These replacements will not work without hiders/overrides Only add NPC replacement outfits and hiders to your mods folder if you have the corresponding pack installed. (i.e., don’t add these if you don’t have seasons installed.) Place only one replacement outfit per hider in your save at a time. All these CC meshes have been cloned and the extra swatches been removed. They will not conflict with the originals if you have them in your game. No longer want the replacements in your game? Then simply, delete the CC items and corresponding hiders/overrides. Clear your localthumbcache file between loading your game.

 *** Known Issues ***

You may see duplicates of some outfits in CAS if the CC was used for more than one NPC role.

Previously generated NPC sims' outfits in played saves may not change, though I find that they usually do change. The only fix I know for this is to delete the sim using MCCC.

Any quirks of the meshes still exits for these clones, i.e., if a mesh clips or if it distorts when you zoom in or out.

*** Tips and FAQ's ***

 Keep these files and hiders with your other defaults & make sure remove them when doing batch fixes. Otherwise, they will stop working.

These replacements work well with MCCC's dresser options so that you can get rid of most modern clothing on sims in your game.

Llama Scouts

Say hello to the newest member of the Willow Creek Llama Scout troop.

Victor was a Llama Scout growing up, and he thought it’d be good for Caroline to have that experience as well. Yuri was concerned about how Caroline would get along as a scout with her disability, and he was worried that all the outdoor activities would be unsafe for her, but once Caroline found out what scouting had to offer, nothing Yuri or anyone else said was enough to talk her out of it.

Caroline’s friends, Leonora DeLuca and Camellia & Matsu Abbottsford are Llama Scouts too. Caroline can hardly wait to have adventures with her besties Camellia and Nora, and she’s really looking forward to her first time at scout camp.

An 1890s Decades Challenge Save File

This save has been almost a year in the making, but it's finally here! It includes a completely rebuilt Brindleton Bay inspired by historic New England towns and set in the 1890s. This save uses a light amount of historical cc and most of the packs.

Eight new residential lots

Seven new community lots

Six new households

Builds and households are all located in Brindleton Bay. The world is intended to be historically accurate to about 1890, though some liberties for functionality have been taken.

Builds in other worlds have been deleted. The necessary buildings, like dorms, active career lots, and the high school, have all been left in place.

Townies have been evicted, but not deleted, as I prefer EA townies to fully randomized townies.

If you’d like more period appropriate townies to add, the lovely @jewishsimming has some great historical ones to download and @cowplant-snacks has an amazing tutorial on how to manage your townies with MCCC.

REQUIREMENTS: I have all the packs except Batuu and some of the kits. I didn’t limit myself when building. I don’t have everything listed out here, but I will be uploading all the lots and households to my gallery, so if you’d like to know specific pack usage you’ll be able to check there. If you load in and things are replaced or missing and you think it looks obvious feel free to message me, I’m always happy to try to help you find something else that fits! This save includes historical CC, some is included in my download in folders and some you will need to download from the creators directly. The CC required is listed and linked below, you need to download these linked pieces in ADDITION to the included cc folders.

DOWNLOAD: There are five zipped folders to download, four of which contain included cc, and one which includes the save itself.

Download the "AB_SaveFile" folder, unzip it and simply move the file inside to your saves folder inside your Sims 4 folder (where your mods folder is located).

The included cc is in four folders (to allow for easier upload/download) for build, buy, clothing, and hair. Simply download the folders, unzip them, and place them in your mods folder.

After this you should be good to load up your game and get playing, let me know if you run into any issues, I'm happy to try to troubleshoot. Do you do farm stuff Scout? Or would you like to? Like owning chickens or tending an outdoor garden, that sort of thing?

From ages 7 to 19 I lived on farms, and was made to be an active participant in maintenance and usages of the facilities I don't know why the fuck I'm typing it like this, but I grew up on a farm. I was kinda in charge of everything, but slacked a lot and my brother had to cover for me. That said, I still spent a LOT of time doing chores.

At one point or another I've been responsible for most every farm chore you can really think of. All the basics like raking leaves, milking goats, collecting eggs, feeding chickens- but also the big stuff like moving tons of hay, herding flocks, caring for large animals such as llamas, alpacas, horses, and cows, as well as delivering babies, gutting and plucking fowl (only chickens and turkeys, though I've also cared for ducks and geese), dehoring, hoof cleaning, corpse transportation, crop maintenance, winter ice removal by breaking up frozen water troughs in 10 below weather (thought this was usually circumvented by anticipating the cold and setting up water heaters beforehand), constructing enclosures, slaughtering pigs, and etc etc etc etc etc all that shit. Bunnies snakes mini horses donkeys. All that shit. Farm stuff. Ya know.

