Summary: Kenny gets into a fight with someone who was talking bad about you behind your back.

They say there is nothing like coming home and collapsing onto the sofa after a long and tiring day. In your opinion, anyway, it's the second best thing, the first is collapsing and going into a long hug with your boyfriend, Kenny.

You were out all day hanging out with some friends and just came home a few minutes before 8. You had gone grocery shopping half an hour earlier as you wanted to make Kenny his favourite dessert, apple crumble. And you haven't really cooked much for him lately, so you also wanted it to be a surprise.

Usually, he comes home at 9 on normal days. Depending on other days, he has boxing training, to which you mostly stay at home by yourself. But you knew today he had to shoot a video, so he'll be back at the normal time.

Cleaning yourself up and prepping the dinner, you got started on making the dessert. You smile as you remember watching Kenny's Come Dine With Me video. You remember his reaction to you laughing at his cooking skills, you love him but it was horrendous.

"I probably made a better apple crumble than you." He said, pouting at your laughing figure.

You grin, shaking your head. "Oh, I definitely make a better apple crumble." You said, still recovering from laughter.

After half an hour, the dessert was prepared, you left it on the counter to cool. All that was left was the waiting game.

5 minutes, Sitting on the couch, you decided to turn on the TV, just to wait out the time.

25 minutes, looking at the clock, you sighed. Maybe they just had a long day to record.

40 minutes, scrolling through your phone, debating whether or not to call him. You didn't want to disturb him either as it might interfere with their video. You ended up not calling him.

1 hour later. At this point, you concluded that Kenny was either not coming home or is going to come home very, very late. And the food was already cold, so you wrapped it up and put it in the fridge.

You sighed, looking at the clock once more, 10:21 pm. You decided to head to bed instead, halfway up the stairs you're thinking, maybe you should've called him. Pulling out your phone, you suddenly hear the jingling of keys unlocking the front door.

Running back down the stairs, heading towards the front door, you're about to question the man you love.

"Ken, you better have an amazing explanation fo-" You cut yourself off suddenly when you saw him. He had bruises on his face and a cut on his lip, clutching his left arm as he locked the door and drops his keys on the table.

"Hey love, sorry I was late..." His voice was lower than a whisper as he glanced briefly at your shocked figure than away.

A sudden hurt hit your heart after seeing his face. Your eyes widened, and you stood in shock for a split second before you quickly came over to help him. Bringing him over to the sofa and setting him down, careful not to hurt him.

You quickly went to the bathroom and grabbed the first aid kit, and you wet a small face towel. Rushing back to Kenny, you sat down and carefully started cleaning up his face.

"Baby, what happened? How are you feeling? Are you okay? Does this hurt when I touch it? When did this happen?" Bombaring him with all the questions, he took your hands and looked into your eyes.

"Love, one question at a time, please."

"Okay," you started, taking a deep breath, "What happened?"

"How about you clean me up first actually, then I'll answer that one. My face hurts like hell." He chuckled, shaking his head and looking back at you, rolling your eyes in response with a small smile.

You took the cold cloth and cleaned up the blood scar on his lip, then moving onto the bruises, slightly pressing onto it and asking if it hurt or not, to which he flinched, obviously indicating to you, it did.

Asking if there was any pain elsewhere, you remembered him clutching his arm earlier. You asked if he could remove his jumper so you could check his arm, to which he calmly complied.

There was a huge bruise along his left arm, and you got an ice pack from the freezer and put it around his arm, wrapping it around with a bandage gauze to keep it in place. Finally, your boyfriend was all patched up.

"Okay, Kenny, you have BIG explaining to do." You waited, watching with set eyes, hoping to know why the hell he came back to you injured.

"How about we head to bed? I'm pretty tired. Long day shooting the videos, you know?" He half smiled and started to get up.

"KENNY!" You weren't having any of that. You pulled him back and sat him back down, careful not to hurt him even though you were getting annoyed. "I'm not playing around. Tell me what happened. Now."

His head hung low, and he nodded and began telling you what happened.

"Nah, nah, Niko, you're violating him." AJ doubled over with laughter, trying to recover his breath as they all were watching and listening in the van. Shooting another fake employee video and Niko was currently violating someone about their "bad breath."

"Ask him what he wants to order, then tell him to shush." Chunkz suggested giggling with the rest of the boys.

Over the phone, their conversation could be heard, "Oh yeah, what do you want to order?" "Yeah I'd like a-" "JUST SHUSH MAN."

All of the boys suddenly burst out of laughter at the tall man's actions. Time was up, and Niko returned to the van. It was Kennys turn to be a fake employee.

Walking up to the customers, the boys told him what to say to the person ordering. He did all they told him to say until this one customer tried to mess up the whole thing for Kenny.

He knew who Kenny was, and he ratted him out to the manager, the little snitch. Causing Kenny to get kicked out, and while doing so, the customer started cursing out Kenny, saying his boxing was trash and Kenny just ignored it and laughed off his insults, until the man mentioned you.

He started saying "Oh and that pathetic girlfriend of yours, she's not even pretty and that goes well with her ugly personality. Matches why she chose such an idiot person like you."

Kenny stopped dead in his tracks and turned around. Anyone who was around him could tell that he was mad, and the anger fueled swirling inside his dark eyes.

And where there's a boxer, there's a punch.

One punch led to another, and then there was a fight, the boxer and the man throwing punches at each other, causing the beta squad boys to run out, trying to stop Kenny.

"Yo Kenny, chill out, don't kill the guy!" Sharky said, holding Kenny back. Chunkz got in the middle of the two of them and told the man to back off, AJ screamed at the man to never come back, making him run away from the lot of boys.

"Calm, Ken, Calm." Niko tried soothing Kenny down after he was clearly outraged, placing one hand on his friends shoulder.

"No! This donny thinks he can talk bad about Y/N?? She's amazing, and the love of my life shall I remind you lot. I'm not letting that slide. That guy is proper mad if he thinks he can talk like that."

Kenny was fuming, still trying to break free from Niko and Sharkys grasp, but after some talk and calm words from the boys. He managed to let down his anger.

"Look, Kenny, I know you're mad and all, but you wouldn't want to return back to Y/N in pieces? If we didn't stop you, that idiot or you would've been in the hospital, bro." AJ stated, and for once, he actually tried to calm the boxer instead of trying to annoy him.

"AJ's right, bruva. Calm yeah, don't worry, we'll delete the footage. We can take you back to your house after." Chunkz said, putting a hand out on Kennys shoulder, reassuring him.

Throughout the ride back to his house, Kenny was wondering if you would have thought less of him if he didn't finish off the guy. Let him run away? Allow him to even speak about you like that in the first place? Or if you hated that he was too aggressive at times, and would it scare you off? All these questions floated in his head, worrying him even more to the second closer to his house.

When he arrived, he checked the time on his phone, 10:19 pm. He thanked the boys and exited the car, fumbling for his keys and in his mind trying to find out how to approach you.

"And that's basically it." He admitted, a straight face, but you could see in his eyes, worry and confusion to your reaction.

You were still processing what he said, and then finally set on his eyes. You could honestly feel tears start to develop in your eyes, as you stare at this beautiful man, all that he did for you? And he thought that you would be mad at him for defending you?

Honestly, sometimes you think this man lets his hits to the face, hit his brain a little too hard.

You placed both of your hands around his face and made him look up at you, as he was looking down earlier. His gaze softened, and he could read it in your eyes that all those thoughts that he was afraid of weren't true and probably weren't ever going to be true.

"Kenny," you started still having your hands on his face, "You do realise that I would never be mad at you for protecting those you love? In fact, I'm really happy that you would do such a thing for me." Your lips curled into a soft smile when you saw in his eyes the relief he felt after hearing your words.

"I would fight for you any day, love." Kenny smiled back at you and leaned in to kiss you. A soft kiss but reassuring you and mostly himself that he would always love you and fight to protect you. And he would always be by your side.

Pulling away, you laid your head on his chest, wrapping an arm around his torso, and he wrapped his around your waist. "Still, I don't like that you got hurt. But it did mean I got to take care of you for what you did." You laughed, causing Kenny to chuckle too.

