attempt at the danganronpa art style, tips please!!!🥲

i adore! the danganronpa art style and ive drawn a good amount of portraits in the style and this is the one that i think turned out the most accurate but i still feel like its not right.

Forcing myself to get into studyblr aesthetics and romanticizing my education when I finally go to college in the hopes of making sure I actually study and do the work cuz then I'll think it's pretty and makes me cool or something

Im so hyped I got an old iPad Pro and apple pencil from my sister , i can digitally draw on the go with procreate!!

Catch is, she biffed the software update and had it stuck on a black screen and she didn't know what to do, good news is I'm nearly done fixing it so this thing is as good as mineeeeeee XD

I must wait to see the end results and hopefully fix it (90% sure it will work)

Ooooo I don't think I actually have been asked this

I USED to use clipstudio and atill do very occasionally (but only for really big files) and i used to use a Wacom Intuos Pro tablet

BUT Nowadays I generally use Procreate on my Ipad (and I almost exclusively use the default pens/Pencils that came with the program) with the exception of a few pattern brushes I made myself!!!

Specifically these 4

For main shape blocking and rough general scribbles i use the HB pencil

For cleaner sketches I use the Narinder pencil

If I plan on just doing rough sketchy Lines I'll use the 6B pencil with high stabilization (this is what I used for the cherub kiss comics and human designs)

If I'm doing comission worm that requires proper line work i use this

It keeps the rough scratchy texture but creates a thick enough line thay bucket filling and coloring is a bit smoother!!! I also often use this brush specifically for the stripes on Sun's pants!

If I knew how to export my Star pattern brushes I'd give you those too!!

If you create on an iPad and get annoyed by menus fading in too slowly and having to tap them several times…

Settings > Accessibility > Motion > turn on “Reduce Motion”