Moved away when I went to college and immediately plunged into a mixed-zoning district in the Fushimi district in Kyoto. This was a really good transition from rural living to city living, because mixed zoning districts have blocks dedicated to apartment complexes and family homes right next to blocks of rice fields and ponds, which was behind the 7-Eleven I bought most of my food from.

Now I live in a SHITTY mixed zoning area in SHITTY America where we never stop hearing cars because there's a massive parking lot nearby and constant police sirens, not because the area is particularly dangerous, but because there's like 2 police stations nearby.

My ideal housing goal, which also happens to be my current goal in life, is to reach a slightly more rural version of the Kyoto living situation. The goals are very distinct:

0. I'm editing this one in after the fact to note that while I've used Kyoto as an example a few times in this post, I'm just looking for an area that feels right and would happily live in any prefecture that fits my needs.

I want to not be tied directly to a visa which would draw me away from doing whatever work I really want to do, like my student visa did later on when school started getting worse as professors were struggling to learn digital classroom mechanics. The visa I'm shooting for is dependent on a few ideas I have for businesses, but that's still kind of a long shot.

I want to be in a position of relative financial freedom so that I can spend enough time genuinely living there instead of just being tied to a computer all day, limiting me to the world I already know. This one's the big one, so I'm still workin on that. That said, recently I've been taking some pretty massive steps towards making this a more tangible circumstance. Fingers crossed.

I want to have a home that I own instead of renting, and I'd like to work with a Japanese architect to actually construct it. Again, these are big big plans, but I think a life goal is a thing worth thinking big about. And it's not like I'm trying to build a mansion, or even a family-sized house, I think I'd be content with three bedrooms, a kitchen, and common room. Of course, in keeping with the "dream big" spirit, in a world where I've got enough money to have a nicer, slightly bigger home, I can imagine as many as 5 bedrooms. It's nice to imagine in this "perfect" outcome that I've got a reason to have enough space for guests to sleep over. A local community, or an otherwise tangible, real-world web of relationships would be nice. Like, Real Adult Socializing Shit.

I want to have a significant emphasis on self-reliance on this home. As far solarpunk as I can reasonably go, without biting off more than I can chew as someone who's kinda limp-wristed. In a gay way and a feeble way. I figure this will come down to solar panels, water filtration, a well, and a garden (or at least the space to have gardening stuff like pots and soil). Some chickens would be nice too, but I don't know that I'd ever take on livestock proper.

I want to be properly submerged in trees without being more than a 5 minute bike ride from a train station. Somwhere like Yase-Hieizanguchi Station in north Kyoto is a good example of station that's on the edge of a metropolitan area and the forest. There was an apartment there I almost got, but backed out when covid hit cuz I decided moving across town would be a whack decision.

This is a BONUS goal, but I think it'd also be nice to not compromise on a single location, and instead have a home out in the inaka, while also having a small apartment rented in the city I can go between whenever I need to. In a world where I can afford a plot of land out in the country, but would still need to travel into town for business, that would be nice. Though in that scenario I'd likely need to also take on the arduous task of getting a Japanese drivers license. If I know far enough in advance that I want to take this specific route then I could bypass that last one by getting an international license before moving to Japan, but after moving to Japan you're barred from getting an international license.

I couldn't tell you in honesty that I'm a Salt of the Earth, Red Blooded American Farmer in my heart, and in fact I could not WAIT to move away from the farm. I hated that I didn't have a say in living on a farm, and was made to take care of animals. But what I DID enjoy about that life was the stillness. The opportunities of perfect silence. The stars unobstructed by light pollution. The ability to explore. Those things I was incredibly grateful for. And as such, in my perfect world, I would like to live on something like a farm again one day, just on my own terms.

Yo! Welcome to the casting call for the hottest, freshest, and awesomest simblr community competition! I'm your host, jonquilyst, and I am scouting out 14 unsuspecting teenaged Sims to compete in crazy, wacky (and maybe a little dangerous) challenges at this crummy ol' summer camp! Do you think your Sim has what it takes to win??