"Also, I smelt something when I walked in here earlier?" He questioned, and you got up off of his chest and smiled widely.

"Apple crumble, baby." You winked and laughed as Kenny got up real quick to sit at the dining table waiting to try the apple crumble.

Right now, you wouldn't care about any other problem in the world. Everything that mattered to you was here right now, in front of you. And to give him what he deserved after what he did for you, it only seems fair for a king.

BLIND DATING

summary: u get voted out in blind dating with sharky and he immediately regrets their decision

you’d been unbelievably chosen for a beta squad video after you and your uni friends jokingly signed up for it, not believing you’d truly get chosen. you’d immediately contacted your friends about it in extremely anxiety in which you purposefully signed up to be viewed by millions of watchers on the beta squad channel.

your friends calmed you down, claiming that this experience at least would allow you to meet some of your favorite youtubers, especially your huge longtime crush and favorite, sharky.

day of the shoot you’d figured that you’d wear something simple which meant a black skims dress dupe, of course since you were a broke uni student, and a pair of simple black heels. you quickly straightened your hair and applied a good amount of makeup before setting it for a few minutes and rushing off to the set as not to be late.

when you arrived, the production team quickly gathered you with the rest of the women. it was intimidating at first, being surrounded by such beautiful women, but it wasn’t hard to make friends with the bunch.

you were a bit nervous though considering you hadn’t been showing off as much skin as the girls around you, and you knew how the minds of men worked, especially after having watched previous episodes of this specific series. you’d considered yourself average looking, despite all the girls hyping you up prior to lining up.

you’d reached the final two girls left in the blind dating sequence miraculously. sharky and the others seemed to appreciate your prior knowledge of the beta squad, being a loyal member of the NDL. although, you’d started to become nervous whether sharky and the rest of the guys would find you attractive or not. you knew it wasn’t healthy to seek the validation of these men, or any men as a matter of fact, but you couldn’t deny the increasing heart rate.

the beautiful girl next to you had been wearing booty shorts, cowboy boots, and a tied up flannel with a revealing tank top under it, and you couldn’t lie, you wouldn’t blame sharky for wanting to take a ride, but some part of you hoped he’d choose you. it was silly you realized, but you still hoped.

after being asked where you were from and discussing your favorite foods, a final question was asked.

“what’s your main priority in your life?”

you had the misfortune of going first, winging your answer by answering honestly.

“finishing uni and hopefully fulfilling my dream job of working with animals.”

it didn’t matter what the next girl said because the overwhelming fear of dogs amongst the group immediately ruled you out.

“i’m so sorry to say, but number two, you’ve been voted out. come give papi a hug, yeah?” you’d assumed he was forced to say.

you sighed both in disappointment and relief as this anxiety filled journey reached its end, but you were still extremely nervous about meeting face to face with sharky. you took a deep breath and stepped away from behind the curtain and towards him. the clacks of your heels of the floor caused sharky to finally open his previously closed eyes.

he immediately lets out an exaggerated gasp, repeating the word ‘no’ multiple times before looking anywhere but you.

“no way, man. you guys ruined it for me.. nah nah nah… oh my days she’s gorgeous.”

there were screams in sharky’s ear regarding how much he’d fumbled and how he needed to get on his knees and beg for you to give him another chance, disregarding the girl who’d just won the challenge. surprisingly, sharky has done just that, getting into his knees and placing his hands around your waist.

“please forgive me.. truly it was them, not me. just give me another chance? i’d spoil you so good baby, please?” he begged, the rest of the squad hysterically laughing at how pathetic he was being.

you thought it was a prank at first, but when you’d locked up with sharky, you simply couldn’t rest his puppy-dog stare that bore into your soul. you motioned for him to get up before taking a sharpie out of your bag and tapping his arm. hw immediately understand and desperately rolled up his sleeves. you wrote your number down, before kissing him on the cheek before whispering something in his ear and walking away, making a slick ‘call me’ motion and walking away. you were unsure where this newfound confidence came from but it only fueled you on even more as you felt sharky’s burning stare following you.

“sharky?” chunkz yelled, no response.

sharky had been left in shock and silence, just watching you walk away. only after a few moments did he come back to reality to finish off the video.

“ya the fans are truly going to clown you for this one, i can’t lie.” aj mentioned to sharky after the shoot, unable to contain his desire to tease his friend.

sharky rolled his eyes and chuckled, because all that mattered was that he got your number and could make it up to you whenever you wanted.

Summary: In which your boyfriend Niko Omilana gets visibly upset and jealous at how close you we're being with your work partner, Sharky.

also this isn't checked so excuse me if there's any common mistakes, it was rushed.

You met your boyfriend Niko through Sharky, and you couldn't be more grateful. You had immediately hit it off even though the vibe between you two wasn't the best in the beginning.

No one had thought that you, a complete different aesthetic would hit it off with someone like Niko.

Even Sharky himself could feel his blood boil everytime at the mention of you two together since he was confident that when he introduced you to the beta squad was that no one would come close to you.

It's not like you were a terrible person or anything like that. You were just your own person. A really known person who would show up on youtube to give up your own mindset about dating and how miserable it makes you. You weren't just babbling words for fame or attention, you went through a relationship that made you hate the idea of dating or falling in love.

You always promised to yourself to never date infront of millions of watchers, but of course, it was immediately changed once you had met Niko. He was a fearless individual with a strong personality and that was what drew you in.

You kept your relationship private, until Niko sneaked a kiss on your lips not knowing that there was paparazzi lingering around.

You simply didn't care and never really replied to what the media said, until it started becoming really annoying.

Of course, the internet wouldn't leave you alone, what'd you expect? So the only message that you gave to the world was simply, 'I was wrong about all the things I've said, because not every man that you meet is like the rest.'

But Sharky always felt deeply hurt after it was announced that you and Niko were officially together. It wasn't even Niko's fault, Sharky always kept these feelings locked away for the sake of your happiness with your passion of telling the world about your point of view and experience with falling in love.

If he knew that he couldn't have you now, he'll wait. Even if it was for years. Plus that didn't really stop him from flirting or observing from afar.

Niko would catch the way he looks at you, but of course you being oblivious, all you did was laugh whenever Sharky treated you extra special. You always thought it was because you've been friends way before fame hit for both of you, but you were completely wrong.

Niko would always be furious, but since he really didn't have proof for everything, he decides to keep his mouth shut.

"Today on beta squad, we're doing our very own edition of would i lie to you." Right after Chunkz makes the announcement, everyone including you start cheering in excitement.

Niko snakes an arm around your waist as he laughs in excitement and you turn to look up at him with butterflies swarming in your stomach. No matter how long the relationship you two have been together, you always felt this fuzzy feeling that always hit you and made you dizzy, the same exact warmth she had when she first met Niko.

They had thought it'd be a great idea to invite you for a video, just like how it is all the time. So you easily accepted, being really happy to be around them, especially Niko.

"On team one, on my right hand side, we have Nikolas Omilana, y/n y/l/n, and Sharky!" Niko was a little annoyed that out of all the people sharky had to be on their team, but irregardless, he was going to make sure that Sharky doesn't get too close.

"On my left hand side, we got Yung Filly, Aj shabeel, and King kenny!"

"They're all terrible liars, especially the gyall right there." Filly points at you and you just shrug, knowing that you had a tactic to work with.

"Let's start with this team first." Chunkz points at your team and Sharky was the first to start.

"You can do this." You whisper to Sharky and Niko obviously looking at you, felt his jaw tense.

He couldn't careless if this was Aj, Chunkz, Kenny, or even Filly, because he could clearly tell who liked you in a friendly way and he definitely knew Sharky liked you more than a friend.

"I got circumcised by a random Somali man." Sharky says and immediately everyone started to laugh, including you.

"Yeah, my mom knew at the age of 9." He nods with a straight face.

"So your mom let a random man touch your dick?" Niko who was supposed to be on your team, says to Sharky.

"Ay that's cheating! He's making it obvious that it is a lie." Aj points at Niko.

You nudge Niko playfully with your elbow and give him a look like you were telling him to behave and he just sends you a wholesome grin.

