You know what a fun JayVik AU/crossover would be?

Explorers of Sky AU. Jayce is the human protagonist-and all that entails. >:D (I'm imagining that, after the explosion, they get separated and Viktor spend some time looking for Jayce-only to find him washed up on the beach with amnesia, also transformed into a Pokémon. (I'm thinking a dog Pokémon. The signifier that it's Jayce is that he still has Viktor's fingerprints on his forehead even as a Pokémon.)

(Also, I like to think that Viktor's "Herald of the Arcane" form translates to "Ultra Beast" or "Future Paradox Pokémon", so you have a very traumatized dog Pokémon with a f*cked up leg, and the absolute weirdest partner imaginable. Their Exploration Team name is "Team Hextech".)

JAYCE WOULD BE A ROCKRUFF/DUSK LYCANROC and i will DIE on that hill. literally hes literally rock dog. one that "is very friendly when it's young. Its disposition becomes vicious once it matures, but it never forgets the kindness of its master" and "it’s also brave enough to protect its friends if something were to threaten them." LIKE!!! thats our guy!!! and the dusk lycanroc specifically because it's a mixture of the two forms to match Jayce's color palette during s2 act 3 (which in itself represents his attitude towards the cities and his disillusionment with piltover but you know <3). the only way it'd be more perfect is if rockruff were a dual fairy/rock type.

for viktor i think if it were a normal circumstance of him just. being a pokemon for whatever reason he'd be an eevee. Literally the evolution pokemon whose whole thing is adapting that "mutates" when it comes into contact with certain stones. he could easily end up as a fucked up Leafeon or some new ghost type. however if he is still gotta be fucked up and weird like a paradox pokemon or something may i suggest iron valiant. It's made to resemble two pokemon known for their agility and skill, now made of metal as this apex of both. its perfect

and also like look at them. its so funny. clark and malfina ass energy while pulling up to the exploration team.

also i know technically mel shouldn't be here but consider: the elegant beautiful empath mage is a gardevoir. i will not take criticism on this.

also funny you bring a post-canon pokemon au because i also. made one like literally a week ago but it's based more of the lore of Fallers (people who "fall" out of their normal place in space time for a variety of reasons ie Akari/Rei, Inigo, Looker etc). and like. come on thats the perfect excuse to throw them into a nicer world and force them to heal. still hurting them though dont worry. Viktor doesn't remember anything but is still haunted by a subconscious guilt and the fact he's clearly not human (his body is like 75% human-like and flesh but has this white organic metal thing making up certain parts of his body. hes not a fan of it). Jayce does keep his memory but falls in like four years after Viktor and halfway around the world and has to navigate this new world full of weird little beasts looking for his partner. but they WILL get better and they WILL acquire more little freak beasts against their will. its basically like

Viktor living as a small town artificer in Sinnoh: I'm relatively happy with the life I built and I'm content with never getting my memories back but...i dont know. i feel like im missing something (someone) deeply important to me. I dont think ill ever feel complete without it, but it may be worlds upon worlds away. i dont think i would deserve it anyway :( so i might as well make peace with that fact :(

General

Legend claims that Evolotto was Arceus' first attempt at creating a Pokemon; it was only intended to be a "template" for what the god wanted to bring into the world. But it was kept hidden away until it found its way to Earth all on its own.

Many have theorized that its power is the source of the Evolution phenomenon.

Stories claim that a single touch from this creature can evolve a Pokémon instantly regardless of stats, circumstances, or items. But this has yet to be proven.

Scientists keep trying to catch/observe its traits in the wild, hoping to understand its powers--without any success.

The only thing that has been documented thus far are its attempts to evolve, in which it takes forms resembling the various Pokemon body shapes, although it uses them more for self-defense than battling.

Despite this and its connections to Arceus, it's unclear if it can learn Transform, Judgement, or use any of the plates.

Has a texture akin to soft dough or clay.

Eviolites are said to be ordinary stones that were blessed by Evolotto from the moment it touched the earth.

Like Mew, Arceus Latias, Latios, and Mewtwo, it can understand human language and speak telepathically, but is rather shy about it, preferring to keep to itself.

The odds of you stumbling across Evolotto were one in a million...

