That was surely a title, but hey-- She earned it with her rep of taking down an entire sketchy but well known record label! But enough about her. This was about Shuichi! The Birthday Guy!

She holds out a bag for him! Inside were hard-cover collector editions of a certain series he liked! Even signed by the authors themselves!

"I heard one of your fave serious even got an audio drama released so...along with the books-- Tah-dah! CDs of the Audio Drama! Hehehe! They have my fave seiiyuu in it, so I might start readin' that series myself!" Of course, one way to get her into a series... was the voice actors; especially if they voiced certain 2d Husbands. But those were also in the bag too!

"Anyways, nothing but the best for my bestie!!! Happy Birthday, Sushi-kun!!!! There's something special in the bottom of the bag too...~ Heheh! Don't tell Izzy! It's for your eyes only! Aaand maybe open it private." Ayumi sticks her tongue out playfully. Oh she knew about her bestie's special interest.

The moment he receives the bag from her, Shuichi curiously opens it up to see what's inside. "Ohhh...!!" His eyes practically sparkle when first seeing the collectors edition of one of his favorite series: a detective anime he's been really getting into! "Is this the collector's edition!? And it's even got his signature...!!!!" Which he can't imagine how hard that must have been to get..! Or maybe for someone as famous as Ayumi, probably much easier. Either way, he was ecstatic.. all the more when she tells him she even got CD's of the audio dramas!

"You even got the audio dramas, too! I've been really wanting these, th-thank you so much!! For this and the books! Ahh, I see: ahaha, I had a feeling I heard one of your favorite seiyuu that you mentioned once... and yes, you should!! It's really good... think of detectives, but with special abilities! I could see you liking some of the guys: maybe even become one of your '2d husbands of the week.'" He jokes with a chuckle, knowing how much she loves her pretty boys.

"Ahaha, and that's why you're the best bestie, ever. Thank you so much, Ayumi! I can't wait to read the books and listen to the audio dramas later! I'll even tell you the parts your favorite seiyuus come on in case you get curious, hehehe... ....Oh?" He blinks when she suddenly teases about something special being at the bottom of the bag: and to not let Izuru know about it... and to open it in private...?! "U....U-Umm...A-Ayumi?? He peeks at the bottom of the bag. Trying to get a look of the cover as best he can without needing to take it out... and now he sees why she told him to open it in public, because he nearly drops the bag when he sees who is on the cover!! It was Izuru. Shirtless Izuru on the cover of this gravure magazine. "O-Oh my god oh ym god my godddd-" Oh Shuichi has turned immediately red at the sight, and is packing everything back in the bag to completely cover the magazine at the bottom at lightening speed!! He's sorry, Ayumi, but those books and audio dramas might not be the first thing to peeks at tonight the moment he's back in his room...

"W..W-Well, um!! I-I can...c...certainly see why you said that, now!! Y-Yes, I will be s...sure t-to um!! Open it later i-in my room! F-For my eyes only!! Ahem!!" Before any more steam can rise out of his head, he's pulling Ayumi into a tight hug before she can dare tease him on how accurate she was!

"Th-That being said, th-thank you for such wonderful gifts, Ayumi!! I'm really happy I can have a bestie as wonderful as you!! Even if you love obliterating me like thisss!!!" Mostly said as a joke, and despite how red his face is, a bright smile does light up on his face! "You really did make today even better than ever...! Now come, I want to enjoy it even more with you! i should’ve done this last night bc i would have remembered it better but anyways,,

i watched banyaro dream match duel gig advent! made the last minute decision to buy the archive stream last night and it was so worth it! the stream was available internationally which was a surprise since most of the stuff i watch is japan only and i have to vpn my way in (which apparently just got harder, thanks dmm). the performances were amazing and i love how both bands were hyping each other up the entire time and even doing each other’s backing vocals at some point. here’s some random fun stuff i remember

- they showed drama clips at the beginning and the end, like it looked like in-game content. i wasn’t expecting any seiyuu content at all aside from the vocalists (the rest of the members during the live aren’t played by the seiyuu so they don’t speak) so i was surprised. reminded me how much i miss the game lol

- yamato struggling to pronounce ‘advent’

- yamato wearing blue socks to show his support for osiris, meanwhile kyo said he was wearing black socks and red didn’t go with his outfit (i think yamato said blue doesn’t go with his but he wore it anyway? but i might be wrong). yamato then realizing he showed his socks on camera and told the audience not to reupload it anywhere

- they acknowledged the people watching the livestream through the internet! and that they were streaming worldwide!

