Yesterday, I caught myself
looking in the mirror
(where have all those years gone?)
And wondered how many times
I'll still be able to see myself.
Not as many as I think.
What will I look like
as a 60-year-old man?
Will I even be here?
70?
80?
And ye gads
90!
The thing is
We're so deep into the river
of time
We don't see where it's
headed
or how many bends,
eddies and rapids
we've passed through and
over.
When we do, well,
it's often too late
to change course.
Perhaps that's how it's meant
to be.
Our destiny mapped out
long before we arrived.

What if I told you there was one habit you could optimize that will make you happier and healthier that doesn’t involve complex diet plans or vigorous exercising?
Well, it exists.
But how can one habit make us not only happier, but also healthier?
It’s actually really simple, and you are always doing this habit. In fact, you spend about one third of your life doing it.
If you haven’t guessed it already, it’s sleeping.
You always spend time sleeping, but is that time optimized? Are you getting the most out of your sleep that you could be?
If you’re not, I would suggest you learn to get the most out of your sleep because otherwise you are wasting a vast amount of time.
Here is what the experts say about sleep and how to optimize it.
“Inconsistent bedtimes may disrupt one’s circadian rhythm, which may lead to weight gain and metabolic disturbances,” says Miranda Willetts, a registered dietitian and nutritionist, in an article on Healthline.com.
“When we're sleep deprived, our risk for depression increases and we're more likely to experience higher stress levels,” says another article by Lindsay Holmes on Huffpost.com.
The key takeaway here is to go to bed at as close to the same time as possible every night and to get enough sleep. Doing this will help improve health, which will also make you happier.

When you wait for something, you leave it in the future. The manifestation of something dictates that it must be required in the present moment, not in the future. God does not recognize the future, the only time is now. God doesn't work on linear time, he works on quantum time, and so if you want to manifest something.
