I LIVE for "The Prophecy" too... like being in a phase where you feel like nobody wants you... every person who is close to you slowly one by one, leaving you alone... so it's makes you wondering. Maybe im the cursed one, and it's my fate to be alone.

The "I hate it here" is painfully and ironically related to me. When you can physically run away so you use your imagination to make you feel you're in a better place. The place where no one can't enter, can't make comments about you, can't ruin anything.

How did it end?- I feel like it's a warning for us? How when her broke up coming up and then traveled so fast from one person to another person, from one friend to other friends, one person to another family... and they really want to know how the story ended.

okay I took a while to respond to this because I really needed some more time to process how I felt and my thoughts on those songs!

I hate it here is literally anyone who loves reading and writing because we are all trying to escape the real world aren't we? I know I definitely daydream to the world of my favourite fictional characters when the real world become too real. I am also so desperate to get to Zermatt because it's the closest I'll ever get to Velaris!

How did it end? - I saw it as a take on parasocial relationships that seem to be the norm in the world of celebrity. like the need and right some people believe they have to discuss and dive into the personal lives of celebrities and overanalyse their relationships, habits and day-to-day life. The post-mortem line perfectly encapsulates this as anyone who has seen a postmortem either in real life or on a TV show like Silent Witness knows that you can tell a lot about how someone lived their lives during a postmortem. She is quite literally saying people are digging into the dead body of her relationship to look for clues as to what went wrong when the only people who should know are her and people close to her. not fans.

and the Manuscript that took me the longest to process and I'm still not sure I've completely processed it either. the music in it makes me so reminiscent, it actually kinda reminds me of those old Disney Ads where they would show clips of their older movies (specifically the one where Peter Pan I think says 'Here we go!'). It also feels very much like a goodbye, not that I think Taylor is retiring but she's saying goodbye to the era of her life (the lover house era). the song harks back to different periods of her dating history like dating older men and the lessons she'd learnt from those times. I don't know when exactly this song was written but I wouldn't be surprised if it was once she was with Travis and she's realised she's in a different stage of her life and is therefore ready to let go of her old self and have the stories belong to the world and her fans instead of her.

Ive read worse mangas

Kinda dissapointed this went from a 7/10 to 5/10. It really had a lot of potential. Not the plot, i ment the actors, they had good casting and the esthetics and colors scream my style.

I went in not expecting much cuse i literally just chose it from the myflixer catalog, with no recommendations. Therefore, i was pleasantly surprised it was not absolute compost.

It's still not a good romance. But honorable mentions cuse it wasn't as cringe as it could have gone. They did a good job for a cliche white woman romance novel. The ending was just really disappointing. It started out so well. The ending is litteral trash.

My main issue :

They undersold the love intrest

Dude they casted him so well, he emanates "besties" vibes. But u guys do realise that for that type of love intrest to shine U STILL HAVE TO TREAT THEM AS A MAIN CARACTHER.

On my first watch, i thought the fault was on him and maybe he wasnt a charismatic actor. But rewatching his very few scenes, the fault is entirely on the director !!! Use the camera better !!! Center him !! Light him better, give us close ups and more individual shots just for him.

I know that the point was that she didnt see him as an option and she was focused on the 5 other love intrests but we all knew those guys wouldnt be endgame ( altho i was rooting a little for british boy, for selfish reasons. He sounds like tweksbury///)

But still... treat him like a main caracthers a little. He was off focus and off cadre most of the movie !!! I know he's a tiny boy but plz try to center the shots!!! Wtf was that TT

Also im sorry, there was a potential chemistry between them but idk it just didnt feel right in the end. Maybe casting them together wasnt a good choice. Or maybe the movie was way too fast and u didnt let the actors enought time to bond ( or even let the caracthers enought time to bond either). I know it’s somewhat obvious to choose the two nature/animal boys, but here’s why I chose these two!

Kazuha -

He would absolutely never interrupt you when you’re speaking- he loves when you get talkative, since that means you trust him enough to come out of your shell!

Something else he loves hearing is you play! I can totally imagine you two playing together to the wind, letting the breeze take the music into the night sky.

Going roller or ice skating with him would be both very fun and slightly chaotic. I think Kazuha would get the hang of it fairly quickly (after a few falls), but once he does he’s absolutely killing it.

(He’d use his vision to give you a little boost of speed, maybe causing you to fall over. He’d be mostly sorry.)

On the fashion side, I think he’d actually really like the longer skirts and dresses - I mean, they flow so beautifully in the wind! Imagine if he would send small gusts of it and make your skirt fly just ever so slightly, letting you know he was nearby.