The Gist:

This competition is, obviously, based off of the Total Drama series (a show that's near and dear to me), but you do not need any background knowledge of this show to participate! The show (and this competition) functions similarly to a Bachelor Challenge, where contestants will be routinely eliminated until there is a sole winner.

This competition will also focus on the contestants building relationships with each other (hence the drama part, which is bound to happen when you put 14 teenagers together!)

Submission Rules:

Spots are first-come-first-serve, meaning the first 14 entries will be automatically in the competition

I'm hoping to have all 14 Sims by November 17th so I can get started possibly by my Thanksgiving break that following week, but this isn't a fixed deadline. (Please provide the link to DL your sims as soon as convenient. Ask me if you need help with this)

Your sim must be a teen

No occults; contestants must be human only (to prevent unfair advantages)

Contestants must not have high-level skills (they can have some level of skill but nothing above lvl 5; also to prevent unfair advantages)

Any level of CC is fine; just make sure to include it when you send your sim over to me ^^ (Nevertheless your sim may look different in my game since everyone uses different mods/presets/etc.)

Only one outfit per category please

Please give your sims a backstory. Describe what are they like, why are they competing on Total Drama Sims, etc.

Your sim can have any traits/aspirations

Here is how the competition will work:

The 14 contestants will be split into 2 teams of 7: The Screaming Llamas and the Killer Cowplants

The 2 teams will compete in challenges in attempt to win invincibility (safety from being voted off). The losing team will have to vote someone off (the winning team will not be part of voting)

This process continues until 7 contestants remain. Afterwards the teams dissolve and everyone competes individually (this is known as merge). This means that only 1 contestant can win invincibility; everyone else will be at risk for elimination

When merge occurs, all eliminated contestants at that point will be eligible to rejoin the game through a special challenge. The winner of that challenge will rejoin the game (bringing the number of contestants back to 8)

This process again continues until 2 contestants remain. In the finale, all eliminated contestants will vote for a winner

Challenges will occur half the time. The other half of the competition will be socialization days, where contestants are free to socialize with each other as they please

The competition will start with a socialization day first to establish relationships before the first challenge

If the numbers between teams get too uneven then a team swap will occur to one random contestant on the larger team

Voting will be determined by relationship dynamics and how everyone did in the challenge. Contestants who do poorly are more likely to get voted. Contestants who have a negative relationship with each other are also more likely to get voted. Conversely contestants who have a positive relationship with each other are less likely to get voted. The contestant with the most votes at the end is eliminated. All of this will be determined by a spinner (in case of a tie I will use a random number generator to determine who's out). This will also determine who wins at the end of the competition

Reward for the Winner:

This competition is mostly for the funsies, but whoever wins this comptetition will personally receive an actual reward from me! Whatever you receive includes, but is not limited to, one of the following options:

HIGHSCHOOL NPC's: THE FOOTBALL TEAM.

Hello my dear simmers! Aren't you tired of your highschool having the same weird npc's and characters? Well, if you are I have the solution for you. In this little project I have recreated the Copperdale Highschool teams from scratch, this is part 2 of 4. They are all assigned to their specific after-school activities and each have their own likes, dislikes and skills.

+ INFORMATIONS, INSTRUCTIONS AND DOWNLOAD BELOW THE CUT:

These sims were made mainly with base game + high school years and NO CC whatsoever, any other packs are optional for the pre-chosen milestones, lifestyles, reputation, etc. If any pack other than base game and highschool years show up in the gallery it's a bug.

If you don't want them to move into houses as they're not (in theory) a family, place them into an empty lot, evict them and move them into the "other households" while in the manage households pannel, also if you want them to keep their specific roles/jobs don't forget to turn neighborhood stories off (can be done individually if you don't want it to affect other households).

Camellia: For that matter, where were you all summer? I mean, not that me and Forest and Caroline particularly wanted to hang out with you every single day or whatever, but... you know. We were still concerned.

Nora: My parents made me get a job, so I was working at a summer camp in Granite Falls.

Caroline: No, you weren't. Camellia and I were at Llama Scout camp in August, and I know for a fact that the scout camp is the only organized summer camp up there.

Nora: Pfft... Llama Scouts. That's so lame.

Caroline: It is not!

Camellia: Yeah. We're going to be assistant scout leaders for the Little Llamas after we turn eighteen. Right, Caroline?

Caroline: Right.

Nora: Anyway, what I did this summer is none of your business.