"Just a quick question. Any mandem over here seen his sausage? Or maybe the gyall over the–" Filly questions with a genuine hope that someone did see it, but Kenny immediately slaps the back of his neck to shut him up.

Niko's stomach turned at the statement even though it was clearly a joke, but it made him physically sick. He looks over to you, worried that it made you uncomfortable.

You on the other hand laugh it off for the sake of the video since you knew that's the humor that you had to take whenever you were filming with them, otherwise you being uncomfortable would've been seen as too dramatic among the fans. So, you just send a nod and a smile to Niko.

Chunkz agrees at Filly's question of him being circumcised and everyone let's out 'woo's' and 'ooh's' and he clarifies that it needs to be done because his religion said so for purification.

After a while the other team come into conclusion that it was false. Sharky shakes his in disapproval and shows them the side where it says true, and they all sigh and even let out yells of disapproval.

You on the other hand, wrap your arms around Sharky's shoulders as you both jumped into union and excitement.

Despite the grin on Niko's face, he was pissed. Seeing your cheeks a little flushed and your smile reaching your ears made him question himself. Do you laugh like this with him? Does he make you feel that happy?

All the thoughts swarm in his head and his stomach drops every second at the thoughts coming and he tries to push them off by focusing on it being Filly's turn.

It was currently the last round and both teams were tied. Your team decided to pick you for it since you knew how to get the other team confused. The other team picked Filly since he was the guest. If both teams tie again, you were going to keep going until one team wins.

You sigh deeply and grab your card, "I was expelled in 11th grade because my history teacher accused me of hitting her." You say with a straight face, but once you've seen Filly's face who was currently trying to hold in his laugh, you bite your lip to stiffen in your laughter.

"She's lying innit because she's laughing over there." Filly tells his teammates.

"I'm sorry, im sorry– but I can surely tell you that i am telling you the truth." You genuinely say but Aj was shaking his head as he was narrowing his eyes at you.

Kenny squints his eyes at you, "Tell us the story of what happened."

"So basically, I used to speak a lot during sessions and no matter how many times she's told me to shut up, yeah? I never did shut up and uh," You pause for second, trying to remember what had happened.

"She paused, she's thinking about how to fake the story." Kenny says and everyone yells as if they've caught the fact that you were 'faking' it.

"Ay, leave her alone. Let her continue." Sharky responds to them. Niko sends an annoyed look at Sharky, not caring if the camera caught it.

"Anyway, she was really mean for no reason and only had one way to expel me, and that is to lie. And let me just tell you something, yeah? She had to cry infront of the school administration to convince them that I did hit her. There's not much to say since the statement is direct and has no other explanation, but she hated the entire class and especially me." You explain and the opposed team starts laughing.

"Ay, she's good at waffling, but definitely a terrible liar." Aj speaks to the camera.

Niko began laughing at how your face was flushed in embarrassment, "Cold, cold. How do you feel being laughed at, baby?" He whispers in your ears but makes sure that everyone hears and rests his hand on your hips and makes sure his eyes meets Sharky who was already looking at him. You bite your bottom lip at how he presses his front against your back, forgetting for a moment that the camera was on.

"Take your hands off of her, Omilana. Not infront of the pizza shaped kid right across of you and the possibility of thousands of kids watching you." The host, Chunkz, warns Niko and he raises his hands up in surrender but sends you a glance that was far from innocent, and he tries to make sure that Sharky was looking at the entire interaction.

"Is that it?" Aj questions and you just simply nod.

"Bruva I can't lie, I have a deep feeling that she's told all of us this story before." Kenny says and you try not to wince, because you did indeed tell them before when you all hung out.

You just keep your straight face on at his statement, but inside, you could feel yourself screaming. You always took these challenges seriously.

"I'm not convinced that such teacher would do that." Filly shakes his head and you notice Aj nodding at his words. You internally beg that they would make it a lie.

They whisper to each other until Kenny grabs the stick that had lie and true, "We all think it's a lie." they come into conclusion and you could feel yourself grin.

"Alright, y/n, go ahead and reveal your answer." Chunkz announces loudly.

"It is..."

You show the side of the one that says 'true', "The truth!" You began laughing at their reaction, too lost to even notice the way Niko was looking at you.

He admired the way you were grinning from ear to ear and the way your cheeks were flushed and two strands of your hair on each side were laying on your face. What made him furious is the fact that Sharky was doing the exact same thing, admiring and taking in each feature of your face.

You pull both Niko and Sharky into a side hug as you jumped in excitement, "We could win this!" You say in joy.

"That's impossible! How could a teacher do that? Can't she get fired for that?" Aj yells, surprised.

"Maybe because she lied and she's the teacher which they would believe over the student, idiot." Kenny replies with a bland tone which erupted everyone's laugh.

"That is mad." Filly shakes his head.

You nod at Filly, "Go on."

"I once got locked in a car for two days." He states and you immediately grip Sharky's arm to contain your laughter since he was closer to you.

Niko just stares angrily at how touchy you were being this entire video. Hugging Sharky whenever you got something right or he did, constantly gripping his arms each time you wanted to laugh.

"That's impossible, ain't it?" You question.

"Just tell them the story, Filly." Chunkz says teasingly, clearly enjoying this.

"So uhm– so uh yeah. So–" He stutters.

"We caught him, we caught him!" Sharky says so loud that you laugh and shake your head.

"Let him speak you schmuck." Niko says a little aggressive, but no one picks up on it except for Sharky.

"I was around 7 and we had just got back from my first day of school and my mom took her groceries up to our house and left me in the car."

You couldn't take it seriously as you began laughing, "So you were in the car for two days? And she didn't drive you to school the next day?" You question, and everyone on your team and Chunkz let's out an 'ooooh' since you've picked up on something.

"We already know our choice. It's a lie." Sharky holds up the stick and Filly sighs.

"I'm sorry I did you both wrong, but yes, it is a lie." He says to both Kenny and Aj, disappointed.

Immediately on your left hand you felt someone pick you up for the victory, Sharky. He spinned you even though you feel a little uncomfortable about it, but you shrug it off.

Once he puts you down you turn to Niko and throw your arms around his neck and plant kisses all across his neck where camera can't see you doing this gesture. For some reason you could sense something off since you didn't feel the energy being returned. You just guessed that he was probably a little exhausted or tired.

"This confirms that this team had just won, congratulations to team one!" The host announces and the other team attacks each other and started blaming the other on why they lost.

"There's one important message that Filly and y/n have to say." Chunkz says a bit too serious.

“WINNER” pops up and y/n jumps around her best friend, Niko, showing him an L. “Ye ye, ur just lucky” he says. Niko has been her friend since childhood, he introduced her to the beta squad, and that's when y/n and Sharky just clicked, and have been dating for 3 years. “3 times in a row is not luck but sure Niko” you reply. “If you're so sure you can beat me, why don't we raise the stakes” you propose while smirking. “How do you suggest we do that?” Niko says interested. “Whoever wins the next game, gets to dare the loser to do whatever they want and you can't say no” “Okay deal” And it starts. Mario Kart was your game, so you were not worried, but somehow Niko kept getting a bullet, and…. HE WON?!? HOW?? You sit there shocked as to what has happened while Niko now mocks you the same way you did before. “I TOLD YOU ITS LUCK” He shouts still showing you an L. You shake your head and sigh “What do you want me to do you bitch?” “No need to be salty y/n, but I do have a dare for you,” He says as he grins, worrying you. “I want you to prank Sharky by ‘breaking up’ with him” “WHAT?? Your psychotic I'm not doing that” “YOU HAVE TO, THAT WAS THE BET” “YOU'RE SUCH A BITCH OMG” you say as you accept defeat. “Do it when you see him next,” Niko says, satisfied with what he's done. 

You were gonna see Sharky right after hanging out with Niko. While you did have your own apartment, you liked staying over with him most days. You rang the bell, ready to do this dumb prank and get it over with. Thoughts raced through your head, the biggest worry being ‘What if he doesn't care and is okay with it’. You shake your head, focusing on the task at hand. Sharky opens the door, smiling as he sees you “Y/n, I missed youuu” he says as he hugs you. You smile but remember what you need to do. You put your hand on his chest, pushing him slightly. “Let's sit down, we need to talk”, Sharky looks at you confused “Is everything okay y/n?” You ignore him and walk and sit on the couch, this is gonna be harder than you thought. 