And during your exploration of Paldea, you so-happened to be checking out some ruins when the creature lightly nudged against your leg.

While your pokedex provided very little information on it, you find it to be quite cute and so you decide to capture it.

Surprisingly, it rejects the pokeball, but doesn't break it.

You wonder how and why....but after Evolotto just stared at you with its beady red eyes, you stopped questioning it and decided to let it accompany you around Paldea.

It'll assume its more humanoid forms when it attends class with you, even sitting in a chair and listening to the professor like it was a student.

Eventually you tell your friends at the Academy about the new Pokémon you found, convincing it to demonstrate its abilities.

Nemona thinks it looks like some kid's art project in Hassel's class, only to be excited when it starts moving around and shows off some of its alternate forms.

She hoped to battle it, but after seeing it scurry behind you for protection, she feels bad and offers it candy as an apology.

Arven thought it was another food-themed Pokémon like Fidough, but not even you knew what it was supposed to be. No factual records at the academy's library existed on it that any of you could find.

It was all just speculation and theories, the most popular ones being "it was conceived by Arceus to make evolution possible" and "eviolites are ordinary stones blessed by it".

You decided to trust in these claims.

Even Penny was curious about it, although she thought it was...quite strange that nobody's been able to catch one. But it somehow warmed up to you.

Regardless, her Eevee team adored the fella, so it didn't really matter.

You brought Evolotto to Kitakami during your trip, simply because the little guy refused to leave your side.

And after getting to know the siblings better and wondering if they knew anything about it, you decided to show them....and both of them act like you just gave them a million dollars.

They've read about this Pokémon before! And it was in your hands!

It was real all along..

After calming down about it, Carmine lowkey gets annoyed that Evolotto doesn't wanna battle and just...sticks to you like glue, letting you carry it around like a puppy.

You keep telling her that it won't go into a pokeball (but she'll still tease you about trying to "show off" even when that's not your intention).

While Kieran finds it cute and defends it from his sister's rude remarks, he does get a bit jealous when you're also getting Ogerpon's attention.

But in the end, when she chose you over him, he vows to gain ownership over Evolotto as a "prize" for beating you in the championship battle when you arrive to BB Academy.

Of course...he doesn't win.

After you two reconcile, he asks if you've learned anything new about the Pokémon, but otherwise has regained enough respect from Evolotto to give it head pats occasionally.

(Continuation of Rain's POV) Wish's expression turned to concern as Rain seemed to be floundering to get his words right. He could understand as much. They dont often-.. er.. ever, come across others out here, so this was a shock to all three of them.

As per usual, Reconstruct was awful when it came to any social interactions, and as such, not helpful in this situation what so ever.

'Come on there has to be something…!'

Wish's thoughts were interrupted by an idea that struck him. Reaching into one of his back pockets, he pulled out a small bag- dull in color, with the word "jerky" blurred across the side. Upon opening it, the smell of spiced dried meat came wafting from it. Putting on his best face, trying to look as least intimidating as possible (not that he ever could pull off such a look), he held the bag out to the boy.

"Oh! Are you hungry, maybe? Here! I have plenty of jerky, youre welcome to have some! No need to be shy, please help yourself!" The Eevee nudged the bag in Rain's direction, trying to entice him to take a piece. "Its really good~" he added with a playful tune.

He figured some food might ease the boy's nerves and maybe, just maybe, he'd be able relax around them. After all, who knows how long he'd been out here!

"Great.. youre giving him our food now, too.." Came the gruff voice of Reconstruct as he made himself reluctantly join the conversation. He reached into the offered (not to him) bag, and taking out a piece of jerky.

"…Would you like some too…?" Wish asked dryly, trying very hard to keep the sarcasm out of his tone.

"Well since you offered.." Reconstruct replied unbothered, biting down onto the dried meat, and tearing off a piece as he chewed it over.

Wish closed his eyes momentarily, drawing in a calming breath, giving up on any argument before it had even started.

Anyway..

"So, are you lost?" Wish tried again, then realized that was a silly question. "Oh- well I mean, its just that we dont see people out here very often-"

"Ever." Reconstruct interjected. "No one else should be out here"

"B-but.. you two are out here..?" Rain added, pointing out the hypocrisy.

