Последний Еж3 на Спортивной. В Харькове эксплуатируется последний выпущенный вагон серии Еж3 с номером 9049. Следующий, 9050 - уже номерной серии 81-717. У ёжиков, как их ласково называют в сфере метро - весьма странная и незавидная история. Еж3 - это ничто иное, чем введение новшеств применённых на поездах Ев3 и Ечс (экспорт в Венгрию и Чехословакию). Забавно ещё и то, что состав только благодаря здравому смыслу не получил буквенное продолжение. Дело в том, что Еж3 и Е взаимно несовместимы, что требовало вводить новое обозначение. И номерное обозначение Еж3 получил отдельное (81-710), а вот с буквой получилась заминка. Ну не войдёт без усмешки название "Вагон типа Ж". Поэтому и приняли такую версию. Помимо классических Еж3, на тех же стапелях делались еже два типа - Л и Еж6. Оба строились для ведомственного секретного московского объекта Д6, в народе именуемого "Метро-2". Сейчас все Еж6 переоборудованы в пассажирские, и работают в обычном метро. Что же касаемо Харькова - то первые Еж3, которые поступили в депо в октябре 1974 года (нет, не опечатка) уже начали проходить капитальную модернизацию. Первый состав курсирует на Холодногорско-Заводской линии. 🇬🇧Last Ezh3. In Kharkiv operated by the latest released car series Еж3 number 9049.
