Another favourite angst trope: When a character is so used to being treated badly that they don't see anything wrong with it and talk and think about it very matter-of-factly

Until they meet the other characters and see how HORRIFIED they are every time they reveal another detail from their past

#vashwood #trigun #trigun stampe #vash the stampede #wolfwood #nicholas d wolfwood #ep 10 was crazy bc vashwood was literally the plot goodbye #i like how the most intimate moment between these two was in the goddamn sewers #i feel like that alone symbolizes so much in their relationship. im half joking BUT ITS JUST LIKE #the SPONTANEITY the PRIVACY they get in such an open Space while being literally chased / hunted after....#and vash is out here showing his scars.............. and ill always lose my mind that they gave this spotlight to wolfwood instead of #meryl and milly like in the previous versions. i dont know how else to read this other than that wolfwood is the romantic interest of stamp #it makes sense even aside from this scene. u know. wolfwood was technically the damsel in distress in ep 5-6 and vash saved/helped him.#and who stayed in the bedroom with vash.................#who rushed to his side when he got shot...... with that worried ass expression....#i dont have anything smart to say at all im just gushing over vashwood thru stampede bc its just so blatant. and its great that its blatant #bc it was blatant in trimax too. like so blatant. the romance was written in every chapter they showed up together #god #ive never witnessed a pairing more canon without being spoken as such its soooooo much theyre so much #ruporas art

Made my very own tiny dungeon meshi dragon plush, that’s based on the version that only appears in the very last chapter for five pages and then is never seen again. I think it turned out pretty well.

I used this pattern to make it with some minor tweaks to the body, tails and legs and then just made some tiny cones for the horns at the end. If anyone would be intersted I might post the alterations and where to apply them but go check out the original pattern! I stuffed it both with acylic stuffing but also some plastic pellets for a bit of extra weight. The eyes are done with french knots.

Going to be adding manga spoilers below the read more with pictures of what I tried to get it to look like.

#dungeon meshi #delicious in dungeon #falin touden #maybe? i made the dragon for a cosplay i made of her #red dragon #plushies #knitting #fiskart #the second pair of horns are curled just by sewing it to the neck to be sure it would hold the shape right #took a bit of brain power at moments when tweaking the pattern to how i wanted it without actually knowing how the tweaking would turn out #but i love it!! it fits great in my hand and i have been carrying it around with me a lot just because of that #been thinking of trying to make a version where the body and tail is knitted in one instead of sewing the tail on later #it would only be able to lie down but now that i have a sitting one it would be fun to also have the other #but really let me know if anyone would be intertsed in trying to make it yourself becuase then i could try to clean up my notes #and put it on here at some point #that was as lot of extra tags #i hope whoever read all of this has a great day!

House M.D. but it's when a character says the name of the episode

#house md #prince's talk tag #flashing #repitition #so as i was watching this show i noticed they'd say the episode title in the episode #so i wanted to see how many times they did it #the people on livejournal who made transcripts of the episodes are my saviors and without them this would of been so much harder to do #thank you all for your service and i hope wherever you all are you're having a great day #sometimes they would use a variation of the word like in the episode poison they would say 'poisoned' or 'poisoning'#i did not include those instances #there was an instance in 'merry little christmas' where they do play the song in the show #but since ella fitzgerald was not a character in the show i did not include it #where as in the episode 'joy to the world' the students are singing it in the concert so i did include that #i apologize for the tonal whiplash when you get to that part but it did make me laugh #one of the times kutner says 'locked in' is overshadowed by the POTW's voice over but i assure you he says it and thats why its in there #out of the main characters from the one who said the title the most to least are #House > Foreman > Wilson > Chase > Cuddy > Adams > Cameron and Taub > Kutner > Thirteen and Park #this took a bit to do lolol its probably been done already but i wanted my own #there is a chance im missing some on technicalities but idc. im fine with this #there are two more i wanna do but with a character saying another character's name but ill do that some other time #EDIT: When I was making this video I was unaware that the Pilot episode went by two names: 'Pilot' and 'Everybody Lies'#Basically everywhere I looked the first episode was only referred to by 'Pilot'#which I found weird bc i remember seeing somewhere that the last episode was paired with the first episode in terms of title #but i couldn't find hard proof so I decided to leave it out at the time #well i checked again last night and yea the pilot IS also called Everybody Lies so I updated the video #I also think it goes well with the fact that House does say 'Everybody Dies' in the finale so another reason to fix it #AND he says it without Wilson while he and Wilson say the title of the pilot sooooo yea hehehehehe

zuko girl dad is canon with izumi and that's great and all but i raise you boy dad zuko who is terrified of becoming what his father was. boy dad zuko who isn't quite sure how to play with his son because ozai destroyed the idea of having a childhood. boy dad zuko who initially refuses to ever bend in front of his son for fear of burning him. boy dad zuko who finds his teenage nightmares returning after his son is born because when he looks into his son's sharp, golden eyes he sees flames and smoke and the face of a man who was his father only in name.

boy dad zuko who sits with his son at night and reenacts love amongst the dragons with different voices for each character and animated action poses. boy dad zuko who (reluctantly) pays the avatar three "sifu hotman" passes in order to let him and his son fly on appa over the palace. boy dad zuko who holds his son's hand and lets him sit in his lap and tells him that he will always love him no matter what he does because his love is not conditional, it's a given.

boy dad zuko who does his absolute damndest to be everything that his father wasn't and everything his mother could have been.
