also the only one who sometimes questions K's words\actions\decisions\whatever (silently and internally or with Skov when they're alone). never does it openly in Kavinsky's face though

the only son of very rich businessman and art-dealer. his parents are super strict and demanding, so Swan has to live up to their expactations.

Hiya everyone!  I’ve been following studyblrs for ages without starting one, but in the spirit of 100 days of productivity (which I slacked on starting on New Years, so I’m going to try starting on my bday next week), I’ve decided to give it a go.

I’ve withdrawn from classes to focus on upcoming surgeries/generally getting my non-school shit together before I go back in the summer, but in the meantime y’all can look forward to posts on self-education in music theory, aural perception/ear training and mb masterposts on studying/attending school as a spoonie/someone disabled and/or chronically ill!

grade: undergrad transfer - sophomore or end of freshman by hours, but being a transfer student means that basically no one knows ¯\(ツ)/¯

favorite classes: music theory, symphony, economics, business law, algebra, biology

subjects I’m taking: currently studying for BMus in Violin Performance, possibly a minor in Voice Performance, and a BSBA in Management, possibly a minor in Info Systems. That said, I feel myself more drawn to medicine lately. I’m looking into shadowing some of my doctors, and if that goes well I’ll add pre-reqs and go from there.

extracurriculars: University Symphony and Chorus (technically classes but also extracurricular in a way), and choir at my episcopal church near campus; business professional fraternity; freelance photography working with the university paper on occasion; volunteer work with a faith-based organization that provides respite nights for families with disabled children; P.R.I.D.E. (LGBTQ registered student org); and looking into starting a student org for students w/ physical disabilities and chronic+mental illnesses

1. What [subjects] are you currently studying?

I have 6 classes at school and my schedule goes like this: ap european history, honors geometry, ap biology, honors english 2, honors french 2, and health.

2. Who would you say is your biggest influence?

probably my parents and my best friend. my parents push me to go harder and never give up on what i want in life. my friend, however, keeps me on my toes everyday and since we have the same classes, we constantly motivate each other and study together.

3. What’s one country you would like to visit?

France or Japan :3

4. What’s your favourite book?

OMG i don’t even know how to answer this question. i have a couple of favorites like the book thief (Markus Zusak) or the kite runner (Khaled Hosseini) or my most recent read the night circus (Erin Morgenstern) 

5. What do you do to keep yourself motivated?

i’m a total perfectionist so that helps lol. no, in all honesty i really just think about what goals i have and what they mean to me. also i think about my parents who want the best for me and have done so much. 

6. What language would you really like to learn?

french. it’s my passion, tbh. 

7. What holiday do you prefer, Christmas or Halloween?

halloween! the candy, the costumes, and the history always attracts me to it.

8. How old are you?

i’m 16. 

9. Favourite season?

spring or fall. i love them both. 

10. Who is your favourite band/singer?

stromae, maybe? i listen to just about anything. lately i’ve been really getting into frero delavega and phantogram.

11. Have you had a good day today?

i’ve had a super good day! i got the highest score on a test in this class that i’ve gotten all year and i got a pet snail that my friend gave me.
