banjo is definitely one of the characters in wdbr that i absolutely just want to sit and pick his brain. here’s a summary of my thoughts hc style! i’m on chapter 133!

i’m almost certain he has has some deeply rooted trauma and issues he yet to accept and work through.

i definitely think he has mommy issues— but really it could have been any important adult in his life growing up. evidently, someone wasn’t there for him in a way that a child needs. his trauma his both mental and physical.

just the fact that physical pain equates to love in his head is enough to confirm that for me. banjo is a deeply troubled soul and really needs someone to rewire his mind. but i think his fight with hiragi was the start.

in a relationship, banjo is a yandere or something pretty close to it.. he doesn’t like competition or the possibility of a threat— the thought of someone else having you, stealing you away from him will make him genuinely murderous. but that’s a whole other thing to get into— i’ll have you all here all day.

his darling would absolutely be the light of his world and he’d care the most about what you think. i can see him asking if you like certain things about him— like if he gets a new shirt or maybe he tries a new hairstyle. he’s always asking for reassurance from you. even asking if you think his food order was a good idea or should he have gone with what you got. a simple: “you’re fine, baby. i think you made a good choice.” will ease any worry in his head.

there had to have been something about you to really strike him.. and not to get all killing stalking in here but.. maybe your looks reminded you of his mom— or someone very important to him. or maybe when he was still apart of bofurin, you were the first person to actually be nice to him in a way he has never experienced before and from then it only fueled his fire. a crush that turned into more of an unhealthy obsession.

when you’re mad at him, it feels like the end of the world to banjo. it will genuinely tweak out.. and beg. beg you to “fight” him because at least then he’ll be able to feel something. “hit me— hit me, please! i won’t hit you back—! just please do something!” while he’s clawing at his face.

in the bedroom, he’s naturally into sadomasochism. choking, slapping— biting until there’s blood drawn, its all his favorite. he’s begging for more when you’re riding him and your hands are clasping so snug around his neck that he’s turning red. he doesn’t know his limit and you often have to bring him back down to earth.

DONT SHOOT! but i do think someone more suited towards him is someone who is or can be a dominant in his life. i’ll even give leeway to a switch who leans sub, but unfortunately i can’t see him ending up with a true submissive.

he has a prince albert. i will not be getting into it.

alright closing umineko for the night!! i had a great time with it so far!! i really like the writing style, and for the most part its actually a lot less dense than i was expecting. I thought it might be some house of leaves stuff but no this is pretty easy to read, at least so far! im rlly glad for that like it doesn't feel too simple, not too complicated, its good!

current character thoughts run down, though i've barely started so i dont know much yet: ginzo: he sucks he totally sucks and im convinced that he made some kidna deal w/ beatrice in order to take advantage of the earthquake and war and such. not entirely convinced hes not about to just murder the whole family bcs he seems like he would do that. krauss: also sucks. just a real dick, but in like. he's a standard asshole really. natsuhi: much in the same vien, but she's got that matriach of the family thing going on i hope will b explored more <3 jessica: she's neat i like her! looking forward to more on her. i havent met beatrice yet but im looking forward to it she looks super neat.

i also apperciate how slow burn this is, a few hours in and very little has happened yet it's nice. there's already a lot building but like. nothing big yet it's nice. i like it. it feels like it's moving at exactly the pace it wants to and i enjoy it a lot. the sound design is also rlly good. the music is really nice a couple times i got distracted and just listened to it in the bg. the sfx r nice too.

i do not regret my sprite choice i like these designs they're fun, but i do think maria looks a little off for her alleged age of 9, but it's easy to ignore after a min or two.ironically when i was loading the game and saw her on the steam page it def aligned better, but at the cost battler to my eyes is now yassified. he cant be a pretty boy to me he's too lame.

voice acting is great everyones putting fucking everyting into it and i enjoy that. fully commited to the enviroment and its great.

where i left off: everyone just finished having lunch! kumasawa covered for shannon not knowing the red sauce's ingredients. that's all for now! not sure when ill paly more, probably tomorrow, but its been good!! good game so far i like this setg up!! im also eagar to get more into the murder and violence and witch stuff but like, it does a good joib of setting up the characters so i dont feel impatient, and unlike a lot of games w/ murder n mystery that get right into it i kinda find it refreshing how slow this one is to start its like we all know itll get there so the tension of everyone being relatively calm is great.

“Of course they’re chemicals. Given that you have the most stressful job out of the three of us and the fact you already have a few of them. I made these meant to stop the premature graying of your hair. *shrugs shoulders* Do you want them or not? It would be a shame to see your lovely crimson locks lose their color, no? Fufufu~ You’re welcome, Sakura.” 

Reika Lines:

“Happy Birthday, Sakura, my dear. I would hug you, but I don’t need my head buried in your massive jugs. Hahahaha! I'm teasing you, Sakura, just relax. Now I got just the thing for you to get rid of all that stress you’re feeling. So you better get some good use out of it.”

Code Geass Lost Stories Main Story Summary (contain spoiler if anyone play this game)

I wrote this within mind everyone known Code Geass Lelouch of Rebellion stories

So far, main story split into three part, 13 chapter for R1, 4 chapter for chapter 1.5 and still unknown for R2. For R1 and most likely R2 too, it's basically same like anime with additional our MC PoV + their own problem so here I only talk about the difference happens in R1 :

Disel (MC family name) family are Japanese-Britanian worked for knightmare's energy filler division. As MC parents got killed, they adopted by Claris Garfield, Disel's assistant. In short, they want to revenge on Britania as they killed their parents. This one still speculations but there's indication that MC using a geass on themself to forget the past.