Camellia: Fine, but whatever it really was, it obviously couldn't have been something as physically active as summer camp.

Nora: What are you talking about?

Camellia: Well, not to state the obvious or anything, but your belly is kinda falling out the top of those shorts. It’s not a good look.

Caroline: You're probably going to get dress coded for that, actually.

Nora: Why do you care?

Camellia: We're not total jerks. We don't want you to get detention. Maybe you can borrow a hoodie from one of the boys. It'll cover up your bump and, uh... also that stain on your top.

Nora: It's not a bump.

Camellia: What else would you call it? I mean, if I didn't know better, I'd say you're pregnant, 'cause that's kinda what it looks like.

Nora: So what if that’s how it looks? My body, my business.

Caroline: Nora, you're not really pregnant are you? Is it from the boy I overheard Victor and Aunt Ellie talking about? You know that's totally going to ruin your future.

Camellia: Hang on... Nora, you met a boy? When did this happen? I guess that'd make the pregnancy make sense, wouldn't it?

Nora: Shut up! I'm not pregnant! And even if I was, why would the two of you need to know? Plus, you don't give a crap about my future, Caroline. You don't even like me. And anyway, he's not a boy. He's a man, which is something you wouldn't know anything about. Your stupid little boyfriend probably hasn't even worked up the nerve to kiss you yet.

Caroline: Forest isn't stupid. Don't talk about him like that.

Camellia: You know what I think? Methinks the lady does protest too much.

Caroline: Nora, if you're pregnant, you need to tell your parents. Aunt Ellie and Uncle Leo would—

Nora: They wouldn't do anything. They don't give a crap about me either. They're too busy making a big deal of my brother. You know, in between rounds of trying to self-destruct their marriage.

Caroline: Parents have problems sometimes. That doesn't mean they don't love you or care about you.

Nora: Oh, like you'd know. What's the biggest problem your parents have? When dumbass Uncle Victor can't remember where he put his shoes again, or when Uncle Yuri is late for his manicure?

Nora: Your parents are so fairytale, it’s disgusting. I hate how perfect your life is.

Caroline: Hate all you want, but you have no idea what goes on at our house. We have problems you don’t know anything about, but even when stuff is really bad, I know Victor and Yuri still love me, and they'd still support me even if I made a really bad choice like getting pregnant before I graduate high school.

Nora: For the last time, I'm not pregnant! Now, if you guys are done harassing me, I have to get to class.

Camellia: Would your parents really support you if you got pregnant? 'Cause my dads would lose it if that happened to me. Like, I slept with Hayden for the first time this summer, and afterwards we both freaked out because it was kinda spontaneous and we didn't use protection.

Caroline: I didn't say Victor and Yuri wouldn't lose it. They totally would, but they'd still support me. We always support each other, and I don't think that'd change. But more important point here, you and Hayden... did it? I didn't know you were even allowed to date. If Forest isn't, how come you are?

Camellia: That's the thing. We're not allowed to date. Can you keep a secret?

Caroline: Of course. You know I keep all your secrets.

Camellia: Well, I was babysitting at a neighbour's house, and I texted Hayden to come over. We did it after I put the baby in bed.

Caroline: Was it... good?

Camellia: Honestly? Not really. Right at the end if felt amazing, but when he was, you know… inside me, it hurt a little at first and it was... I don't know. Really awkward. And the scare afterwards was totally not worth it.

Caroline: So, do you think Forest and I shouldn't do it?

Camellia: I don't know. I guess you should talk it over with Forest and like, plan it out. Use protection, and maybe don't do it on the sofa in somebody else's living room. At least we had the sense to put down a couple of blankets, but I would rather not have had to do laundry at my babysitting job, and... yeah.

Caroline: What are you and Hayden going to do now?

Camellia: We're gonna try to hold off until we graduate, or at least until I turn eighteen in January. And we're definitely going to be safe. Hayden and I both want to go to university, and I'm not about to risk messing up his chances, not to mention my own.

Caroline: If Forest and I do it, we're absolutely going to use protection. I don't know if I want to go to university yet, but I don't really want to be a mom either. Not now, when I’m still in school. That'd be the worst thing ever.

Camellia: Personally, I think the worst thing ever would be getting pregnant and then realizing you have to handle everything on your own. At least if it happened to one of us, our families would take care of us even if they weren't thrilled about the situation. Like, do you think Nora's parents really don't care?