- idk if it was just me but tsubasa’s hair seemed a little longer than it was in-game. which i thought was cute

- showcasing the merch (towels, wristbands, etc.) and ray wearing three masks (like, on top of each other). this is funnier knowing that he wasn’t wearing a mask before (he takes them off shortly after) and no one on stage was wearing them (the audience was though) 

- speaking of audience. at the start of bloody masquerade kyo pops up in the audience and runs through them, touching hands (he actually holds hands with like two or three people and straight up hugs one or two people as well; i wonder how these people are doing now lol i would’ve passed away). he pretty much sings like half the song at least while going through the audience 

- osiris covering guru guru magic and blast covering whiz. yamato doing an asahi impression and being spot on

- yamato being eternally 17 and kyo being eternally 20

- raphael shows up and does lucifer d (with osiris as accompaniment) i was so shocked,, i remember him being one of my faves when i played the game and i would loop lucifer d all the time so i was shook

- just all the guys having fun together especially when one band was playing the others would wander around the stage; at some point yamato and kyo would go around with cameras and the members would pose with each other it was so cute

anyway this gave me an extremely needed serotonin boost i love banyaro and will be looking forward to the next live

Im also quite predictable when it comes to a few tastes in characters; I like short bastards, I like the 'right hand man' trope esp when it comes with that undying loyalty and undying devotion, I just generally like villains (this one is obvious), I have a fun habit of adoring characters with bowl cuts or bob cuts w that straight cut fringe - and bonus points when those characters are absolutely terrible.

(My mind has gone blank so i cant think of more examples but here are a few -)

So I get through Stormblood and Ive finally gotten to Zenos content, I love him I adore him

Smug bastard piece of shit who is everything I adore; and hes tied in with my current favourite character. Hes mean, hes jealous, he's petty, hes literally in love with Zenos. He's pretty and his seiyuu does a wonderful job. I also do just like having characters who more directly challenge the WoL because its more interesting than people liking them.

He also has a lot of unexplored lore that I really wanted to feel out and make for myself, which is generally why I prefer writing more minor characters. Also very often I wont write my favourite character in a piece of media but instead a character who can interact with them(case in point, my absolute love for ardyn izuna is why i am now a verstael fucker - because i wanted to write with ardyns instead of writing ardyn). (this has not worked with asahi because he. will not let me approach zenos. but its fine bc i have fandaniel)

On the mention of Fandaniel, i love him so much too and a lot of that is because he's wearing asahis skin so bonus; two pieces of shit for the price of one.

the tldr is that square enix made him just for me and im very grateful

I still like my seiyuu faves of course but the lack of situational drama cds has really made it hard for me to enjoy seiyuu-related content 'cause I've really really REALLY lost patience with gacha games lol

only one I'll play is saisuta bc I refuse to abandon sidem haha

and thus vtubers has become a godsend, and yet also not 'cause I really do not have the attention span for 1+ hr long streams aha...

I unfortunately don't have the sort of job where I can easily just listen to a vod in the bg while working so... the times I'd really be able to listen to vods is...limited ; u ;

sonny, shu, nagao have me in a chokehold, and maybe alban? that's tbd lol OH AND MAGNI TOO looooooooooooooooord

the thing with shu is that somehow I don't really have the patience for his streams lol orz 100% on me, I think maybe humor just isn't a good fit ; ; but otherwise yeah I like his talking voice a lot, actually ; u ;

and then the thing with alban is that I like his voice a lot more when he isn't being hyped for chat LOL orz

nagao sounds like a gremlin 99% of the time, but actually in this case I like that about him HAHA it becomes a good contrast for when he sings or is being more serious in anything

and sonny well... let's just say his voice is basically everything I could ask for LMFAO god it's disgusting (positive) wwwwww really wide range where his voice sounds pretty comfortable/natural, but his "real" natural voice is nice and warm and like... not too deep. if it's too deep, it ends up grating on my ears if I listen to it for a long time... I could listen to sonny talk forever LOL... AND THEN his singing is ALSO good... AND his acting... his voice is like. smooth as butter, but also really relaxed and chill. wtf. he's so unfair. he's too perfect lmao (':

and then there's magni out here with a smoooooooooooooooth af voice. and during debut when the love potion spilled? LIKE. SIR WTF WAS THAT???? I felt second-hand embarrassment but also was like. flushge. LMFAO. would love to buy voice stuff if h0l0 does that sort of thing weh...

