He's young; Hair as darks as nightsky. His face is pale, almost pearly. It reminds her of moonlight, softly spilling down the ocean when it's completely dark.

Her hands wipe away salty water from long, elegant lashes, and looks for a heartbeat down his chest. There's a strange symbol on it. Diana's hands feel like ice.

The Bat makes a noise, a whine, too fragile for a man. But maybe he's more. " We must take him in."

" This is not a place for men."

" No. But it can be a place for brothers."

He's almost frail, wrapped in furs and skins and blankets. His whole body is tense, even in this state of vulnerability. As if he's burdened even in sleep.

But there's names whispered to Diana at night, when she changes sweat soaked shirts, when she tinkers with the belt laid next to him. " Jay. Timmy. Dick. Cass. Duke. Dami."

Perhaps they're his Gods. Or maybe something more important.

When the Bat wakes, he doesn't remember much of anything. He looks at Diana with such wounded eyes, like a beloved deer waiting to feed the tribe and be celebrated for her sacrifice.

The sisters avoid him. Mother knows telling Diana to stay in line would be useless. Besides, she might not be aware of it, but her gaze does soften when he shyly asks for something to read.

He doesn't speak much. Diana does, thought. " Jason, Cass, Dick," she tests the name. So very strange sounding, but comfortable in her tongue. " Are they your lovers?"

The Bat's eyes widened slightly. The mango she brought him fill up his cheeks, making his face round, and her chest warm. " ...No. I don't know what they are but, -- but they're in my heart. They're my loves."

A random flicker of hope passes through her chest.

"Maybe we could go look for them someday. Bring them here."

"Yes," he let's her hand fall in his. They're almost like hers, if not a big broader. Scarred and beaten and cracking. The labor of love. " Maybe we will."

Jason's body is restless. It's been restless for a year, like a beast getting hunted. Hoping while dying. He's no stranger to that.

" Dick."

His brother's pure sunshine, usually. Or pretends to be. He's got no strength to act anymore. No more power. Gotham is missing its heart.

"I found him."

" Jay, you're upset. I know you are, but,--"

" Dick," He breaths, hard, lungs pumping adrenaline, " When Bruce dies, I'll feel it. I'll bleed all over Gotham again. He's alive. I know he is. And we're going after him."

Dick's voice collapses, in a rare, painful moment of truth. He's not Nightwing, or Batman, or Robin. He's Jason's big brother. He's a legacy of ruin. " You're not the only one who loved him."

"Maybe. But I'm the only one who'll find him. Even if I have to burn my path."

Cuddles with heeseung is a daily routine. He’s the type of person who loves to feel the heat of your bodies pressed together and dip in eachother’s comforting warmth. Usually, he loves to wrap you up in his arms on the comfy couch of your living room-when you’re watching a movie or listening to a song. He places your head on his chest so you can hear the soft thuds of his beating heart, and wraps his arms around your waist,nuzzling his chin with your fluffy hair. Hee talks about the mundane things of his daily life with you, sometimes though he tickles you and jokes to make you laugh-the sound of your giggles that are his serotonin boost. Often,he loves to say with you in silence, not a word exchanged, and closes his eyes to just feel the moment. To memorise the feeling of having you wrapped within his frame that fulfils his soul. He also occasionally changes position when you’re situated on the bed and turns around till you both are face to face so he can admire your mesmerising beauty. Brushing the loose strands of your hair away from your face and tucking them behind your ear as you feel his intimate gaze lock with yours. And the best part? When he hums and sings songs for you politely in that angelic, soothing voice, dedicating the sweet and romantic lyrics to you-his one and only beloved girl.

Although jay is someone who lives for cuddling you, he won’t voice it out that frequently. He uses body language to depict his need and love for you. Jay will come randomly and immerse you in a back hug, resting his chin on your shoulder and softly planting a peck on your jawline and cheek. When you hear his tired breathing below your ear and the gentle way he brushes his nose with your neck, you know he wants to cuddle you. And like that, there you go. When you smile and turn to him, he is quick to kiss you on the lips and carry you to your room princess style. He’s very thoughtful and puts your comfort first so expect him to guard the whole place with pillows and prepare the blanket to ensure your warmth. He gotta make sure that you’re comfortable and nicely wrapped up. Spreading his arm on your pillow, he gestures you to rest your head on his shoulder and quickly wraps you in his loving embrace. Jay kisses your forehead and your head and tells you unsaid iloveyous with his lips on your body. When he’s tired, he doesn’t talk much and falls asleep wrapped up with you like that but when he’s got energy to spare, he will tell you about what he’s done throughout the day and many random advices, sneaking in some random romantic confessions as well that make you blush. <3 there are days where he loves to position you in between his legs and plays his guitar for you, singing to you your favourite songs and giving you the brightest smile.

