my observations as a content creator :) warning: it’s long

if you’re reading this, don’t think too deeply about what i wrote - it’s just my analysis of fan blogs and some fandoms (so it’s all from my perspective). do what you want with this information, and feel free to lmk what you think ;) 

*i tried to include as many anime-applicable blogs as i could remember*

multifandom reblog blogs (ones who track a tag):

@/allanimanga: lots of original content every day. does not reblog from tag anymore bc most members who had that job are inactive. i’m an admin and i’ve been told not to worry about reblogging from the tag, and just make content. has member privilege abuse from certain users; normally you make content for the blog and you get to reblog your stuff over in a 1:1 ratio, but they will just use the blog to promote themselves without contributing. it’s really sad but there’s nothing we can do bc most of the time it’s an admin.

@/animacia: was debating whether or not to put this one. reblogs mainstream anime (sailor moon, studio ghibli) and has a tag, but the tag itself does not seem to be actively used as the most recent post can see tagged for this blog dates back to june 2019 (more than a year ago). it’s an active blog regardless of slow tag activity. 

@/animationsource: active, but very picky? idk man they either do or don’t reblog your stuff. it’s a hit or miss with them. seems to have member privilege abuse/preference (explained up there). not too sure if they have a queue or just reblog sporadically.

@/anisource: active. seems to run on a large, backlogged queue bc their tag is full of stuff that has yet to be reblogged. edits will probably take a while to be reblogged, but they’ll eventually get there! 

@/dailyanime: new blog, but from what i’ve experienced, they will queue it, and your post will be reblogged in 1-3 days (it probably depends on how much is in their queue).

@/fyanimegifs: will reblog your stuff, but they have a very slow queue.

@/graphicsources: not really active; spontaneous at best. don’t count on them to reblog your stuff. 

@/fyeahshoujo: not really active, but not completely inactive.

@/fysportsanime & @/sportsanimedaily: active. seems to have a backlogged queue, but just wait and you’ll be reblogged! it will take some time because there are lots of posts.

@/animangascenery & @/otomokatsuhiro (#oldanimeedit - changes url from time to time? that’s why i included the tag they track): inactive unless a member looks at the tag. in that case, they will most likely reblog the tagged post. typically mass reblogs/queues from the tag every once in a while. 

@/bbelcher & @/fyeahmovies: will reblog ghibli and makoto shinkai stuff. bonus points if you have added a text description to gifs. 80% dependable.

@/filmgifs, @/filmtv, @/stream, @/movie-gifs, etc. (basically big reblog fansites that aren’t anime-oriented, but do reblog mainstream anime movies): 90% chance they will not reblog anything from you if there is no text description. add text descriptions to studio ghibli/makoto shinkai film gifs and make it pretty! use text gradients!! that will increase your chances of being reblogged by them. they don’t reblog seasonal anime.

a note: many creators use tags as a way of reaching a broader audience. it's really helpful for smaller blogs who would like to share their content to others, but do not have the means/numbers to do so. just bc some people don't utilize tags to their full potential, it doesn't mean it isn't useful, so pls don’t try to act superior to those who want more exposure. everyone deserves a chance at getting the attention they deserve for their hard work!

studio ghibli reblog blogs:

@/ghiblisdaily: great. amazing. i love them!! will reblog from you 99.9% of the time. probably the most reliable ghibli blog as of right now. uploads original content

@/fyghibli: used to be good at reblogging from tag, but has gone kind of inactive. i think they’re becoming more active again, but it’s very sporadic.

@/kikisdeliveryservices: they track a variety of studio ghibli related tags, and they do reblog a lot, but i don’t think they’re as consistent as ghiblisdaily. lots of original content.  

@/oh-totoro: not really active, but when they are (and they reblog from you), your activity skyrockets.

@/dailyghibli: not active.

@/daily-ghibli: sometimes active, a little wishy-washy. they seem to be reblogging a little bit more consistently now?

@/princessghibli: not active, but reblogs here and there.