Sharky sits opposite you, still confused, waiting for you to explain what's happening. “I think we should break up,” you say, trying so hard not to break character. “What.” He said shocked. “Why, what happened, did I do something?” “No no, I just think it'll be better for us, you know help us focus on our own stuff cause we already don't have enough time” you reply, making some reason up “Y/n, if this is about filming, I'll stop to spend time with you, please don't do this” His voice cracking up, as his eyes are tearing up. You want to just hug him, and tell him this is so dumb, but you decide that you need to do a bit more. “It's not you sharks, it's me. Yk with all the girls liking you, I just can't handle it” This wasn't true at all. Yeah, he did get a lot of female attention, but at the end of the day, he was your boyfriend so you didn't care. “Y/n, I will delete all my socials, everything, block every girl trying anything, just please don't leave '' He's sobbing, you couldn't take it anymore. 

You get up, and hug him “I'm not breaking you with you, I love you sharks” “What?” “I'm not breaking up with you, it's just some dumb dare Niko gave me cause of a bet,” You say, stroking Sharky’s hair, calming him down. “Omg you gave me a heart attack, I was so scared” you giggled at this, shaking your head. “I'm not leaving don't worry, I love you” You kiss his head while cuddling him. “I love you too y/n, but dont pull dumb shit like this on me again” “I won't, I won't” you reply “Also Niko is getting a beating the next time we meet” “Let me help you” Both of you giggle before cuddling on the couch and falling asleep.

While sobbing, you show him your phone.

"Love, stay calm. It's going to go well, don't worry."

Today was very important to you, you had to make a good impression, especially because you were going to meet Kenny's family. It was a big family too, he has 13 siblings, but he did mention that some of them can't make it so it might be less.

Here he was, trying to calm you down before you arrived at his family house. Currently, you were both in his car. You were trying to stop Kenny from talking because every word he says makes you even more nervous about the upcoming event.

"Y/N don't-"

"Kenny, stop. Don't speak. I'm trying to calm myself." You say, taking deep breaths. You aren't usually very nervous, but today it seems like it can't be helped.

He just nods and takes hold of your hand and kisses your knuckles. Giving you a small smile as it seemed to have worked at making you panic less.

He pulled up into the driveway of the house and parked there. Finally turning to look at you, his eyes have excitement bursting all over inside of them.

"Ok, Ken, I'm going to introduce myself, and wait -" you look up, trying to remember what you were supposed to do next. You groan and cover your face with your hands.

How were you supposed to make a good first impression if you can't even remember a simple introduction?

Then you heard laughter, you peeled your hands from your face and peered at Kenny, who was just laughing away at you. You rolled your eyes, of course he found your stress funny.

He apologized in between his laughter, and when he finally calmed down, he placed a hand over your cheek and rubbed his thumb over it.

"You really don't have to worry. They'll love you. I know they will. So don't stress, ok?" He reached over to plant a small kiss on your lips.

He pulled away, grinning, causing you to do the same. His smile is always so contagious. It did calm your worries even for a bit.

And you can't help but just admire him, like how could you be worried if it's this man. If he acts, how he is today surely his family can't be worse.

"Look, even if they don't know what to think of you at first, I'll show them why they should love you because I love you."

"Just be yourself and also be respectful too they are my family, after all." He puts on that classic smile he always gives you when trying to give encouragement.

"You won't mess this up. Believe me, Y/N."

"You promise?"

"I promise."

And with that, you're feeling a little more courageous than before, and some worry in your mind starts to dwindle away.

He gets out of the car and opens your door for you and leads you to the front door.

Before Kenny even gets his keys to open the door, it flies open revealing a taller man.

You recognised him as Daley, Kenny's older brother, and his boxing coach. His face was stern looking directly at Kenny and then to you.

You won't lie. You were very intimidated right now. You've seen him look serious before, but that was the videos you've seen of him training Kenny, but this, this was scary.

"So," He started, still looking down at you, "You're the one who makes my little brother all giggly? And causing him to be distracted during training?"

What were you meant to say? Words were clearly not forming in your mouth or mind as you tried to speak when he suddenly burst out in laughter.

Highly confused, you turn to Kenny, who was there shaking his head with a small smirk on his face, like he knew what was going on.

"I'm just messing with you. Sorry, your reaction was absolutely hilarious." Daley says as he puts a hand on your shoulder. He now has a genuine smile on his face.

"Welcome to the family."

"Thank you." You smile back, your fears calming down. Kenny takes a hold of your hand and squeezes it slightly as you both walk into the house, Daley holding the door open for both of you.

The house was actually quite big, well it makes sense for a big family and you smile at the thought of being a part of this family. That is, if they welcome you.

Daley said that he was going to tell his parents that both of you are here now and the rest of his siblings, well the ones available at home.

Out of the corner of your eyes, you saw a figure hiding behind the door, someone peaked out and looked at you for a split second before running up to Kenny, giving him a half hug, causing Kenny to chuckle.

The young boy then glanced up at you, and you smiled. You really hoped this sibling, wouldn't dislike you right away.

"This is my younger brother, Wisdom." Kenny said, looking down at him and motioning him to say something to you.

"Hi Wisdom, I'm Y/N." You bend down a bit, and put a hand out for him to shake.

He looks at your hand and back at you and then instead of accepting your hand, he jumps into your arms and gives you a hug. You were surprised but chuckle and hug him back.

"Kenny's told me a lot about you," Wisdom started saying, as he pulled away from the hug.

"Oh really?" You raise an eyebrow at that, and look up at Kenny who scratches the back of his neck, looking away, a small blush on his face.

"What can I say? I love everything about you." He admits, shrugging with a small smile forming on his face.

Wisdom nods, turning to you, "He said you're super nice, funny ... more stuff I just forgot." You laugh at his honesty, it was adorable.

You chatted a bit more with wisdom while Kenny was quietly watching the interaction before him.

In Kenny's eyes, seeing you get along so well with his siblings warmed his heart. The fluttering feeling you get when you first fall in love, yeah, he's falling in love with you all over again.

He loved his family so much, but you.

You were special in his heart, and he loved you.

Nothing would make him happier knowing that his family would love you too.

He knows he wants to stay with you forever.

Kenny is snapped out of his thoughts when someone else comes walking into the room, a woman. You guessed it was his mother, and so you stood up when she came towards you all.

"Good afternoon, you must be Y/N, Kenny's girlfriend. It's so great to finally meet you." His mother pulls you into a hug, smiling and mouths to Kenny, "this is the one."

"I know," Kenny grins proudly, but then asks, "How'd you know, though?

"Please. I'm a mother, and I can tell who's gonna be a good fit for my son. And this young lady right here. She's perfect. You chose a good one."

Your heart melts a little inside to the kind words his mother just said. Are all his family members so sweet? No wonder Kenny's like how he is now.

"Come to the patio, meet the rest of the family." His mother motioned to follow her and you all did.

Their patio was huge, with a roof covering over it and a wooden railing surrounding it and a small gate leading to the back garden.

You saw the rest of the family there and greeted them all, with smiles and hugs.

But Kenny's father was a bit sceptical of you, suspicious of you so he did a quick quiz on you to see how well you really know Kenny.

"How old is Kenny?"

"26."

"How tall is he exactly?

"6 foot."

"Hmm, alright, I ran out of questions. Do you have any?" Kennys father turns to his wife as he thinks of more questions to ask you.

“Enough with the questions. Just give her a chance.” His wife responds, rolling her eyes.

"Wait, I have one more," his father says and turns to you with a sharp gaze.

"Do you love my son?"

Without hesitating, you answered, "I love him with all my heart. I've never loved anyone as much as I do with Kenny."

Both his parents nodded and some of the kids did too, and Kenny's father looked at his wife and it was almost like they had a conversation with their eyes. And both smiled, looking back at you.

