Ok listen up, it's everyone's head canon that Ratchet in tfp was starving himself of energon so the others could eat since they where running so low. But Optimus finds out and he isn't going to let Ratchet get away with this anymore. Sadly, Ratchet doesn't care that Optimus doesn't like what he's doing because Ratchet's "helping" the others out by not eating. Energon supplies are always low after all.

So Optimus takes things into his own hands, and I mean he pops a tit into Ratchet's intake and makes him get energon, the Primes strength succeeds the medics and Ratchet is practically forced to eat.

And of course afterwards, Ratchet gets really addicted to Optimus's massive milkers, after all of the Primes meals he just has to walk nervously over to the Prime for some of that sweet, tasty milk 🤭

Bonus if when Ratchet got captured, he suckled on Megatons tits too, they're bigger than the Primes after all, who wouldn't want to suck on the two most feared, powerful leaders in the history of both earth and Cybertron? You can't blame poor Ratchet for just wanting to eat, even medics need to be nursed sometimes (all the time) ☹️

Optimus has to take drastic measures when Ratchet refuses to fuel properly, he has to. He can't have his medic going without fuel, and showing his tit into Ratchet's mouth and pushing his head against it until he finally stops thrashing is the most pragmatic decision. Ratchet struggeled and moaned but he didn't do much more once the milk started to pour down his throat. Optimus just patted his head and told him to drink up <3

This way he can't make the excuse of not wanting to waste rations... Everyone else still gets their energon, and Optimus makes sure to drink Ratchet's portion after his, so that his titties are big and full of warm milk that Ratchet can drink later.... mhmm i can't stop imagining Optimus getting Ratchet addicted to his titty milk and now he won't fuel unless it's coming out of a nipple... When he's aboard the Nemesis, the only way to keep him alive is if Megatron nurses him too... Can't have him power down when he's supposed to be working in the lab!

It's even worse if he started getting turned on by it over time, and while he could definitely grind his panels against Optimus while drinking, he absolutely cannot do that with Megatron... or at least, he tries very hard not to, but... a belly full of milk and his hands on soft titties just make him feel so good, so comfortable...
