Loid was married to FL who works with Daisuke Kambe from the millionaire detective. But Loid goes undercover and marries Yor. And read finds out by watching the news cause everyone knows Loid married reader. So reader goes back to Tokyo to her apartment and Loid turns up and instead of begging for forgiveness he asks if he can move his family in because people know where he lives and it’s dangerous for Anya. Then reader tries to divorce Loid but his against it. Even Yor “kinda” helps him in ways to get reader back.

The last chapter I read reader and Daisuke were working with Loid to take down damian’s dad and I think reader gets shot?

Daisuke swore if the clock ticked on for another minute he was going to strangle somebody.

Daisuke Kambe was a lot of things, some of them worse than the others, but one thing he would never be, something he hadn't allowed himself to be referred to as, was tardy.

However, his family seemed to be hellbent on ruining that carefully curated reputation of his, what with their delayed meetings and persistence in holding him back from walking out the front door at that very moment.

Being a Kambe certainly had its advantages, but that also came with a reputation he had to uphold. One that for once was working against him.

Words couldn't begin to explain how restless Daisuke was as he watched the clock tick on, with his feet almost automatically dashing towards the door the second he had signed the required papers.

Seeing you awkwardly stand beside the restaurant's reception dressed up in the outfit he had asked you to wear had Daisuke nervously gulping as his car rolled to a stop,

Your reassuring smile and nonchalant tone only served to worsen his guilt, with Daisuke trying to order the most extravagant things and constantly apologising.

It was only when you took matters into your own hands that he finally seemed to calm down, with the gentle hold your hand had on his somehow grounding Daisuke enough to allow you to lead him out of the restaurant and towards a random park he hadn't even noticed in his haste to get there.

Sitting on a bench outside eating ice cream and discussing your lives certainly wasn't what Daisuke had in mind for that date, but he found that even such simple and inexpensive experiences could bring him pleasure.

Anime I watched in 2022 Part 2:

11. Rising of the Shield Hero Part 2- 3/5

Where do I begin with this? It started off strong but by the 3rd or 4th episode I started to question if this was the same shield hero that I watched before. Don’t even get me started on how many times I watched Ost die only for her to come back to life. Thank goodness for the banger opening and ending. I briefly read the manga a while back so I knew that content was left out. After this season ended I reread and yup A LOT was left out. Hopefully the next season can redeem this show.

12. Spy x Family 10,000/5

Ahhhhh I was so excited for this one. I read the manga so I knew the plot well and was a wee bit nervous when I saw Cloverworks was one of the studios doing the production (they basically cut 90% of Horimiya content) but much to my surprise they kept all of the original content, plus added some to really flesh out the show and it’s characters. This will be one of those shows that people will be talking about for years to come. The animation, the characters, the opening and ending were all spectacularly done. Anya deserves all the happiness in the world. Loid is the best fake dad and fake husband (all for the mission of course) and Yor is the new waifu, I don’t make the rules. God I really love these characters and seeing them animated so wonderfully brings a smile to my face.

13. Ya Boy Kongming 5/5

This was a underrated gem for this year. I need to thank tik tok for showing me clips for this one otherwise I wouldn’t have know it existed. And that opening: A BANGER!! Seriously, if anyone skips the opening, they need to be arrested immediately! All the characters were so likable and you were cheering on the ‘rivals’. If you’re a fan of music, I highly recommend this anime.

14. The Case Study of Vanitas 5,000/5

Ahhhhhh! Ok ok. I’m calm now. But seriously this anime has turned my brain into goop. I had serious Vanitas brain rot when I finished watching this one. From opening to ending this one hooked me. Alllll the characters were interesting, even the minor ones; you just wanted to know more about every one and everything. And I know, I KNOW Vanitas and Jeanne are endgame but whyyy is the chemistry between Vanitas and Noe sooooo good. Like holy guacamole their chemistry was off the charts (and that first ending didn’t help either) I can’t wait to know more about these characters and see what shenanigans they get up too.

15. Misfit of the Demon King Academy 5/5

There’s just something about overpowered characters that gets me so hyped. Now don’t get me wrong, I like to follow the journey of a character from rock bottom and see them rise to the top. But sometimes you just want to see a Main Character just go nuts from the get go and that’s the main character from this series. “Did you really think killing me would stop me?” will never stop being epic. Like damn! This was such a refreshing anime and the ending I didn’t expect. Really can’t wait to see more of this universe.