after hearing host!oliver from tamaki's host club stream recently... I'm beginning to wonder how many more njsnj members actually have good, natural ikebo voices that I've yet to hear.........................

I typed all this while listening to random bits of random nagao karaoke vods and wehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh he's by no means a perfect singer but the potential is there and when he's on a roll with a song, he sounds SO good!!!!! T A T )b

I think relative to shu and sonny, I love how variable and versatile nagao can be with his singing. The texture of his voice changes so much and makes his performances sound so full of life, to me.

Shu's mellow songs are my fave (flos, shoujo rei especially), though his other song performances during karaoke have also been great. sonny is a belter and it sounds SO good. but with these two, their voices are pretty stable, don't change too much in texture. which is good and fine!! nothing bad at all!!

I think I just occasionally enjoy more raspy/gravelly + smoky vibe like nagao's <:

idk if there's any trend or similarities amongst the voices that I like tbh bc I think there actually ISN'T... LOL... but whatever I like what I like > u < )b

I went to HeroFes today, My Hero Academia’s event thing!

It was a lot of fun, but covid dampened it a teeny bit— not being able to say “plus ultra!” after daiki called for it or when Bakugou’s va did his “call me Kacchan!” schtick and then we…couldn’t. All this “心の中で” (say it in your heart) bs. Also it was my first time doing a seiyuu event here in Japan and while it was fun, I do miss the interactivity of something more personal like a meet and greet. Just watching the voice actors do their thing from (quite a big, lol) distance was interesting…

Not to mention my jp isn’t anywhere near fluent yet so there’s a lot I didn’t understand!

But seeing Kaji Yuki in the flesh after hearing him voice so many characters since I basically started watching anime and seeing him in so many videos and stuff— that was surreal.

Also Tsuyu’s voice actor is SO cute. I die. A lot of the cast did a thing where they live recorded a famous scene and naturally hers was the scene where Tsuyu fucking CRIES so that sucked.

I think my favorite part was Endeavor’s va— he’s SO into it, it’s hilarious. For one he dyed his hair red (!!!) but he was also being really silly basically anytime Kaji talked (listening intently, nodding, staring etc) and also he kept doing thesymbol All Might (and now Endeavor) does with the right arm held up high, and he’d frequently make sure to throw it our direction (we were up high on the right side of the venue, awkward angle)

Heroaca is good! I love to see the enthusiasm and passion of other fans!!!

spoiler-filled thoughts after finishing orlok’s route:

- good boy, so precious, love him to bits! he’s so pure and sweet despite being a murder machine lol. his seiyuu does an absolutely phenomenal job, to the point where toshiyuki toyonaga might have become one of my faves—not from orlok alone, but afterthis and his performance as claude he’s definitely solidified himself. the two roles sound nothing alike, the absolute madman. crying voice kino

- him being ambidextrous as a result of being naturally left handed is really funny and fitting. i did guess it early on!

- no sex in this route, which im fine with. he’s baby! he’s baby boy! he doesn’t even know what food tastes like! he’s murder machine. and especially considering his background as part of the church, he would probably want to get married first. wait, does orlok know what marriage is—

- his good and normal ends were to be expected. they came to conclusions that were obvious but felt congruous with orlok and lili’s characters in this route. i am disappointed to not learn more about emilio in this route beyond what i learned in dante’s, but i’m guessing the game will wait until the finale to explain everything (wondering if it’ll be an ozmafia situation where the context changes everything and renders the whole game moot, but i don’t think it’ll be that drastic).