Reconstruct only spared him a sharp glare. He didnt need this boy's sass. (Even if he did make a point.)

"Oh… well, ah.. its…. complicated.." Wish muttered, looking sheepish as he scratched the back of his head.

"And none of your business-"

"Would you stop that?!" Wish hissed back at his partner. "Youre not helping.."

Reconstruct shrugged indifferently.

Wish glanced back at Rain in the same concerned face as before, then back to Reconstruct. He kept his voice low, even tho there was little point as Rain was standing right in front of him, so any secrecy wasnt going to be very secret. "We should help him.. But where do we even start..?"

Finishing off his piece of jerky, and helping himself to another, Reconstruct didnt appear to share the same concern.

"I tell you what.." he started, "Since youre the one that found him, you can be the one to deal with him." He added a less than playful slap on Wish's back, the force causing the Eevee hybrid to stumble forward, thankfully catching himself before he fell over.

"W-well- Wait- What are you going to be doing, then??" Wish asked, confused.

"Hm? Oh im not dealing with whatever this is. You let me know when you figure it out." With that the Silvally hybrid washed his hands of the situation, excusing himself from the conversation. He walked a few feet away and found himself a spot on the desolate rock, making himself quite comfy on the ground; laying on his side, back turned to the other boys, and continuing eating the piece of jerky.

Wish's ears and tail wilted in defeat. He looked back to Rain who was looking even more confused now. He really wanted to put his mind at ease. After all, how else could they help, if he was too wary to speak to them? Putting on smile, he shuffled himself to be a bit closer (but not too close).

"Dont worry about him. He's a little rough around the edges but he's actually really nice once you get to know him."

There was a loud huff of disagreement.

Wish smirked in his small victory, even if it was only temporary. Now to get back to the matter at hand.

"So.. Uh.. How about we start this over, hm?" Wish cleared his throat, straightening up. "Hi! My name is Wish. You seem to be lost. Perhaps we can help you get home?"

You got up from your bed and left Eevee there, you went out to your small kitchen to prepare some tea, you hadn't even had lunch yet.

Eevee has sparkles in its eyes.

Certainly Eevee wants to become as powerful as Umbreon, and Spinel is very gentle with it.

You smiled softly as you put on a pair of loose, comfortable pants, a shirt, and a sweatshirt of a little and cute Pichu!

(i dont know if you know pokemon but i have a thing to ask about it) i actually thought of the jace opposites having Eeveelutions and here is what i think they would have i dont know if you would agree to these to be honest but if you think other wise on witch Eeveelution is better fitting for them ill go with it Let me Know what you think wally - Vaporeon or Eevee Julie - Eevee (a themed Eevee that she would like the most witch in my opinion is pastel gothic lolita look) sally - eevee Umbreon or Flareon (umbreon is a option cause stars night glowing and other things as for Flareon Cause most Flareons are shy and dont like being around people) frank - a hyper active Eevee or Jolteon (cause there both hyperactive like frank and it might be cute) Barnaby -Espeon (Espeon is a good option for him cause Espeons can help around for him in the library by using telekinesis and can be calm and relaxing for as a reading buddy) Howdy - Glaceon or Leafeon (both very sassy and scary pokemon and would fit him very well cause you dont want to mess around with those two pokemons not to mention they can help around the store as well) Eddie - Shiny Eevee (why cause it might remind him of Frank 7w7 also they will be a great partner for there business) Poppy - Gothic Type of Sylveon (i thought a Sylveon will match her perfectly cause one there a dragon slayer and two they look innocent but the Sylveon wanted to match the ascetic as poppy so they did not to mention im drawing the gothic Sylveon Right now Lol)

okay i need to nerd out for a sec. pokemon au. here's what starter pokemon the party have + im right because i was severely hyperfixated on pokemon for many many years. i'm also only including the regional starter pokemon here and not pikachu and eevee just to make things easier for me

mike has an oshawott. why? because he looks like an oshawott and pokemon look like their trainers. his oshawott is incredibly stubborn and unwilling to listen to mike at first, but they eventually do bond and become hashtag besties for the resties!!!!!! he eventually evolves into a samurott because Sword. oshawott's nature is bold and his characteristic is a little quick tempered.