16. The Millionaire Detective: Balance Unlimited 4/5

Listen, there was so much hype around this anime that I went into it expecting a lot. Especially the chemistry between the two male leads but alas I was severely disappointed. While the story and other characters were good it just felt like something was missing. And I know everyone loves Kambe but I was more into Haru and I just wanted him to one up Kambe in some way (don’t ask me to go into detail because I can’t even explain it myself). Maybe I need to read the manga to get into this one.

17. Love After World Domination 5/5

This was such a cute, dorky romance. If you were a Power Rangers fan as a kid, I think you’ll appreciate this one. It’s a nice spoof of that universe with the main characters trying to navigate their love life, school, being a hero and being a villain (is she really a villain though). I went into this one with absolutely no expectations but every week I was continuously surprised by this story. Really hope we get a second season to this.

18. Skeleton Knight in Another World 5/5

I know a lot of people kept comparing this one to Overload but can I just say that I enjoyed this one wayyy more than Overload. Arc and Arianne are much more enjoyable characters to me and I just adored their chemistry. And Ponta was just the cutest addition to this series. This anime only has 12 episodes but it was enough to hook me in to that universe. I’m really hoping we get another season.

19. Overlord Season 1 3/5

I really tried to like this one. Honestly I tried my best to like it but I couldn’t get past the first season. The characters felt bland and overdone for me. Maybe it’s because I watched so many isekai anime’s prior that this one didn’t wow me. Maybe if I’m bored I’ll give this another go.

20. Komi Can’t Communicate Part 2 5/5

Ahhh cuteness overload. I really love Komi and seeing her progress slowly but surely is always a wonderful sight to behold. Chadano will forever be best boy. This season had so many laugh out loud and wtf moments that I really hope we get another season.

Short reviews of 3 shows that have guns sometimes

The Millionaire Detective - Balance: UNLIMITED

The Modern Crimes Task Unit is where officers who have caused problems for the Metropolitan Police Department are sent. Haru Katou just wants to do his job, which is made infinitely harder when wealthy Daisuke Kambe—who uses money to fix everything—decides to become a detective and is assigned as Kato’s partner.

Buddy cop show! This 11-episode show takes the classic “two diametrically-opposed people who are stuck together” and crosses it over with a Tony Stark-level of wealth and access to godlike technology.

Haru is the good, solid character, forced into the Modern Crimes unit after some incident on the job that’s left the more “respectable” cops sneering at him, but he still does his best and is limited more by the strictures of the other departments than by his abilities. Daisuke is the aloof rich boy with literally unlimited money, which he uses to pay for anything and everything (fixing cars after he rams them aside, for instance), plus an AI assistant to coordinate said ridiculous uses of money.

Together, they make a good show, as long as you don’t think too much about the inherent ethical problems. Halfway through, though, we move from case-of-the-day to a longer look at an unsolved murder connected to Daisuke’s family. This leads to backstories for multiple characters and a longer/more detailed plot than could fit in the case-of-the-day episodes, but since I’m drawn to humor, I preferred the first half when the wealth absurdity and personality clashes were highlighted.

Trinity Blood

900 years after an apocalyptic war between humans and vampires, there is an ongoing cold war between the human government in the Vatican, and the vampiric Methuselah in the east. Father Abel Nightroad, a traveling priest who acts as a Vatican representative, is also part of a special operations group that fights vampires to save human lives.

As part of my ongoing quest to watch the shows that seemed real cool when I was a youngster, I picked up Trinity Blood, which aired on Adult Swim in 2006. A sci fi-fantasy-political intrigue-y show, it features one of my favorite character types: a long-hair guy who is a hidden badass.

The setting is interesting--a very fantasy Vatican acts as the main human political entity, though the history of the war and vampires isn’t explained in depth, and the history of Abel and his abilities really doesn’t come out until the end. (I spoilered myself early on by reading background on various wikis out of curiosity.)

Unfortunately I found the show didn’t explain enough as it went on (sans my sought-out spoilers). I wanted more details, earlier. It felt mostly like a series of investigate - fight - discuss minor political fallout - repeat. The plot progressed irregularly, so there were times when I considered giving up.

It does, however, have some spiffy character designs, and a lot of fighting. If action and cool-looking characters are what you’re after more than story, give it a try.

Cowboy Bebop

Scouring space for bounties, a ragtag crew--a former hitman, an ex-cop, a con artist, a hacker kid and a data dog--live paycheck to paycheck.

