my healing arc will be the story of me mending my relationship with the colour pink
#i used to love pink as a kid#i dont remember the reasons#as to whether because it was society imposed#or just a personal preference#but then overtime when i realised how mainstream pink was#and how overly feminine and girly it was/is#it lost its appeal in my eyes#pink went from being just a colour to the flag bearer of feminity#and as a masc who is too fem passing it felt hurtful to my energy to associate myself with anything pink#i ended up hating pink to judging everyone for loving it and for it's extremely gender imposed overuse#but now when i realise that irrespective of its social or cultural background#pink as a colour has always made me look aliver and brighter and me-er#despite it being only so because of the colour chemistry it has with my physical figure and NOT because pink is my colour or vibe#I've learnt to grow on it and accept it#and that i don't have to conform to gender norms to like a colour for what it is#it provides a fresher perspective looking at things as an artist who understands colours and their significance#now i accept and love whatever pink that works for me as i do with my feminine energy and counterparts#in the end pink is just a colour#bisexual#masc lesbian#pink aesthetic#pinkcore#pink moodboard#pink#pink blog#coquette aesthetic#coquette angel#coquette

I tried not to run away from my responsibilities and actually try to do a background for once… I still have a long way to go🌸
#black clover#noelle silva#black clover fanart#Initially I wanted it to be pinker#but I was using a cherry blossom speedpaint I found on twt to learn how to make the background so I ended up using the same colours#then I couldn’t change colours with the filters bc the branches were in the same layer as the flowers#nevertheless I think the current colours also look very pretty#I wanted them to match the pink of Noelle’s eyes but they ended up matching her clothes instead#it didn’t turn out as well as the speedpaint though (first time though)#even if I could do cherry blossoms well it’s really hard to make sure your background harmonises with the character(s) at the front😭#it was also hard to figure out how the top of her dress looks like bc we literally have seen her in this form for like just two chapters#drawing Noelle every season helps me learn how to keep a character’s face constant and decide how I want my artstyle to look#still I think her face looked slightly prettier in my previous fanart🤔#slacky’s art

Guren's fav colour is bluish-grey (if I'm not wrong), which undoubtedly is mahiru's hair colour, but I read it somewhere that it also relates to shinya. Also many say that shinya's hair is silver so I wanted to know is shinya's hair colour silver(grey) or white.
(Both ways I will be disappointed)
i honestly don't think it refers to either of them. his answer does say "i don't have a particular reason for it", doesn't it?
but well, while mahiru's hair is described as ashen (so pretty much grey), most of the time it's painted in a sort of purplish or magenta colour - i don't think it's supposed to be blue.
and shinya, the weird shade of dirty blonde they used in the anime aside, is supposed to have "striking snow white" hair. so like, the whitest of white, probably. i don't think hair can be 'silver' at all, but i've also seen it used to describe his a lot. nevertheless, any sort of colour on there is just going to be caused by lighting and environment. the only thing about him that's really blue is his eyes. 🧿👄🧿
... and perhaps his face when seishirō is having a bad day.
but well, if it is supposed to be a nod to someone, then it's probably mahiru. iirc his "what are you interested in in the opposite sex" answer literally just said "mahiru hiiragi" as well.

When I was in uni we had to do a presentation on an artist chosen from a provided list and I chose Mark Ryden and the lecturer who I presented it to laughed and asked mockingly why I would make the presentation pink because it’s extremely unprofessional and I was like you mean this guy?

#we were told the aesthetics didn’t really matter and to make them cohesive with the theme#and it was LITERALLY just a muted millennial pink background w white boxes and dark pink text#everyone else did black and white but we legit had people with dyslexia on our course so I didn’t wanna do that#AND other peoples were just as heavily decorated and coloured it was literally just the colour pink she bitched about#and I was like why? what’s the issue? it’s a major part of his work and it’s just a damn colour what’s your problem???#in front of the whole class I was so mad and embarrassed but I was too annoyed to drop it#we were also in pairs and I ended up doing the whole thing for a lot of reasons and then my partner couldn’t even pronounce the words#so it was made extremely clear I’d done everything and for some reason this makes teachers assume YOURE the asshole#I’ve had it so many times where I’ve been that guy doing the whole thing and then those in charge are like#why are you being such a control freak and nasty to your group#like idk maybe because I’m the only one even remotely trying and I don’t want to fail SHARON

Oooough I'm getting real sick of my laptop's colours being permanently wrong. My Gayle had much darker hair and skin but then I look at it on my phone and everything is bright magenta ����
