform, and it allows you to meet new people in the context of interest rather than location.
at least, these are the things social media set out to be, and over time those benefits, to me anyway, haven't been able to outweigh the drawbacks: compulsively checking apps, doomscrolling, content appearing by algorithm to attempt to cater to my interests, and just generally a lot of wasted time.
i don't necessarily believe that if you stop using social media, suddenly you'll be able to devote every minute of your day to a higher pursuit. the brain doesn't work like that. it always needs downtime. before phones, we had television. before television, we had radio. lacking glowing screens and people telling us things from far away, i think we'd all spend a lot of time looking at the things humans are built to look at: fire, water, mountains, sky. we'll listen to stories or read them or watch them.
during your mind's downtime, i don't think anything you decide to do is fundamentally better or worse than any other thing. but i do think social media is designed to manipulate our attention toward it during that downtime (and honestly, all other times) and that pisses me off. it also pisses me off that even though we impose cause-and-effect sequences to our interaction with social media, it doesn't often provide us with a narrative the way reading, watching tv, or listening to a podcast would. stories are a psychological necessity; without the mind's ability to perceive sequences of events and connect them, we wouldn't have memories. we would have no concept of time, of thinking into the past or casting our thoughts into the future. social media, in its drive to keep us scrolling, looking at posts with no narrative connection to one another, deprives us of the stories our minds seek during our downtime.
this got super long so i'm putting it under a cut. tl;dr you need to remove social media as a positive stimulus and build immediate positive stimuli into other aspects of your life. in other words, social media feels good immediately but neutral or bad over time; most other things like reading feel bad or neutral initially but good over time. so you have to find ways to make the latter feel good with the immediacy of the former.
i don't mean to be "old man shakes fist at cloud" about this. i'm a millennial. from facebook's widespread release through the beginning of the pandemic, i raced to every new social media platform. i was an early myspace adopter. my high school graduating class was the very first year people outside of college could use facebook, and so we're the first cohort to have all befriended each other before graduation and never lost touch, completely removing the appeal of a reunion. i joined twitter in 2008 but never used it, and i joined tumblr in 2012 and never stopped using it.
i remember the day i got a smartphone. i was a few years behind everyone else. it was 2010 and i'd just gotten my first office job and i was desperate to be able to look at social media, scroll through stuff or read something, when i was bored. it was an iPhone 4. and as soon as i got it out of the box, i sat and played on it for 10 straight hours.
for those of you who are too young to remember a time before smartphones, i can't emphasize enough how much they changed things. in my life, i went from waking up and eating breakfast and reading for a little bit, to waking up and eating breakfast and getting on my computer to look at facebook and read my daily webcomics, to waking up and reaching over to my nightstand and looking at my phone.
and i don't know, i just decided i didn't want that anymore. last fall i was at this artist residency with no cell service and barely any wifi. and one day the wifi went out. i had a visceral negative reaction to that, which made me step back and go, oh wow, i am way too tethered to the internet. that day, wandering around the property with nothing to do, i got this intense urge to read an old paperback novel. you know, the mass market paperbacks with the pulpy yellow paper and the misaligned typeface. and so i found a very old copy of fellowship of the ring, cracked it open, and read it all day.
the thing about getting away from social media is that it's slow. i don't think you can really go cold turkey. when i got home from the residency, i went on a long hiatus and had all these strict rules for myself about when i was allowed to look at my phone and when i wasn't, but that didn't really work for me. but i did delete all the social media apps from my phone, and on my computer i logged out of all of them and deleted my saved passwords, so if i wanted to check them, i had to go to that extra step of logging in and even typing in my password. and that doesn't seem like a lot, but when you're checking social media out of habit, muscle memory, something to attend to that might give you a brief blip of dopamine, having to type your password is just one step too far. the brief pleasure i would get from checking my notifications was less than the hassle of logging in.
and that's what it all comes down to: feeling good. in the moment, it feels good to check a social media app, to see that somebody has interacted with your content or maybe with you directly. it's that tiny subconscious exclamation point, the feeling we get when somebody politely smiles or waves at us, when a dog comes up to us wagging his tail, when a well-meaning stranger compliments your outfit. that's the social part of social media. but that's also the part that keeps us cycling through our apps out of habit and boredom.
