Non-horny SG Tarnma!

I like the idea of the Shattered Glass version of the DJD being made up of specialists in rescue and recovery that work with Soundwave directly and know about the List of Decepticons and Autobot defectors they smuggled to safety and safe zones away from Optimus and out of the war that they guard fiercely. They are the ones sent in on mear suicidal missions/rescues.

One of those Tarn is particularly upset about is Overlord, a mnemosurgeon and pacifist, that he has been trying to locate for years and blames himself for the capture of.

Dominus still acted as a spy, and while Optimus and Megatron were on Earth, he revealed one of the safe houses and Kaon who was intending to Conjunx him had to shoot him to stop him from releasing the full list. Tarn has since become incredibly self-destructive in protecting his team and determined to save as many people as possible.

He has a contact, one of his own spies, Pharma, who has been "killing" Decepticons captured and given to First Aid and smuggling them out to Tarn's team. He has been trying convince Pharma to defect and run away from him but Pharma is determined to stay and get out as many people as possible because he feels a lot of guilt about how the only "Mercy" he could give people was killing them.

Something Tarn understands because though he doesn't ever put in on his team members, sometimes the only thing left for the Decepticon Mercy Division is killing those they tried to rescue because they can't get them out or they are too injured. Tarn takes this all on himself and "sings" people to death gently.

I picture Pharma as having undergone empurata but with the head and hands of a medical drone. Ratchet spoke for him, which is why he wasn't killed but punished instead.

oh i love this so much. I haven’t really thought that much about shattered glass DJD so i’m glad to have opened my eyes to the possibilities… Pharma turning on the autobots by leading decepticon captives into Tarn’s hands and to safety is so so good. such a good spin on their… actual, unfortunate story. Though Pharma being empurata’d is sad. I hope Tarn makes him feel better… In a non-horny way of course.

Oh no. OH NO. Oh that would be so much worse than the Luigi version of that situation, because like... dealing with powerful magic is Mario's entire JOB. For simplicity's sake, I imagine fighting off Bowser doesn't involve enough magic to fully trigger Mr. M, even with Kamek at his side, but missions where Mario has to collect macguffins? When there's a huge magical force at play or a new ancient evil? OH he's in trouble. I can only imagine how much it would hurt Mario knowing that the very moments he is most needed is when he becomes the most helpless and pitiful version of himself. And now the people he most wants to protect have to step in and bear the brunt of what he feels to be his responsibility?? Ooooh, he'll have some things he needs to work through.

for this particular thought, i wanna say that artist!bff is an opener for boygenius alongside muna. their setlist consists of mostly the fan-favorites but also some of munagenius’ and their own favorites out of their discography. but let’s say that there’s a special occasion, maybe it’s somebody’s birthday and artist!bff has a song dedicated to them on a past album.

i’m gonna be self-indulgent and say that it’s julien’s birthday, and artist!bff wrote Leaning On You (which is a song made by HAIM that i 100% recommend looking up the lyrics and listening to it for this) and dedicated it to julien but had muna feature on it. for julien’s birthday, artist!bff decides to add Leaning On You to the setlist that day to celebrate the special yearly occasion. artist!bff obviously plans this ahead of time and lets all of munagenius in on their plan except for julien.

well artist!bff’s time to open comes rolling around, and all of munagenius is watching them from the side-stage. then, muna, phoebe, and lucy hear what would usually be their closing song, but today, that was their cue to join them.

so muna, phoebe, and lucy are all sprinting to the stage and the crowd is going absolutely feral and meanwhile julien’s like ????? but nonetheless she follows them. she’s probably tapping lucy’s shoulder persistently like 🫵🫵🫵 “lucy?! where the fuck are we going???” and lucy’s just like 😇😇. and then julien hears the song’s tune and her head perks up, her eyes are glimmering, and her heart starts beating two times faster because it’s her song. every word in that song you wrote just for her. and for her favorite people to sing it right in front of her for the first time on her birthday was the best gift she could’ve asked for.

i also have a proposal: maybe artist!bff was also background vocals on graceland too? so later when artist!bff comes out to sing graceland too during boygenius’ set, it’s a lot more intimate, and at that point julien’s definitely emotional. i imagine she’s able to hide it once they’re all huddled and hugging afterwards and she has her face shoved in artist!bff’s neck.

Shortly after getting into g1, I had a dream in which starscream was pregnant not with eggs, but giant plastic gachapon-style capsules. Each capsule had a bunch of parts folded up small, so once they were all laid and popped open a new frame could be assembled.

- Reader comes home after doing some work in Helheim and shepherding some very distraught souls towards where they needed to go. Reader is drained and looks the part (scary). Heimdall reacts in his usual manner not knowing how scary reader actually can be in this kind of state.

You don't need to do this by no means,, just wanted to rid myself of this idea.
