Snoke was never fucking with Rey to hurt her; it was to hurt Kylo/Ben.

Snoke isn’t an idiot; he’s been in the guy’s head since birth, he knows him. He knows Ben Solo remains deep down and knows he’s fallen in love with Rey (so does Hux, I have a fic on that but another story-) so he’s doing it to punish him. He’s disappointed in him for making a mockery of the First Order so he’s torturing him in the most hurtful way he knows how.

Rian confirmed Kylo/Ben was planning to kill Snoke after the hand hold scene, but here is what really fucking broke him;

He couldn’t bare to see Rey hurt the way he did all those years. His normal, his typical day was something so damn awfully horrible and disturbing that he could bare it happening to himself but couldn’t watch her take a minor sample for five minutes.

Worse part is Kylo/Ben can’t let Snoke know his plan and he can read his mind so he’s trying to think that he wants her dead and hates her when in reality he’s hurting immensely. I don’t know how I didn’t pick up on this in sixth grade-

So, clearly I have been on a Tom Sturridge kick, and I do really want to connect with all the Tom Sturridge gurlies out there to gush over how beautiful and amazing he is, but I feel like maybe I should branch out some to the other communities I would love to connect with on here.

I am a 31 year old leftist (BLM, Pro-Choice, LGBTQ+, Eat The Rich, Disability Visibility/Rights, etc...) non-binary demi-girl person from the Pacific Northwest in the States. I am a practicing pagan witch tarot reader. I am diagnosed with ADHD but I am pretty damn sure I have autism as well. I am no contact with my parents, well, most of my family, because I am the black sheep of the family and they are all pretty conservative and religious.

My interests of course range from various fandoms and celebs to tarot a whimsigoth aesthetics. I love most types of music, but my main jams have been 80's sounding dark synth music and Sleep Token.

My favorite film is Labyrinth and David Bowie is my hero. May he rest in peace.

I have studied tarot pretty intensely and that was my main hyper-focus before I kinda let my obsession with Tom Sturridge take over. I do offer tarot readings for reasonable $. I don't read tarot as if it is fortune-telling though, I use it more as a therapy tool, a spicy ink blot test if you will. Anyway, yeah, I read tarot on the side.

The various communities I would love to connect with more on here are:

The Tom Sturridge community, which of course includes the Sandman community and all of Tom's other films and shows too.

The Joey Batey, Jaskier, and The Amazing Devil community as I love Joey and his music and he is just a cinnamon role of a man who must be protected at all costs.

I also follow the Florence + the Machine community as she is the new Stevie Nicks/Fleetwood Mac and just an incredible witchy woman in her own right.

Adam Driver because Kylo Ren did things to me that I was not ready for when TFA came out in 2015 and I haven't been the same since. I am a Reylo fan, but I love Kylo more than Rey. And yes, I call him Kylo as that is his chosen name and we use chosen names here.

And it is kinda connected so I will list them together; I want to connect more with the witch, pagan, tarot, goth and whimigoth communities.

I just wanna gush over fandoms, music, aesthetics, tarot and all that with others. And I need a place to vent my thoughts and jot down fanfic ideas that my ADHD brain will never be able to write to completion, lolz. So, if you'd love to follow, or chat or interact in any way, feel free. I need more internet friends and I'm bored.

What I see: Multiple 65/Star Wars AU's where Commander Mills is a displaced Ben Solo trapped on prehistoric Earth.

I raise you this: A 65/Star Wars AU where Commander Mills is a displaced Ben Solo...but instead of being trapped on a prehistoric Earth ? He's on either on a modern day Isla Sorna, or Skull Island.

Not just because I'm a crossover nut, but the paleo nerd in me seriously looking at this theropod, and thinking “Okay, either this thing's a differently evolved cousin of the Vastatosaurus Rex...or one of Dr. Wu's experiments he put in the “maybe” pile.” 

I'm also genuinely betting that they're gonna pull a “This was modern Earth all along” twist.

A long time ago...

I watched the scifi film 65. Starring Adam Driver as Mills, Ariana Greenblatt as Koa, Chloe Coleman as Nevine, Nika King as Alya and Brian Dare as Zoic Computer Voice. It has mixed reviews. Produced by Sam Raimi and written by the people behind A Quiet Place. I took this as some sort of time travel film. It has a nice soundtrack, good effects and acting. You might also like Chronical 2067, High Life, Love And Monsters, Prospect, Outlander, La Brea, Jurassic Park, After Earth. A pilot named Mills is sent on a two year mission taking him away from his wife and ill daughter. He is returning to the planet Somaris. He has a few people on board, all in chyogenic chambers. There is a meteor shower that forces the ship to land on Earth 65 millions ago. One of the survivors is Koa, a young girl. There is a language barrier. There are plenty of dinosaurs roaming around. He has to get to the escape pod. It is a race against time as another meteor is going make an impact. Worth taking a look. I am going to look at trivia and discussion on the back story.