so you have to take away that stimulus from yourself, and you have to create positive stimuli elsewhere. to take away the positive stimulus of social media, you have to stop posting content on it. content is the mind killer. when you tweet something, your impulse might be to check that someone has interacted with it. but if you step away from the great conversation of social media, nobody speaks back to you, and you develop more patience for the longer-term good feelings of reading a book.
of course, that's complicated. i guess the first step that i did a long time ago was losing interest in traffic and developing the internal validation skills that make interaction on social media a bonus, not a need. before that, though, i had a drive to be seen and listened to. i think i just grew out of that. regardless of the existence of the internet, all people throughout history have spent their lives developing their relationship with themselves, learning who they are and coming to accept it. i'm not sure there's a way to rush that inner journey along.
creating positive stimuli is a matter of adopting a kind of little-treat attitude toward things. you have to really pay attention to yourself. the day i picked up the fellowship of the ring, i remembered that paper is important to me. vitally important. i like to write on it. i like to read from it. and it's kind of weird to say "paper is my special interest," but it is. all tools of writing interest me. so acknowledging that, accepting it and choosing to accommodate it, was my first small goal of building immediate positive stimuli.
some of the connection we have to social media (and phones in general) is the physical habit that develops from it. when smokers quit smoking, their hands feel empty. they're used to having something between their fingers, and so they replace that with something like a pen or a straw.
for me, i replaced the physical habit of phone-checking with paper-holding, either in the form of a book, or a notebook and pen. i set about finding my perfect notebook: the one that feels best to hold, the one i'm eager to fill, the one whose paper is quality enough that i love to write on it. the one i found and that kind of changed my life was a Rhodia A4 spiral bound. i take it everywhere with me. in fact i went to the doctor earlier this week and because i was holding my notebook, it didn't even occur to me to look at my phone while i was waiting for the doctor to see me, even though it was in my pocket (and i did download tumblr again, and instagram to support my sister, who is kind of a local influencer). the positive stimulus of looking at it had become less than the positive stimulus of holding my notebook. the potential to easily write something or doodle felt better than the distraction of social media.
did my doctor probably think it was weird that i was taking notes? maybe. did i look weird sitting in the theater before seeing oppenheimer, brainstorming barbie fic ideas? definitely. but i just don't care anymore. sometimes making healthy choices for yourself in a world built to manipulate your attention makes you look weird.
my advice is to spend a week without social media apps on your phone, logged out of them on your computer, and pay very close attention to the things that make you happiest. find ways to interact with those things continuously, and see what happens.

this is where I'm currently at w my dry eyes flare up:
current routine is eye ointment (oil based) morning + night, preservative free hylo-forte (sodium hyaluronate) drops as needed, carbomer gel also as needed but as sparingly as possible bcos it's not preservative free. I'm also doing 10 minute warm compresses 3-4 times a day.
I'm also using moisteriser around my eyes a lot + mild steroid cream twice a day due to skin irritation which I think is being caused by the volume of eye drops I'm using.
trying to transition to a preservative free carbomer drop as the carbomer is currently the only thing getting me any significant relief but the only brand I've been able to try so far (Ocufresh) is no good.
any eye drops that contain preservatives or aren't specifically marketed as high intensity/for severely dry eyes are no good rn, a lot of them make my eyes start stinging and burning. I've tried Systane Complete and Thealoz Duo this week neither of which offered any relief but I'm going to try and stick with the Thealoz drops a couple of times a day as they've got some extra meds in them.
I've ordered every other brand of preservative free gel drops I can find.
I've started taking antihistamines as it struck me that the current difficulties started around about the same time I stopped taking them for seasonal allergies so will see if that does any good. I've also just started taking fish oil supplements.
I've had my eyes examined by my regular optometrist (Specsavers unfortunately) and spoken to a different optometrist practice who have a specialist dry eye practice and have got some actionable advice that I'm following. Both optometrists have agreed that there's no sign of anything actively wrong with my eyes such as an infection.
I've dusted & aired out my whole flat and have ordered a humidifier but it won't arrive till tommorrow.
I'm reducing screen time as much as I can but due to being a full time hybrid office worker that essentially means I'm doing as little work at my job as I can get away with. I had to do a full 8 hours in front of the computer on Monday and it fucked up my eyes so badly that I didn't cover from it all evening.
I can currently manage maybe 10-20ish minutes in front of a computer before things start getting progressively more uncomfortable with the end result being blurred vision.