The classic. The first anime to be broadcast on Adult Swim, a series that received praise here and overseas for its story, themes, music, and voice acting. More than two decades after its premier, it’s still considered excellent, still listed as good for everyone from anime fans to those who’ve never watched any before. The show that transcends its medium, being not just “good anime,” but a good show. It still holds up more than two decades after its premier. Critics love it, fans love it.

...I thought it was okay.

It wasn’t bad! And I see why it garners such praise. The animation is good, the blues- and jazz-influenced music is great, the Chinese-influenced space western-type setting is fantastic. The English dub is great, the characters have depth, it’s all good. And I just...got kinda bored.

I really wanted to love it, because it’s universally acclaimed, but I have to conclude it’s just a personality issue. There’s nothing that could’ve changed to make it more appealing to me, specifically, I just have to conclude that I enjoy things with more humor built in, and so my feelings toward Cowboy Bebop don’t rise above “yeah, this is fine.”  It was nice. I don’t regret watching. I don’t plan on rewatching.

Despite my feelings, I can see why it’s so beloved, and think it’s worth a try by most people. The majority of watchers, after all, clearly have different opinions from me.

BANG CHAN - dark fantasy chan seems to give off a dark fantasy sort of aesthetic, such as vampires, werewolves, sirens etc. however he would surely be a gentle vampire, who tries to never hurt humans, he cares for all those around him, he falls in love easily with anyone who shows him a loving side to them much like his own, he treasures any sort of memory and writes them down in journals so he always remembers, he envies humans from time to time for their ability to live and die at the set times their souls had chosen.

LEE MINHO - green moss although moss can grow in dark and damp places, it can turn out oddly beautiful and add such a beautiful colour of green into otherwise dark areas. in the eyes of many stays, minho is pictured as a tsundere who cares for his members and stays, so in a sense, green moss can be a way to describe minho.

SEO CHANGBIN - gym 'rat' this is literally self-explanatory, jyp better keep those gyms open for changbin !! we love seeing him be more comfortable with how he looks whilst gaining healthy weight

HWANG HYUNJIN - boujee rich hyunjin truly gives off boujee rich aunty aesthetic vibes and I really can't be told otherwise, however, he's a gentle soul and cherishes even the smallest of things. he will always be the type of person to help his closest friends and family out whenever they need it.

HAN JISUNG - kambe daisuke/millionaire detective for some unknown reason, i truly picture jisung as any sort of anime aesthetic however, a part of me instantly thinks of kambe daisuke when i'm trying to pin an anime to him. he can come off as someone cold/distant to those who don't know him, but once you do get to know him you get to see why he's such a trusted person amongst his friends and family. he's quick to care for someone but finds it hard to show for it.

LEE FELIX - fairies nothing screams lee felix more than these gentle, loving spirits. fairies can be seen as vicious beings who bare fangs at anyone, but it's far from the truth. in felix's sense, he's a gentle, caring and loving being who will only bare his fangs when you hurt those closest to him. his beauty is unworldly leading me to believe he truly may just be a fairy walking amongst the rest of us.

KIM SEUNGMIN - water caves there's something genuinely comforting and alluring about such untouched beauty, no matter what angle you look at a water cave it will be just as beautiful as the last angle. and that's quite literally seungmin.

YANG JEONGIN - rain some may see rain as something scary especially when it storms but others see rain as something uncannily beautiful in the way it can comfort one. some love rain, some don't, but regardless rain is an essential part of nature, as is jeongin <3

I apologize for tagging you all and bothering you once again for my shitty reasons, but since this is an important update to my blog ( I'm remaking without remaking ), I wanted you all to know what happens and how I'll be running this blog from that point on. ( I'm moving blogs to sideblogs so I can't follow you to let you know I'm moving them )

As some of you may have noticed, I'm moving my muses to separate blogs. That's a kind of system I was using a long time ago and I'm using once again now. How that works, you'll ask. Some of my muses are hosted on separate sideblogs, but I'll still be running this blog as a multimuse/hub blog. Everything will remain the SAME, I'll still be sending asks from knightinsourarmor, like calls, reblog visuals/quotes/aesthetic from different muses/fandoms. What has changed is that the writing has moved to a sideblog for each muse. I wanted them to still be tied to this blog but have a place on their own with their aesthetic, headcanons etc. ( their vibe if you get me ).