"Alright. Welcome to the family Y/N." The father said, walking up to you to give you yet another Ojuederie hug.

If you were looking at Kenny, the absolute pride on his face was showing, the genuine smile, and obviously the small redness that blushed in his cheeks.

He's been a few relationships before, but nothing compared to you. He was so glad he met you and that his family loved you. Nothing made him happier.

The food was served, and everyone was eating, and you were having good conversations with the family. More specifically, Kenny's parents exposing him on his childhood, despite Kenny's pleas.

"Kenny always used to pee his pants when unexpected people came to visit." His mother said with a small laugh.

"MOM-"

Everyone, including you, started to laugh as Kenny sat there in embarrassment. The father also silently giggling in the background.

You half hugged Kenny as an apology for laughing but he still had a pout on his face.

Daley then took out his phone and told you all to smile for the camera as he took a picture of this wonderful moment.

"So what do you think of her?" Kenny asked his family, holding your hand under the table and rubbing small circles on it with his thumb.

His father then chuckled and said, "I think I like her more than you." Wisdom and Daley laughed, and the mother just shook her head, smiling.

"So you'd like to be Mrs. Ojuederie one day?" His mother asks, everyone else awaiting your answer as your eyes widen and your cheeks burn.

"That can be arranged." Kenny turns to you and winks, leaving you a blushing mess.

You slammed the door of your apartment with a low and annoyed groan.

You were wet, freezing, hungry and tired.

With shaking hands and a quivering lip you untied your shoelaces, you didn’t know if you were cold or on the verge of a breakdown.

You dragged your feet from the hallway to the living room couch, not even bothering to take off your soaking wet jeans and socks. 

Another groan left your lips, this time it was more genuine and sad. You curled up on the couch, hugging your knees and screwing your eyes shut, remembering how terribly your day went.

After taking your first set of mock exams this morning, you realized how much you don’t know. And despite all your efforts and sleepless nights of studying, you felt like giving up hope to achieve those high grades you so desired. 

You were just about to rethink how you got caught in a storm with your broken bag and torn umbrella, when you felt your phone buzz. 

You took it out of your back pocket. It was cold and damp, with drops of water smeared on the screen. How was it even working?

You looked at your messages seeing “Sharks ❤️” on the screen. Usually you’d smile, but today it was if you had no energy to do so. Before you could reply, your phone lit up and began vibrating. He was calling you.

“Fuck,” you whispered. After a quick practice of your fake happy voice you answered the call.

“Heeeyy,” you tried to sound as bubbly as you could.

“Hey baby, howd the mocks go?”

You stayed silent.

“I saw you haven’t been online since this morning. You alright?”

“Oh, yeah, yeah I was just,” your eyes darted around as you tried to make up an excuse.

“Just what?”  

“Just…needed to get something done and didn’t have the chance to pick my phone up.” 

“You have any plans for the weekends?”

“Studying. My second set of mocks is on Tuesday.”

“Oh, right.” He sounded a little disappointed “Well I hope everything’s alright. If you feel like it, maybe we can go out tomorrow?”

You let out a sigh. It was more of a breathe than a sigh really, but Sharky misunderstood the tone of your breath and took it in as annoyed.

“Or- Well we don’t have to. I was just making a suggestion…haven’t seen you in ages.” 

You frowned without replying.

After a few seconds of silence you finally said “Could you…come over?” You even sat up, shocked by your spontaneous suggestion.

“…Really?” 

You hummed.

“I-I mean yeah of course I’d love to.”

“It’s late.” You said as if reminding him.

“So? It’s not like I wake up early or I have somewhere to be.”

“Then I’m waiting.” You laid back down.

Half an hour went by and you didn’t even notice. You were so burnt out that you couldn’t even find the motivation to look at least a little presentable for your boyfriend’s arrival. Realization only hit once there was a timid knock on the door.

You cursed under your breathe and got up, walking over to the door, unlocking it.

“You okay, baby?” Was the first thing Sharky said.

“Wha-Do I not look okay?” You got a little irritated by his question.

“N-no I was just asking.”

There was a second of silence. You had a mad look on your face and Sharky could tell something was up.

“Can I maybe come in?” 

You stepped aside with a quiet ‘sorry’.

“You want anything?” You asked.

“Just you.” He smirked as he hung his coat. You rolled your eyes.

“Jeez what’s wrong?” He furrowed his eyebrows.

“Nothings wrong!” You exclaimed, a little louder than you intended to.

He stared with disbelief. He didn’t say a word.

“What?” You leaned forward, feeling stupid under his gaze, which made you even more mad.

“Wha- Okay, is there anything you want to tell me?” He avoided the question that previously got a surprising reaction out of you.

“No?” You replied bitterly.

“Should I go? I don’t really feel welcomed right now.”

“Maybe you should.” You sighed. You didn’t mean that. You really didn’t.

Sharky’s face dropped. He knew he asked the question, but he didn’t think that he would hear what he heard.

“Are you for real?” He raised his eyebrows.

You shrugged.

He scoffed and laughed, looking up and shaking his head “Unbelievable.”

You observed, leaning on the wall with your shoulder and your arms crossed.

“Un-fucking-believeable.”

You swallowed the lump in your throat. You didn’t know if you could handle a fight right now.

“You are so,” he paused, trying to think of the right words “So… annoying.”

“What?” 

“Look, I know you probably had a hard day yeah? And whatever the fuck happened, happened. But if you ask me to come over you should at least tell me! Why am I always here to support you, yet I still get treated like shit most of the time.”

“Sharky I-”

“No you know what,” he raised his hands up “You have a problem. Like some serious issues.”

Your heart dropped. Never in your life have you ever heard Sharky talk to you or to anyone like this. He was pissed. Something you didn’t know Sharky was capable of.

“How the fuck do you expect me to help you through a hard time when you don’t tell me shit?” He whispered.

“I-”

“And when do I finally get the feeling of fulfillment that the relationship I’m in isn’t one-sided? Why are you so abnormally cold all the time? I spend so much time, so much effort to make you feel good, to make you feel loved. Will I ever get that? Will I ever experience that feeling from you? From fucking anyone?”

You opened your mouth to say something, but tears filled your eyes and your throat tightened.

“Oh and you’re gonna cry?” He laughed “YOU!?”

You sniffed and quickly wiped your eyes.

“Great. Amazing. Just great. You know what? I will leave. And I’ll leave leave cause I’m tired. Tired of wasting my energy on you.”

“I didn’t know I was such a burden,” you said in a raspy voice “Didn’t know it took that much effort to love me.”

“Yeah. It fucking does.” He grabbed his coat.

“Fuck you.” The sentence came out more like a question, rather than a confident statement.

“Yeah.” He looked at you with the saddest eyes. The most heart wrenching eyes. Eyes that spoke more than his mean words.

“Sharky, I’m sorry.” You said as if your instincts kicked in and your brain suddenly started working.

“Save it. I dont care how sorry you are. Bye. Have a nice life. And good luck tryna find someone who’ll deal with your bullshit the way I did.” He turned around and slammed the door.

You bit your thumb, sliding down against the wall to the floor.

You weren’t crying or sobbing.

In fact you didn’t make a single noise.

You just stayed there.

A/N: this is so badly written and it's kind of cringe (I'm serious). so it's not on me if you don't like this. + there might be grammar mistakes because I wrote this while i was half asleep.

You silently groan when you hear your phone ringing during your sleep. Your hand lazily searches for the phone on the nightstand right next to your bed, sighing when you check the time. 5:27 am.

Checking who was calling, you could feel yourself becoming furious that he would call at such timing. You respond and bring the phone to your ears.

"This better be an emergency Chunkz or I swear-" You yawn and rest your head on your pillow.

"It is an emergency. Well not really- we just need you to come over here today." He sounded like he just woke up aswell, which gets you confused.

"Why the hell are you awake at 5 am?" You narrow your eyes, even though he couldn't see you.

"I was just praying, but now I'm getting back to bed. So is it a yes or no?"

"Huh? A yes or no about what?" You internally cringe at the fact that you forgot what he had told you.