Caroline: They care, and Nora is lying when she says Aunt Ellie wouldn't support her.

Camellia: Do you think she's really pregnant?

Caroline: I don't know.

Camellia: I guess time will tell, yeah? And speaking of time, we should probably get to class.

Caroline: Yeah.

Camellia: Wow, we’re somehow still early.

Caroline: Or the teacher is late.

Camellia: Okay, since we’ve got a minute, tell me what you know about this boy Nora met.

Caroline: I don’t know a lot. I think she met him right at the end of last school year. All I know is, I don't think Aunt Ellie was too pleased about it. I heard her complaining to Victor that she can't control Nora any more.

Camellia: Our parents don't control us. Not since we were really little kids who didn't know anything.

Caroline: Neither do mine. Yuri and Victor always say part of growing up is learning to make your own choices. They don't have to control me. They ask me to do stuff, and I usually make the choice to do what they ask. I think, if somebody's parents have to control them, it means they don't know how to think for themselves and make good choices.

Camellia: Or their parents don't trust them to think and make good choices.

Caroline: I can't imagine my parents not trusting me. That'd be horrible.

Camellia: Yeah. I'm glad my parents trust me.

Caroline: It's much better that way.

Camellia: So, here's something I want to know. If you found out about Nora meeting a guy back in the spring or whatever, how come you didn't tell me and Forest? You didn't tell Forest, did you?

Caroline: I didn't tell anybody, mostly because that one conversation was the first and last I heard about him. I didn't even get his name or how old he is or anything.

Camellia: Obviously he's older than us.

Caroline: Why do you think that?

Camellia: 'Cause she said he's a man. I think we're all realistic enough not to call guys our age men. Like, I don't call Hayden a man and I don't think he expects me to, but I think an older guy would be insulted if you called him a boy.

Caroline: Good logic. I wonder how much older he is?

Camellia: Let's keep our ears and eyes open, and maybe we'll find out.

Hello! Finally, a question for me! I’m super excited, let me tell you. I believe we already know the ground rules with this…and I’ve sent Mr. Barber out of the room so we can all chat freely. I’ll show him this later. Maybe it’ll even earn me a reward. This girl right here has been on her best behavior this past week, which means no punishments!

You even have my promise to keep the hot streak going. Scouts honor, folks.

Let me start by saying that I love my sweet Andy Bear, and I am so unbelievably proud to call him my husband. He is by far the most amazing and brilliant man I’ve ever met. He’s also quite the menace, and I say that with all of the love. Whether we’re talking about his body or his mind, Andrew Barber is a fucking force, you guys. 

But at the end of the day, my man is foine as hell. Andrew is a luscious piece of ass wrapped in one big, well-proportioned package. And speaking of asses, have you seen his? You could bounce a quarter off that butt.

Quick fun fact: I tried it. It worked. So then I kept doing it. I even made a game of it which actually took up the entire day.

Although, the kids kept asking why Mama was “throwing money” at Daddy. So, I just made up some story about Daddy being forgetful and leaving his coins around the house, which meant that I had to try to put it back in his pocket for him.

But I had to be careful, because I didn’t want him to feel bad about being so darn forgetful. Worked like a dream. I mean, our beautiful Barber Babies bought that tale hook, line, and sinker. Even BiBi! She seemed suspicious, but then I caught her offering Andy one of her little wallets just in case he needed it. 

He was so touched by her gesture that he did eventually accept it. And then went out and bought her another one, complete with a matching piggy bank. Well, it was more of a llama bank – which also happens to be her favorite animal. Where he found it, I have no idea.  

Can I just deviate from the physical for a second to talk about what a wonderful father this man is? It’s not always about the big, grand gestures with us. In reality, it’s about the small, more intimate moments. Yes, our house is chaotic at times. We have four children under nine-years-old, so chaos kind of comes with the territory. 

And he handles it spectacularly – even when he fucks up. Now that might sound a bit harsh, but if I’ve learned anything from this whole parenting gig, it’s that you will fuck up sometimes. And we both do it, but he’s a wonderful partner who strives to be the best Dad he can possibly be. 

I love watching him with our children. He’s so protective and encouraging. He reads to them every night, takes them on “camping trips” in the backyard, and coaches pretty much every sport they’re involved in. I don’t quite get the whole camping business – I don’t do nature, or bugs – but apparently the kids do.