@/ghibligif: a new blog, but decently active. will reblog post from their tracked tag within a day. lots of original content.  

main point: there are many studio ghibli blogs (wayyyy more than i’ve listed here), but only around 3-4 active ones. choose your tags with what you think will give you the best exposure bc if you have too much, tumblr will go “fuck you” and not show your post at all :)

random anime fandoms:

i’ll really only be including ones i’m in, or know a bit about.

haikyuu, bnha, kny, yoi: healthy and very active. content for these fandoms do well even if they’re not in season. has multiple active fan blogs (except for yoi tho - they’re all inactive for the most part).

noragami, ohshc, ons, snk, tg, swnku: active fandoms. edits will do moderately well bc most people have seen these. 

popular sports anime (knb, free, dna, tsurune? idk i don’t watch much sports anime): they do okay. i rarely see any new sports anime edits beside haikyuu, but people do love their sports anime. has active sports fan blogs.

pokemon & sailor moon: old but gold. lots of people love these anime bc it’s part of their childhood. still very popular amongst tumblr users.

violet evergarden: does moderately well. @/fyeahvioletevergarden will reblog your stuff if you choose to tag them (big boost)! with the new movie coming up soon, there may be a resurgence in activity, but the most recent movie did not have much content made for it, so that hope may be crushed.

tpn: not very active, but with the new season coming up soon, there will be a resurgence in activity.

ditf: kind of dead, but lots of people love zero two. edits do moderately well.

sao: dead. absolutely dead. i thought there would be some activity bc it’s in season right now, but no, it’s a dead fandom. low key sao sucks tho. idek where the plot is going; i’m just hoping for an end.

hxh, one piece, fma, code geass: i’m not in it, but i think they do okay bc they have a large following, just not as well as haikyuu or bnha (but they’re still very popular). it depends on your blog demographic tho.

mp100, opm, bsd, given: kind of medium-tier fandoms. not as prevalent as haikyuu or bnha, but there are still edits being made for these anime. they don’t really have any active fan blogs (besides given i think) bc none of them are airing rn.

makoto shinkai & studio ghibli films: they do great! everybody loves good scenery, and the films are very well known and loved by all!

some seasonal anime (spring/summer 2020)

fruits basket: well this reboot blew up and overshadowed everything in it’s path. tbh only edits posted on the first day of the new episode do well. it’s a very competitive fandom for creators. 

kaguya sama love is war: first season was good, edits did well. second season drifted off into the shadow of fruits basket. relatively obscure fandom for how popular it is amongst people (non-creators). 

tower of god: popular with creators. now that it’s not airing, no one gifs it. respective fan blog is doing its best with content from the manhwa.

fugou keiji balance unlimited: people were simping even before the first ep came out, and then the anime went on hiatus for a few months. now that it’s started to air again, everyone acts like it never existed in the first place... was a good fandom up until the hiatus and now it will probably take a while to recover.

god of high school: nonexistent even tho it’s a popular pick this season (summer 2020). in the shadow of fruits basket.

deca-dence, bna, great pretender, kakushigoto, the misfit at demon king academy, rent-a-girlfriend: *sigh* didn’t see much of it on my dash. lesser-watched seasonal anime in comparison to fruits basket and tower of god (all relative to tumblr). there are gifs being made, but you have to follow the right blogs.

main point: if there’s any seasonal anime paired up against fruits basket at the same time, fruits basket will win and the former will be left in the dust.

FNV Companions React to Someone Being Aggressive Towards Rex.

Fucking IDEK if these are out of character anymore we just roll with it. Also, shitty and inconsistent writing and react length ahoy. Also yes I lied and said this was going to be out last night but I got sick please understand-

Arcade: Six had dragged him into Ultra-Luxe because once again, they were being stupid and trying to beat some sort of goal they had set for themselves earlier that day at the gambling tables. Rex had also come in with them, but had wandered off with his snout up in the air towards the kitchens. While Six was focusing on the Blackjack table Arcade heard a sudden yip and bark behind him and turned to see two people laughing and kicking the poor dog. They weren’t dressed like the people that would usually gamble here and they certainly weren’t a White Glove, so Arcade just assumed they were some travelers that didn’t know Six’s reputation and love for their canine companion. Also angry at the situation unfolding, Arcade briskly made his way over to them.