As MC studies at Ashford academy, she coindentally heard conversation Lelouch CC saying that he want to crush Britania then asked for join forces as they have same purpose. So she become Lelouch's backstage supporter but different than CC, they actively support Black Knight as their second ace and even become a Britania spy for providing information.

Funny enough, MC joining Britania at special division as Suzaku's coworker

Mao didn't get introduce since MC busy with their spy mission (lol)

Later story, it reveal that MC parents killed by their aunt named Kali, the reasons why Kali killed MC parents so far I know it's just yandere sisterly things (lol) and now she want to kill MC too. R1 ended with with MC vs Kali while Kali injuried badly. Of course they don't know the reasons her injuries since it's knightmare fight (at R2 Lelouch telling them) and they still not know that Kali killed their parents too.

After Black Rebellion, MC become a main devicer for special division since Suzaku appointed as Knight of Seven. After MC learn about Lelouch disapperance, they still doing their spy mission while wait for him to comeback.

Main story 1.5 started around one year blank R1 and R2 from different person PoV (sometimes MC sometimes not). It's basically just side story since every chapter just contains 10 chapter while R1 contains around 14-20 chapter. These sidestory explained many things missed at R2 like the reasons custom knightmare become so many at that time and many area under Britania rebelling after Black Rebellion.

Chapter 1 (MC PoV) : Story started from Suzaku mock battle to become Knight of Seven, introducing additional two new character for support devicer Schnee and Red, and some side battle at area 2 along with MC. That time MC got a new meele knightmare

This chapter explain some info like Schnizel fully support special division since he thought knightmare battle could change the course of war and that's the reason he send two new devicer to Lyord. In this side story there's indication Red send there to giving information to Kanon

Chapter 2 (Britanian and Black Knight PoV) : For black knight PoV story started from Urabe and Kallen go to India for searching Lakshata to repair Guren's right hand which is broken after Black Rebellion time. While Britania learn that information, they send a Glinda knights for clean up. Additionally from Britanian PoV story started from Schneizel start mass produce Lancelot test drive. It introduce a new Britannian family member Marybell along with her knight Oldrin plus Kimmel. If anyone remember, Kimmel is a should be Vincent user as he killed by Rolo at R2. As test drive success, some rebel group attacked that place then Suzaku save the day. Tbh I never read Oz the reflection so I don't know details around Oz and Glinda knights (lol)

This chapter came with small details like Schneizel came up with mass produce Lancelot for everyone no matter how good the devicer to use, that's the reason Kimmel came and become Vincent user at R2 since he's just an ordinary user (lol). There's Cornelia meets Oz for searching more geass information

Chapter 3 (Britanian and Black Knight PoV) : For britanian PoV story started from Suzaku along with Schnee Red MC gone to other country to repel the rebellion. This chapter explain Suzaku title as "white devil" since he basically swop the rebel alone (with geass live too of course lol). From black knight PoV, Kaguya Diethard Lakshata came to China for protection and prepare things if Zero cameback while Kallen Urabe gone to Yokohama as their team still on chase with Britania army and meets CC there. CC too still on run after geass special corps keep chasing her

This chapter introduce two original characters, Benio (Kallen's fangirl which she rescued at special administrative zone of Japan which later became Kallen underling) and Savitri (if I remember right, she's appear at Code Geass movie as Lakshata underling)

Some small info like Uni Europe rebel (Boukoku no Akito story) already done after general Smiley get killed so yeah it's just an afterstory, Anya Gino Bradley show their face to Suzaku for first time and Gino explain that even Rounds too still using a Glasgow custom at that time.

Chapter 4 (Black Knight & MC PoV) : This chapter started from Kallen Urabe CC invade Yokohama port to taking Black Knight knightmare which got themself into battle with Glinda knight. On MC PoV, they comeback to Ashford academy without knowing everyone changes after Charles put a geass on them and shocked especially after knowing Lelouch live normally alongside with his fake brother Rolo

So far R2 release around chapter 3 but I really like it's direction, some Oz the reflection and new characters element here makes additional info become entertaining to read

Here's a quick rundown of the latest developments with Kasa and Kanon in Rerise of Poseidon.

Spoilers ahead!!!

Chapter 5:

Kanon encounters Saga and gets a taste of sweet sweet validation from his brother...

Saga: "I'm proud of you..."

But Kanon soon puts the puzzle pieces together and figures out that Saga wouldn't act that way! It was actually Kasa on a mission to test Kanon's loyalties and to see if the former saint was still intent on conquering the world (as he had tried to do before, taking advantage of Poseidon).

Kanon also throws in a few tips for Kasa on how to do a better job impersonating Saga next time, which is cute!

Kasa: "Oh—Oh, I see!..." Kanon: "Now it's my turn to ask questions. What's up with this charade?"

What's up, you ask? Enter Isaak.

Isaak, who took a page out of Scorpio Milo's book and sets out to kick the shit out of Kanon as punishment for his past sins – until, in full shounen glory, just as he's about to strike the final blow, Isaak stops his fist inches from Kanon's face.

Kanon gets a temporary pass because he submitted to the punishment without complaint. Meanwhile, Isaak goes off to find other people to beat up.

But Kasa sticks around Kanon – not to keep tabs on him, but because he knows Kanon is strong and it'll simply be safer to stay near him in case they come across an enemy. And Kanon is cool with that.

This strategy pays off, as they soon run into a freaking beast at Nemesis's service – Dracodente Cadmus.

