"Nothing gets past you..." Genuinely, what is All Might talking about? Anyone with eyes could see that Bakugou despises Izuku and All Might has taken a special interest in Izuku. All Might is the only person this would get past since he has barely had any normal social interactions in decades.

Also, this is bad teaching. Bakugou is the only one who is allowing his issues with Izuku to disrupt class and stunt his growth. Making this Izuku's problem shows Aizawa's poor classroom management skills. Also then making it a rookie teacher like All Might's problem is just Aizawa being even lazier with classroom management with the excuse that "well since you like Midoriya so much, it's your problem to deal with"
