I kinda wish that,,if u blocked something or someone, all existence of that thing is gone from ur TL. like I do not want to know that this thing (that I do not want to hear of) or (this thing that is aggressively not my cup of tea) exists anymore in my periphery lol. Why is Tumblr taunting me with a greyed out 'this post is hidden because it contains a word you blocked/muted etcetc,' bec to an extent I still can guess what it is and blocking is literally supposed to help u with the out of sight, out of mind stuff, isn't it?

I think it was probably from this scene in an abandoned WIP about Jackson, this muggle dude who was an information gatherer for Dumbledore.

Context: He meets up for meetings with Minerva, Albus, Remus, and Severus each week to give reports. He's made a precarious deal to not be killed, as he is immune to Obliviation (idiot accidentally made friends with a trickster god). He's been to many meetings and now everyone is starting to like him except obviously Severus who hates him. Heheh.

Her- here- here's the scene:

Jackson sat stiffly in his chair in front of Albus's desk, watching as the headmaster flipped through his report. Minerva sat to the side, giving Jackson a stern look. Remus sat next to her and gave Jackson an awkward little thumbs up. Severus was sandwiched in a shadowy corner, looking perhaps even more murderous then the last time. The silence dragged on. Jackson was weary, not only from training with Wotton (thats the trickster god, m'dudes) in a futile attempt to gain any upper hand against a magical opponent with a major advantage, or living in the woods, but also by the issues he was having with his mind. It was all tangled up in there and every time he ventured in, meditating in an open field, he'd find himself thrown out violently. His own mind! It was as if there was something that didn't want him to know it was there. It sent a chill of unnerve down his spine.

Albus set his report down on the desk and finally smiled, pushing his half moon spectacles up on his crooked nose.

"Another excellent report, Jackson. I enjoyed your analysis on the 1930's in both the Muggle and Wizarding world." Albus slid the stack of papers back and Jackson took them. "Now, I believe I want to ask you a few questions."

Jackson swallowed thickly,

"Please." He gestured for the headmaster to continue, all cordial and shit.

"This… issue we've seen arise when trying to obliviate you, it's made for quite the conundrum. In every way, you are entirely normal, yet this sticks out as if there is something larger at play." Albus sobered, leaning forward and folding his fingers.

"I was hoping to attempt something a bit more… experimental." Albus went quiet for a sinister moment, then smiled. "Severus and I believe that you can see through illusion magic due to an abnormality in your mind. Perhapse some deformity of your psyche, but there can be no knowing unless we check. That would be through-"

"Occlumency." Jackson uttered, having read through the mind arts section of the Hogwarts library. "You want to enter my mind?" His eyes darted towards the door. Albus waved his hands gently. "Jackson, my dear boy… there is no need to fear. I only suggest we perform a very brief scan. I believe Severus here could do so and you won't even notice."

At the mention of Severus, Jackson broke into a cold sweat beneath his button-up. The man in question stepped forwards, a looming presence of perpetual anger towards Jackson.

Albus tilted his head, watching Jackson carefully. "That is, only if you consent to this process, of course." Jackson blinked. He was being given a choice? Why? That seemed off.

"Well… no, I would perfer if we-"

"For God's sake, Albus! We twiddle our thumbs for the likes of him now?" Severus hissed, a sneer frozen on his face. Jackson flinched under his intense stare of hatred.

Albus frowned, "Now Severus-"

"To hell with this." Severus shook his head and swooped forwards, bending over front of Jacksons chair faster then he could react.

"That's really won't be necesSSSARY-" Jackson trailed off as Severus grasped his face in both chilled hands and bent down uncomfortably close, his flared nostrils blowing puffs of pissed off air along Jackson's cheeks.

"Look at me." Severus demanded and Jackson immediately closed his eyes. If he'd learned anything living as a muggle in a wizarding world, it was context clues. Context clues told him to not listen for shit. Severus made a noise of frustration and tightened his grip. He leaned in and whispered directly into Jacksons ear, completely turning his brain off for the few seconds his words bounced around his skull.

"If you do not want to end up as potion ingredients, I would suggest you obey me, Muggle."

Jackson, with now very little reluctance, opened his eyes. They were met with a pair of black ones. So black he wondered how. As black as the black of a lake on an overcast night, or the darkest dark of a deep, deep well, or the deepest, most soul grabbing aggressive of- of... Okay, Jackson is no poet. Give him a break.

That was his last thought before the feeling of falling into a mile deep hollow took both of them in a vice grip.

18. Do you title your fics before, during, or after the writing process? How do you come up with titles?

It truly depends! Sometimes I come up with the title before I even start the fic! I really like and have this habit of making the title something that I add to the fic. Such as "C'mere Honey Bear" which in that fic Negan calls the reader his honey bear. Or "I Love You And I Don't Say It Enough" Where Daryl says that to reader towards the end :) Sometimes I make it about the main scene in the fic! Like "Supply Closet" where Rick pulls reader into the supply closet for a little fun. Honestly, I have never really struggled with titles. They have always been my favorite part of writing. My English professor my last two semesters said my titles were always too fun to read haha. Sometimes I struggle, but I try to make them about something that I enjoy about the fic or whatever I am writing about or a main pointer for people to remember it by :)

46. How would you describe your style? (Character/emotion/action-driven, etc)

Ooh, this is a great question haha. I like to think that I focus more on the characters and emotions. I do tend to lean more on action-driven themes when I write. Or I get carried away and focus more on dialogue. I always try to focus on emotion and the character, but it depends on how much I want to write and how inspired I am. I'm trying to get back into the groove of writing, so I hope to improve my current style in certain areas.