And look at this cute teamup! They laugh in the face of those silly must-face-our-enemies-in-single-combat saints!

"Sorry, but there's two of us!!"

Chapter 6:

Have I mentioned that Cadmus is a FREAKING BEAST? Well, he is. Because this is what happens next:

Cadmus: "Dragon Skull Smasher!!"

It's okay though. Our beloved mariners survive because they're a pair of hardheads.

In their second attempt, Kanon manages to hold Cadmus in place with his Golden Triangle, giving Kasa an opportunity to look into the enemy's heart and find his weakness.

...Cadmus is still a freaking beast though. Kasa is unable to see anything and both he and Kanon get their butts kicked. Again. Cadmus leaves the two mariners in the rubble and goes off to find other people to beat up too.

And this, my friend... this is where the magic happens.

Kanon: "Hey... you alive?" Kasa: "S—somehow..." Kasa: "Sorry, man... I messed up..." Kasa: "Hey... Kanon..." Kasa: "Your... are your parents still around?"

Kanon: "Where did that come from?..." Kanon: "Unfortunately, I'm all alone in this world. It was always just me and my twin brother." Kasa: "I see... for me, it was my dad..." Kasa: "A drunkard and a gambling addict who drove my mother to an early grave..."

Kasa goes on to explain how he fell into a life of delinquency when he was a kid. He would do anything short of killing to get by, but no matter how successful he became, there was nothing that could fill the hole in his heart that not having his parents' love and support as a child left him with.

He also remembers the day he became a mariner and how he thought that it was fate that god also hated humans, just as he did. Kasa was happy to let the whole crappy world drown.

Kasa: "Quite the pitiful story, huh?..." Kanon: "Heh... I was pretty much like you too..."

The chapter ends with Kasa finding the strength within him to awaken his arch-scales, while Kanon cheers ok he doesn't quite cheer, he just stares in surprise but let me believe the bros are there for each other, okay???

How did you get into toku?

One of the people I followed at the time, now a mutual, had been liking and reblogging Kamen Rider posts, but the ones that caught my eye were Kamen Rider Build posts. I remember being really interested in Banjo, but when I looked into Kamen Rider I thought it was a bit intimidating to watch such a long-running series, but once I knew you could just basically watch any Kamen Rider separately, I started with Fourze. I started there bc I saw it recommended as a good starting point, which I agree with looking back. I had also seen posts about it before as well. Before Fourze I did watch The High School Heroes as posts about it were also going around at the time and it was short, but I think Fourze was what really got me into it. Then, of course, I started seeing Stacy around. I told myself I would stick to Kamen Rider and just watch Zenkaiger for Stacy, but we all know I was doomed to fall into the Super Sentai rabbit hole from the start and now I here I am.

15. Least favorite series?

It's Kamen Rider Ghost. I was so ready to like it, but I had so many problems with it and I just cannot bring myself to say I like it. Let me say that I think there was some interesting themes and symbolism, especially with food and life, and I really enjoyed Takeru, Onari, Akari, Cubi, and Alain, but the negatives far outweigh the positives for me. Perhaps I would feel differently if I rewatched, however I don't want to, so it stays at the bottom of the list.

At the time I watched it I wrote down some of my issues with it and things I liked, though I never finished writing a full write-up (This isn't complete it's just what I have):

Please note that this was written in 2022, but I edited it slightly since I've watched some sequel content

Things I liked:

Characters- Takeru, Alain, Akari, Cubi, Onari

Suits- Mainly Necrom and Ghost's

The idea of infinite human potential

Visuals and Fight Scenes

Most of the consistent settings-the temple, the chamber in the Gamma world, the lab, etc.

Takeru's outfits- I liked that it was the same kind of clothing items but we got a variety of patterns and colors so it didn't feel dull

Yurusen- Was very cute and I appreciate them being a practical effect, as opposed to CGI

Akari and Takeru's friendship- It was consistent and well developed- I really felt like they cared for each other and that Akari was truly working as hard as she could to help Takeru

Takeru and Alain's development from enemies to friends- Alain wasn't immediately accepted and had to prove himself in a way to get into Takeru's good graces which helped their friendship feel more natural in its development-the episodes about them and their development are the most interesting episodes

Cubi's role in making Takeru understand the Gamma- Cubi was very sweet and kind, and this made Takeru re-evaluate how he viewed Gamma which eventually aided in his friendship developing with Alain

Akari's development from being a skeptic to wanting to bring more humanity into the practice of science- Akari really grew to re-evaluate her way of thinking and how it impacted her feelings about science and humanity- Her experiences with Takeru greatly aided her

Things I didn't like:

Makoto and Kanon had no real characterization, like they were starting to have it but it felt like they were doing a speed-run with them- Makoto literally flipped from wanting to kill Takeru to being buddies to fast, and Kanon never really did much after her revival

Alain's relationships with Makoto and Kanon are never really explained, and we're kind of just meant to take it at face value- They're close because we say they are- You have to give me more than that...

Makoto and Takeru are friends because they were friends as kids but never really talk about how much they've changed as people-there should have at least been a conversation about how impacted they were by not being around each other, since they were close enough to refer to each other as brothers…

Everything is so vague I feel like I missed chunks of the series, but I know that I didn't- This is a consistent issue as we don't know what Alain is doing for a huge chunk of the series and then we don't get what Adel is doing until much later- These things should just be explained it doesn't need to be a big secret

They just gloss over/forget things that happened-ex. Takeru can fly at first but never again, Jabel and Adel are heavily implied to be close but we never get an explanation (it's hinted at but we don't know the relationship), the Magistrate was barred from going to the Gamma world but somehow got over there to open the monolith???, the red sky in the Gamma world is toxic to many humans but they don't really implement plans to help this, they just say they'll work on it…- They do talk about this more in sequel content but they could've gave a bit of information in the series...

