for ava x dylan, i think seeing them in a high school au would be fun! seeing what they were like as younger teens, and esp how dylan was dealing with their mental health as a teen would be very interesting. plus ava giving dylan a chemistry themed promposal would be adorable.

it’s very simple but loose, medium wash blue jeans that i got from the thrift store, a cropped, warm brown, short sleeve shirt, also thrifted, with my red (taylors version) cardigan and my white high top converse.

i do not dream of working BUT if i had to pick, i would say it’s my current job which is doing hair. more specifically, my dream is to be a color specialist bc cutting hair stresses me out sometimes🙂 plus color is so fun, there’s like endless possibilities and it’s something i understand very well so

Mona, my beloved, seeing you live blog lotr recently has been such a gift and a joy.. rewatching that trilogy as a full adult and having a better idea of What I Like™ was certainly.. an experience™ (COUGH COUGH ARAGORN COUGH COUGH) like there's a scene (I think maybe in the extended edition) where he's bandaging someone and there's a close up on his hands.. like.. okay y'all knew what you were doing with that one CALM DOWN... It has been years in the double-digits since I last watched them and you're right it's such a different perspective (even though that said, even bby mona already had a somewhat-crush on both aragorn and legolas which is like. first of all that tells you sooo much about me and also confused me a LOT at age 10 because aren't you supposed to only crush on one person??? 20 years later here we are, bisexual poly and still confused af but no longer over fictional "crushes" 😂) I was unfortunately a bit lazy and didn't bother to find (🏴‍☠️) the extended version but now i'm very 👀👀👀 might try and find scene cuts for those 👀👀

i miss when mcc was more fun tbh :((( ifl there’s a fine line between competitiveness and toxicity and the greater community of fans both crosses that line willingly AND can’t tell the difference between the two. and then people retaliate because they feel attacked. it’s a vicious cycle which is a shame because the event itself is pretty well done overall and a lot of the ccs who have communities that despise each other actually get along perfectly fine. society if ppl took stuff they read online way less seriously. like stop acting like i killed your cat bc i hate buildmart

there's something lyrical about your writing — do you read much poetry? If so, who are your favourite poets? (sorry for the random question I was just curious)

jules im KISSING u btw this is a high compliment for ME.

so i recently read c.t. salazar's headless john the baptist hiking which was so vivid and brutal like... “forgetting is a kind of mercy / eventually even the cemetery / forgets it is a cemetery and looks like an open field" that's insane. he easily became one of my fav poets. ummmm ocean vuong bc i read night sky with exit wounds and i felt every emotion under the sun. there's of course ada limón and natalie diaz—specifically when my brother was an aztec—and like...mary oliver ofc. honestly i need to read more poets to Have more fav poets because i usually just read poems (singular) so here are some of my favs (i have literally inflicted some of these poems on my uni profs because they made me so unwell):