- his bad end, however... holy shit that took me by surprise. utterly vile. genuinely sat there going, “oh no, oh, yikes, YIKES, oof, oh, don’t do that, don’t do that” to the point where my bf asked if i was good (wherein i proceeded to explain the entire ending to him and everyone agreed that shit was fucked up). the explanation of his backstory in that end i found trite, however. i really thought it was gonna be something like ‘orlok is secretly a falzone’ and tbh i think that would have been very sexy of them. also i feel like nicola should also be able to activate the artifact on account of being another blood relation, and there shouldve been an ending with that, but i guess due to nicola’s complete disbelief and hatred for their bloodline’s obligations, there’s no chance for it to come up in text.

- he is also basically saint germain.... 2! if sainty weren’t a jaded 1000+ year old, he would be a lot like orlok. from the culty religious background, to the mysterious assassin vibes, to the conflicting feelings over killing the heroine “for the greater good”, and even his hair is exactly the same. which explains partially why i like him despite him not being my type—SG is my absolute best boy in CR (despite there being Two characters with glasses. ah, well. the heart wants what the heart wants).

- it’s probably not fair to make so many comparisons to other visual novels given that otome relies heavily on character tropes (not a bad thing, the shorthand gives players a good idea of whether they might be into certain characters enough to pick up the game. routes and character development are the backbone of most otome, after all, unless it happens to be a mystery/thriller). buuuuut the low hanging fruit is there and i’m gonna take it.

The event that got me into Kiramune.

I had randomly saw clips of it on some site and decided to watch it... and from then on i looked up what a kirafes was, and found out that it was a concert for a whole music label made of seiyuu. I remember being very excited and just happy knowing a whole music label for seiyuu existed. I made it a point to look up the seiyuu, the music wherever i could and managed to find a playlist of PVs for everyone's albums that had come out at the time...

That was like... in 2016ish

Man, this whole setlist brings so many memories.

I remember coming across Kakki's '君の声に' (before i found the kirafes clips) being used for a NaLu vid (natsu and lucy from fairy tail fyi) but didn't think anything of kakki possibly having a career as a singer and just thought it was a character song from somewhere else or smth. Makes me sad i didn't look into it more cause then i would've known abt kiramune then but at least i found it either way

Then theres trignal's reveal of 'mission'. I had no idea what was going on, i just truly enjoyed the performance (which ofc led to my discovery of my soon to be favorite seiyuu 💛)

I really loved Miyu's '見果てぬ世界繋がる思い' when i first heard it and immediately went out to look for it.

Nobu's 'Master BadMoon' really impressed me. The performance was rly cool and nobu was just being hot asf as a villain

KAmiYU's 'exotic fever' was also hot so i enjoyed that too lol. Unfortunately i didnt recognize 'reason' at the time cause i hadnt watched the anime Karneval yet (KAmiYU was the reason i even watched that anime in the first place lol)

And finally, kakki's '咲いちゃいな' just rly made me happy. His voice was so soothing and comforting before he started the song, and then during the performance... it was just so beautiful. A wonderful experience that still sticks with me as my fave performance of the song.

So glad i had started to genuinely try and figure out who voiced who in anime and started to recognize voices too. I love being in the seiyuu fandom, it's so small internationally but it's fun just to be in it. Seiyuu are part of the reason anime exist and they work so so so hard just to bring alive people's favorite manga/light novels/visual novels/games. Definitely a huge reason why I love them. But then there's the part of them when they're outside of the recording booth. When i see them in events, thats when i really get a feel for their personality and the person behind the voice, which i love.

Anyways...

If you read through all that, thanks lol. That's just an explanation and a walk down memory lane of how i even got into kiramune which deepened my love for seiyuu at the time and expanded my knowledge even more. ☺🥰

favorite male character - bokuto!!! he’s the light of my life and the moon, the stars, the entire fuckin galaxy for me; second place has to go to daichi. i really really wanna see him play again (❤´艸｀❤)

favorite female character - saeko like i had a crush on her the moment i saw her,,, she’s soooo cool and i like how passionate she is, alos yukie from fukurodani (￣y▽,￣)╭ 

least favorite character - hmmmpff, this is hard,,, i don’t think there’s a character i don’t like in haikyuu!! there are characters i’m not attached to initially but adopt them later on,,, 

favorite ship - bokuaka + daisuga,,, i adore them sooo much and the angst potential *chef’s kisses*

