I don’t know if anyone has done this, but I took some time to try and write out what Bill is writing behind all over the page, but I wrote it all down to the best of my abilities!

So, in PIDW, there was obviously wife plots that could bring back the dead (mushroom body being one of them), and since we know Airplane is a hack that reuses concepts over and over, there’s probably multiple wife plots that could work, so like, where’s the PIDW fics where Liu Qingge somehow comes back to life, memories of Shen Jiu trying to save him intact, and goes to hunt the asshole down so he can repay his life debt, and along the way accidentally clears Shen Jiu’s name of all his crimes and now everyone is convinced Shen Qingqiu is a saint.

Hello. Guess I’m back. Not going to do the Crowley “I’m back” bit, because that would imply I was somehow wrong about something. I’ve taken a breath, hopefully everyone here has as well.

It still feels weird though. Something has shifted, and I don’t know what to do really. How do I continue and move forward? I was mostly here to post silly, funny, fun content. Is that ok that I still do that? Speculations, and headcanons, and wildest dreams, and “something I’ve noticed” posts.

I guess I’ll just hang out and reblog other stuff for a while before posting my own things. Thanks for still being there fellow fandom.

So, obviously, Brooklynn’s “death” was DEVASTATING for the others, and while they’re all going to be thrilled that she’s alive, I think it’s safe to say that there will be some conflicted feelings about it. So, who is going to be the person who immediately shrugs, says “makes sense”, and moves on, and who’s going to stew on it for an entire season? Well, here’s what I think, in ascending order of rage:

1: Ben. Ben is immediately going to shrug, say “makes sense”, and move on. Not only would he be a bit of a hypocrite if not, but the Dark Jurassic conspiracy theory stuff will make him very receptive to the idea of someone faking their death. The man has been eating out of a boot.

2. Yaz. I think Yaz’s pragmatism will make it so that she is able to see why Brooklynn did it (depending on why she did it I guess) faster than the others. It’s not that she doesn’t care about Brooklynn and wasn’t upset when she died, but I think Brooklynn’s death hasn’t changed her life or her approach towards life in the same way that it has for the other three.

3. Kenji. 3 and 4 are interchangeable I guess, but I kind of want Sammy as second to last. I think Kenji will take a bit longer, but he’ll come around eventually. I do feel like everything that has happened has really shattered his trust in Brooklynn, so getting that back will be harder than forgiveness. Ultimately though, I think Kenji’s relief that she’s still alive and he hasn’t lost another person will overtake everything else.

4. Sammy. I really want Sammy to take a while, although it would probably in the show be more focused on Kenji and Darius. Sammy is someone who cares so, so deeply about her friends. The idea that someone who she loves so much would willingly hurt her as much as Brooklynn has done??? Inexcusable. Sammy is going to be PISSED, because the campers are FAMILY and you don’t DO that to FAMILY. The only person whose worldview and entire existence was affected more than Sammy was…

5. Darius. Of course. Idk, if Darius isn’t pissed at Brooklynn I’M going to be pissed. Darius fell to PIECES after Brooklynn died. This man was calling his dead friend’s phone to tell her about the DINOSAUR HUNT he was embarking on after QUITTING HIS JOB to GET REVENGE on a DINOSAUR. Darius stopped talking to his family, had a huge falling out with Kenji, and isolated himself from everyone in his life except for the ghost of Brooklynn in an attempt to alleviate the guilt and somehow fix her death and she was ALIVE THE WHOLE TIME??? I want Darius to be SO angry. I want it to go on for much, much longer than everyone else in the group. I want to have everyone trying to convince him to go easy on her and he can’t. He won’t. I want ALL the drama. I want Darius and Brooklynn to be FURIOUS with each other and then kiss about it

I like to believe that fighting with gojo never really lasts long because he’s so desperate for your attention that he wouldn’t last an hour if you gave him the silent treatment. he’s almost like a puppy sometimes, laying his head in your lap with a silent apology and a plea not to ignore him. this time though it’s the both of you giving each other the silent treatment after a particularly terrible fight where you both said something awful to each other. you can feel the guilt of what you said eat you up a little, but you also feel the hurt of what he said fester like a wound. but between the two of you, gojo is always the one to break first. he always attempts to give you the silent treatment back but he just can’t. gojo is a busy man, always called off to missions he never wants to take and the thought of leaving you angry with him while he’s on a mission leaves a bad taste in his mouth. so he comes up behind you while you’re working in the kitchen, trying his luck, and hugging you. you sigh putting down your knife from where you were cutting up vegetables, not having it in you to push and tell him off. there’s a brief silence between you before the both of you interrupt each other trying to apologize. “I’m sor-” “I didn’t mean-”there’s a another moment of silence before you feel gojo laugh into your neck, a sound so familiar it makes your heart clench a little. he starts again, apologizing for what he said and promising not to do it again in the most gojo manner possible (it wouldn’t be him if he didn’t put on some drama). you give your own apology to him, telling him that you were sorry and that what you had said was far from the truth. gojo, who doesn’t really know what to do when faced with such an honest apology, tries to brush it off saying that it was alright and that it hadn’t affected him but you know differently. you had seen the hurt in his eyes when you had fought and guilt still twists in your stomach as you apologize. you turn in his arms, burying your face in his chest, trying to comfort both him and yourself. trying to convey your love for him and just how sorry you were. gojo, in turn, buries his face into your hair, taking in the scent of his shampoo in your hair and feeling his heart feel whole again. and with that you feel the festering wound start to close up till the hurt disappears and all that’s left is a scab. a scab you know will fully heal, giving way to new skin, reminding you that in the end the both of you will always be okay.