“Excuse me-”

“Fuck off.” 

Now, that made Arcade very unhappy. Honestly, he expected them to be rude, but was still a little surprised at how quickly they shot him down, not even trying to start an argument or anything. Yet.

“Listen, gentlemen.” Arcade said sharply, “I suggest you leave now because you’d much rather deal with me telling you how vile of people you are than for my friend over at the Blackjack table getting word of what you’ve been doing to their dog.”

“Oh, tough guy, eh? Well guess what, we don’t give a shit about what you or your idiot friend have to say!” The taller of the men sneard, getting right up in Arcade’s face. “Fucking forget it, the dumb dog isn’t worth our time. They ran out of booze a while ago anyway.”

Arcade gave them a look of disinterest as the semi-stumbled out the door. He made….. eye contact?..... with one of the masked servers when he looked away from them, who also seemed relieved that the two men were gone, probably because they had trached dust and mud throughout the entire main room.  Making his way back to Six, Arcade was going over scenarios in his head about what Six would do once he told them. Turns out one of his guessed scenarios was true. He did know Six very well after all. Unfortunately for the men, they had decided to sleep naked that night and Six had found out where they were staying through a few connections. A few hours later the men’s clothes were strung up on and lit on fire in the middle of Freeside, with the neat edition of shoving several hungry geckos into the men’s hotel room. The men ran out into the Mojave, naked and with a few flesh chunks missing from their body, while Rex gnawed happily on his Brahmin Steak in the Lucky 38. 

Boone: A Legion party had ambushed them just outside of Red Rock Canyon as they were making their way towards Vegas from Goodsprings. The system they had was working well enough, Boone had managed to climb his way up on the hill to the right of the road and was sniping them from afar while Six was up close with their ripper. It was hard to get solid damaging headshots on them since they were those dumb helmets, but if he got lucky Six would get close enough to rip one of their helmets off so he could get a clear shot through their skull. Usually, there were 4 Legionaries in a party but Caesar must have really wanted Six dead at this point, so they were currently being surrounded by at least 12, possibly even more. As Six drop-kicked two legionaries into each other, Boone noticed one of the other Legionaries targeting Rex and backing him up against the Canyon wall. Luckily for Boone and unfortunately for the Legionnaire, there was no helmet in sight. Boone lined up the shot and it entered the target’s head with a whiz and a squish. As the now-corpse fell to the ground, the group of three reorganized amongst the carnage. Rex sat down at Boone’s feet and looked up at him, mouth open and panting. 

“Don’t look at him like that.” Boone said in a monotone voice, making the Courier laugh beside him.

“Boone, you’re talking to a dog.” The Courier started on their way once again to Vegas, looking down at the dog now trotting beside them.

“You want to go see the King Rex?”

*Bark*

“Look who’s talking to the dog now.” 

Veronica and Cassidy: The girls had decided to hang out together today, without the Courier. They also had Rex in tow and were currently sitting at the Atomic Wrangler’s counter. Both of these women were at least three bottles in each already and their laughter poured through the casino as Veronica slouched over and snorted at one of Cass’ merchant stories.

“There is *snort* there is no way he did that.” Veronica wheezed out, falling into another fit of laughter.

“He did! He just grabbed that fucker by his-”

Their conversation was cut off when a man walked over to them. Much too confidently, I might add. They both looked up at him in disgust and annoyance. 

“So, what are two beautiful ladies doing out here all alone. You know, why don’t we all go upstairs and have a little *fun* together. ” The man leaned in so far he almost touched noses with Veronica. Rex had been sitting idly with his head in his paws on the floor until this moment. When the man leaned in, Rex growled and stood up, brisling at the man. 