"We need you coming today to the beta squad house, I'll send you the details for today's video. We need an immediate response because we need a guest today. If it helps, the majority of the fans want you and so do we." You chuckle weakly at his last statement which makes you smile so wide even though your eyes were closed.

"You guys are filming on a Sunday? Also why they hell are you asking me so late you could've told me yesterday when we hung out-"

"Stop with the lecturing. So, yes or no? To be fair we missed you." You hear the smile in his voice and you turn on the lamp shade next to you.

Even though you've seen all of them yesterday, you could feel the same. Spending a minute with them would always make your entire day.

"Yes, yes. I would be delighted to see you guys today." You grin widely, and even though he couldn't see you, You could tell that he knows that you felt really pleased to be around them.

"Alright then. See you later, y/n." You hear the genuine smile in his tone and you giggle silently when the line ends.

"I've got everything ready." You nod at chunkz's plans for the shoot as you tuck in a hair strand behind your ear.

Since the audience really loved your presence surprisingly and how you really bring the members together even much more, they had decided to go with making a mafia video with you.

"Tell me what your costume is." He asks.

"Im not telling you anything about my costume. All that you need to know is that you had to let me get up early to go get one." You respond with a bland tone.

"Alright, I gotta start moving now. I'll call you when I'm almost there." You hear a hum at the other side of the phone and close the call.

You place a hand over the speaker and send a signal to the driver, "Make a turn!"

"Anyway, I'm already outside." You cheekily smile when you see Chunkz standing outside with the phone to his ear.

You don't waste a second and immediately open the door and hold the bag that had the costume between your index finger and the middle and you run towards him, immediately engulfing him in a hug. He responds with giving you a tight hug and you hear him chuckle at your excitement.

Chunkz was the friend that everyone had since middle school, and seeing him grow up and have a successful life always made you feel like the proudest person alive. It was as if whenever he's successful at something, it feels like you had won something aswell. His success was also your success.

"Everyone's waiting for you inside. Wait let me see-" He tries to take the bag from you and you immediately tut in disappointment and move the bag away from him.

"Only hint that you get is its in the game itself." Chunkz furrows his eyebrows in confusion since your sentence barely had any context.

"Wait what are you?" You take a look at his costume, really confused.

"I'm the prince of Saudi Arabia." Your mouth is slightly hung agape at the accent, a little thrown off by it since you didn't see it coming.

You chuckle and shake your head, "Come on, let's not waste anymore time if you're desperate to see my costume!" You skip towards the already open door and you hear him chuckle at you.

"The guest is here!" Aj points towards your direction and immediately everyone's face brightened and so does yours.

Sharky, Kenny, and Aj surround you and they crush you to death with a really big hug and you easily accepts with a wide grin.

"Be careful. You guys are crushing the poor gyall." Chunkz remarks from behind and you chuckle.

"I'm more than happy to be crushed by my absolute favorite people." You mumble against them and they finally disconnect.

"What's your costume?"

"I bet it's creative, she always goes big in challenges-"

"Let us see!"

Your eyes widen at all the questions and statements that came all at once, "–Woah, woah, woah. I'll wear it and then you guys will see." You observes each one of their costumes with a proud smile.

"Those are really great costumes." You shrug proudly. They all smile at each other like they were proud of what they've done.

"Ay, Aj– should've went with a pizza costume. Or a triangle. Fits more in your theme instead of a sheep." His wide smile immediately falls and you hear everyone laugh at your joke, your heart beating in excitement whenever you heard them all laugh.

The laughter dies down and a thought had just hit you, "Wait where's Niko?" Just then, a tall figure appeared.

Your mouth drops in shock as you place your hand above your mouth to contain your laughter "He looks ridiculous." Kenny says as he shakes his head.

Niko being tall mixed with him wearing a shark that was supposedly eating him was absolutely hilarious to everyone. You figured it was like a 'sharky' joke since Niko would do something like that.

"This guy needs to switch costumes with Kenny since big foot suits him more." Aj remarks. Chunkz's laughing was activated and everyone's laughs was heard.

"I don't think he needs a costume for that if he's going for big foot. He's already one." Those words easily flew out of your mouth and you look at Aj who was now laughing like there was no tomorrow.

"You're laughing a little too hard there. Mind I remind you that you're face is the shape of a literal triangle?" Niko blandly replies. Aj nudges him aggressively and he let's out a small 'ow'. Despite his height, Aj was strong.

"Hey, Niko!" You greet him with a smile expecting a hug like how the rest gave you a hug aswell. But deep down inside, you knew he'd never give you one. Just like how he ignores your presence whenever you hung out with them.

He just sends you a nod and a cold look at you which makes your smile immediately drop. He could never greet you like a person, could he?

You clench my jaw and you realize the rest of the members awkwardly shifting side to side.

"Alright then. Can someone show me where I could change?" Sharky nods as he leads you.

You finally put your mafia outfit on, excited to see everyone's reaction. You thought it would be kind of ironic when the name itself is mafia and you would be wearing the costume of a mafia.

You stare at yourself in the mirror and observe vourself with a small smile. The outfit consisted of a tight white long sleeves buttoned shirt that had a tie that was hung around the collar of your shirt and a black vest. On the bottom, a tight black skirt was hung around your hips and ended right on your thigh, accompanied with some very long boots.

For some fun, you had a fake gun that hung on the side of your skirt. This was going to be fun.

When you walk where they were going to film you hear a few sets of, woos and aye which makes you smile.

"Im not gonna lie, she's leng." Chunkz remarks and everyone laughs at his comment.

"What is she even supposed to be?" Niko says and there's a slight rudely manner in his tone. He was shifting uncomfortably from side to side all of a sudden as they all awaited for your response. Despite the way his manners were, for some reason you could pinpoint darkness in his gaze and the way he studies each part of your costume.

You could feel your face heating up and turning red and you thank god that you had some blush on. "I kind of thought it'd be ironic if I wore like a mafia costume." You shrug and walk over to them. Niko stays silent, tightening his jaw as his eyes rake over your body.

"That's real creative. Alright let's go film the introduction and then start with the real stuff." Chunkz says.

You finally filmed the introduction to the video where everyone introduces their outfits and now you were about to start the game.

You were the last one to walk in the house and the only seat available was annoyingly next to Niko. You roll your eyes and sit down as the crew gets ready to start filming.

"Someone switch seats with me." You hear Niko huff, annoyed that he had to sit next to you. You could slightly feel a pang in your heart but you chose to ignore it, still keeping on a stern face while looking straight ahead of you and not react to him like you were bothered by his comment.

But truth to be told, you were very much bothered. For some reason, You and Niko never really got along. In the very beginning you always thought he was joking since he was known for his ways with other people, obviously in a joking matter.

But the both of you never had a normal interaction, and you never really talked except when filming. He'd throw a hateful comment towards you which you would laugh it off for the sake of the video, but sometimes it did irritate you.

Especially because you never really got to know him or for him to get to know you. So what made him have the right to send hateful 'jokes' when you weren't even friends with him?

You'd accept the jokes if it was from Chunkz, Aj, Sharky or even Kenny, because you knew they'd never mean it. Apart from Niko, you never knew what was going on inside his brain. So you'd get a little silent whenever the comments from him come up and just give forced laughs throughout the entire video.

But in secret, you really did like Niko for some reason. You'd never admit it out aloud, but in your eyes he was the most attractive guy from all of them and his humor was the thing that drew you to him.

"Ay, stay a little mature for the video you big foot." Aj points at him and you laugh and so does the rest, not bothering to look at Niko.

You breathe in heavily because from the corner of your eye, you could feel Niko's gaze on you.

"And now, we're rolling!" We hear the crew behind the camera inform everyone.

"You see this girl on my left? Can you people believe that this is her first time playing mafia?"You furrow your eyebrows at Chunkz's words.

"Unless you meant Kenny I think im on your right." You tilt your head, confused.

Kenny and Aj get up to contain their laughter, disappointed in Chunkz and Chunkz smiles in embarrassment.

"I need you to cut that out. Cut that out." Chunkz demands.

You hear Niko's laugh and for some reason, your heart flutters and you swallow heavily. You turn to look at him and his white pearly teeth is on display and his eyes are slightly shut.