favorite friendship - kuroo + bokuto and suga + asahi

favorite quote - hq!! has a couple of my fave quotes in anime but “because people don't have wings, we look for ways to fly.” has to be my favourite;; ooh oohh i also like tanaka’s haiku to hinata 

worst character death (if any) - daichi and kuroo (jk jk they’re both well and alive but @furudate pls gimme kuroo content,,, (there aren’t many deaths in hq!! but SPOILERS kageyama’s grandpa dying made me so sad,,,)

this made me so happy you have no idea moment - i would say the entire anime??? but tsukki’s block in the shiratorizawa match a.k.a THE HEIGHT OF CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT (gonna rant here) ucchi’s voice acting in that particular scene remains to this day one of my top 5 seiyuu moments. the way tsukki was planning and the way it just built up and the animation and yuki hayashi’s wonderful ost and tsukki saying, “it was just one block. it was just one point out of twenty five. this is just a club” and cutting to bokuto telling him about Volleyball Moment™ and the scream and everything just makes it perfect!!  + SPOILERS bokuto’s evolution as ace in chapter 331 and in the adlers/jackals game

saddest moment - karasuno’s loss in the first interhigh (like i know they had to but when hinata said “captain...” i cried so hard that the dude next to me in the train thought i was dying + SPOILERS when hinata you-know-whats in the match against kamomedai,,, i called my friend and we were crying together for an hour or so, (i do feel that haikyuu!! makes me cry way too much)

favorite location - summer camp in shinzen and nekoma + the location for nationals -- it was intense and the size and lighting and everything!!! + brazil & the gymnasium where the adlers-jackals match is going on1!

Hello again (continued, not dark anymore)

On the lighter side, I didn’t finish reading Magi or SnB. In fact, I stopped reading it when I went to Japan and never retook it (oops?). There’s also this thing... whenever I told my friends about this they insisted I mustn’t retake it and forget everything. Makes me wonder what happened...

So, what I’m reading or doing now? 

First of all: Granblue Fantasy. I started played this sucking life thing almost 4 years ago but only started to do it regularly when I went to Japan. I even got the chance to go to the Orchestra Concert and another event of it. Can’t say I am one of those “Try Hard” players, as I get distracted by many things and don’t get anything done. Still, I love it, so many seiyuus, amazing art and music. I’ve been trying to read the light novels in Japanese, but I get distracted by other books. 

FGO (JP): I’m not that invested in it. Just doing story and events whenever I can. I love Gilgamesh as he is the only husbando who has truly noticed me. I hate Merlin, he took almost everything I got from the anniversary (2019) and Arthur... let’s not talk about he hasn’t showed a single strand of hair in my Caldea. (Yes I like, very much, Takahiro Sakurai). 

Danmachi: What can I say, I just like adventure related things with level up systems. I’m reading the light novels in English, at some point I’m planning to re-read it in Japanese. 

Kimetsu no Yaiba: I love it and I hate Wani-sensei for being so merciless... but that is what it makes it so great. Sanemi is my fave I luuuuuuuuuuv him. I’m planning to buy all volumes someday. 

(There’re other stuff I’ve been reading since many years, like One Piece, Nanatsu no Taizai, SnK, YakuNeva, AnYona, Made in Abyss, Houseki no Kuni, etc. Recently I’ve started Boku no Hero Academia too.)

(I also have been trying poking at more classic literature, I -with many tears, sweat and blood washed away- somehow read Shayou by Ozamu Dazai.)

So, why am I revealing this otaku side of me? Well, If I ever feel like translating something and posting it, probably it will be something related to one of these works (except those inside the parenthesis). So yeah... I’ll be around for a bit and see how things develop.

JLPT is also coming, heck it’s this week and I don’t feel like I will be passing it (I’m taking N2).

Completely elated that they FINALLY decided to make nendos out of Hunter x Hunter. It’s one of my all time faves. (I think Natsume Yuujinchou is my number 1 though) Anyway! It’s about damn time. I first watched this when I was in middle school, I was torn between Killua & Kurapika back then & was calling them my boyfriends (LOL IKR?) But now that I’m really old, I’ve resorted to calling them my children with Killua being my #1 child.

