her touch felt like stars danced across my skin
she was tangled in my soul, I thought of her without even trying
painted colors on my heart and memories in my mind I never erase, of the love she offered me.
I crave the taste of her lips as if I was homesick

I would give anything -
Anything at all -
To have her look at me like that;
To feel her pressed up against me,
To breathe her in as if I’m drowning,
Gasping for air.
I want to tell her I love her,
Then put my mouth against her neck
And show her what that love feels like;
Proving it to her.
She means the world to me,
And I would give the world to have her.
I would die today,
If it meant I could die in her arms.
Her lips against mine,
Saying she loves me
As it all fades away.

loving
is the bravest thing
Trust me
it's hard
impatient, anxious
terrible
impossible to un-see
meaning
for better or worse
years
living.

Longing
there is nothing quite like
the longing you feel
when you can’t wrap your arms
around the person you love
my hands ache
to be running through their hair
as we lay talking
at all hours of the night
every moment with them
is now
my most precious memory

“It was so obvious you wouldn't come
And maybe i should stop
After all these years,
Waiting for someone who decided
Spontaneously and with no remorse
To leave me„

In the shadows of the 30’s, their love did bloom,
Two sapphic hearts, hidden in a world of gloom.
Forbidden and concealed, their passion did ignite,
A love that dared to challenge the societal fight.
In secret rendezvous, they found solace and bliss,
Their stolen moments, a sweet, stolen kiss.
Whispered words of love, shared in hushed embrace,
Their hearts intertwined, defying time and space.
Amidst the prejudice and judgment that prevailed,
Their love, like a flame, could never be curtailed.
They danced in moonlit gardens, under starry skies,
Their love, a hidden gem, shining in disguise.
Though history may forget their names and their plight,
Their love, like a beacon, continues to shine bright.
For love knows no boundaries, no societal decree,
Their story echoes on, inspiring you and me.

I wished so passionately of you.
Nights filled with praying for you.
Days longing to be with you.
The moment that I met you,
I knew my dream had finally come true.

One day I’ll marry you, I promise..
Out in that old apple orchard,
To a song on an acoustic guitar,
Surrounded by those who never judged -
Not even for a second -
The love I felt for you.
I’ll kiss you underneath that old tree,
The first place we met those years ago,
And we’ll spend the evening singing
All those old songs from your childhood.
Dancing in that old barn,
Until we’re all worn out.
And then I’ll hold you to my chest,
Promise again to never leave you
Or forget the best moment of my life.
Using the waltz to pull you closer,
Holding me so softly;
Your arms around my waist.

your face is lit by moonlight breaking through your skin soft, pale, radiant. no suntan for moonlight — you are the essence of the stars and moon and the mystery of night.

in love with two lesbians who are in love with each other
in the quiet, guarded depths of my heart, a raging storm brews;
i find myself enamoured by two bright and beautiful souls,
woven together like the laces on a corset,
like the red string of a crocheter’s wool.
in the warmth of their embrace, i see the disastrous beauty of love;
an exquisite chaos, a tempest that ravages the shores of my soul.
their love, a wildfire consuming all in its path, leaving ashes
of longing and desire in its wake, a symphony of destruction and creation.
i am drawn to the flames, mesmerized by their flickering dance,
even as I fear the inferno that threatens to consume me whole.
for in their love, I see the fragility of my own bloody, beating heart,
a delicate vessel full of passion tossed upon the tumultuous sea of passion.
i harbor a silent ache, a yearning unspoken—
fire licking at my trembling fingers, violent waves crashing at my feet.
how can i find my place in their world when my love exists only as a silent observer?
how can i fight against the fire, the waves, when all i want to do is let them destroy me?
and yet, amidst the chaos, there is a strange comfort
in surrendering to the storm, embracing the inevitable wreckage.
i marvel at the depth of their connection, the way they intertwine;
effortlessly blending together, body and soul sinking together,
making me wonder, in the calm quiet of the night,
if there is room for a third in their tumultuous, fiery embrace.
in love with two lesbians, their love a warm beacon,
guiding me through the labyrinth of deep-seated desire.
i am but a wandering minotaur in the winding landscape of their passion,
content to bask in the radiance of their love, though not for me.
and so I stand, in awe and terror, witnessing the collision of souls,
knowing that in their embrace, i find both salvation and destruction.
