IM DETERMINED TO FINALLY FINISH THIS WIP. IT FEELS LIKE IVE BEEN WORKING ON IT SINCE ETERNITY.

“Being out here with so few layers, do you want to get a cold?”

Jin Buyeon jolts. That voice. She snaps behind her, swallowing. “Jang Uk.”

He stands there, his dark clothes blending into the background of the night sky as moonlight glints on his skin.

So achingly beautiful. Just like that night he helped her escape.

Another sight Jin Buyeon wouldn’t be able to see in Jinyowon. Didn’t think she was missing. But seeing him like this, it feels as if she had been waiting for it since a very long time.

“Don’t get sick,” Jang Uk tells her, “Kim Doju will get worried.”

She sucks in a breath. “…Not you?”

“Kim Doju’s worry is mine.” He answers, cryptic as usual, like he doesn’t want to directly say he cares for her. That he worries, too.

“Give me your outer robe, then,” Jin Buyeon says.

“What?”

“You’re always cold, despite it. Didn’t you say I shouldn’t get sick,” She adds, smartly.

Jang Uk stares her before sighing, taking off his outer robe.

She knows she asked him, but… she didn’t think he was actually going to give her. She thought he’d scoff and tell her to go and get her own.

Her cheeks grow hot.

Jin Buyeon lets out a yelp when Jang Uk throws it unceremoniously on her.

Ah, that’s the Jang Uk she knows.

okay but on a more positive note

floyd can, apparently, be super inspirational to people without trying. like his general attitude is rough at times, but it can also be contagious. in the sense that his way of thinking, and handling situations is...? weirdly encouraging.

he doesn't sweat the small stuff, and doesn't always focus on the bad. he genuinely believes that if he wants to do something- he will do it. his beanfest vignette was such a good insight into his way of thinking. and his way of approaching particular situations, and that IN FACT-- he has a pretty positive outlook on himself.

not always, he has his ups and his downs. but he doesn't dwell on the bad, and rather seeks a way to fix or change it to something better. when he's talking about his time with the basket ball club- he does mention how hard it was at first. that yes, it really did suck being at the bottom. but he never really sounds hurt about it? like he's proud of himself for pushing as hard as he did.

when he lost to vil, he laughed about it. it didn't bother him, and just made him want to improve more to beat vil too. which, knowing floyd, is possible if he could manage to focus more. his positivity around losing astounds epel, and inspires him to improve too. making him feel better for the moment, about his smaller size.

like its so funny how floyd just...accidentally stumbles into being a decent person every once in a while. not to say he can't do it intentionally it's just...

Saw this prompt the other day and I immediately thought of them so here I am. I am not sorry in the slightest. Want to apologize in advance if the writing isn't great, I am exhausted and should probably be asleep (this was not intentional at all I just have a terrible sleep schedule and am still looking for the rent money these two owe me.)

".. and done." Letting out a sigh of relief, she glanced towards the time.

1:30am.

Einstein tried to hold back a yawn. With the report done all that needed to be done was submitting it, along with the few miscellaneous notes she jotted down. A part of her wanted to stop working for the night. Tes had long since gone to bed after she had promised she'd be done in a few minutes, which turned into two hours.

The other part of her was also aware that the report was needed as soon as possible. Only thing left to do was send an email, however exhaustion made this easy task seem like hell. After thinking for a moment, she begrudgingly began typing.

After what felt like an eternity she clicked send. It was far from going into extreme detail, however the report would speak for itself. Not even bothering to turn the computer off she pushed her chair backwards. Using the arm rests as support she stood up, although a bit wobbly.

Silence filled the entire house, only being disrupted by tapping of her shoes as she stumbled through the dark. Moonlight seeped through the windows, reflecting gently off pictures hung against the wall. As she got closer to their bedroom she couldn't help but glance at them. Memories sat within the glass, reminders of all the joy they'd experienced throughout the years. A sense of comfort came from them. Despite the absolute hell they had gone through, they'd always managed to come out from the other side.

Slowly their door cracked open. Eins quietly walked in, making sure to not make noise. Making her way to her dresser, she noticed Tes raise her head a little as she walked in.

"M.. mophead?"

"It's me Tes, don't worry."

Tes groggily responded, "have you finished yet."

"I just submitted it."

".. good," her head fell back onto the pillow, hair covering her face.

She smiled a little, and changed into pajamas. Laying down, she softly spoke.

"Hey Tes."

Tesla rolled over, slightly irritated. ".. What do you want mophead."

Eins giggled, "oh nothing."

She did indeed want to do something, and she kissed Tesla's forehead before she could react.

Tes' face turned bright red, and she just mumbled under her breath and held onto Eins. ".. g.. go to bed mophead.. you idiot.."

Eins smiled, and pulled Tes close to her. "Goodnight, Tes."