“Dumb dog.” The man grumbled, swinging out his hand and hitting Rex in the head. Now no one knew if the man had meant to hit Rex so hard that he slammed his glass dome into the counter, but it didn’t matter now. Veronica pushed up off the counter and shoved the man back.

“Who do you think you are?! First, you come up to two ladies who are CLEARLY disinterested in you, interrupt their good time, then you have the audacity to hit our dog?!” Veronica practically yelled, drawing attention from several others in the room. Two people in particular had the look in their eyes that was almost begging to see a fight.

“Listen, girlie, I do what I want, ok?” The man growled, cut off by Veronica shoving his back against the counter, “Oh, girlie, you want to start right now?” 

“She doesn’t want to do anything with you. Nobody would.” Cass said as she finally stood up, looking over Veronica’s shoulder.

“Now come on ladies, no need to fight over me.” The man slurred, the beginnings of a wolfish grin on his face. 

Now, Ronnie may be small but she has a power fist and can fuck some people up. In a flash, the man was on his knees with both arms straining behind him, courtesy of Cass. Veronica unveiled her power fist and a spark of fear appeared in the man’s eyes as she swung it dainlity near his temple.

“I could swing my fist sideways right now.” She started swinging faster and more aggressively, “And give you a good lesson about how to treat others around you with an indent on your head to remind you.” 

“N-No!”

“Oh, come on. I’m sure it would be no trouble for my friend here.” Cass sneered, tightening her grip on the man’s arms, making him squeal out in man. 

“Please, please! No!” 

As the once confident man was damn near sobbing just at the prospect of getting hit, Veronica and Cass looked up at each other and grinned. Dragging the man outside, Veronica used her unarmored fist to hit him into a puddle of… something. The man stumbled to his feet and looked back in fear at the doorway. Then sprinted off. 

“DAMN! NEXT TIME YOU START A FIGHT YOU BETTER BE ABLE TO FINISH IT!” Cass yelled after him before they retreated into the casino once more.

. On their way back in, two figures walked out the door, following the now out of sight man. Sometimes, if you want to see a fight, you just have to start one yourself. 

Ed-E: *Pulls out laser canon* “Beep beepbeep bop'' Translation: “You bitch ass motherfucker”. Even if Rex sometimes drools on Ed-E or accidentally whips a ball at it’s shell, Ed-E will still protecc and attacc. 

Lily: Ok no but honestly and sorry to disappoint but any scenario involving her reacting to this is just them fighting, her calling the Courier Jimmy, then absolutely rocking the perpetrators shit. Like, tear that person in half grandma. I wanted to write a longer thing out….unless

Raul: He and Six had decided to stop at 188 Trading Post for the night instead of attempting to walk all the way back to Vegas. They were low on supplies, tired and hungry, and Raul’s back was acting up again. Samuel was nice enough to let Raul lie down for a bit on one of the mattresses behind the bar while Six was focusing on cleaning their weapons and bartering. Just as he was about to drift off, he heard Six’s voice speak up above the radio.

“Don’t touch my goddamn dog like that!” 

“You don’t get to tell me what to do you fucking piece of shit! Oh fuck-” 

Raul stood up and peered around the corner to see a rather interesting sight. Six was straddling some random man and aggressively slapping his hands away when he tried to reach for them, all while screaming every obscene thing they’ve ever been taught, even some things in Spanish thanks to Raul. Samuel was looking very concerned at the bar, not wanting to get directly involved in this mess while Rex was barking his head off in the man's face. After Raul managed to drag Six off the man, he found out the man was an associate of Alexander and was talking about making a deal with him when Rex came up to him to sniff his hand. Agitated, the man reached down and put his fist around Rex’s muzzle, yanking him up on his back to legs. Nothing escalated past that point as Six had entered the picture by then. They eventually decided to just walk back to Vegas that night and extend their break home, but damn if Raul wasn’t impressed and kind of flattered at the way they gracefully told a man how they were going to cut out this tongue and feed it to rats. Raul is dad.

not only that i thought we were talking about our opinions on celebrating christmas so stop trying to feed word into me mouth m8.