And they love that stuff. We don’t stay out all night, but we set up tents and tell stories and enjoy campfire snacks. Everyone stays up well past bedtime and my sweet little A.J., who takes after his father in so many ways, keeps me safe from “dah buggies” by sitting in my lap. See, Andy told him that bugs scared me, so it was up to them to keep me safe. Which is exactly what he does. 

Lord, help me when he grows up. I don’t know if I have it in me to live with two Andrew Barbers. But I guess I’ll just have to keep them, won’t I?

Oh! And in case you didn’t already know, Andy is also amazing company at tea parties. Katrina and Rory threw one the other day. They had me deliver a special, handmade invitation and everything. He picked out a suit, brought cookies from the local bakery, and even sat in a chair that was much too small for his bulky frame to be comfortable. 

But he did it all for his girls without so much as a fuss. 

I snuck a peek and nearly melted on the spot. And when we finally got a moment to ourselves, you can be damn sure that I got down on my knees with the quickness and sucked the soul out of my Big Man’s body. 

He didn’t fully understand why until I explained it to him later, but he also wasn’t complaining either. That man is the most delicious mouthful you could ever imagine. Mr. Barber is, eh, very well endowed. But I’ve also had ages to refine my technique. 

And he is always more than willing to let me practice. It’s actually very kind of him. That man has the patience of a saint – unless I’m deepthroating him. But otherwise his stamina is pretty top notch.

That aside, Andrew Barber is so completely and utterly devoted to me and this amazing little family we’ve built together that sometimes I get overwhelmed just thinking about it. I’ve never been loved so thoroughly or so deeply before. 

If I’m being honest, and I am, it actually used to scare me. And sometimes it still does if I let it. But I also accept my handsome ogre for who he is – the same way he accepts me for who and what I am.

Meaning that I’m a fucking brat, which I am through and through. It’s not my fault. My husband brings it out of me even when I least expect it. It might have something to do with that cocky grin of his, or that arrogant swagger he walks around with from time to time.

It makes me want to wreak havoc in new and inventive ways on a weekly, if not daily, basis. Andy knows this, of course. He claims he knew I was a brat from our very first date. I still have no idea what he means by that, so whatever. I just let him think what he wants. 

But we have fun together. And the things we do, the games we play…

It keeps things spicy. I guess you could say that it’s really Andy’s mind that turns me on. Couple that with his dominant and possessive nature and hot damn! Sometimes it can be a bit much to manage, but this girl doesn’t mind being slung over an impressive man’s broad shoulder every now and again.

I enjoy being manhandled. If it’s with the right man, that is. And Andrew Barber is definitely more than enough man for me. 

Anyway, I think that’s all I’ve got for now. As for your question about advice…hm. I would encourage you to just be yourself. 

But also, and I know this is much easier said than done, try to make yourself step outside your comfort zone. I’m saying go crazy or anything, but it might be worth taking a small risk here and there. Occasionally it’s okay to make the first move – even if you find that idea terrifying. 

With Andrew…I made the first move. Of course he tells it differently, and yes he may have seen me first, but I made the first move. Which was something that I had never done before. And I was so unbelievably nervous. At the time I found it so strange to be drawn to a person like that, especially with someone who possesses such an intimidating aura. 

But being just a little brave is ultimately what led me to the love of my life. Don’t get me wrong. My palms were sweaty and my legs felt kind of like jello, but I just felt like I had to try. 

And to this day, I’m so glad that I did. Because it means that I get to live my own love story. And while it’s not all a bed of roses, because we do have our problems, I do firmly believe that I’ve found my other half. And it’s because we continue to take a chance on one another and the bond that we’ve built every single day. 

Whatever you believe in, things happen for a reason. And when you find your person, you’ll know. They will accept you for who you are and will work hard to love you the way you need to be loved.

Just take a deep breath and have a little faith. Take a chance. Take a risk. But don’t settle for anybody, man or woman, who refuses to see your worth, girlfriend. You’re much too special for that.

And not only that, but my Big Man’s fingers are absolute magic. Or instruments of torture. Depends on the day, really. 

By the way, my husband has the most delightfully one-sided rivalry with my favorite Hollywood actor, Lloyd Evans-Drysdale. It’s so funny! But the other day, I pulled up this interview where Lloyd cracked this eyebrow-raising joke about “all of his fingering being accurate” and watched it in bed right next to Andy. And then I may or may not have made some comment about how some men ought to be more like him [Lloyd Evans-Drysdale] and maybe take some notes. 