lucas has a snivy (him and mike are both from unova in this ok) because he thought snivy looked cool and decided that he needed to have one. lucas and snivy get along very well - much better than mike and oshawott did at first. they're very good buddies and she eventually evolves into a serperior and is a very powerful, well-rounded pokemon. lucas adores her. her nature is adamant and her characteristic is good perseverance.

max my best friend max has a scorbunny of COURSE. he's super athletic and very good at battling but those things often go to his head and he can be a bit of a little shit sometimes, so max has to keep him in check. he's very sweet though and just kinda stays the way he is and never evolves. which max is cool with because she likes scorbunny the way he is too!! his nature is sassy and his characteristic is thoroughly cunning.

will has a mudkip. because well. he looks like a mudkip and also mudkip are very Alert to things much like he is. mudkip is very shy and she doesn't really like interacting with anyone except will, which he's fine with, but he does try and get her to put herself out there she gets along great with mike's oshawott btw when she feels up to it. eventually she evolves into a marshtomp and while she's not a very strong battler, she's loyal to a fault, which will loves. her nature is timid and her characteristic is alert to sounds.

dustin has a turtwig (because of yertle). turtwig never evolves, but that doesn't actually matter because he is a fucking TANK. like, people will see him and not really expect much because he's just a Little Guy but oh man can dustin's turtwig pack a punch. he's incredibly loyal and resilient and smart and dustin loves his turtwig. so much. they're best friends. turtwig's nature is hardy and his characteristic is highly curious.

el has a fennekin. fennekin is just the sweetest little thing. just a little tiny girl fr. the cutest. el brags about having chosen the best starter Constantly. the two are best friends like actually having sleepovers and gossiping and the whole shebang. she eventually evolves into a delphox (hahaha psychic type) and is ridiculously powerful. like, near unbeatable, but she still maintains her very sweet demeanor. her nature is gentle and her characteristic is likes to relax.

Bruce, Croconaw♂��: My starter! Got him as a totodile for my 10th birthday from my uncle that lives in johto. Very energetic, has some black markings on his spikes for some reason but i think it's cute! Likes rainy weather and to be pet under the chin.

Raider, Krocorock♀️: She just evolved!! i raised her from the egg about the same time i got Bruce! Likes to dig up holes on the backyard that we use as secret bases. Her and Bruce are the ultimate biting team and i still have some scars on my hands. Sometimes they fight but at the end of the day they give eachother scritches :]

Scarlet, Whirlepede♀️: Not really 'scarlet' anymore since she evolved, but I named her that since im training her to evolve into a Scolipede! She's kinda grumpy but loves to be cleaned and pet :] When I was younger I used to get poisoned by her on purpose to skip school.. also has zoomies sometimes and wrecks the whole house

Bandit, Scraggy♂️: my pride and joy <3 the newest addition to the team! He's a little shy but he's got the spirit. me n my family were visiting Castelia a few months ago when i found this little guy getting bullied by some pidove for a piece of pizza, helped him and got a new team member! perfect size to cuddle up next to me when i go to sleep

Zephyr, Crobat♂️: One day a zubat and it's family came and took over the attic. They live there now. luckily we got along since they eat the bug pkmn that eats my mom's plants. She liked them SO much that she spoiled one of the zubat a little and now we have a Crobat as a housemate

Speck, Umbreon♂️: my dad used to have a Mightyena (it was more of a family pet) but it passed away due to old age. We all got pretty bummed so he adopted an eevee. I was the one that took care of him so we got pretty close, and now we have the most energetic umbreon ive ever seen!