56. What’s something about your writing that you pride yourself on?

Ah, I'm not really sure? I would say my angstier writings or more action-packed ones, but a majority of those I don't post because I'm unsure about them still 😭

70. When asked, are you embarrassed or enthusiastic to tell people that you write?

Eh, it depends on who's asking. If it is anyone associated with this blog I am not embarrassed. Or someone who happens to stumble across the blog. People from my art blog/Instagram and irl I HATE telling them I write because I primarily write Fanfics/x reader stuff and a lot of my irl friends would judge me TREMENDOUSLY for it 😭 and even some of my online friends would. My close friend was telling me on call the other day how he was cringing because he found out this friend he had was doing self-insert stuff and I was all "Ha.. ha... Yeah, oof." LIKE GHSKDJ I WAS SCARED LMAO

Then with my stuff that isn't fanfic, I don't really like telling people about it because if I tell people about the comics I'm working on that I would love to publish one day, then it feels like I have to finish them since people other than me now know about it. Idk if that makes ANY sense lmao

This was the longest time I've spent in the US ngl (I've been here during Spring, Summer and Autumn too and so far, Spring has been my favorite!! <3 I have cherry blossoms near my house so they bloomed so beautifully TT Ig my name, Sakura, kinda fits haha!! :'D) so I was really glad I got to spend time with them, I will miss them loads ah :') I have 6 cousins at home -oldest is 15 and youngest is 3 TT Yeah, I end up acting like a mom/10 year old and waste my time (it's quite fun tho ngl) plus there are lots of relatives nearby who come to visit almost everyday haha!! I'm planning to apply in India for my bachelors (medicine is the field I've chosen ah, it's so tough tho...) and idk about my masters just yet but I'd love to try aboard! But yes, it is expensive oof TT Lol- the weather sucks at home man, it gets cold at night but by the time it's morning, you just wake up sweating cause the heat rises to 80 F TT But yeah, my skin cracked so many times here haha!!! It was really cold ngl. DC was really cool during the winter!! We visited many places like the white house and the capitol!! I'm a bit of a history nerd so it was heaven~ And gasp! Which canon characters would you ship ocs with?

Hmmm… good question… 

I kinda rule out character who already is canonically in a relationship, so I certainly don’t ship any of my OCs with Goku, Vegeta, etc… 

For this, because I like DBX2 and because I’m bad at remembering long lists of things when I need to, I’m gonna be thinking of the instructors/characters in dat game. 

Honestly, Gelato is kinda too shy to flirt much, and would be too embarrassed to act on much, but… it’s not hard for him to find strong people attractive. RIP, Gelato, died from too many boners from the ridiculous amount of strong characters in the series, pffff. 

Well, I guess Patty Zinger might have a soft spot for Tien, and she’d probably wanna baby Chiaotzu a little. On my long list of ideas-I-have-but-will-probably-never-get-around-to I kinda wanted to draw Chiaotzu wearing a sweater she made and her just being like “well don’t you look handsome” like a friggin’ mom. And she’d probably try bringing meals to Tien as encouragement and fuel for training. Pat is fluffy as fuck. 

A character I have a lot of love for is Android 16, and so maybe he’d be a good character for me to ship somebody with. Unfortunately I do have a problem of not having enough proper “content” out of my characters, and I also have MORE characters still in the making, and sometimes it’s hard to tell who’s a more significant OC vs much more background characters. I suppose Petri might be good to ship with 16, because she was created in a lab, and so they both got that in common… hnnnn I need to draw her again like everyone else. 

Alcquee is originally from Suringa (her backstory has shifted around a bit over time, but making her from the planet Gelato grew up on is a good way to “link” her in with other OCs of mine) but ends up travelling around a bit, and because she has a pretty confident personality, I can imagine her talking flirty to a lot of characters, so that might make her more “shippable” than some of my other OCs. She acknowledges the series is full of characters with perfectly sculpted asses, she wants to tap ‘em. xD … and because on Suringa she kinda seen as a sort of witch, she might enjoy getting attention from people who aren’t so familiar with her reputations on her home planet. Lol, give her any single guy, she’s gonna test the waters. She might have fun trying to tease and work up Nappa or Raditz. Or trying to get some kind of reaction from Hit, even though he’s deadly, she’s never been scared of much because she can regenerate. 

Majin Ume is awkward as fuck when it comes to “romance”, she doesn’t have the best understanding of personal space, and has kinda a intense personality, being sometimes immature, and high-energy. If she sees a guy she likes she might just follow him around and stare intensely at him… uh… be patient with her, she’s trying. At first she could come off as creepy, clingy, and weird, but hey, anyone willing to be patient and understanding of her will get their own personal squishy body guard. She could certainly get along with Majin Buu, but idk if they’d be something I’d ship, because I feel like she needs someone who can balance out her crazy a little more, you know, someone who can bounce off her in healthy ways and not encourage her more mischievous behaviors. She might like Captain Ginyu, because he’s big, and purple, likes sweets, and is very entertaining… Captain Ginyu is Captain Ginyu, he’s hard not to love. Or maybe she’d like Yamcha just because she’d enjoy seeing his reactions to if she’d do shit like jump out of a bush and surprise/startle him… also, Yamcha has the floofy hair, and is dorky. 

Well… I guess that’s kinda all I really got to say. I hope that at least this mighta given some kind of looks into a few of my characters.

and what victor sees is a life. and what he knows is that this is what he has been missing -- his heart, the one that has been taken from him so many years ago and which now beats in this man who dances him with grace of a man who steps on air. and when he dips victor down, safely held in his arms, and when he kisses him the first time on that cold, cold ice where there is only warmth of their breaths and the love in their eyes, and when a golden ring is slid onto victor’s finger...

he is glad that his heart is in a good place, because in yuuri katsuki victor knows it has found a better home than anyone else could ever give it.
