#mlp #my little pony #mlp infection au #mlp infection #twilight sparkle #Sorry for leaving the ending open ended but I genuinely couldnt decide on just one way for things to turn out and I liked the idea of #leaving it open the most #in my mind sunset's final message is like we found a recording from the later days of the infection and we dont know what happened in the #end because the recordings stopped/ended #In any case I think they were able to put twilight and the others to rest #but who knows who survived the “final battle” and who didnt #also yes Twilight created harmony syndrome but not on purpose lol #it was the result of her botched attempt to create a spell that makes ponies immortal #obviously it backfired lol #and the irony is that twilight ends up dying before any of her friends #if they didnt want me writing my little pony horse tragedy they shouldnt have left mlpfim off on the note that all of twilight's friends #were growing old without her #ending thats been haunting me for five years #if anyones seeing this this is an open au btw so feel free to adopt any of the ideas if you like! : )#tw thanatophobia #thanatophobia

I know that we got plenty of options as to how everything with the Ender King is going to go down, but a thought that has not left my mind was the idea of the Ender King downing qPhil in some way and taking him away. Which means there would be a chat message for all to see :)

To be held in your arms as their shoulders shake with the force or their crying because they need to let it out or it'll consume them from the inside out. people who think clem surviving makes no sense are so funny. "they were literally foreshadowing her death the entire season" let me introduce you to the concept of a red herring. she tells lilly she isnt lee and shes right. the narrative was forcing her down that path, a path she saw as an inevitable fate waiting to take her too, but its a narrative broken by aj, who is also his own person and not S1 clem

"it happened to lee, and itll happen to you" lilly tells clem she'll die protecting aj from some mistake he makes, when in reality his defiance of her will is what saves her life after she had already accepted her fate. he breaks clem free from the lee cycle and they get their relatively happy ending. good for them

#anyway in the commentary they talk about how they Were going to have a death ending but didnt like the idea of the good/bad ending #and how people would moreso try to avoid the 'bad end' which i understand and appreciate bc thats usually what happens #so instead they gave us both :) idk why some people seem to have such a huge problem with that #they broke the cycle :) the ericson kids broke the cycle by being a loving community :) they all break the cycle by refusing the delta #lilly and minnie were both lost to the cycle. lilly with her dad and minnie with lilly #minnie couldnt let go. clem almost did the same and it would have killed her too. but aj makes a Choice and it saves her #god even tho clem is noticeably happier in s4 shes still so gd depressed and Tired. she accepted it so fast im so glad he saved her #like idk you saw her come back on screen after that massive fake out and you got Mad?? i was crying twice as hard #i know ive made this similar post before but like i still see this criticism in 2024 and i just have to laugh now #it speaks #twdg #i just love the narrative threads of S4 bro.... seasons 1 and 4 are two sides of the same coin and i love that. its satisfying

PJO: we need to recognize the value of the minor gods. The Olympians are important, sure, but the minor gods do a lot of work in maintaining and assisting the pantheon, have their own kids and deserve to be seen and valued just as much

#i really really think that half the team should've been minor gods and the other half olympians with Hazel as a bridge between the two #because pluto/hades borders the two worlds #happy talks pjo #i just think there's so much value in showing that the other kids can be just as powerful #why couldnt piper have been a daughter of eros? it would've changed nothing about her powers other than erase her weird feud with drew #but lmao that still could've happened #frank didnt have to be the son of mars there are a million other war gods out there that couldve tacked onto him instead #he could've been reyna's half brother! or the son of Honos (chivalry honor and military justice) or Virtus (bravery and military strength)#idk any other fire deities for greece other than hestia whose a virgin and thereby not applicable #i guess Prometheus? maybe? idk #the creativity and engineering aspect of Leo's character can exist independent of who his father is #man actually son of prometheus would be a good look for leo #the prophecy comes to light and people see the betrayer of the gods and are wary #but his arc is a representation of how yeah Prometheus betrayed the gods but saved humanity #plus some myths depict Prometheus as the creator of humankind so I'd love gaea trying to entice Leo to join her side #by offering the chance to rebuild the world how he wants with people who love and admire him #god wait no im getting too into rhis someone stop me