I really wish Togashi sensei would recover completely. HxH is longer than YYH, with the latter only being 19 volumes so I hope he gets to finish the series. But please, stop killing my favorites from Genei Ryodan. I can still remember that panel of Shalnark on the swings. Hopefully, after they release the first 4, they’ll make Illumi, as well as Feitan & Hisoka next.  Speaking of, I got a lot of backlash over my opinion on the Megumi (Shokugeki no Soma) Nendo. Saying that I gave the company too much credit because they chose to make a nendo out of her before the other characters. Let me all give you a tip. Have you ever wondered why some anime, even when they aren’t really popular, get so many seasons while the really good ones don’t? It’s called sponsorship. If you have enough money, you can have your favorites released earlier, block seiyuus you don’t like from having roles. prolong an anime that has meaning to you, etc etc. You can also gain inside info. 

You may choose to believe me or not, that’s entirely up to you. But I’m basing this on experience because I know a couple or two who would sometimes do this. This one has been in my inbox for quite a while, so, I’m sorry if I’m answering this too late m(_-_)m (reference here)

1. Favorite/least favorite character? Why?

Favorite is, w/o a doubt, Ichiro. I want to say it was love at first sight, lol, because of his seiyuu (as Subaru is my main bias)… and because the first time I read about him I was like “huh, this is the kind of character that I tend to like” - a former delinquent? check. but that is quite the softie? CHECK. Also, let’s be honest, Ichiro is a wonderful type of guy I want to date somehow??? :P

Least… mhmmm… this is kind of difficult to answer, actually? With time everyone seemd to have grown on me little by little. But for some reason it’s always between Ramuda and Samatoki. *shrugs* There’s really not so much reason whatsoever. Ramuda’s role is interesting, and I really hope either the manga(s) and further development post-Battle Season tell us more about him, while Samatoki… I dunno :’D I do respect some stuff about him, but I don’t really know why he is always tied with Ramuda as “least”. Perhaps the others have so much charm than them???

17. Any character you think is over/underrated?

Oh boooy, I don’t know how to answer this. Everyone seems to find a character interesting and they become their bias. For HypMic in general, everyone seems interesting, and I get it… I REALLY DO. So, I dunno what to say really about over/underrated.

Personally, while I get the popularity between FP and MTR (especially these two divisions), perhaps it’s there were my “overrated” senses come out. Who exactly? WELL, that now is hard. Lol… Like I say everyone has their charm, but I cannot think in someone in particular as “overrated”, instead of grouping them together. 

NOW, underrated is somewhat more easier. If we go by chara per chara basis. Sometimes I think it’s Saburo (and sometimes I get that people may not like a smartass 14 year old kid), sometimes I think it’s Rio, or even perhaps Jyuto. HECK, if we go by divisions I may say the Buster Bros, and  I GET IT, the BBs are more normal than the others (Ichiro is the one who holds more background potential than Jiro and Saburo). Ichiro often doesn’t comes out as the fave character in general popularity polls, either. Lol, imagine that. The poster boy of the franchise isn’t as popular as, say, Doppo.

19. What got you into the show/game/book etc.?

The initial idea of it “a rap + seiyuu + visual project, led by Kimura Subaru as one of the main characters”, which I was like “huh, this sounds interesting and somewhat different than other 2.5 idols projects”.

Q:  How many years have you been in the fandom? A:  That would be 4 officially as of January this year Q:  What made you discover UtaPri? A:  Oddly...a gif of this guy

Funny thing is that while...yes Ren was my “most despised” character of the series from Series 1 he became arguably my fave from STARISH later on (despite the blip in Season 4)

Q:  How many of the UtaPri Lives have you seen? A:  That would be 2 and they were unsubbed when I watched them. It was 3rd stage and 4th stage with 4th legit getting me to go at one point during an MC segment

(to be fair this was me being a dumbass for not watching subs but I’m weird about fansubs)

Q:  Any plans to watch any of the other Lives?