With that system, you can follow the sideblogs you want and see content only from the muses that interest you ( cool huh? ). Kind of like, little rooms my muses are hosted at, but still on the same house.

Now, to get to the point.

Todoroki Shoto and Levi Ackerman, my most active and developed muses have moved to singlemuse blogs ( different accounts, I can like content and follow back from there ). That's a decision I made because Shoto and Levi are developed to the point the rest of my muses can't catch up. They have far too many verses, can fit almost to any plot, and deserve the amount of attention I'd give on a blog on it's own.

The rest of my primary and secondary muses have moved to SIDEBLOGS tied to this blog. As for tertiary, private and test (low activity muses) they will REMAIN on this blog. This blog will also be the place I post ooc content, updates, headcanons, rp memes, reblog stuff I find notable from the rest of my blogs. So I suggest you don't unfollow even if there's only one muse you are interested in.

Despite the many blogs, knightinsourarmor will always remain the main I run. You can still treat this blog as a multimuse, tag this url to stuff, send me asks here etc.

As for urls, since I know from experience it's difficult to remember a bunch of blogs one person only runs, I've made them all have a common word, end to ‘–baund’. That way, if a sideblog appears on your dash/notes and you don't know who this is, you'll remember this blog is connected to knightinsourarmor.

Mission Accomplished: Bongkar buku-buku di gudang

Haaa finally, ngampihan juga itu buku2ku yg ngga sebanyak itu juga hehe tp sayang bgt kan banyak kenangan berharga kalo tiap beli buku2 itu, sesuka itu dulu membaca. Wlpn bacanya yaa yg pop2 aja ngga suka karya sastra yg berat2 ngga keotakan itumah wkwk.

Dibantu suamiku @sagarmatha13 ngangkatin barang2 yg beratnya. Udah deg2an dan nyiapin mental buku2nya bakal rusak, sobek, lembap, kotor, menguning dll huhu bismillah aja wehh. Ini beberapa aku fotoin.

Harry Potter lengkap 1-7. Twilight Saga cuma 1-3

Harry Potter buku2nya menguning dan kotor, yg paling parah HP ke 5 buku paling tebel 1200 hal. Dimakan rayap sampe tembus kedalem bgt. Yg kotor bgt ke 7 dan ke 4. Sisanya masih mayan

Twilight Saga, yg ke 1 bukunya meringkel parah. Yg ke 2 rusak kotor, paling bagus yg ke 3

The Naked Traveler Series, yg paling parah rusaknya itu yg 1 year part 2. Hiks! Travel love rusak jg. Sisanya mayan aman. 2 buku ilang, beneran dipinjem org inimah.

Tetralogi Laskar Pelangi. Masih bagus semua, kotor sih iyaa kena lembap jg. Yg paling meringkel yg Maryamah Karpov (loh aku kaget ternyata almh ibu udah beli ini tp aku ngga baca sampe slesei. Lupaaa bgt)

Raditya Dika's Books, lupaaa bgt ternyata aku beli bukunya, berarti 2 buku ngga beli, kambing jantan dan radikus makan kakus (minjem ke sepupu). Lupa bgt kirain gapunya samsek. Yg paling rusak buku babi ngesot.

Buku2 komik saat masih SD ternyata dikit yah haha, ada yg harganya 8500 makk haha. Suka sama serial cantik. Kalo ngikutin komil tuh harus beli banyaaaak dan aku saat itu lebih suka sewa komik aja, kalo beli agak boros gt soalnya pasti ber episode2 gitu kan.

Buku2 random part 1. Ada 2 buku terjemahan, 3 buku lokal. Siapa yg gatau 5cm yakan hype pada jamannya akupun fomo beli haha. Ketika cinta bertasbih ini harusnya ada 2 belom nemu lg. Kayanya buku ini ibu yg beli tp aku baca ko. Nemu jg kan Princess Diaries hehehe..

Buku2 random part 2. Saat mulai baca teenlit, karya mizan jg ada, buku self improvement jg ada haha dah galau msh abg jg.

Ternyata belom nemu semua hiks, udah keburu lelah dan keringetan, belom ngelap2in bukunya. Lupus, the witches, buku mitch albom, buku anak2 jg belom nemu haa nanti aja deh balik lg deh kata suami dicicil aja. Tp ini 85% udah ketemu.

Ada 2 buku yg di tandatangani lsg sama penulisnya. 1 buku ada tulisan almh ibu (postingan igs adik)