The biggest cuddle bug here. Jake just has to be wrapped around you ALL THE TIME. >~< ♡ will be glued to you like a koala and smother you in his kisses anytime and everytime. Literally goes around making that cute whiny puppy face >.< to urge you to lay down and let him hold you. When you guys are cuddling, he WON’T let you leave no matter what and you have to literally fight him to go to the restroom. On the sofa, on the bed and even on the floor he pulls you in his arms, resting your head on his chest or even holds you lovingly from the back, spooning you. Sunghoon is a fan of cuddling you and his actions make it evident. He doesn’t have to speak, he doesn’t have to ask, from the way he lightly tugs at your sleeve and looks at you expectantly, it’s clear that he wants to snuggle with you. He loves spooning- he’s fond of being both the big spoon and the small spoon; anything is okay as long as he can feel you the closest to him and hear your heartbeat. He gets mischievous sometimes and ruffles your hair or tickles you to make you laugh- but all that just results in an even better time. More than holding, hoon loves being held. When you’re the one wrapping yourself around his body, the warmth from your skin sending shivers down his spine and blood rushing to his cheeks. Sunghoon wants to see your face a lot while cuddling so he will always make sure your beautiful face is in his view. The way you smile and speak politely, the way you blush and pout, the way your breathing lands on his flesh as you guys are so close- he lives for it all. So, whenever you are hanging out, sunoo always makes sure you’re as close to him as possible. Skinship is really important to him when it comes to you cause that’s how he feels you guys connecting. Making up for your lost time, and growing comfortable in eachother’s comforting presence. He’s someone who also loves holding hands a lot while cuddling and has a habit of kissing your nose. The low-key romantic boyfriend. What I mean by that is jungwon will really love you a lot and crave for your affection/attention but won’t EVER let it show even in the slightest. Even if you poke him to admit it or even threaten to kill him, he’s dead composed. So cuddles are something he wants sm but he will use his own tricks to get them. Like, pretending to be asleep and turning over to hold you like that so you think he’s doing it in his sleep thinking of you as his pillow. But boy does that completely willingly haha. (How cute) he holds you in a way that’s both tight and gentle- gentle enough to not suffocate you but tight enough to not let you escape his grip either. He melts when you play with his hair and fondle his cheeks but explodes when you kiss him like that. That’s when wonie can’t contain his acting anymore and opens his large, kitty eyes filled with surprise and rosy cheeks from embarrassment. He immediately feels flustered and gets up to leave, just so you can’t watch him giggling brightly at your sweet gesture.

You hear him whisper “I love you” next in such a silent voice that you hardly hear it but anyway. Now he’s back in your bed wrapping his hands around you and resting his chin on top of your head. He’s smiling so shyly now, but he’s pretending to be asleep. That you know is an act when you feel him slightly press a peck on your hair. Cuddles with him happen mostly when you initiate it and you’re more than happy with it cause you know to both of you- holding eachother close to yourselves mean everything. ♡

Uses you like his personal sausage pillow. Istg this boy is just so playful and cute all the time ugh. He will flat out jump on top of you when you’re lying on the bed, in an attempt to squash you with his weight haha >.< overall, cuddles with him are really special cause they’re not only filled with adorable, shy moments but also really funny, goofy moments. He loves to be the bigger spoon and hold you tightly in between his tall frame (cause ofcourse he’s a giant baby). Most times, he will make you watch memes and tiktoks and laugh about it together. Other times, he will just watch you talk intently, savouring every precious moment with you and reading your every expression carefully. He loves to poke your soft cheeks and rubs his own with yours and chuckles from how squishy they are. Niki also likes laying on your tummy and uses it like his cushion. Whether that be romantically or just idly- he loves being close to every part of your body bc he adores you sm. (won’t admit it loudly tho). Sometimes, he even bites your head playfully, messing with you till you whine.

Batman Urban legends #18  The Signal and the Outsiders!!!

First of all, I am really liking Brandon Thomas as the writer for Duke. Thomas just gets him and writes him in the best way, So I’m really happy about that because Duke deserves the best writer and anything less is unacceptable.

In this issue, Duke’s training with the outsiders,  searching for his mom, attending school and on top of that going on missions. Duke’s trying to prioritize everything, but in the end what gets to him the most is that his mom has been missing for too long and he’s so close to a breakdown before Jefferson steps in.

The bond that Duke and Jefferson have is incredible. I love their friendship so much.

Next Black lightning goes to visit Batman, and while bruce is struggling to take down an ice cream truck driven by the wonderland gang, Jeff takes them out in under a second.

Anyway, then the Outsiders go to his apartment, which Im confused about.  Does Duke still live with Jay? Is this Duke’s apartment? What is his living arrangement right now? Is Jay gone again because of his job as a soldier? I have no clue what's going on. Anyway moving on, 

So the Outsiders sneak in and they have a talk with Duke and they tell him that he doesn't need to do this alone. They can work together on this as a team to bring back Elaine. 

I wonder who kidnapped Elaine, but my moneys on Gnomon. I cant think of anyone else who would want to hurt Elaine. I really hope she’s okay.