I've had flare ups of this severity or even worse in the past but usually it takes me maybe 2-3 days of stepping up my eye drops and doing regular warm compresses to get it back to a manageable level so the fact that this time it's been over a week with basically 0 relief is very very scary. I'm getting concerned about my job as I can't do full time office work if I can't use a computer & I have no other employment prospects.
the 20:20:20 rule isn't currently hugely helpful for me due to how dry my eyes get using a computer and I've been advised by an optometrist that I need to take full breaks at least once an hour.
absolutely exhausted & honestly can't tell if it's the fatigue I had previously flaring up or if I'm just That Stressed Out.
feel like I'll regret throwing this problem out for advice as asking for medical advice on tumblr never goes well but figure it's worth a shot in case I'm missing something obvious here!!
I'd ask that you don't reply if you haven't read all of the above ^ in case whatever you're suggesting is already mentioned & that you don't recommend things that work for you unless you also have severely dry eyes.

Hi, I love Red Hood, Dimension Travel & Time Travel fics. Here are a 5 I enjoy that aren't immediately showing up if you sort by kudos on A03, basically. Don't forget to look at the tags! A lot of these have dark/angsty themes.
___
The Passing There by Ginevra_Benci
Dimension Travel, incomplete, 15k
Jason Todd awoke one morning from troubled dreams and found himself transformed into a monstrous—
No. God, he wished.
Metamorphosis, he could have handled. An easy fix. Hell, magic insect transformation was practically an everyday occurrence, in Gotham.
Just… not in this Gotham.
***
Jason Todd awakes one morning in a Gotham that “doesn’t like chaos”, and finds his feet.
I love the writing style here, it's updating regularly, and the plot is interesting without being too complicated.
This is the only incomplete fic here btw.
PLUTO. by Orpheusaki
Dimension Travel, complete, 22k
"I kill so others don't have to," Bruce states firmly and clearly. This entire situation didn't seem like it could get any more bizarre, what with Bruce sitting in the dark and polishing guns, but somehow it just has, "While you are here you will not kill."
Jason's throat is scratchy and dry with terror, but the insatiable feeling of being talked over and disregarded is a fresh wound. He can't back down from this if he tried, "I've killed. I still kill. Who the fuck do you think you are to stop me?"
Bruce gently sets down his gun, and picks up the blade beside him with practised ease. Jason's blood runs cold when the man wearing his father's face says, "You will die by my hand if you try."
(Jason meets a version of Bruce who has manifested his fears very differently.)
Honestly if you haven't read any of Orpheusaki's fics you should- immediately. I love fics that explore Bruce killing, and the vibes are so so right here.
This author also has another AMAZING dimension travel fic but it's abandoned I think so I cannot rec it in good conscience, sorry 😭
ghosts by roseworth
Time Travel, complete, 5k
Steph startled as a kid in a bright Robin costume jumped onto the roof in front of them.
A Robin costume she had only seen inside a glass case. A mop of curls she had only seen in pictures.
This was fucking Jason Todd.
Shit.
-
(Robin!Steph and Bruce get sent back in time to when Jason was alive. Everyone has some realizations.)
Chef's kiss, Steph gets to see Jason & learn what he was like. Not super long, but it's great
Sisyphus by EventualToast
Time Travel, complete, 8k
"Jason Todd is, for the second time in his life, sixteen years old, mortally wounded and trapped in a coffin. And this time, he takes in all the details that scream it’s reality. In his memories, he can always see the white of the silk, feel the worms crawling through his skin, even though neither of those things were possible. Now, he’s in sterile darkness. He needs to get out of here."
Or Jason and Essence get stuck in an infinite timeloop.
I love love love fics that use Jason's All Caste backstory & the time travel is wonderful. I've reread this like 5 times ngl
Ad Infinitum; Modified by familiarities (twistsandturns)
Time Travel, complete, 9k
Tim is hunched over his computer, bouncing between a report for B (Batman, not Bruce) and a spreadsheet for B (Bruce, not Batman) when Jason stumbles into the cave. If it weren’t for the fact that Jason had been in a somewhat good mood lately, Tim probably would have been a little more concerned about this fact. Still, it’s weird when, instead of ignoring Tim’s existence like he usually does, Jason walks over to him directly and says, “I'm in a time loop and I don't know why. Fix it."
The outsider pov on a time loop is so well done, and I love seeing Jason change from afar
___
Uhh yeah that's it. I've read a lot more than these, but there are better rec lists to get those. These are just ones that tickle my brain. A lot of these authors are on Tumblr too, so thats neat.