Introducing NFB November

So, while Inktober wraps up in a few days, allow me to introduce my own retrospective event, the aforementioned NFB November. For the next 30 days of November, I will upload pieces based off of the many animated works of talented and respected creators collaborating with the National Film Board of Canada. This organization has been actively involved in Canadian animation since 1941. Through growing relationships w/ artists across the country, they have managed to create an elite repertoire of award-winning films that are frequently seen in circulation at festivals. Each and every film, no matter the length, manage to reach an audience through its engaging, humorous, cerebral, passionate, and evocative language of film-making. Around summer of 2016, I began to thoroughly study and analyse these shorts. Being a freshman recently liberated from the death grip of finals, I had nothing substantial to do for two months. Being tasked with reading the first chapter of the Animation Survival Kit, I began to look at my animating process a bit differently. I had barely gotten through a walk cycle in less than four months and was feeling quite inadequate and incomplete. In between a self inflicted marathon of Rebel Taxi(driven by Pan Pizza), I was reminded of an old Cartoon Network anthology, Oh Canada. It was a showcase entirely of NFB shorts w/ minimal edits; those shown we're typically award winners or future franchises in the making. From there, I downloaded the app and went to town, binge watching shorts for upwards of a week. Soon, I became enlightened of sorts about this shining star of Canadian animation; at the same time, I became kind of confused over its lack of visibility in the "mainstream animation community". If you know anything about the online cartoon community, it would be that Canadian animation is a duo of buzzwords; it will probably illicit negative connotations or reactionary confusion or apathy. It appears that the reputation of an industry 100+ years in the making has been brightly colored and targeted by series of the past 10-15 years. Series such as Johnny Test, Angela Anaconda and Caillou have more or less convinced the general populous that cartoons from Canada are,like, automatically tainted. A Canadian cartoon being where its from is easily a punchline, even among the ever so enlightened cartoon reviewers /commentators /historians /IDEK anymore. Jokes are fine,whatever, but we do them an incredible disservice by mistreating their projects the way we do. I don't think I can even say someone like Mr. Enter has acknowledged one of these shorts(one of his fans have),which probably would be an ideal set of Admirable Animations for him to cover. On the whole, we don't like "bad" Canadian cartoons, but we don't actively seek out "good" ones either. If Johnny Test is truly offensive to your existence, fine. But if Canada's cartoons are offensive to your existence by proxy, your priorities are skewed. This is a very long winded intro and op ed to this project of mine. Can't say I'm doing this to raise "awareness",since (almost)no one is "aware" of my existence lol So, I'm mostly in it for me. Come and spectate if you want. Or don't. I guess it doesn't matter(not to sound too authoritative). Just wanted to explain the influx or weird art coming soon.

GENUINELY disgusting as a series. sorry everyone who likes it but i read it As Emotional Self Harm and it certainly served its purpose; this was ESPECIALLY frustrating because i fucking LOVE the concept and if it had been executed in any way other than The Way It Was Executed and if the main pairing had been anything but What It Turned Out To Be i probably definitely would have loved these books.

i think i just have too many emotions in my head like

yesterday i was with my mom and brother with a bunch of my mom’s students to a trip to sf and i brought my bf along and idk how to explain it like it was so weird to see my bf with my family like it was such a surreal sight. and idk if i was like freaking out with dumb thoughts “is he worth keeping?” “maybe your family was right all along there is no way you guys would ever make it” and OK SURE MAYBE WE WON’T MAKE IT?? IS IT BECAUSE HE’S A WHITE A GUY THAT DOESN’T HAVE A DEGREE AND I AM A CHINESE GIRL THAT LIKES NERDY SHIT AND WANTS TO HAVE A MASTERS DEGREE?? like i feel so stressed out thinking about this why the fuck does my family give me such negative shit about who i hang out with, dating or not. like he’s fine and i like talking to him about stuff. do i love him??? god idk it’s still early and we are busy all the time. i don’t want to rush into relationships that stresses me out so much doesn’t love grow in time? it’s not like i want to marry him right away i agree with having a stable income first is important