Adel having killed Takeru's father didn't really work, because nothing is ever really explained- How did he know about Ryu's plans? Was this approved by Adel's father?- Really just feels like they couldn't get Takeru to hate Adel, even though Adel did plenty of cruel things worthy of Takeru being angry at him for, and it just felt unnecessary and tacked on last minute

Episodes 13-24 are hard to get through due to the vagueness and viewers just having to theorize what is going on half the time bc nothing is explained

They wrote one strong female character and decided that was enough, and gave up on every other girl so 2/3 of the primary girls shown are used as devices to help develop the men around them, but aren't really their own people. Then those same two girls, Alia and Kanon, are able to transform, but both get knocked out of suit almost immediately and never really fight again. Also Takeru doesn't even think of Kanon when he's thinking about the important people that got him where he is, which feels very much like they just forgot Kanon existed.

Makoto should not have forgiven his father, the man did not even care enough to set up a plan in case he did die when he knew that was a possibility

Bonus: The novel sounds horrendous and I cannot believe they'd do that to Takeru smh

Seems like Saki does have her reasons to hate the Despairs that aren't connected to Kyosuke, you may think she's a bitch but you weren't exactly innocent at the beginning either; given how you thought Future Foundation killed Leon and were planning to kill the Class 78 survivors which I'm sure your cousin would of hated you for it. So maybe instead of assuming things - you could just ask why Saki hates the Remanats of Despairs, just a thought...

For Reiji or perhaps Laito?

A/N: well, I know you're a Reiji stan but let's give the spotlight to Laito in the meantime lol

mirror, mirror on the wall, who am I facing, after all? || laito (feat. ayato and kanato)

You never thought there was something weird in this room. After all, it was just a room filled with mirrors that provide distorted reflections—some making you smaller than you appear to be while there are others that emphasized one of your body parts.

But when you had your fill of fun with your distorted reflection, one of them suddenly smiled—no. It wasn't a smile. A smile is supposed to be genuine and with no hint of malice. This one had every evil intention that you've perfectly crafted on your prey. A smile that says, "Oh, darling, you are so going to get what you paid for."

You decided not to mind the reflection and let it get to you. This was another one of the funhouse's magic tricks of getting into your brain and ensuring you would be left confused and questioning how the hell this all happened.

But before you could walk far, the reflection said, "How boring. To think a fake pervert like you could give us some entertainment."

Now that made you stop. For all intelligence you have, your pride tops stronger than that. To hell with knowledge and indifference. No one gets to tell you you're a fake pervert.

Even if it's yourself.

"Excuse me?" you emphasized in a mocking tone. "You're the ones who are fake."

"That isn't true," chided the other reflection, the one with a bigger stomach but small thin legs, "You think that little erotic charade of yours will protect you."

The tiny reflection, the one with a small body cackled, "What? This fucker thought it will protect him? Is he sick or something?"

And soon, all reflections started to laugh at you. It was as if you were the darkest comedy they have seen. As if you were a laughable sorry ass of a vampire.

You frowned at that, your brow raising in a challenging manner.

"I. Am. Not. A. Fake. One," you defended (well, it wasn't your first time doing this so who are you kidding, Sakamaki Laito?)

But they only laughed at you. Oh, you poor, poor thing. You think they would be fazed because you're a vampire prince and can take down an enemy by breaking down their emotional defenses? Sakamaki Laito, don't make these reflections laugh. They have no feelings.

Just like you.

Yes. Just like you.

"Is it true you tried to kill me?" the familiar voice of young Ayato sounded in the room, making you turn around to see a kid version of your older brother stare at you in disbelief and disappointment.

You only smiled. "Now, why would I do that, Ayato-ku—"

"Is my singing voice not to your liking?" another familiar voice of young Kanato asked, his presence in the mirror beside Ayato making him known.

You were confused. First, your reflections. Now, you're seeing your brothers' younger selves. "I—"

"What's the matter, Sakamaki Laito? Cat got your tongue?" your reflections collectively asked you, their voices ranging from low to high pitch and distorted. "You're a man of many words. You should put them to good use."

"Why do you hate me?!" Ayato half-yelled at you, stomping his feet as if to get your attention. "What did I do to you?"

"You weren't there, Laito," Kanato reminded, purple eyes hollow and empty. "I had to watch them all, and you two... you left me to fend on my own."

"Then what exactly do you want me to do?!" you asked, frustrated that they would put the blame on you. "You two didn't know what it's like..." memories come rushing in, that vile person touching you in ways you couldn't even fathom, (oh, fuck, you can even puke right now in disgust) "you two didn't even get to taste how it felt—"

The Ayato in the mirror jumped out, lunging straight at you to choke your neck. His looks could kill you. He'll probably snap your neck right now.

"Are you telling me your suffering is greater than ours?"

Kanato also jumped out from the mirror, his face donning an expression that says: "So, this is what's been on your mind all along."

"I had to suffer those nightmares, Ayato-kun!" you defended, gripping his hands around your neck so you could breathe, only for him to hold them tighter. "You and Kanato had the advantage! You two have everything. Especially you! You and your pure heart and kindness."

Ayato stopped at that, the reflections on the mirror awaiting his next response. The next thing, Kanato punched you in the face, and all the distorted reflections started coming onto you, surrounding you as if you were facing the ultimate judgment in this funhouse.

