I read If He Had Been With Me and I am not okay and on top of that I just found out there’s a second book that came out today and it’s in his perspective. I am actually NOT okay. I don’t even know if I should read it because I am heartbroken, I don’t know if I can handle it 😭😭😭

Someone should count every mention of "say" in this book, I bet it's a huge amount.

I had to check the publishing date because that book feels really early 2010s to me. It was published 2013 so I guess it's fine, but the 2010s vibes are there. Strongly. It kind of feels like something you would find on wattpad

I do like that it's an easy read, or listen if you're on audiobook, and the chapters are really short which I LOVE. 

I didn't really feel the tragic ending tho. It told me that it was sad but I didn't feel it.
