So I weighed myself today and the scale said 195.5... like I said, the number on the scale really doesn’t phase me. I’m just tryna get that 25” waist.
Also, my Jsculpt belt came today! I’ve only had it on for about 10 minutes and I’m already in LOVE! My posture is superb and my figure looks phenomenal! ⏳
I’m definitely going to wear this thing at work tomorrow and when I work out. I might even fuck around and wear it to bed tonight too! 😅
I love myself. I truly do, but being chunky isn’t all that 24/7 when you don’t feel you look right in that super cute top because of your love handles. So I’m going to make a lifestyle change, and feel so much better while doing it. This won’t be temporary. I’m not going on a diet. I just want to show others how I see myself. Did this 20-minute workout for overweight people by Joanna Soh on YouTube at around 5:15pm. It was a struggle. I modified her burpees by squatting, reaching diagonally for each toe, and then standing.
I really wanted to start off working out for 45 minutes a day right out the gate but that is clearly not realistic for the state I’m in right now. I was actually thinking of jumping rope after this workout but realized it won’t work with my ceiling fan. I also decided it’s okay to start off slow. I'll start incorporating jump rope into my workouts when I’ve made some progress and can do it outside.
So for now, I’ll be following along with this workout 5 days a week until I build up some stamina.