My husband didn’t like that. I got in sooo much trouble for it too. I mean, if you consider being held down, spanked, and then fucked within an inch of my life trouble. 

Completely worth it.

And in case you’re wondering, the answer is yes. All of Andy’s fingering is incredibly accurate in its own right. Even more so than Lloyd’s. And this girl has had more than enough orgasms to back him up. 

Also, Andy would probably also like me to mention that he is, in fact, taller than my movie star crush. And that he’s never had to wear a lace-front wig because his hairline isn’t receding. My sweet man can be a bit of a mental patient, but I do love him...

So, I guess I'll just have to put up with it. For now. Thank goodness he's cute.

Time for Carson to become a teen! He has a birthday party with his friends and Keira and Marta decide to accept Kayleigh's offer of staying at the house until they're ready to head to San Sequoia.

Teen Carson! His last favourite colour is blue and his room gets a do over to suit his new style. He rolled the learning and discovery hobby which will pair nicely with his rolled like of archaeology. He also rolled liking pessimistic sims and disliking optimistic sims. He rolled liking flirtation and affection, alongside disliking physical intimacy so I think that makes him asexual but not aromantic. He rolled being biromantic.

Onyx: Woah, I’m so used to you having colourful glasses

Carson: I thought I’d try the see through trend, see what it’s like

Bob: This cake is exquisite, your dad did a good job

Carson: I’m glad you like it Mr Pancakes

Angel: So you coming to high school tomorrow right

Carson: I think so, but I feel like the watcher won’t be coming since it’s career day

Onyx: Career day is so boring, why do we have to have it every week?

Amie: Because we need to “broaden our young minds”

Carson: I don’t get it. Are you imitating someone

Onyx: *sighs dramatically* Mr Amarinth

Eliza: That man does not make a good principal

Paola: You said it Mrs Pancakes. He’s a stuck up jerk

Christen: Don’t be surprised if he ignores you

William: Or thinks you’re going to be a clone of everyone else in your family

Onyx: Or just refers to you by your last name because “too many kids experiment with identity these days”

Bob: I did call to complain about that, gave him an earful

Onyx: I know dad, thanks

Angle: But there are good things. We’re there, obviously

The party doesn’t last long however as Carson’s llama flu is still bothering him. He takes some medicine but still feels off.

Carson: Hey dad

Harvey: you all right

Carson: Not really. I think it might be something more than llama flu

Harvey: Well there is an after hours clinic on Ohan’ali. We could pop in

Carson: Sure, just let me get changed

Harvey: That jacket is… unique

Carson: I live in Sulani, why not have a pirate phase

Harvey: *chuckles* fair enough, come on

While they’re out Kayleigh takes some time off painting and watches some action on tv.

Kayleigh: Hey, where’s Carson

Harvey: He’s at the pharmacy

Kayleigh: What was wrong? We got him his vaccinations

Harvey: Can’t vaccinate for asthma sugar

Kayleigh: He’s got asthma?

Harvey: Yeah. Doc said we need to try keep the house dust and dander free, and make sure he doesn’t get too stressed

Kayleigh: With Reece not living here anymore that should be a little easier

Harvey: *laughs* Exactly. But I don’t know what effect it’ll have on his fitness

Harvey and Kayleigh are both active and the family is sporty. They're NOT concerned about weight

Kayleigh: How are you doing Carson

Carson: I don’t know, it’s weird. I mean who even develops asthma as a teen

Harvey: I’m sure a lot of people do

Carson: Hmm, maybe

Kayleigh: Try not to be too disheartened honey, we can adjust

Carson: But how can I be a scout leader if I can’t hike without collapsing

Harvey: You got the inhaler, you should be okay if you keep it with you. The only way to know is to try

Carson: I guess. Thanks for helping with the project

Kayleigh: No problem. Have a good sleep honey

Harvey: Catch you on the flip as the young ones say

Carson: Ugh no one says that dad

They all head to bed. During the night Harvey feels like a midlife crisis could be coming along, but doesn’t want to bother any of his family with it when Carson needs support for his diagnosis.