Hazuha’s been a vagrant for most of his life, so having someone do things like cook homemade meals for him would melt his heart. If he has to travel, he’d find bento boxes and little treats in his bag, reminding him that he finally has a home to go back to. <3

Tighnari - 

Another person that would never speak over you. Tighnari is respectful and considerate, even outside of being your lover. He values your opinions and what you have to say - it’s hard being the top forest ranger, so your input is invaluable.

Obviously, gardening with Tighnari is an absolute given. He’ll use his vision to help with plant growth, and his extensive knowledge on flora to help teach you how to be the best plant nanny there ever was! He’d be so proud when they start to bloom - the flowers becoming a testament of your dedication and love.

Tighnari would be okay with you not being super athletic - he’d teach you some simple things that would help with living in a forest, but he understands that not everyone likes to be sporty. Someone needs to watch over home base and take care of it while he’s gone, after all.

Obviously, living in the forest comes with living with nature and all of its creatures. You’d be living in your best Disney princess era by befriending animals big and small, and Tighnari would fall in love more and more each time he’d see it.

Staying hydrated and nourished during expeditions is crucial for him and his team, so he’d really appreciate your cooking skills! Making lunches and field snacks for the crew while they’re away would mean the world to him. 

(His crew would relentlessly make fun of the fact that every time he eats something you made, he can’t stop his tail from wagging.)

Tighnari would be the kind of partner to be honestly interested in what you’ve done that day, and use that information to do things like give you top-tier gifts. He’d ask you what you’ve read recently and research how to best store books so they stay in mint condition. Same with violin - the forest can get humid and rainy, so he’d find a way to keep your instrument working perfectly in any weather.

(I can also see Collei bonding with you over certain books and love for animals! Seeing you two get along makes his day every time - you’re like a little family together.)

(and intermission by zar too since it fits in there) its just perfect and i feel like ive reread it a billion times.

fav golden trio era ship - probably luna and neville (do they have a ship name? i cant think of it if they do) they were my favourite characters as a kid so they have a special place in my heart. OH i also love romione because theyre just a classic and i love them sm.

do i write fics - sadly no. ive tried and failed. im not a creative writer at all, in fact im literally the opposite, call me the grammar police. im essentially the designated paper editor among my friends because im fantastic at technical writing and stuff like that, but i cant write for shit. i truly envy people who can create such beautiful stories.

tea or coffee - coffee always. i do love tea and have it probably just as much as coffee but i will always be a coffee girly.

go to outfit - hmm. well i basically live in my doc martens and leather jacket (very sirius of me i must say) and i do love a good baggy jean and band tee look. but on my off days you cannot find me out of my sweatpants or pajamas. its simply not happening.

how many piercings - 4, two on each earlobe. (2 i did myself with a sewing needle, dont recommend) i really wanna get my septum or just the nostril, but i havent decided yet. although id probably never get it, i do love the look of the medusa piercing too its just cool.

area of study - im studying classics and anthroplogy in uni rn! ive always been a history/humanities girly and i love ancient history and languages so much so thats what i decided to do. (plus i was a greek mythology kid so) i think my ideal career path would be archaeologist but that could change at any given moment, so im just seeing where uni takes me.

- i have a disney Christmas movie thats basically a compilation of disney scenes where Christmas or snow are a theme. It features the ice skating scene from Bambi, the song from beauty and the beast enchanted Christmas where belle decorates a room and the scene where Arthur lifts the sword. And other scenes that i didnt know which movies they were from aka this penguin scene I’m watching right now in the three caballeros. There’s also a scene in that compilation movie where lovers go ice skating but then argue but then the ice breaks and shes in danger, her skirt might be getting destroyed idk but that scene is probably from melody time idk I’ll find out

mystic pop-up bar. found family story that features a hundreds-year old shaman who is cursed to help humans achieve their dreams (in a literal sense), a retired ghost cop turned sous chef, and a sensitive boy who’s got a lot of feelings (mostly from other people). they run a bar, fight ghost crime, and end up becoming True Family and my heaaaaaart

chicago typewriter. reincarnation story that pans between the lifespans of three True Companions between modern times and 1930s, Japan-occupied Korea. we got La Resistance, spies and snipers, love stories, ghosts, and a golden retriever. a fantastic show from start to finish, great if you’re into tragic friendships and second chances with a healthy dose of romance on the side. slow start, but once it gets going hot damn

welcome to waikiki. lol in my COMBO BREAKER move, welcome to waikiki is essentially a sitcom about three dudes who run a hostel/bed and breakfast called waikiki. they end up taking in a single mom, and shenanigans spiral from there. i think of it as chaotic good in tone, the same way it’s always sunny in philadelphia is chaotic evil. i laughed my ass off, and the main male lead (dong gu) is probably my favorite male lead

he is psychometric. build-a-bear meets CSI. an arsonist attack leaves lee ahn an orphan and also psychometric--meaning he can read the memories of objects and people with skin-to-skin contact. he uses this ability to team up with jae in, whose father was the convicted suspect of the arson, another survivor of the fire, and a Plucky Detective to reopen the case. one of the softest, sunshine-y male leads and then like. a total mindfuck of a plot twist in the last 4 eps

arthdal chronicles. you’ll either love or hate this one :’D. i love it!!! fantasy-ish, set in a pseudo bronze age era. there is so much to explain on this one, so just check out My Review. 