They will be the end of you.

Your madness and envy will kill the last fucking shit out of you.

Afterward, they turned into shadows, mouths wide open as they cackle at the poor excuse of a fake pervert like you. How dare you? You have no right. All of them, and this room, and you—all of them will disappear and no one will know.

Fascinating, isn't it—

"Oi Laito!" Ayato called his attention, confused as to why Laito had been standing in front of a distorted reflection for a long time. "Earth to Laito!"

Laito was startled, blinking twice to check if he was seeing things right. So he was just in this mirror room... like nothing happened to him. No one was choking him to death or laughing at him.

It was just his imagination.

"Laito, hurry up or we're going to leave you," Kanato called his attention, hugging Teddy to his chest as he stuffs his face on it.

"Yeah!" Ayato agreed. "I saw a takoyaki stall near here. We should stop by there."

Kanato made a wrenching face in disgust. "Ayato, we've been having takoyaki since earlier."

The redhead clicked his tongue in annoyance. "Oh, shut up! I am not going to that pinky swirly sweet wonderland of yours."

"Hey—"

Laito clapped his hands to stop the two from arguing. "Enough of that, you two! We should just eat takoyaki first, then we could stop by a nearby desserts shop to buy some sweets on our way."

Seeing as the two seemingly had a silent truce, the triplets started to walk out of the mirror room, with Laito having an expression of relief.

It was just his imagination, right?

Danganronpa: Demo Storyline - What If

I really like old concepts, especially in the case of mystery series like Danganronpa. It’s fun to see what could have been if a character was portrayed a certain way or if a plot point was handled differently. It’s fun to speculate! For this post, I’m taking a look at DR1′s old demo and essentially writing how I think Danganronpa would go if the story went with what it depicted there.

Basically, as shown above, Hagakure was killed instead of Maizono in a bare bones version of DR1′s first trial. In addition, Yamada was implied to be his killer and, in the demo manga, we even get to see Yamada’s unused execution...well, get used!

This also mean Sayaka, Mukuro and Leon get their time in the sun! So this storyline idea is just an expansion on this Demo’s premise. I hope you guys enjoy and I welcome any questions on it!~

CHAPTER ONE:

In this, Makoto finds not only Hagakure dead in his shower, but also Maizono knocked out cold. So the case goes from ‘proving you didn’t kill a popular girl’ to ‘proving you aren’t some psycho that beat a popular girl and killed a random dude’.

Because of Maizono’s condition, the nurse’s office is opened to treat her and Mukuro is essentially volunteered to keep watch over her by one of the colder students, maybe Celeste or Togami. Thereby ruining the plan for Mukuro to step on Monokuma and get executed.

Now, Sayaka does wake up and about halfway through the Trial returns…however, she insists that Makoto was the one to actually kill Hagakure. Thus, elading to a case where Makoto is desperately trying to find the truth while avoiding his classmates judgement of ‘attacking a girl and killing an innocent soul’.

In this version, the plan Maizono had was to kill Hagakure who still didn’t believe that a killing game was happening and take advantage of that ignorance. However, despite her initial attack, like in the 1st storyline, Hagakure manages to get a legup and, unlike Leon, manages to knock her out.

Now, this revelation causes Sayaka’s trust to plummet in the group and she has a bit of a breakdown. Trying to convince everyone she’s just Japan’s average Superstar, not an attempted murderer. It takes Kyoko and Makoto intervening from getting the group to mis-lynch her.

It’s then that the case eventually goes down the path of revealing who actually killed Hagakure: Yamada. In this version, he was out at night trying to dump away trash when he noticed the door to Makoto’s room open. There he found Hagakure standing over a prone Sayaka’s body, knife in hand and, realizing the game was legit, wondering what he should do.

Enraged, Yamada startles Hagakure enough that he drops the knife and flees into Makoto’s bathroom. There the case plays out in the demo with Yamada using his toolkit to break in and kill Hagakure, and gets found out because of his oily fingers staining the lint roller used to clean up his hair.

Yamada’s motivation to kill now leans towards him genuinely wanting to make sure his big sister is safe, playing into more of a Teruteru motivation.

Yamada is executed, but compared to the mainline story, tension is centered towards Sayaka for essentially getting two of them killed, with calls to lock her up. Makoto advocates to just drop it…but its clear he’s affected by this betrayal and his faith in her has taken a hit.

Sayaka in general is heavily traumatized by the execution and the realization she condemned someone to die. She’s back to essentially herself once she got the first motive.

CHAPTER 2:

With Hagakure and Yamada dead, Celeste loses both her scapegoat and accomplice. Meaning, she ends up trying to subjugate the second most malleable person she hopes to get, essentially the meek Fujisaki. 

Speaking of which, because Leon survived in this version, he imprints on another ‘brother’ so to speak. He now looks up to Leon due to his confidence, and when in time for the second motive…that night he confides in Leon.

Now considering Leon can accept a yandere cousin in Kanon, while surprised, he does accept Fujisaki and promises to help him accept himself when the motive does arrive…

However, this does leave an issue concerning Mondo. His story continues the same and he bonds with Ishimaru, but there’s still that complex concerning Daiya’s death.

He does wonder about at night, stewing in anger when he reaches Togami in the library.

Because Togami is a dick, and out of fear for his secret to be revealed, he attempts to kill Togami. However, in this version, Toko is also in the library, hiding as she admires Togami. 

Surprisingly, Togami can evade Mondo for a bit and even him injure somewhat by getting him to ram into a bookshelf, causing it to fall on him. Mondo’s hurt, but when he gets out he’s still seeing red.

