My modded Stardew Valley farm layout ❤️

With standard farm, I wanted to make the farm looks like a mini town. In the middle is the market, selling all the goods. Top right corner is the farming place. Top left is the tree farm. Middle left is the wheat field and cafe. Middle right is the orchard. Bottom right is animal barn and tree cutting place. And the bottom left is the flower field.

Playing Bomb rush cyberfunk has been a crazy experience so far because i feel like I've been enjoying the game just as much as I'm not doing so

#which is crazy because i went in with the impression that this would be jet set radio but better #and really? the biggest thing is doing for me rn is making me wanna play old-school Jet set radio again #who the fuck looked at Jsr and thought “Hey you know what would make this game even better? 300 different inputs”#which makes it impossible for me to play this solely on the controler (the main way i play games since i suck ass at the keyboard)#because it just doesn't have that many buttons #so at times i gotta be fucking double welding this shit with both the keyboard and the controler and it's awful #because I don't have that good of a motor coordination or whatever the proper term is #on top of that. why did we need a fighting mechanic? that's so fucking unnecessary when Jsr already had a gret way of dealing with that #which was by integrating the grafitti mechanic with the fighting by having it be the way you damage opponents #just adjust that to make it take more hits/graffitis in the fight and boom. you're done. perfectly functional #all it does is take away 3 BUTTONS in a game that already has a shit load of inputs #and ik these same buttons are also used to doing tricks on rails but like. that's such an useless addition #because I'm not actually doing anything like this isn't pulling a move on a fighting game. no skill is needed. I'm just mashing buttons #so you might as well not have both of these machanics and have the buttons be set to do other. more important comands #like the one to manually continue a combo on the ground after getting off of a rail. i gonna hold control on the keyboard and move #my joysticks at the same time whenever i need that and it fucking sucks #so yeah whenever i play it again I'm definitely gonna try mapping my controler to my liking and we'll see how it goes #unrelated to the gameplay i just gotta say. sorry but the songs are so mid #if i knew how to mod things i would replace every single one of them songs from jsf and jsrf. absolutely no doubt about it #like the songs in the jsr games are so unique and distinct from one another. even the ones that have a similar style. which makes them #incredibly memorable like i still remember a good chunk of them from the top of my head and i haven't played that game in months #bomb rush cyberfun songs just feel so samey and forgettable #a similar thing can be said for the environment designs and especially their colors imo #everything within the same area feels incredibly samey and not memorable. and you may think “Carol it's a whole area of course it's gonna #look similar to itself“ and to that i say. yes. cohesion is important but take a look at Kogane and Bento from jsr and you'll see #how despite being the same area and having the a coherent color pallet and overlay applied to it their locations are distinct from eachother #and memorable to the point where i can recall how to traverse thought each area and where they lead to easily #in bomb rush it feels like I'm just looking at the same place everywhere in the map #on a good note! i like the story so so much it's definitely what's gonna cary me through playing the whole game #because jsr really needed more story and fleshed out characters that aren't just different designs you can play as

I gotta be less hard on myself. Annoyingly i know that my best work comes from when i am hard on myself. But i keep stopping myself from doing things i want to due to perfectionism. Annoying.

#atm i feel like im just chasing interest after interest after interest #ive been working on my mimecraft base a lot but i have. complex feelings about the base atm #im happy with it and its paradise.#its too paradise that it makes me unsettled #which is nonsense its my place and my build #but i feel a lot of pressure to make it perfect #even though I and vee are the only ones who go there and i dont really care about the likes on my posts anymore #it still makes me feel. odd.#i love the work though i love the style and i love using it as a means to imagine a better world #atm im really enjoying just spending time on the server hanging out with vee #but i get into my own head a lot about the base #its not even just the base im talking about everything but the base is the example #i built a bit of a weird interior today i just went crazy with the terracotta and the plants and a pool of water #and i keep thinking on if it was the 'right' thing to do #and if i will be able to complete it properly to a high enough standard #it also doesnt help that ive improved over the course of the last 2 years in building #so now my house looks off and weird and theres trees that need to be taken down and paths that are over textured #but i find the process of doing it and the feeling of completion really deep and important #i dont know. i feel like im constantly in a battle of pushing myself to be better but limiting myself at the same time by having fun or sthn #i feel like i should be making youtube videos or at least prepping to #but i havent because i cant figure out how to organise mods and its freaking me out. theres just loads of excuses stopping me #i dont know.#the annoying thing is pushing myself creatively has resulted in massive benefits for me lately creatively #partly i think why im feeling odd with the base atm is because ive suddenly gone for being barely able to play an hour a night to having all #the time in the world so its created a sudden influx in development #idk. this is rambly #fish talks #i want to download a minec@ft map and remove the suburban housing to replace with higher density properties becsuse ive been watching too #much socialist urban planning videos again and c1t1es skyl1nes just isnt cutting the cheese rn #thats the wrong saying. fandoms censored to avoid crosstagging

the games i make in the future i would love to have decent modding support for but i cant imagine how to even go about that. it would probably be more work than im really willing to put into that but ig im worried people will lose interest after a while if it isnt moddable

#i guess this is something i should worry about when i get there or at least like. after ive even started MAKING the games #but its been on my mind #not like super crazy mod support but like #halflife/counterstrike level stuff #letting people make custom maps and gamemodes and model replacements or whatever #but im not planning to use source as my engine so im having a hard time visualizing #what implementing that looks like and what the challenges and importantly risks of that look like #maybe i just. wont bother #id rather be focusing on the base game itself i think #shut up green

this website only having one replacement for deleted images that always says they "violated community guidelines" is going to be its downfall...

anything exciting going on today guys. ive been playing sdv all day due to the devil resides within me

#got to winter so im doing ginger island stuff #its. sigh. yk...#my mod t fix it is like. the dialogue + portrait changes are in place but not. the spritez? which annoys ne ...#also my one mod t make ermm. winter star less christmassy seems t be messing up.. bc the sprite to replace the christmas trees is like #its there but. WATERDROP OCCULTS - Maxis-Match Eyes

Making occult (replacement) eyes always stresses me out a lot, so that's one project group I usually procrastinate on, but the recent 2 weeks I found some motivation to finish all the occults for my Waterdrop eyes and well, here they are! I tweaked them a lot and finally am satisfied with their looks. In combination with the human eye set they're now a full, proper match to all of the occult categories, hope you enjoy ♥

Things you should know:

For fem + masc frames, infant-elder.

Features a clear, gameplay-friendly sclera.

Alien = 9 colors (+ an evil clone swatch) Vampire = 1 neutral, 8 glowy colors with a custom emission map Mermaid = 9 colors Wolf = 13 neutral, 4 glowy colors with a custom emission map

Available as default, non default & facepaint variations. The facepaint versions are compatible with the basegame.

Compatible with HQ mod, pics taken without it.

2. Take inspiration from real worlds i.e. New Orleans for Willow Creek, New England for Brindleton Bay. Find a theme/style for each world to make it cohesive.
