The question puts me in stupor truly 🤯 I can't make a list when thinking of it. But I prefer how Sansûkh handles them, over what any Everyone-Lives-AU can offer (just because I don't want to throw away LOTR storyline and like some suffering I suppose, and Thorin needed a few decades of therapy before getting into a relationship xD). But it doesn't mean I don't like these AUs ☝️ And I haven't read enough stories to know/remember of more headcanons I am afraid. Sorry for this awkward answer, brain bad 😵‍. But hopefully some headcanonny things are seen through my art.

it's hard to say, since i tend to like almost all ships. I guess if I really had to say, it would be snily? like I know it isn't that popular right now, and there are a few great fics, but- idk. I honestly am not the biggest fan of Jily or Snily- would rather Lily be gay ngl - its just, it seems like such a lazy ship. Its the sort of thing I would expect in shitty ya novels- nerdy kid gets his childhood crush- i just, idk how to explain it, but i genuinely feel like both Lily and Snape would be better off without each other, and a romance between them is not something that's appealing to me. I never saw Snape's love for Lily as romantic and Lily obviously didn't feel anything. No hate whatsoever to those who ship it- it could be cute i guess, but it's not something I'd ever seek out.

Heyyyyyy just a casual reminder that I’m doing my Album Project again on Twitter. That is, I’m listening to multiple albums (2 - 5) a day, ones I’ve never listened to in their entirety. Afterward, I offer my brief thoughts on them, and usually pick at least three favorite tracks. I’ve done this three times previously - in Phases, as I call them. There are 100 albums per phase, and it usually takes me about a month to get through all of them. Not quite continuously though; I take at least one day a week for a break, and I use about two months to decompress between each 100 album phase.

Artists and genres vary wildly. With very, very few exceptions, I have promised to listen to anything, and I meant it. Just today I listened to stuff from guys like Dire Straits, The Smiths, George Michael, Norah Jones, and Buzzcocks. The only real barrier is whether or not I’ve heard it before. It’s why you’ll never see me reviewing a Pearl Jam or Beatles record - already heard all of them. Multiple times, lol. As long as I can come up with 100 albums every few months, I’m gonna keep doing this.

So anyway, if your ever curious about my thoughts on various albums (more examples of artists covered so far: Rush, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Neil Young, Tom Waits, etc.), or this description has intrigued you, feel free to check me out on Twitter.

I find the obsession with little pootis on this website to be very strange to me.

As someone who was raised exclusively on bizarre gmod and sfm animations my body rejects any tf2 content that is cutesy (for lack of a better word).

I'd like to point out that death in JJK is grossly exaggerated. The manga is almost over, and the core cast has only been subjected to a handful of casualties. In Shibuya (the 'bloodbath' arc) the good guys suffer a grand total of 2 losses, that girl being one of them. Furthermore, JJK masterfully explores the legacies of major deceased characters - developing them even futher in death. Death is a major theme in JJK, but more so in how it impacts characters before, after and during it.

That's very fair! To your credit, I still see the JJK subreddit recommended on my feed every now and then, and only once or twice have I ever seen people complaining about how many characters get killed off. I fully believe that death and its consequences is a big theme in the show, and it's certainly a worthy topic to explore in a story.

Death freaks me out irl. I'd call it my greatest fear, but it's hard use that concept for something that will certainly happen to me and everyone I know and love at some point. It's not something I can easily contemplate on my own, to say nothing of its treatment in media. I'm not saying every time someone dies on the page or screen I'm disturbed, of course - my skin's a bit thicker than that - but if I have any sort of attachment to a character, the finality of killing them off is a sobering prospect that I am not fond of exploring 90% of the time.

There's so many stories you can tell, even with characters that might seem flat or very simple. So many interactions that can happen, so much growth lying ahead. And you lose so much of this potential when a character dies. Yes, of course, the death itself becomes a new avenue of storytelling, and you can get a ton of mileage out of that - as I'm sure JJK is an example of - but you've narrowed that potential severely when you execute (heh) on that choice.

Obviously, death has its place in the narrative space. Not gonna pretend like I haven't loved stories where prominent characters are killed off, that'd be ridiculous. But I'm also never gonna intentionally seek out stories where that's the main focus, the same way I instantly avert my eyes when I encounter the body of an animal, and the same way I can't look at the coffin in a funeral.