The dust from the attack gets Toko to sneeze and turn into Genocider Syo. While Syo doesn’t usually kill boys like Mondo considering the danger Togami was in, she fatally wounds him.

Now, given that Syo is now our Blackened and is aware she killed someone, she refuses to allow Togami to go about framing her (since it would damage her reputation).

Togami forcibly switches her by throwing dust at her face and manipulates Toko that despite being the Culprit she can both win the Class Trial AND somehow get Togami out as well.

Together, both tamper with the scene to make it seem like Sayaka killed Mondo or that Chihiro had a plan in killing him, via a note Fujisaki had written to get Leon to the boy’s changing room…and what Leon casually tossed away in the nearby trash that Togami happened to find.

Now during this chapter most do not trust Sayaka given what happened in Chapter 1, so when she gives quite the shocked reaction upon seeing her secret, the others are quick to pressure her into remaining in her room.

Thus, when they find Mondo dead, having been stabbed by likely a knife they grow suspicious over Sayaka, with Makoto and Kyoko being the main ones trying to clear her name. Again.

Likewise, Chihiro is revealed to be a boy, but compared to his peers inspecting his corpse, its shocking, but they do come to accept him and with a bit of vouching from Leon, clears him from suspicion.

Toko is eventually outed by Togami after people began to suspect him, much to her horror. Before she gets executed, Genocider Syo drops a few lines concerning how the class met each other before and how things weren’t what they seem in her own loony fashion.

Togami’s reputation is…well, its pretty much the same post ch2, though I guess somehow its a bit worse? Given his more active role in getting someone killed and manipulating Toko. 

CHAPTER 3:

With more of their number dead as a result of meddling from third parties, group cohesion has taken a further hit. However, instead of Hina finding Alter Ego in the locker, Fujisaki is instead confronted by Celeste who wants him to only tell a select group of people he knows he can fully trust/be useful (screened by Celeste of course). In short only Chihiro, Celeste, Leon, Makoto know about the laptop at first. 

Of course their new little group does form a wedge between those that remain. Group Two (Kyoko, Junkuro, Sakura and Hina), with the outcasts being there own little third parties. Kyoko, being Kyoko, knows something is up and wants to speak with Makoto, but Celeste or Leon usually manage to get the lucky student away from the amnesiac.

Ishimaru is eventually recruited by Fujisaki after seeing just how depressed he was following Mondo’s death.  However, once he becomes Kiyondo, Celeste manipulates him into being essentially a guard dog for Ego to allow the others more time for themselves.

Things come to a head when Group 2, with Togami, confront the Laptop Team during a meeting wrap-up, wanting to know what they were all planning with a laptop of all things. Things get heated and just when it seems a fight is about to break out, Makoto is more than ready to come clean and inform his classmates about Ego…but that is interrupted by an announcement for Monokuma about the current motive.

Yamada and Hagakure  might be dead, but Celeste’s love of money still persists and she got a plan going on to get that dough. Manipulating Kiyondo, she tries to get him to believe that in order for them, plus Alter Ego, to be safe he needs to help Celeste win at the class trial.

First things first…hamper her enemies. Luring Makoto to the game room at night, she has Kiyondo smack from him behind with a small hammer. She is quite aware of Makoto helping lead the class trials to getting Yamada and Syo found out, so getting him out of the picture was a must.

However, Kiyondo becomes reluctant to finish him off and that’s when Chihiro comes in by chance. Upon seeing the scene, he begs for both to stop. That they don’t have to hurt each other and they can escape with his work. All of them.

Kiyondo falters and even Celeste looks a bit taken aback given the situation. However, she can’t quite accept things as it were. She has a dream that she wants fulfilled and is willing to go the lengths to see it made and tries to attack Chihiro…

But Ishimaru takes it instead, apologizing to Chihiro and Makoto as he collapses. As Makoto blacks out he witness Celeste walk up to Chihiro…and hears a familiar voice of one he struggled to call a friend anymore.

When he wakes up he’s in the infirmary, alongside Chihiro and Ishimaru. The latter isn’t dead and is back to normal, though bandages are on his head from his injury. Chihiro’s, however, is more severe and he’s in a coma.

Of course, that leaves to wondering about what happened to Celeste, which the others decide its best to just show him. In the art room, Celeste’s body is discovered. Dead via neck being broken.

So the trial becomes about what happened following Makoto passing out. In turn, the assault of the boys was discovered by none other than the outcast Sayaka, who attacked Celeste herself and got her to at least go on the run.

Not wanting to leave the other by themselves for too long, Sayaka gets assistance from the others to get the injured to safety, staying with them as a manhunt goes around looking for the rogue gambler. Which leads to the situation, where Celeste was found murdered. 

Ultimately, the blame for the murder would go to Aoi Asahina. However, she was not lured by money like most would assume. Rather, she ended up giving in to one of her flaws - her emotional rage. She hates being in a game where she has to distrust others, be with people that doesn’t hold others best interests in heart and seeing how callous people can be.

Thus, when she finally sees Celeste in the art room, trying to salvage the situation and act like her ‘prim’ self, she gets angrier and angrier. Ultimately, in tears, she’s brought over the edge when Celeste snaps at her even daring to feel betrayed yet again and calling her foolish…so she shoves the goth. Unfortunately, Celeste trips on her own fallen hammer and breaks her neck.

Asahina is discovered following people beginning to suspect Sakura was the one, and Hina is outed simply because, in her own passion, accidentally discloses a detail of how Celeste died (via tripping).