and then my career.... i love my kids.... but there was a survey at my school that was like are you coming back to teach next year? and i said yes and they they also asked are you going to resign/take a leave of abscence and i said yes and the principal IMMEDIATELY CAME TO MY ROOM AND WAS LIKE WHERE ARE YOU GOING and i was like... i want to go to grad school??? and they were like oh okay!! when you go tell us so we can work your schedule around your grad school!! but i was like.... in my mind.... but what if i don’t come back to this school to a different town? i don’t know god

and even worse i love my kids... yeah some of them are brats but i love seeing them grow and come into my class so excited to learn about music! and no one tells you this but with young kids we play with them pretty much. you talk their language in ways they understand the world with them. i had stuffed animals for them and they were always curious about their lives and it’s like i played it out with them. and so many students have told me they loved music so much and they don’t want me to leave and i just don’t know... they don’t know i want to go to grad school

and i’m also wondering if i should regret going into screenwriting mfa which is so different from music ed. i don’t have a lot of experience in it. my bf even said i should go for it anyway because this would be the time to do it or i won’t ever have the chance and he’s right. i guess i’ve always wanted to try doing this too but i haven’t done anything at all. i’ve mostly either slept too much, logged onto here too much (fuck u tumblr), or worked extensively on my current job. i’m always lesson planning. when will i ever have time to work on my stories?

god i feel like crying i’m so stressed idk if this is all but i have too many things in my mind

Cas is the photographer. It actually is for a class project. Cas doesnt act flustered but he’s totally blushing during the shoot. Dean gives him his number. You know what happens next.

   Cas goes to Gabe’s bachelor party and Dean is a stripper and gives Cas a lap dance and Cas was like so against coming to here cause he’s a Good Boy™ but he gets so like turned on and hot damn Dean is sexy.

Dean slips Cas his number and they go on a cute coffee date and Cas just like isn’t sure how to act because “I’ve seen you naked already?? And you totally knew I had a boner?? What are we??”

Cas is a cute ass blogger who does random collabs and travelling videos and occasionally does silly cooking stuff. His fans love him because of how genuine and like happy and smiley and just a really sweet guy. Does lots of charity work. His best friend Charlie is on sometimes, and his brother Gabe is in sometimes too when he comes for visits he loves to hop into the background and be like “YOU BETTER KEEP THIS IN THE FINAL CUT.”

Dean wanted to record him rebuilding Baby from the ground up one time and Sam edited it and made it more like a timelapse and told him he should put it on YouTube, so he did, for shits and giggles, and people really liked it. So now he does timelapses of him deconstructing and cleaning/reconstructing guns. As well as cars and other mechanical work. He’s done a few tutorials and Q&A’s. He also has a second channel, that he didn’t tell him main channel about, where he posts videos of him playing the guitar and singing covers of his favorite songs. (He keeps his face out of them).

Cas and Dean probably meet at a VidCon and become good friends.

They start dating and don’t ever announce it, but the fandom ships it so hard because of how cute/flirty they were at the con. They start noticing that Cas is wearing what appear to be Dean’s shirts, and some fans are in denial, and they ask both questions but they always just shrug it off.

Until one time, Dean wanders into one of Cas’s vlogs in only flannel pajama pants, holding two mugs of coffee, and hands one to Cas, gives him a kiss on the cheek with a husky. “Morning sunshine.” 

They start posting cute ass couple pictures after it and its just so cute.

-Olympic!AU

Dean is either a marksmen or a martial artist. I can’t decide. Gabe is a sports photographer and Cas is a professional ice skater and he follows Gabe to one of Dean’s things and they end up talking after cause Gabe is at his interview after (he won gold obvi) and Dean was like “I liked your routine.” and Cas is like “You know me???” and Dean says Sam always loved the ice sports and because of Sam he took a liking to ice skating and he skates sometimes but he thinks its really cool. (Sam is olympic volleyball player as a side note.) but they exchange numbers and hang out more and watch Sam play and its hella cute and they kiss.