You could feel your face heating up and you turn around since you couldn't control the smile that was fighting to appear.

"This idiot next to me has the highest iq out of all of us and he cant even differentiate between his left and right." You shake your head in disappointment.

"Right, that's horror." Niko says in agreement and whenever you got him on your side with something, you'd always feel something in the pit of your stomach. It was a feeling you've never felt with someone before.

"Alright, alright. Settle down." Chunkz says.

"Ready everyone?" Kenny asks and everyone hums in agreement.

Each one of you takes a card and you could see everyone taking a glance at theirs and you try to read their expression. You could see a small smirk in Niko's face which brings you to figure that he might be one of the Mafia's. But Niko being Niko, makes it not convincing that he's one of the mafias. Maybe he just wanted to throw someone off.

You look down at your card and you felt your breath catch.

Mafia.

You could feel excitement running through your veins, but you were also a little nervous because you were terrible at lying and they knew that.

"Alright, everyone close your eyes." Chunkz announces and everyone complies.

"Mafias, open your eyes." You open your eyes and try to see who's your partner. Chunkz, Kenny, Sharky, and Aj being on your left with their eyes closed throws you off. Which meant only one thing.

You turn to look at Niko who's eyes was already on you, his hooded eyes studying your every move and you feel your breath hitch at the closeness.

He raises his eyebrows at you and a small smile appears on his face. You acknowledge him with a small nod and a smile aswell. What makes your smile drop is that the eye contact somehow held some tension and you swallow slightly at the way his eyes are studying every feature of yours and you couldn't seem to break the eye contact. Something in his eyes just made the eye contact so hypnotizing.

"Mafias, close your eyes." You immediately turn around and shut your eyes but careful not to make any noises.

"Open your eyes." Right after everyone opens their eyes' each one of everyone was throwing accusations at the other like, "I felt Aj's ant sized eyes open!", "Kenny's muscle tensed. I felt it.", "I heard chunkz's outfit move.", but you were too focused on the eye contact that had just happened. It never happens and the longest eye contact that had probably happened between you both was only 3 seconds. You could feel every part of your body heating up and your palms began sweating–

"Ay, ay, ay. y/n is too quiet. It's definitely her." You raise your eyebrows at Aj once he interrupts your thoughts.

"Shut up dwarf. You smiled once we all opened our eyes. I'd be careful with accusing the rest when i have something to hold against you." You throw back, and you weren't even lying because you actually saw Aj slightly smile.

"I'm on y/n's side. Aj tries to throw accusations at the rest to take attention off of him." Sharky nods at you and you cross your arms, proud of yourself.

"Ay that is not fair! You know what? Im calling it, its Sharky and y/n!" Aj yells at Sharky.

"I kind of agree with Aj. y/n seems a little suspicious. I mean you guys need to look at her costume shes literally the mafia." Niko says and Aj immediately nods.

Your mouth opens wide at the betrayal and you turn around to look at Niko, but everyone seems to take it as an expression of a civilian and not an expression of a Mafia getting betrayed by her partner, "What does that have to do with the game? I could calmly say that I am not mafia."

Everyone seems to buy it because you're never really a good liar at any games and the fact that this is your first time playing mafia.

In response, Niko raises his eyebrows, amused at how well you managed to lie.

"We need to take this seriously, y/n seems safe for now." Kenny refuses at the accusations that was being thrown right at you.

You turn to look at Niko, giving him a pointed stare and he just gives you a blank stare that fumes you.

"Im smelling vibes right there." Chunkz nods at Niko.

"Agreed." You nod in agreement.

"Notice how Chunkz and y/n never once accused the other? It's definitely both Chunkz and y/n." Niko remarks calmly which makes you worried that you'd get voted out within the first round, and Niko's sentence seemed so believable.

"It is so y/nnnnnnn y/l/nnn-" Niko claps both of his hands together like he figured it out but Kenny cuts him off.

"We all know y/n is a terrible liar and she could never look into our eyes and lie." Kenny disagrees.

You have no idea. You thought.

You suddenly realize this was Niko's way of making it believe that you weren't 'mafia'. He was stretching the situation and he knew someone would defend you since they all knew you could never lie. Him overdoing it would just take attention off of you.

You turn to look at Niko and his eyes were already on you and you spot a small smile on his face and you try to fight yourself from laughing.

"They're idiots." He mouths to you and makes sure the camera sees the moment since he wanted this entire thing in the comment section how everyone missed the fact that he insulted them. You nod in agreement, a wide grin forming on your face.

All of them seem to take Kenny's sentence into consideration and the silence was interrupted by sharky, "True, true, true." Sharky says and he squints at Aj.

"Why you looking at me?!" Aj yells defensively.

"I'm voting for you." Sharky says as he drinks from the water bottle right next to him.

Aj jumps on Sharky and starts 'beating' him up and Kenny places one of his hands on the side of his forehead and a small smile was on his face despite of making the expression of a disappointed person.

"You know when a feather lands on you and feel nothing? Yeah? That's exactly how I feel right– wait ow, ow, ow–"

"Yeah what were you saying? Alright then, I'm voting for you Sharmarke!" Aj points at him and then he gets off of him.

"Ooo, full name aswell." Kenny remarks.

"Ay that's not fair! He has no reasoning!" Sharky talks to the camera.

"Looks like I'm voting for Aj. Get his pizza face out of here." Kenny comments and Aj looks at the camera.

"I still have my eyes on y/n to be honest, looks like I'll vote for her." Chunkz raises his hands up in surrender.

You wanted to save yourself in any chance so they don't put their suspect on you in the next round because you already knew Aj was going to be out this round.

So thats exactly what you did.

You turn to look at Chunkz and his eyes meet yours, "I promise you, im civilian." You look into Chunkz's eyes and you try not to blink, something you do whenever you lie.

"Nevermind then. I take my words back. I'm voting for Aj aswell. I know my gyal right here would never lie to me." He places his arm around you and you make sure that they weren't looking at you when a wide grin forms on your face.

Your heart was thumping so hard you could practically feel yourself almost vomiting. Lying always made you feel sick. You almost felt like you were about to out yourself to them.

But then, you feel a large hand brushing yours slightly, like it was inviting you into holding his hands. It was as if he read your mind. Your hands twitch into his, your hand intertwining with his large hand. He places both of your hands in a spot where the camera doesn't catch on the gesture.

Thump, thump, thump. That was all you heard in your ears. You have never held hands with Niko or even touched him in anyway. You never greeted each other which made it weird to you, you could practically feel your body heating up.

While you were too busy looking at Aj who was trying to change anyone's point of view on why he isn't the mafia, Niko was too focused on your facial features and reading your expression.

"Don't take it personally Aj, but you need to get out of here." Everyone nods at your words and Aj looks at the camera.

"See people, this is what I go through whenever im around them."

"Yeah not like my votes going to matter either way, but bye-bye Aj." Niko waves at him.

"See! I told you. You guys are a bunch of idiots im 100% sure it's y/n!" Aj points at you.

Everyone's disappointed yells was heard when Aj reveals that he was a civilian and you turn to look at the camera with a slight smirk.

"Get out of here man." Kenny says as he gestures with his hands for him to leave.

"It's Niko and Sharky! It's Niko and Sharky I'm telling you!" Chunkz tells the rest and the camera.

Before Aj leaves, you send him a small smile and raise your eyebrows like a small indicator that you were indeed mafia and you could see his smile drop and looking at you with betrayal. It was as if he wanted to vote you out and he wasn't actually suspecting you, but now that you sent him a look, it was all the proof that he needed.

"Wallahi I knew it." You hear him mumble and you only hear it and so does the camera that was zooming in your interaction with Aj.

Sharky was voted out eventually in the previous round because of how he was silent the entire time which thankfully put you in the safe zone, but everyone started suspecting Niko.

You bite your nails, anxious that you'll lose and be alone if Niko does go out this round.

It was time to vote and Niko shrugs and says, "I'm going for Kenny. y/n's terrible at lying and shes short. And chunkz is just the second mafia." Niko looked proud of his insult and you roll your eyes and they all laugh.