Carson: Morning Dad

Harvey: Good luck on your first day of high school, try not to fall asleep at career day

Kayleigh: Good morning Carson

Carson: Trash is treasure

Kayleigh: That's nice honey. I just wanted to let you know Keira and Marta will be staying here until they’re ready to move to San Sequoia. They’ll have Reece’s old room

Carson: Yeah mum, sure

Kayleigh: Remember, Marta’s lost her family. We don’t want her to feel excluded from this one

Carson: Yeah yeah, talk to Marta, got it. Hey do you think this light makes my skin look good or amazing

Kayleigh: *sighs* teens

Harvey: We are getting old

Kayleigh: I’m not old

Harvey: Did I say old? I meant better looking

Kayleigh: *laughs* come here you

Carson: Ew! Could you two not kiss when I’m trying to… well do anything really

Kayleigh: Where’s my eldest baby

Charlie: *laughs* right here mum

Kayleigh: Oh I miss you

Charlie: You saw me a couple of days ago

Kayleigh: Yes but when you’re a parent it can feel so much longer

Charlie: Heads up, I’m getting really good at chess now

Kayleigh: Then how come I have a large pile of your pieces

Charlie: Tactics mum, tactics

Kayleigh: I just don’t know what to do about your brothers

Charlie: They’ve been knocking heads since they could knock heads mum, that’s not on you

Kayleigh: I just wish they could get along

Charlie: Mum, one of the first things I learned in professional sport, not everyone will get along. Sometimes personalities just clash. It doesn’t make the people bad

Kayleigh: I just worry I did something wrong

Charlie: Mum, you didn’t. You taught us to fight for what we want, it just turns out that both those boys want to be the best, so they fight

Kayleigh: When did you get so wise

Charlie: *scoffs* When I took your queen, checkmate

Kayleigh: When you- hey! Good game. I have to go help your sister move. Take care honey

Kaleigh heads to Willow Creek but Keira and Marta are running late with packing so she takes a trip to the park while they finish up. She spends some time in the observatory, then collects some fruit from the nearby plants for Harvey to add to his garden.

Kayleigh: Ready to go now

Keira: Yes. It’s been wonderful here, James and Alexander are so generous.  But Liam knows we’ve lived here, we can’t risk staying even if he is locked away for now

Kayleigh: Whatever the reason, I’m always going to be happy when my kids are home

Keira: Big stuff in storage, clean clothes in bag, I hope I didn’t forget anything

Kayleigh: If you did I’m sure Alexander will send it along

Marta: Why does the water here taste so good

Kayleigh: There’s freshwater springs all around Sulani, we’re lucky

Marta heads upstairs to check out the room. Part of her wishes they could stay here forever, the sights are beautiful. But if Liam could find them from a society wedding, he’d be able to track Keira to her celebrity mum. It’s not worth the fear she’d live in.

Carson: And then I said to him- Marta!

Marta: Hola Carson

Carson: It’ll be good to have you two here, even if it’s just for a bit

Keira: Thanks. It’s always nice to be back here

Carson breezes through his homework easily enough and then decides to be brave and try swimming some laps. The filtering keeps the pool water clean, but he’s not sure how much he can exercise without upsetting his asthma. He finishes and coughs, and I worry I’ve killed him, but he recovers from coughing without having a full on attack.

Marta: You use such lovely colours

Kayleigh: Thank you honey. Do you paint

Marta: Me? No. I like singing, but I don’t paint

Kayleigh: If you want to try while you’re here there’s plenty of supplies, just help yourself

Marta: Gracias

*phone rings*

Kayleigh: Hello? Oh Reece honey how are you? Yes your sister got here fine, she and Marta are getting settled. What was that noise? If the turbines are howling you should really get someone to come look at them, you won't be able to sleep with that racket. Talk soon darling

Kayleigh: How was your first day then

Carson: Not terrible, I’m in the same class as Onyx which is nice

Marta: Who

Harvey: Oh Onyx is Bob’s eldest

Marta: Your cooking friend yes?

Harvey: You got it

Marta: Were the students nice? Spot anyone cute?

Carson: Why

Marta: I’m a romantic, I’m curious about these things

Kayleigh: I had so many crushes in high school

Carson: Excuse me, I just need to text Onyx asking how to get out of this conversation

Marta: Forgive me, I didn’t mean to overstep

Harvey: If you need to come out as straight son, that’s fine. Straight people are the majority

Carson: Dad! I’m not straight, I’m bi

Marta: Yay! Another one for team bi!

Kayleigh: So it’s official, we failed at passing on our pan genes

Marta: All your kids are queer. That’s something is it not?

Harvey: Of course it is. We love you Carson
