New DR Summer Leaks!

Coming from ridexninjagoleaks (very reputable Ninjago leaker on Instagram, but I personally got these from @frostsstuff) we have descriptions for 5 of the Dragons Rising summer 2024 sets!

The first one I think will be some sort of basic 4+ set meant to mimic Zane's original elemental vehicle.

The second is the Ninja Team Combo Vehicle, which will most likely mimic the Ultra Sonic Raider set considering the car, bikes, and plane!

The third is Cole's Titan Dragon Mech, which will be some sort of really big mech... I hope it's like Lloyd's Dragon Mech and not the boring standard kind tbh...

The fourth is the Tournament Battle Arena, the highlight of this one being the Villain Jay minifigure listed, I assumed given his Mech and Climber suits he'd be recovering real quick but now I'm doubtful...

The fifth is the most intriguing one, our very first Source Dragon, the Source Dragon of Motion/Fire, which seems to include the elusive "true master" of Ras, as well as "Spirit Forms" of all the other Source Dragons!!!!

the cave of the dead is soooo coool tho, why didn’t they use ittt

i mean, i get why, it’d be too dark and make Zane’s ice emperor crimes a lil too prominent, but still

and the titan mech being ancient would kinda mean that Zane ruled for a reaaally long time

This Frozen Land

This was a request from Zanefan123 (a guest on AO3) who asked: can you do Zane in The Never-Realm but without lost memories. I honestly forgot I had written this but it's still not good enough to post on AO3 so it's going here.

It was hard to tell the passage of time without a visible sun and his internal chronometer must have been broken.

Zane had arrived in this strange frozen land via Aspera’s Forbidden Spinjitzu portal with the battle-damaged Titan Mech.

The first thing he did was get the mech into the nearby cave, luckily without needing the additional power from the Scroll.

As he had nothing else to do, he set about repairing it. It wasn’t easy, especially with the limited tools and supplied he had with him.

After what he guessed to be a few hours, he stopped working and ventured out of the cave in hopes of exploring the strange land and possibly finding something useful.

But before Zane left on his duration-unknown journey, he partly froze the entrance to keep the mech out of any passerby’s view.

As he made his way through the frigid landscape he thought about how he was lucky to be both the Master of Ice and a Nindroid, the other ninja quite possibly wouldn’t be so lucky.

Nya definitely wouldn’t be, because of her Water powers, the same goes for Cole and Kai, as the latter no longer had his Fire powers. Lloyd would be the only other one who would be fine, as he had both Ice and Fire as part of his powers. He didn’t know about Jay, Lightning was a strange element.

A man’s yell brought him back to the present, to his surprise, he had come across a village.

Before he descended down the small hillside into the village, he activated his hologram as he was unsure of how the clearly traditional villagers would take to seeing his robotic parts.

The hologram ‘itched’ slightly, how long had it been since he had last used it?

“Hello! We haven’t seen a traveller come through here in many a year!” greeted a man, fisherman probably as he had a stick of fish balanced over one shoulder.

“Where is ‘here’ exactly? What is the name of this village?” Zane asked as he joined the fisherman.

A strange look passed over the man’s face.

“Why this is the Never-Realm and this village has no name,” the fisherman told him.

Zane thanked him and continued further into the village.

The Absolute Worst! - Back in Ninjago City, three criminals learn of the ninja’s absence and stage a breakout of Kryptarium Prison, telling tall tales of how they were captured as they go. (12:45 PM)

December 28th:

The Message - Lloyd and his wolf-companion find a cave with the mech inside and a message from Zane that provides a clue to his fate. (12:30 PM)

What in the mechrobatics

Also random fun fact, this is the first, and so far only, Lego Titan mech with four fingers plus the thumb. The majority have three plus the thumb, and a couple have two plus the thumb. Though a couple with two plus the thumb have the two in such a way where given their thickness, it's very much supposed to emulate a hand with four fingers rather than just two.

New Teaser For Ninjago 2023

I have exactly NO clue what is going on here, but I'm gonna TRY.

First off, a rift of some sort opens up, revealing some weird, glitchy area. Then we see Jay in his Core Titan Mech chasing after something, while the Bounty floats around in the background. Jay slices through a storage crate of some sort, then we cut to Cole with his lava arm powers seemingly active (because his scar is glowing). Jay cuts through another crate, and we cut to Nya using her powers to create a water bubble to catch two civilians. Next, we see Kai on the head of the bounty using his fire powers for something, then we cut to Cole carrying two civilians, while on a crate, in front of a floating building.

Next, we see Lloyd sliding down the Bounty anchor holding who appears to be Arin (based on the orange sweater), and in the background we can see what appears to be a giant mechanical dragon through one of the rifts. Next, we get a banger zoom-in shot showing the ninja (minus Jay) on the Bounty with Arin, a scene where a truck and barrels can be seen floating into the sky, and Lloyd can be seen looking into the distance watching the rifts to reveal that we have NO clue what the FUCK is going on. The rifts close in an explosion (which is also my banger banner no WAY OMG)

ALSO it seems like for the most part they're gonna be using their Core gi.