TOP 5 CDRAMAS

le coup de foudre. soft, slice-of-life story that follows a group of 5 mains (which make up 2 couples + a da chuan) from high school to working life. i’ve got such a weakness for this one because it has so many tropes i love. based on the author/screenwriter’s real life relationship with her husband

go ahead. found family: the series. slice-of-life story that follows two single dads, and their three “children” as they grow up and navigate life. tackles issues like toxic parenting, grief, insomnia/depression, emotional abuse, abandonment, etc. and the relationships between the pseudo-siblings and Primary Dad are beautiful. there’s some flaws, but i haven’t seen a drama like this before and it was so good

love and redemption. omg this show is pure crack, but WHAT A RIDE. i describe it to people as inuyasha if it was on speed. this. show. has. everything. star-crossed lovers, reincarnation, demons, heaven, hell, a merman who owns a magic micro pig. the male lead has more outfit changes than the entire cast combined. surprisingly feminist. NOT heteronormative????????

the romance of tiger and rose. a meta parody that is absolutely chalk full of tropes and focuses on a screenwriter getting stuck in her own wuxia hell of a show. features a murder cat husband

goodbye, my princess. first, if you loved the romantic tragedy of moon lovers YOU GOTTA check this one out. basically a huge, tragic deconstruction of the runaway princess trope. the female lead thinks she’s in a disney movie, the male lead is in game of thrones. this does not end well for either of them. for the days you wanna suffer and be happy about it

Harry Potter Lashton: I've been working on this since Halloween. It's super short, just two one shots. I had the idea while on the Harry Potter ride at Universal where Bill Weasley is. Basically, Ashton is Bill and Luke is Fleur. It takes place in the hospital right after Ashton/Bill is attacked by the werewolf. It's mostly just a version of the book's plot line, but I had fun doing it (@werewolfashton enjoyed it too lol)

Werewolf Lashton: So this one is a long one. I was working on it for a few months before the two fall fics (Fem Muke and Jen's Body Muke). At it's core, it's an omegaverse fic, from a werewolf persepective, with omega Luke and alpha Ashton, dealing with Luke getting pregnant and the two of them being new dads and pining. There's so much pining. And building a life together. M and Nik have been listening to me talk about this fic for ages and they're both aggressive into it and mad at me about it)

Omega Luke: Luke presents on stage during sgfg era. Alphas Michael, calum and ashton help him out

Christmas Fem Lashton aka Heartbreak Weather: Fem Luke needs to get home for christmas, but her flight gets cancelled. Fem Ashton aka her ex-gf offers to take her on a road trip from DC to Orlando, FL that's full of pining, exes to friends to lovers, Disney World and *there was only one bed*

Daycare Muke: chaptered fic feat Cashton and their daughter, Uncle Michael, and Luke the daycare teacher. it goes through the whole school year of chaos and all the times Michael ends up at the school for the daughter and him and Luke falling in love.

College Lashton: Luke and Ashton are roommates and best friends finishing up graduate school. Pining and romance to follow. It's just them going on dates/not dates and pining about it the whole way while being in love the whole time. It's just soft and sweet

Flower shop/tattoo parlor AU: Luke and Michael own a flower shop and Ashton and Calum own the tattoo shop next door. Ft. Trans Luke, NB michael, trans calum. All the times Ashton makes up excuses to buy flowers from Luke and all the times Luke pines for the guy next door

Leap Year AU: Luke knows proposing to your partner on Leap Year in Ireland means the relationship will work. He decides to do this with his boyfriend. Michael's the pub owner begrudgingly helping him. Basically, it's based on the movie Leap Year. Luke wants to get engaged, but he gets side tracked and ends up on a cross country tour of Ireland with Michael to get engaged. Or does he?

Nightmare before christmas AU: Luke is Sally's ragdoll brother. Michael (vampire), Calum (witch), Ashton (werewolf) try to court him, unsuccessfully thanks to Luke's dad Dr. Frankenstein.

Razor's Edge Part 4: Luke and Sierra want to take their relationship with Kayshton from FWB to dating

Prince/Stable Boy: Prince luke and stable boy ashton falling in love and hiding it. Historical, magical, etc.
