Behold: my friend group's collaborative and extremely thought-out official Riordanverse character ranking chart. This took over an hour of heated discussion and arguments to work out. The discourse over whether Jack counted as an animal companion or not. Me shouting down the entire room until they let me put Bianca in the Great Tier. The debate over whether we should separate cute and hot into different tiers. The impassioned argument that Khufu counted as a goat and should be in the GOAT tier. Chronic Sonic pt 8 (because I forgot to number the last few postsHCJDJG)

Knuckles fighting for his life out here (Sonic’s fine btw)

1. Sonic eventually finds out his friends have started hiding the emeralds from him and goes actively looking for them. Knuckles will not entertain Sonics self-destructive nonsense and he hasn't slept in a week now because Sonic (and Rouge) keeps trying to sneak the emeralds from him. He'll throw them both as many times as he needs to.

2. Is Rouge really after the emeralds? You bet. (Whether that's to have for herself or simply hide it from Sonic herself because Knuckles hiding place has been compromised, we'll never know.) Buuuut... Knuckles being too busy lecturing her to notice her comfortably using him as a pillow is a nice bonus

3. Sonic is aware he's being self destructive and that his friends are trying to stop him but he's in a little mentally unstable spot. he just finds himself gravitating towards the emeralds and is too tired to really fight the urge or care at all that it could be real bad for him. Mentally deteriorating babyyyyy. Still all smiles tho!