I find it so cool that your first game was fire red, cuz my first game was actually leaf green!!! I initially had no interest in Pokémon cuz I only vaguely knew about the show and that it had a card game, but then one day my big brother asked me and my sister if we wanted his old games since he was selling off his DS Lite. I claimed leaf green and sis claimed diamond. I absolutely loved the game!! A life long special interest was born that day 😌

my favorite Pokémon are many and they mainly stem from the ones that were my power houses from different games I played 😂 my first starter was Squirtle, which I named Squirt, cuz I had no idea evolving was a thing. It was 2008 and didn’t have easy access to internet lol. My other faves include dragonair, the mareep line, alolan raichu, espeon, sylveon, and oshawott.

my fave characters across the series are honestly the ones I had fictional crushes on, and the honor of my first ever fictional crush goes to Blue Oak (or was it Green? I read the PokeSpec manga too and translation was inconsistent cuz I was reading a fan translation at that time). Then N, then Steven Stone.

The true mark of when I deeply love a fandom is if I begin to write a Pokémon AU for them 😌 I used to write a Pokémon BNHA AU, actually, named a hella generic “my Pokémon academia” based on moon/sun, but never finished it cuz I tend to jump from place to place when new writing ideas catch my interest. I had made izuku the MC and was just winging it honestly. Fuyumi took the place of Lilly, I think I made Katsuki the role of rival…? I even drew some doodles of them as Pokémon trainers, but never posted about it. It remains abandoned on my ao3 account 😅

first off literally always happy to talk pokemon, I have too few friends in my life who enjoy it to the extent that I do so this is a treat

my brother and I got our game boys for Christmas and my parents (arbitrarily) gave him leaf green and me fire red, so it’s always had a really special place in my heart. I chose squirtle too!! my first ever starter, and the beginning of my tradition of always choosing the water type starter first (which I broke with scarlet sadly because fuecoco was the only one of the new starters I genuinely liked the design of, plus skeledirge is badass). I watched the anime, too, and did pretty religiously up through… at least sinnoh? I think. but yeah the only thing I never really got into was the card game, I didn’t have the patience for the rules as a kid (says the person who's been playing yugioh for about as long as i have pokemon)

ohhh favorite pokemon, i go back and forth on this all the time. squirtle and piplup are two of my all time favorite starters, but i have always adoree eevee and its whole evolutionary line. arcanine is my favorite fake legendary, and i also love lucario, sceptile, ampharos, zorua, staraptor… god okay if you really want like, a complete list of my favorites we'll be here all day. so just know im a big fan of "cool" pokemon but the teeny tiny legendaries (mew, celebi, jirachi, etc.) trump the big guys always

as for trainers… hm. tbh i also tend to favor the ones i crushed on as a kid 😂 i love blue and… i think the girl protag gets named leaf? maybe? anyway. love silver, too, and riley from gen 4! Steven stone also got me bad as a kid lmao. Cynthia is hands-down my favorite champion, I think the sinnoh elite four + champion is really special. also I did meet Larry in the new game and like. yeah. I get it. I’m trying to think of other people who made an impression ‘cause this is also an incomplete list… hm. Maybe I’ll do a definitive ranking at some point

Pokemon AUs!!!! Obviously wind breaker but I was working on one for one of my previous fandoms ages ago with a friend. THEYRE PROBABLY SO CUTE OMG..... someone's pokemon accidentally get hurt and nurse koshin is INSTANTLY there like hi :D my pokemon and i can help you out! and they do the most efficient perfectly executed heal ever and wow! all is well!!! also koshin definitely has a devious stash of lum berries tucked in his jacket pocket for emergencies bc he's prepared like that!!!!! the eevee definitely becomes a sylveon. no doubt. it evolves with friendship and a fairy type move which is definitely floral healing like come on. SPEKAING OF NALU TAKING HIM AROUND ON THE LAPRAS IM THINKING ABOUT KEN WITH A DRAGONITE. ITS SO RIGHT TO ME. he won it as a dratini in a championship and they've been partners ever since!!!!!!!!!

Uhhhhhh honestly nothing too note worthy, however I do have some bits of WIPS that are apart of 2 different future art dumps!

Right now I have Blorbos from Pokemon in my line of focus, but nothings cleaned up well, a snippet of my legends OC Akiko and one singular Emmet because I feel the need to draw him after doing a fair bit of Ingo XD

(Emmet needs more work and I need to fix Ingo entirely he does not look right to me XD)

And this one is a personal Blorbo! Her name is Mitzy and I recently got the urge to pick her up again and tweak how I draw her! She's a sweetheart thats white with light brown patches and FRECKLES
