Midweek Meltdown 🥴 This photo is me in all my glory. I’m a mom and a wife and a friend to a select few 😳 by choice. For the most part life is good. I’m happy, they’re happy my husbands happy but last week (the entire week) was a shit show and I was a mess. I was Mad 😡 like fuming every day last week. I think quarantine life hit me and all the bickering between these 3 escalated and the stuff that usually rolls off my back was pinching every nerve. Then my husband - oh lord I couldnt stand the sight of him. Things don’t way him down the way they do me. He can tune us all out. He apologized with flowers one day and the next he was acting like a prick - it probably would have been NO big deal but this time - last week...he could do nothing right. If you know my husband he’s pretty relaxed so we were both at the end of our rope, me with life and him with me. That was last week, today we are gone, away from home, just the 2 of us and things are looking up. No one said marriage or being a mom would be cakes and pies every day but when you work through the shit, the rainbow is so bright on the other side. Parenting is easy #saidnooneever this last week has been brutal, all three of my kids got sick at the same time with a stomach bug that lasted for 4 days, only to leave my husband and I at its mercy parenting in the fetal position from the couch on Saturday. Our only saving grace was that the kids were feeling good enough to play together, and yes we did use the tv as a babysitter at times just to make it through but we made it and let me tell you I’ve never looked forward to a Monday more in my life! Depression is a bitch

As you wake up in the morning and you feel like utter shit, the more your up spending time in your body, feeling a head high coming alone then your temples start to get tight and your getting numb like you need to release pressure from your soul but for some reason you cant. it keeps building up and you get even more pressure on you temple. at this point your about to explode. this big dark cloud all around you no matter where you turn you see darkness and at this point you start to panic. because why in the fuck is this happening to me. why am i not able to pull myself through this. i’m never this bad but when it gets bad its bad baby, you have to get it together you no damn well you got shit to do and people are going to think your weak your not fit for the job. your not strong enough to hang with the big dogs. they’re going to laugh at you and talk about you make you feel worse then you already feel. *mind you being depressed and being hard on yourself at the same time is shity* but now that you went through all the things you could possible feel within you come back to reality and now the dark cloud is even closer. with this you get scared with this moment you are crying even harder and your getting closer to just thinking maybe i’m better off not living. maybe i’m better off being somewhere off the grid COMPLETELY. at this point you want to run and no be seen ever again. when you think about it is that good. and if it’s not good how do you come from that. how do you come form being depressed to being the happiest person on earth. is that happiness fake.? you know i found to believe that going into a quit room and being alone is the most dangerous thing you could do. you start to get numb from the pain of emotion and you go to wanting to feel the physical pain. now you have a fight with your conscious and sub-conscious . right now your sub-conscious is egging you on letting you know that you are numb and you want to feel physical pain. it so loud that your not listening but your body is. and you conscious mind is cry out to your body., its so scared but at the same time so weak. the voice is so small. You make it out the nightmare,  Don’t know how dont know why but i’m sure its a spiritual thing however you make it out and your the one person that lives to tell the story and that gets to wake up everyday and breath in the fresh air on earth and see the sun gleaming on the leaves of the trees. dogs swimming in the lake. Smiling at the humans walking by. * be great-full and know that ever super human has to take the cape off at some point to feel the emotions, nothing is wrong with you. you are a creation of the higher power and he doesn't make mistakes. live on baby because one day youll be at the top.* XOXO
