I give you @eechytooru 's ƎNA Wally design! I absolutely adore him and he was very fun to work on, and surprisingly, fairly easy to rig!
I did leave out his snake! and his apple, since truthfully I just did not want to model them ... But I had an idea instead! Here is him with ROBLOX accessories instead! (compensation, maybe?)

IM ALSO proud of how the squash and stretch really add it their flimsiness goober ness and softness, I feel like I’m def improved with with animating and texturing skills.
do you do any studies on faces? if so, what kind of faces and what do you like to focus on?
i wouldnt say i do studies since i would get too bored, but i do reference real humans' features when designing ocs! i like runway models especially because theyre allowed to look interesting, and sometimes actors though i dont like when the end result is recognizable as any 1 actual person
i think if u dont use feature refs its very easy to end up with faces that average out your mental library/what you find appealing & what you find easy to draw especially 🤔 nothing wrong w that really, but if u feel like the variety is important for your work collect those pics of ppl with good noses, unusual eye shapes, cute ears and teeth & collage them together fjdnfnf