Cas is a famous singer and Gabe is his quirky brother. Anna is his manager. Dean and Sam get hired as bodyguards. Dean and Cas hit it off and try *not* to date but they totally do.

Also Sabriel. 

They have to hire new bodyguards. Anna hates them. (not really, but she’s like “For real guys??”)

Jody gets hired. She’s badass. Charlie is Dean’s best friend and dying cause he is dating Cas, who she loves. Also Kevin is Sam’s and like is also jealous.

Bobby’s their adopted Dad.

-Post!Apocalypse!Vampire!Weird!AU

(long ass name ik but this is a random fuckin idea i thought of years ago and will never do anything with so i’m going to do my best to explain it here and share it with you)

SO. Heaven and Hell went to war, the world got *wasted*. A lot of angels fell and so did demons and their powers have been like diminished. The world is a wasteland and divided into segments and the demons kind of run the place and segments. The angels hide.

Dean and Sam are reincarnated. There is minimal food in this world and because of things and whatever, everyone drinks blood of various degrees to stay alive. Like they dont need much, but they need it. (If you’re rich, you have a lot of blood. It does make you stronger, but you can be fine with minimal).

Blood is also a currency. Animal blood is included in this, but its worth less than human blood.

So. Dean and Sam lost their parents early on, and Dean has always been caring for/fending for Sam. He gets caught stealing books, which are like rare as fuck but he hated that no one was reading them and he felt they were being wasted. (He was going to return them. He was a quick reader. He didn’t think they’d even miss them)

Anyways. Sam goes to jail. The price to free him (cause either he’s a repeat offender or the demon is like Alistair/another demon who recognizes their souls and ups the price cause they can) is like 4/5 liters of blood. Human blood. Sam tells Dean not to pay for it, he’ll be fine, but Dean pays with his own blood of course (cause thats how the whole human blood thing works. Rich people can pay in other people that they own but like you pay in your own blood normally).

Dean is like hella weak after this and tells Sam he’s fine. He takes a day off of work but his arm (where he cut himself) gets infected and like he gets really pale and collapses a few days later. 

Sam packs up all of their stuff and takes them to a miracle healer he’d heard about through the rumor mill.

Surprise. It’s Cas. And Gabe is with him.

Cas freaks out, cause they thought Sam and Dean were dead. Gabe stops Cas from telling him, tho, and like they heal Dean and Dean gets like a frickin flashback while he’s unconscious and being healed of like his previous life.

Also they have a horse named Impala. It was their fathers and its like the only thing they really own besides their tiny shack.

At some point, they get their memories back. They become friends with Gabe and Cas and like, maybe find some of the other fallen angels, and potentially even Crowley and like, do something? That’s all though.

idek what this is but it’s super open, just gimme some annoyance/stress for bea pls ?? it also doesn’t have to be anything romantic, but i mean, it’s tropey and definitely romcom-like so ?? also it got super long and i’m sorry. anyway, onto the tropiest shit to ever trope~

okay so bea lives in a really crappy apartment building, like a really shite one that’s super old and not kept up well, but the apartments themselves are big, even if their heat is spotty, paint peels a little bit and lord forbid too many people hop in the shower at once, because you’ll be blasted by cold water forever. bea likes it for the space and for the fact that it’s cheap, like super cheap, even if it’s in a bad area. and because their landlord really doesn’t give a shit about what the tenants do. which means bea has a bunch of dogs, cats, sick birds and the occasional raccoon or squirrel, and also that no one questions that she has some questionable people coming in and out a lot of the time. (who are mainly people she knows form shelters and soup kitchens she invites in out of the cold, etc etc.)

up until pretty recently, she didn’t have any immediate neighbours because she’s a corner apartment with an empty apartment on the one side, and the perpetually out of service elevators on the other side. but now someone’s moved into the apartment next to hers, and it’s becoming blatantly obvious that they do not like her. (for a person who needs perpetual validation and needs to be liked, it bothers her a lot) they’re bothered by her loud animals, the people coming in at all hours, people who look even more questionable than the other tenants, which is saying a lot. they also now have stray cats on their fire escape all the time because she used to feed them off there, and basically everything that bea does is a nuisance to them. to the point where they’ve complained to the landlord and he’s becoming annoyed by the complaints, and it’s a whole thing now.