Kenny shakes his head and laughs, "I'm putting my vote on Niko. I could just tell that it's him." Kenny says and you look over at chunkz to see his expression whether he agrees or not.

If Chunkz agrees, you also had to aswell. But you had to agree way before Chunkz speaks so they don't put their suspicion on you for your delayed response. You could see Chunkz slightly nod but no one catches it. Bingo.

"Yeah same aswell. What do you say, Chunkz?”

Niko calmly shrugs, "If you want to vote me out, vote me out. But you are voting the wrong person out." You turn to look at him and you catch a slightly pissed look that he sends you.

You try not to laugh and mouth 'trust me' to him and his clenched jaw seems to relax.

"Right here? You know what that says? NDL. You know what that means? Niko don't lie."

"Shush, nobody cares." Chunkz replies and both kenny and you immediately laugh.

"It also could stand as Niko does lie. You fucking idiot." Kenny says.

"Yeah, fuck it. I'm voting for Niko aswell just for that stupid statement." It was declared that your partner was voted out. You really wanted to win this.

You look around the sky and hum while everyone waits for Niko to get out of the tank. When your gaze falls on him, you were met with a drenched Niko. Your breath was stolen at the sight, your lips slightly parted.

The way little water droplets fall from his slightly curly hair and onto his face and his NDL shirt was hugging his body from the effect of being dunked into the water made you go crazy. Why did he have to be so attractive?

"Stop staring y/n. Niko, show us your card." Chunkz nudges me playfully and you look away, embarrassed that you had been caught but also thankful that no one heard the first statement except you.

"Show us your card, Omilana!" Kenny yells.

He pinches his nose in disappointment, pretending that he was a civilian.

"You know that we lost right–" He pulls the card out and began laughing as he shows it to us. You act surprised and you hug Chunkz, 'happy' that you both caught one of the mafias as the both of you jump in sync.

"The impossible happened! We got Niko out as mafia!" Kenny says.

When you and Chunkz disconnect from the hug, you give each other the look once Kenny speaks. This was going to be fun.

After a lot of discussing for who it could be, Kenny suspects that its you and chunkz and you have your suspect on Kenny.

"I could tell that it's Kenny. From the beginning hes been trying to get on my side by defending me, so later on when he votes out his partner Niko, it doesn't seem suspicious. And then-"

"Yeah, yeah-" Chunkz says in agreement.

"And then Niko tried to do the same tactic aswell by voting his partner off, so then it would show that Niko would never do this to his partner? So then Kenny wins the entire game!"

"y/n you're onto something." Chunkz points at you as he gets comfortable in the couch.

"Are we forgetting that y/n's an actress?" Kenny questions, and the clear innocent tone stung you in the heart.

"Use your mind, she's also a terrible liar and I knew her since middle school. I'm voting for you wallahi."

You nod in agreement. "I'm voting for him aswell." You try not to break into laughter the entire time, making sure your face is serious and stern. You might've been a terrible liar, but being an actress really helps the situation.

"Now let's go get Kenny wet! I like to see him wet." Chunkz says enthusiastically and you place both of your hands in embarrassment. Behind the set, the camera crew were all laughing.

Niko, Aj, and sharky just came down so they don't really know who was voted out, and you could clearly see that Niko's eyes was searching mine for an answer. But you try to stay stern as possible as we leave the set and go to the tank, seeing Kenny getting ready to get in the tank. The three of them had to stay inside since the camera crew requested them to stay until it was declared who won.

"You're very dumb, Chunkz. You'll see that its y/n." Kenny shakes his head as he waits for someone to press the button that leads for him to get dunked.

"Yeah well, Niko said the same thing. Yall are on my innocent gyall today. So nobody cares what you have to say." Right after what Chunkz said, he immediately pushes the button and Kenny falls into the water.

"Show us your card Kenny!" You yell and Chunkz's innocent smile as he waits for Kenny to get out of the water breaks your heart, but regardless, you felt proud that you had managed to lie.

Kenny shakes his head, disappointed at Chunkz. He holds up his card and you grin so widely your lips started to hurt. Chunkz looked shock, from the way his lips turned into an 'O'.

"We won?" You hear Niko from behind you, and you see Aj and Sharky following aswell.

You pull your card out to show it to both Chunkz and Kenny and you started laughing so hard that you almost fell.

"She tricked all of us! She's evil! This game is evil!" Aj points at you and Chunkz still looked baffled.

"I don't know how I managed to lie! But I did it!" You talk to the camera with the widest grin ever.

You feel a pair of hands that rested on your waist, hugging you from behind in victory which resulted to you feeling butterflies at the sudden contact. He turns you around and places his hands around your waist once again, everyone still shocked at how you managed to lie.

"I can't believe it! She actually won!" When he disconnects the hug, he places both of his hands on his face and began to talk to the camera about how shocked and how proud he was.

You could feel your heart rate raising by the second at how happy he looked and how genuine he was about your win, and you could feel your lips twitch into a smile by just observing from afar.

A hand reaches the side of your shoulder to pull you into a side hug, "I actually still can't believe it. Never trusting you again." You flinch a little at Chunkz talking when he was silent this entire time.

"I can't believe it either." Your eyes are still on Niko who was still talking to the camera.

"You've got a little crush on my brother Niko, eh?" He teases you with a whisper and you roll your eyes playfully.

"Never in a million years." You give him a pointed stare as everyone walks to the camera to do the outro.

"And if there was one thing that you had to stay, from the bottom of your heart, what would you say, y/n?" Niko questions you and he snakes an arm around waist and pulls you closer to him.

You barely show that the contact effected you,but on the inside you felt your heart flutter. "Play the trailer." You point your index finger to the camera and they all cheer you which makes you chuckle.

"And cut!"

Once everyone heard this statement, almost everyone separated to go drink water or go on their phone. The only person that stood right across of you was Niko, who was studying each part of you. The camera crew and the rest went inside and you just stood here with Niko.

"y/n?" He half whispered under his breath. That brought you back to reality because you didn't even realize that Niko had gotten closer to you.

You hum, too lost in his brown eyes.

He looked hesitant to speak whatever that was on his mind since you catch his mouth slightly parting for a second, but immediately shuts it.

"Can I kiss you?" He looks down at your lips for a moment and snakes his large hands around your waist.

Your eyes are wide and his are hooded, indicating that he was too focused on your answer and your lips rather than your reaction. You open your mouth to reply, but you just couldn't. You could feel your knees becoming weak at his request.

You take too long to even say anything that you could pinpoint the disappointment in his face and he just gives you a weak smile, "Sorry, that was a dumb question." you hear him mumble when he awkwardly places his hands in his pockets.

He's about to turn around, but you stand on your toes to reach him and you wrap your arms around his neck, his hot lips meeting yours. You could feel the shock coming from Niko from the unexpected movement because he did not kiss you back the first few seconds, but his first instinct when he was hit back with reality was to wrap his large hands around the front of your neck and the other pulling you aggressively by your waist to deepen the kiss.

The kiss was desperate, it was as if it's been waited out for too long and now the both of you got what you wanted.

He pulls away for a second to catch his breath, but as soon as he breathed in, he doesn't waste a second to place his warm lips back where they belonged.

The kiss was filled and mixed with prolonged feelings, passion, lust from the way he'd tug your bottom lip and then let go so he could breath and go back to kissing you hungrily.

You could feel your skin getting hotter each time he tugs your waist closer to him, as if the both of you weren't already close to the point where the only thing that separated you were your clothes.

"Not even a few minutes that we leave them for and now they're on top of each other." You hear a familiar voice which leads you to be the first to break the kiss, because Niko was still gripping your front neck and your waist which looked like he wasn't going to stop either way.

"Ay cover Aj's eyes. Keep it pg, there's a kid in here." Sharky remarks and they all laugh at his joke and Aj rolls his eyes.

Niko rests his head on the crook of your neck, too breathless to even say anything. You look at him and he looks like a huge mess with his swollen lips.

You feel your cheeks go red at the fact that you had been caught, and you let go off of Niko's grip as if they hadn't seen you already.
