On top of the whole "Kristen is a good character, who was a flawed and chaotic teenager that frustrated me because I am in fact no longer a teenager but that's okay and I'm glad she's learning how to chill" I want to, In the same breath, say "She is a good juxtaposition to Riz in Sophomore Year, and helps the progression of him realizing he Doesn't want that at all, and also introduced chaos that he likely needed exposure to figure out his next path in life." A friend group as diverse as theirs will lead to chaos and frustration at first but also will lead to the development of individuals who are well-rounded and can deal with any problem they face

i've noticed something on my current binge of d20 seasons and that is that brennan likes the idea of an un-named being that is larger than the world and that you can not see as a concept. he likes it or is terrified of it, honestly.

season 2 of both fantesy high and the unsleeping city have it, and i see moteifs of it all around brennan's gaming.

the idea of coming into contact with something so big you can not name or understand it - the idea of coming into contact with true nothingness - the utter void. i see it everywhere in brennans storytelling (or ART).

in conclusion, brennan, you okay, bud?? did you see the face of an unnamed deity on one of those nights you didn't sleep for five days? Are you just interested in the concept, or do i need to call someone??