During the aftermath, Hina breaks down from the guilt of her own sins, apologizing profusely for putting the others through this and is terrified of getting executed. However, she goes quietly when she sees Sakura is about to get hurt from her decision. She tanks Sakura for being such a wonderful friend and encourages her to survive, leaving the Ogress in tears as she’s executed.

The aftermath of the trial has Makoto and Sayaka start to mend their friendship, with the offer of trust being extended to her.

CHAPTER 4-6:

Mashing these together since the fifth and sixth chapters aren’t as long.

Learning from their mistakes, the remnants of Celeste’s group welcome the others in to the hiding spot of Alter Ego. Now, Makoto has witnessed Sakura’s fighting Monokuma and is concerning her status, but given the situation knows there’s not much he can say without coming across as just acting like Celeste/Togami. Kyoko picks up on this, though his hesitance to say things just yet leads to the whole ‘Kyoko being mad’ at Makoto spiel.

The motive for this chapter is altered slightly given Mukuro is still alive and kicking. Now, here, Monokuma reveals that not only is Sakura a traitor, but she is one of two amongst them. If someone were to kill Sakura then not only would they recieve no penalty (meaning no class trial), but they would get a huge hint on who the second traitor for the Mastermind was.

Sakura’s betrayal again shakes the class, but given who survives the reaction steadily becomes different. Makoto, Sayaka and Ishimaru want to give her a chance considering their experiences with betrayal/betraying themselves. Mukuro and Leon are on the fence on the matter considering the same experiences, which isn’t helped by Togami publicly considering her a threat. As for Kyoko, she’s about the same as ever.

It’s around this time, that Chihiro wakes up. With knowledge of the data processing room, he wants to use Alter Ego to hack into their in order to get more information about the Mastermind, HPA and potentially disable the system long enough for the group to make a play.  Though he needs some form of distraction.

Given Hina’s desire for Sakura to live and fight on, the martial artist opts not to consider choosing suicide. Instead, with help from the few willing to give her a chance, she arranges for a private meeting with Leon and Mukuro in the music room. On the surface.

In truth, Sakura and both of them were in on a plan to give Chihiro that chance, with all three havin a scuffle in the music room. As a result, for a moment of time, Chihiro seems to have done it as the school  begins to shutdown thanks to his machinations.

However, because of Mukuro being Junko’s other spy, she informs her of this action, thus allowing her to pre-prep some defense measures to help stop Chihiro. 

In the end, the school experiences a series of blackout for a deal of time, with people like Kyoko trying to make use of it to get into the Headmaster’s office, in which she succeeds.

However, when things finally settle and lights come on for good. They see, Togami lying in the music room. His head crushed by a light fixture dropping on his head.

In the trial, its discovered that Togami accidentally got himself trying to turn the chaos of the music room into a trap to kill one of the others. At least that’s how I would think it would go down. Like before the others arrive he tries setting up some sort of trip that could get someone killed, but the blackouts gets him knocked about accidentally in the chaos and himself killed by his own trap.

Honestly, I just think it’d be fitting for Togami to somehow get himself killed after all this time. Though, likewise, this and the case after this ideas are waaaay rougher. Don’t quite have a super grasp on the details of how they would ever come about

However, while Togami might haven taken himself out, Monokuma is more than aware of Chihiro’s meddling and due to his rule breaking has him executed.

However, before he is killed, Chihiro gives everyone a great deal of Hope, proud that they were all capable of working together to get as far as they could. He encourages them to keep it up!~

As a result, following his demise, everyone becomes unified—all taking up a united stance against the Mastermind…Mukuro being sort of the exception.

By now, the mystery surrounding the sixteenth student is afoot and there’s the whole issue concerning Monokuma being inactive, which the Havoc cast believe its a remnant of Chihiro’s work at play.

The person who bites it this chapter is none other than Kyoko Kirigiri - her body found stuffed in the Monokuma Flower.

Now, by now Mukuro Ikusaba’s identity is being thoroughly discussed during the tiral and its because rather clear that her measurements line up quite well with what they know of Junko.

Ultimately, Mukuro’s true identity is revealed and the other classmates are all for voting her off for her duplicity and the hand she held in getting Kyoko killed. This would lead into the good/bad routes. Where Makoto joining in gets Mukuro executed. The good route has him talk them down from jumping the gun.

However, like last time, Mukuro takes on Kyoko’s role in getting him seemingly executed without Makoto’s evidence against it. However, like in canon, Alter Ego saves him.

Sayaka goes does to save Makoto from the trash heap, their bond fully re-established and complete.

Thus, sixth trial of this timeline holds: Makoto, Maizono, Mukuro, Leon, Sakura and Ishimaru as the surviving six. Mukuro takes Toko’s place as being the one to tell the others about the state of the outside world. Junko is the one who kills Kyoko in that weird Despair Luchador persona.

Thus, we’re at the end! Hope you enjoyed reading this! When it came to deciding who lives and dies, while I didn’t intend for the former survivors to be offed one by one, I thought to continue such a path after deciding Toko should murder Mondo.

Speaking of Mondo, and Celeste too, while I did play around with them not comitting murder or even surviving, I think their strong motivations in the official games would just make them act out anyway, even if they weren’t successful here. Especially, concerning Celeste.

I know that she is only the second one we've met, but I can't help but wonder if all Chuohku scientists are like her. ...Well, I say Chuohku, but it seems like she is no longer affiliated with them. Still, that doesn't exactly paint her in a good light. What's more, for some reason, Yorii seems to have an intense disliking for her? I wonder why..."

