So I've made some interesting discoveries today as I replay Elden Ring in anticipation for the DLC!

The first thing is that in the Weeping Peninsula there is a dungeon known as the Impalers Catacombs

A name which is awfully familiar to our newest character Messmer the Impaler 🤔

So going to the Catacombs right off the bat the entrance of the place is littered with jellyfish spirits, and I personally, have come to associate the Jellyfish spirits you see across the Lands between with St. Trina/Miquella (you even see them in front of the Black Knife Catacombs too)

and then off the side of the entrance to the Impalers Catacomb you follow the cliff and guess what's waiting for you there?

Which is SO FUNNY because I totally missed this Lily when I was doing my Lily Hunt when I first started this blog akdhdjajdjdh 😂

So already Miquella's presence is apparent here at the Impalers Catacombs, which is absolutely phenomenal imo. Means that Fromsoft has been leaving hints this entire time, which I absolutely love 🥰

Now the inside of the Catacombs are kinda cookie-cutter like the rest of them and the only things that I really took note of where in the basement/sewer area the zombie guys were infinitely respawning, you kill them all and more pop up like weeds.

But then in the sewer you can pick up this....

Now it could just be nothing but given Fromsofts track record, where even the smallest things can mean something, I can't help but worry lol

But we'll see what it all means in due time.