A:  Funny thing about that.  I found 1st stage on Youtube a while ago but never finished it.  I’m gonna try to find it again (if Broc didn’t strike them all down) so I can watch it cos I DO want to see where the “Live Series” started in its humble beginnings. So...yes I do have intentions on at least watching the first two and then 3rd and 4th again.  5th I’m “ehh” on and I think people know my stance on 6th BUT I will make sure to expand on it in a bit Q:  Are you going to watch Maji Love Kingdom when it comes out next year? A:  As long as the Gov keeps our internet free and open...yes I have intentions on watching it.  Now will I watch it as much as say...SSX?  THAT depends on what I thought of the movie if I am going to watch it 50 times or something crazy like that (Plus to be really real...last movie I remember watching as much as the SSX OVA was the Animalympics movie that I DEMAND everyone watches...you can find it on YT so you have zero excuses) Q:  If Broccoli announces a 7th stage and it has all three groups at it again would you watch it? A:  So this takes us to the point where I will talk about WHY I never watched 6th stage despite I know I could find it if I wanted to. So...okay have I been a royal d**k about watching 6th stage?  Yeah I have and while there is probably no REAL justifiable reason for me not watching it let’s try this So you have a stage that you are going to do and for the first time ever its going to have EIGHTEEN SEIYUUS performing together.  First off that is a massive undertaking and the second thing is you have to figure out how to block stuff out.  Even WWE at its grandest show had issues with time where things went long so they had to cut things or cut them short. Broccoli and King (I know the latter probably had jack shit to do with this but I just wanted associate them cos they do the group singles) had to know that this show was going to be a project because of the fact that they were going to have a lot of people on the stage and there were probably people that were wondering what songs were going to be performed...understandable. Here is my issue The stage was announced back around...what the first episode of Season 4 so they had time to figure out what songs were going to be put in and how much time they were going to get.  I get that they also had a noise ordinance they had to deal with (basically no loud noises past I think it was 9 PM JST) so that’s fine but you had a “new group” that was performing for the first time on the stage so my issue was I thought they should have gotten to do THEIR SINGLES especially if ,as we would come to find out, STARISH and QN were getting their own stages later on (and STARISH got to go back to the place of 6th stage...kind of annoyed by that) ANYWHO Here is the other issue I think I had with them not getting as much time (or close) as one of the other groups We KNOW there is going to be this movie with STARISH ,QN and HEAVENS and there are people (away from tumblr) that think currently that this movie is going to be very “STARISH-centric” and well its not WRONG to think like that but it can be a little expected.  The issue however boils down to this The question is IF Broccoli announces a 7th stage right?  Okay let’s say they do and all three units are there THEN I will go back and watch 6th (albeit begrudgingly) because I know by then that HEAVENS will possibly get time to perform and I can be happy with that.  As of now though we don’t know if its going to happen.  If it IS and its the FINAL then its almost fitting because both STARISH and HEAVENS have 7 members! Now let’s answer this one Q:  If UtaPri got a 5th season after Maji Love Kingdom but HEAVENS wasn’t in it would you watch it? A:  Yes just like I am going to watch this movie. Here’s the thing When I started watching UtaPri it was after Season 2 had ended.  At this time we had STARISH and we had just introduced QUARTET NIGHT into the fold and as we know at that time I was staunchly in the camp of QN...still am even if you don’t hear me talk about them nearly as much. I’m NOT going to be one of those fans that goes “Well HEAVENS isn’t in UtaPri anymore so it can fuck off.  Let me just get a steamroller and smash all my CDs from the series that I bought cos its over” If I felt THAT WAY...do ya think I would be playing Shining Live right now (okay not “RIGHT NOW” cos its near 1:30 in the morning but you get the idea). The fact is I STILL need to finish getting the plat on Repeat Love and then I have Amazing Aria/Sweet Serenade and then Dolce so that is going to keep me busy PLUS I still need to get the DVDs for Legend Star and Revolutions...yeah I’m not leaving this fandom any time soon regardless whether HEAVENS is in it or not.  TsukiPara or B-Pro would need to come out in English for that to even be a THOUGHT (and even then a friend of mine on twitter told me about Fate/Grand Order..I’m gonna be busy). Q:  YOU DIDN’T FINISH YOUR BIRTHDAY FIC YOU OLD MAN...WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?! The last fic I scrapped was supposed to go from May 1 to May 27th (my birthday) and in it there was supposed to be at least Masa when he performed “Lasting Oneness” with Kira. Had I wrote out the fic to its conclusion (which was going to feature an appearance from Len Tsukimori of La Corda fame) it was going to feature Len and Syo doing a song together and then also Nagi and Natsuki so there were plans for that.