Zakari's Thoughts on Shizuoka Division

Kanon Hojo

"...Don't tell my parents this, but I happened to have an interaction with this woman once. It was completely by accident, though! I was killing time in Shizuoka waiting for Lucille to finish work so we could go on a date. I was doing some parkour in an abandoned building without thinking nothing of it. That was until I started hearing some classical music being played throughout the building. Curious, I started investigating the building, and found the room where the music was being played. It looked like one of those mad scientist's rooms you see in horror films. Before I could think much of it, I... I kind of zonked out for some reason."

"When I awoke, I found myself strapped to some table with this woman hovering over me wearing a lab mask and coat. She ignored me when I asked who she was or what she wanted. She just held up a scalpel and was about to go to work on me! Thankfully, my luck came into play and I managed to get loose of my bindings! I broke free and got the hell out of there as fast as I could! To this day, I still don't know how I got out of there intact. I haven't been back there since. ...But I would like to try my luck again and see if I could break free one more time..."

Reika Aichi

"My mom's friend/business partner. I've met her several times when I visit Shizuoka with my mom. She seems nice, and she's kind of pretty. My dad always tells me to beware of her, but I don't know why. He's probably just being overly cautious, as usual."

Kito Sakura

"Would you believe me if I told you that, despite me dating Lucille for over a year now, I've only met her boss just once? I guess that's kinda a given though, considering she's the leader of the Yakuza. Lucille stated she had to make a report to her once before we could go on our date. I guess she expected me to wait outside, but I walked in behind her out of curiosity. Every eye in the room settled on me, and a few of them had their weapons out before I could even blink. The leader asked who I was and Lucille revealed that she and I were dating. I don't know why, but every Yakuza member in the room seemed shocked by that, including her."

"Next thing I know, most of them are asking me how the two of us met, where did we meet, etc. Eventually, the leader silenced everyone and told me to leave until the meeting was over. I didn't want to push my luck, so I did what she said. Later, she told me that I had better not do anything to hurt Lucille or do anything to threaten her organization. Lucille told me I was lucky to get out of there with the skin of my teeth. Ha, 'lucky' she says..."

"Would you believe me if I told you I find this division more 'fun' than dangerous? I know that's probably a stupid comment to make, but it's the truth. I'd like to think facing this team could push my luck to the limits. I can't wait to face them and see for myself!"

Sakura's Thoughts on 3rd Members

Saburo Yamada 

“So then there were three.” Sakura snorts. “Unlike his two older brothers, Saburo doesn't venture out to the underworld… physically, that is. I've heard rumors that the kid is a terror cyber-wise. The kid has to be skilled to pull that off. I almost want to see this kid go against Kanon, but that would be a cruel and unusual punishment. Although from what I've heard, his personality is a real piece of work.” Sakura shrugs her shoulders. “After knowing Kanon for as long as I have, I’ve learned how to deal with geniuses with unflattering personalities. Especially considering he's more angry chihuahua than a deranged madwoman.” 

Rio Mason Busujima 

“Busujima is perhaps the only member of MAD TRIGGER CREW I can safely say I’m on friendly terms with even if he lives like a hermit in the middle of the Yokohama forests. I can respect a man who shows such loyalty as Busujima does. I actually wouldn't mind going against him once. I’ve seen him battle, and he is ruthless, but I guess the same could be said about me.” 

Dice Arisugawa 

Sakura groans at the photo of the gambler. “Fucking Arisugawa is at our gambling rings so often that I would assume he would call it home. I swear he's got one of the worst gambling addictions I have ever seen. Lucy seems to find him entertaining at least. If it weren't for the fact that those teammates of his are constantly paying back that debt of his Arisugawa would be in hot water with the Kito-gumi. How he lives the way he does, I'll never know. Although if I had a mother like he does, I'd run away and become a homeless gambling addict too.”   

Doppo Kannonzaka

“It's Kannonzaka. I met him one night when he came to Shizuoka something about his job? He had been cornered by some punk trying to rob him, and just when I was about to step in. He fucking goes off.” Sakura laughs. “He starts screaming about how he's gonna kill the punk and I swear Kannonzaka was about to fight him. The punk nearly pissed his pants in fear when I stepped in. Then he decided that it would be better to run away while he still had a chance. Smart of him. Kannonzaka snapped out of his rage and just started apologizing for inconveniencing me. I waved him off and told him not to worry about it. Hell, I even bought him a drink afterward. For a pathetic salaryman, he isn't too bad. I wonder if he’ll be open to working for the Kito-gumi. It’ll be an upgrade, at least, and I can safely say he’d be treated better than at his current job.” 

Rei Amayado 

“The moment this man steps foot in Shizuoka, he's dead. I’ve told my men should they ever see this man that they are to bring him to me. This man is the reason Kanon is the way she is now. I will make sure she has the chance to get revenge on this man even if I have to drag him to her lab by his gold chain myself.” Sakura stands from her seat and walks over to an area where a photo of Rei Amayado was placed on a target. Quickly pulling out her gun, Sakura takes aim and fires several bullets. Each one hits the center of Rei’s face with deadly accuracy. “That son of a bitch is extremely lucky that the only reason I'm not putting a bullet between his eyes is that Kanon claimed first dibs on him.” 

Hitoya Amaguni 

“Never met the guy, and here's to hoping that I never will. Why? I'm a yakuza, and he's a lawyer. Put two and two together. I already deal with that lawyer from Ueno. I’d rather not deal with another one. So I’ll keep my distance.”