that’s basically all that I really want, is a neighbour to super annoy bea and scare the crap out of her, make her feel like she’s going to be evicted, because who doesn’t love stress? anything else would be just extra tbh ?? and not required at all, but like in my head because she has people coming in and out a lot, they always leave happier than they enter, and she keeps really weird hours (she always takes the shit shifts at the hospital and takes them for people with families so they can have time during the holidays), they think she’s in some less than savory business, and probably don’t want that happening beside them. the neighbour also keeps weird hours (maybe they’re a good guy cop? drug dealer? club owner? who even knows; they can also just be staying in the building temporarily bc it’s definitely crappy enough to rent out by week without a lease) but they always run into her on the landing looking tired and frazzled and basically dead, and it’s not a good look.

except one day they run into each other on the landing between their apartments at some weird hour, and the neighbour is the one worse for wear (idk sick? bleeding? sprained something?) and bea, being bea, forces them to follow her into her home so she can help (ensue a ‘what no im fine’ ‘dude im a nurse just let me help’ ‘... i thought you were a prostitute ngl’ conversation) and they see that she’s not actually a druggie or something, and that more than half her pets are transcient because they’re healing or being fostered while they’re waiting for families, and they feel bad for making a huge stink about it. and they just don’t get why she’s living so shittily when she actually has a decent job and people to lean on. but she likes it so she’s sort of fine with it, even if she might be getting evicted soon because of this stuff? 

in my head it sort of turns romantic-ish ?? (which it totes does not need to ofc) because they end up hanging out at weird times (like 5am when she’s done a shift, but needs to stay up because she’ll crash during her next one if she sleeps right away) and all that, and bea ends up convincing them to adopt a cat/dog/ect because she’s ~persuasive~ about things like that. and bea is kinda wimpy heart wise and falls in love with everyone a little? but she’s also sworn off dating since her boyfriends have always been crap, and since her last one was a boyfriend she helped put in jail (and a few other guys too) and she thought he was threatening her life, she’s scared of the whole thing and just is a general mess? i honestly haven’t thought much beyond this point, and now that i’m writing it, it seems real specific and i might scrap it, but it’s super open?? just give her a neighbour that is annoyed with her shenanigans pls ?? and yeah i’m gonna stop now and probably edit this later to make it seem like less of a mess

Oh, that sounds cool! I don’t listen to much Ed Sheeran but liked his song for the Hobbit ('I see Fire’? I think that’s what it’s called?) and because Shape of You just keeps playing in the manhwa cafe I go to to read manga, that song kinda got stuck in my head and I can’t stop listening to it XD I don’t listen to remixes a lot for no particular reason but some of them are really cool :)

TG and AoT scar people for life. Kill of their emotions, so they’re unable to cry at sad things, bc nothing is sad in comparison to those two.  Except for a few rare exceptions. Oh, did I ever tell you that I always, without a fail, cry when watching a specific Love Live episode? It’s about a character that I relate to a bit too much, and since it’s a sorta bittersweet character arc, I always end up crying. The music also gets to me. I could write in detail exactly what and why XD

It’s called ‘Court of Thorns and Roses’. I mean, the writing style is more or less ok, and the premise is interesting at first glance, but then everything gets ruined by the author for not being able to create a flawed MC, cause they have to be perfect!  I’ve read another one of the author’s books before, but dropped it halfway, again because on an annoying MC. The only reason why I finished this one is bc it was the only reading material available XD It’s also supposed to be a spin on Beauty and the Beast, but with fairies, but it was so badly done that I genuinely didn’t realize that until I read it somewhere on the internet. It’s also one of the rare series where I intentionally don’t read the sequels. The original book was that bad I’m getting way too emotional over the book XD
