im starting to picture geto’s english voice as something similar to genshin kaeya’s eng voice (but a little less breathier? if you get what i mean) instead of the strangely deep one they gave him 😞

OOOOOOOH THAT’S AN INTERESTING PICK ANON!!!!! i could kinda see it actually…….. i’ve been thinking of alternate dub choices for him recently too, and i really like the idea of johnny yong bosh voicing him!! specifically his yu narukami voice…… there are probably better options but . i like his voice lol. and i think it would fit sugu pretty well, teen or adult!! :3

honestly i think geto’s eng voice sounds pretty nice in some lines (mostly s1 stuff), but it’s still one of my least fav dub castings in jjk :’3 i can understand the choice of a more raspy voice for adult geto, but it fell apart completely during the hidden inventory arc….. i definitely would have preferred something softer-sounding. buuuut his voice actor is a really nice guy!!!! he really understands and cares abt geto’s character too, based on the interviews i’ve seen :3
