"Shhh!!" G hisses. He gestures wildly at the nearby sofa, where Jess is taking a nap. You nod and tiptoe over to him to repeat your question in a whisper.

"Nothing much," G whispers back, leading you into his office, away from his sleeping almost-fiancee. He closes the door as quietly as he can and then turns and grins at you. "I'm trying again soon," he says. "This time it's gonna work out."

You have to swallow a laugh. G is now almost in the double digits on proposal attempts. You'd heard the story of the first time (the horribly-timed proposal at the Eiffel Tower) multiple times, from both parties. There was also the time he dropped the ring in the busy restaurant, the time he forgot the ring at home, the time the ring got swept out to sea...(That time Bubbles had come to the rescue, thank goodness!)

"What are you planning this time?" you ask.

"Something easy," G says. "Dinner and a movie, and then the ring is in my pocket and I pull it out and propose as the credits roll. Just gotta make sure to put the ring in my pocket and not let it fall out this time! Easy!" To prove his point, he grabs a pen from his desk and puts it into his pocket. You hear a clatter as the pen falls directly to the floor. G's fingers poke through the hole in his jacket pocket.

"Damn it!" he says, louder than intended. From outside the office you hear a sleepy voice say, "What did you break now?"

O dang I didn't actually expect anyone to catch that— You caught me off guard a bit there. But yes! It's actually a work in progress fic that I plan on uploading. It's mainly about Sun/Moon x Reader! (Rated for violence, because.. I just have ideas for it that I can't really abandon)

What’s your dream wedding? If you're up for multiple people not just Sona's dream wedding but FO's ideal wedding?

💍 What's your dream wedding?

My taste is all over the place but I ultimately settled on 4 different options. One per season. Yes I'm ridiculous.

Spring - heavy on florals, whimsical, dreamy, maybe like "tea party"-esque.

Summer - I hate the heat so this one is indoors lol. And the least "me" but I do like the look of minimalist luxe. I'm not really a luxury girl but sparkly things are pretty.

Fall - Very medieval/Celtic fantasy vibes. Evening with bonfires.

Winter - Goth dreams goth dreams goth dreams. Edgy tween me's dream wedding but with way more class than tween me has XD

Now the guys. Hmm.

Majima I feel like would want a very small, intimate ceremony. The reception though is a massive party and honestly people may not even know what it's for lol.

Kiryu would also be small, but family oriented, and the reception would be the same. Loved ones only kinda deal.

Daigo I would pin as "modern traditional".

Akiyama I feel like. Doesn't really care that much. As long as it's not too stuffy or uncomfortable he's happy.

I could prolly put together some inspo boards for these tbh.

Aster looks up from his book. "What? Oh! I do have a few new ones. Hold on and I'll get them and show you." He puts a silver bookmark into his book. "Feel free to look around the apartment in the meantime," he says. "I'll just be a moment."

He sets his book down on top of a stack of books on his desk and walks away. You decide to do what he suggested and look around his new apartment. He'd moved out about the same time that Jess and G had moved in together. Jess had offered him her old apartment, which he'd happily agreed to take.

In the few months since he'd moved in, Aster had definitely made it his own. Which meant, of course, that he had filled it up with books. The office was wall-to-wall bookshelves, with a niche cut out by the window for his desk. The kitchen had a shelf added for cookbooks (although the counter was littered with take-out and tupperware containers, since Aster was still a horrible cook). The living room had a wall of shelves over and around the TV and the coffee table held yet more books.

"Here they are!" Aster called and you got a glimpse into his bedroom, which was (unsurprisingly) also filled with books. He came out carrying a tray of little pots, which he set carefully on the coffee table (between books). "Come and look!"

When you joined him, he showed you three new succulents: a new little aloe plant, a jade plant, and a hen and chicks. "They're all doing very well," he said, "even with my less-than-green thumb."

"It looks like you're doing really well on your own," you said with a smile.

Aster smiles back. "I am," he says.

LMAOO THERE'S ANOTHER ONE!!! Yes I use Quotev. I remember back then when I was about to upload my first fic where I ask my writer friend group about where to upload my writings, the choices were either here, Quotev, or Ao3. And well, I ended up doing it in Quotev and kept going lol.

It doesn't actually decrease in Eden, at least, not yet for me? I think the rate in which you lose your wing light based on how much you have *currently*. So if you have above 120, perhaps around 150ish, it's more likely that you'll lose more each tick.

They would absolutely be fine no matter how high it is. It *would* be a problem if this were to happen like two years ago tho lol because fall damage was a thing back then. God the amount of time I've bonked my head against trees and walls and losing lights over it.. . But it's fine now! You can hit walls as much as you'd like and fall from whatever height, Sky kid will be a ok.

He could! Most definitely. I have a thought in my Subway in the Sky au about one of the Nimbasa trio giving Sei a voice recorder for when he wants to rant about his theory but everyone's too busy to be there for him at times. (I feel like Ingo would most likely be the one who give it to Sei. Probably his own, the one he have been carrying since he was small). I just think it might be sweet.

But in the topic or podcast, what sort of voice do you think Sei would have? :)

I saw this on FB today and I wanna try and express something about it. Like, you know the curbcutter effect? Where when curbcuts are put in it benefits everyone (bicyclists, people with baby strollers etc) and not just disabled people?

There is also whatever the opposite of the curbcutter effect is. And this is that.

This isn't just anti-adhd/autism propaganda... this is anti-child propaganda.

Kids have developmentally appropriate ways that they need to move their bodies and express themselves and sitting perfectly still staring straight ahead is not natural or good for ANY CHILD.

Don't get me wrong, I was punished unduly as a kid for being neurodivergent (and other types of kid will ALSO be punished unduly for it... Black kids come to mind) and thus UNABLE to perform this -- but even the kids who ARE able to perform this type of behavior are not SERVED WELL by it. They don't benefit from it.

This is bad for everyone.

The idea that bc some kids may be capable of complying with unfair expectations, those expectations don't hurt them... is a dangerous idea. Compliance isn't thriving. Expectation of compliance isn't fair treatment.

He and Sonnie happen to meet each other's gaze while she passes by him, and before he can say anything, her glowing white pupils can be seen, flickering for what feels like only a fraction of a second. Very clearly understanding what she was silently saying with her eyes, Fresh opts to stay quiet, his attention refocusing on his game again]

[After shifting you in her arms again, she opens the door that leads upstairs, passing through it and only briefly stopping to close it behind herself. She stays quiet until she reaches her room, where she continues]

I'm not sure when our next big day off will be since we're always so busy around here, but when it comes, we can spend all day playing games or doing whatever you want! There's still a lot to do here that I think you'd like, so we have that to look forward to!
