Rise of Sge/SGE Characters as High School Stereotypes Pt 2.
Rufius- Very shy unless he’s with close friends. Excels at culinary and creative arts classes. I picture him having little doodles on his papers.
Marialena- Kind of annoying, takes advantage of you. Probably the type who is always asking for a pen/pencil.
Sophie- Bold. Very popular and outgoing. Many dislike her, but deep inside, they secretly envy her. She wings most of her assignments and tests.
Agatha- Quiet. I think she’d be seen as emo from the outside. Always tired and wants to go home. Gets good grades and studies though. Will argue with anyone who bothers her.
Tedros- Ugh. He’s your typical hot-blond-football player guy that you’d see getting the girl in every 2000’s movie possible. He wins prom king easily.

SGE Characters as Literary Things
(Not all of these are actual literary or rhetorical devices; some are just writing techniques, forms, genres, mediums, etc.)
This is a bit abstract, so I’m curious about how subjective these might be. Does anyone agree or disagree? And feel free to make additions if you think I left anything out, or request another character that isn’t here.
Hopefully this makes (intuitive?) sense. As always, I'm willing to explain my thought process behind any of the things I've listed.
Also, anyone can treat this like a “Tag Yourself” meme, if you want. Whose list do you most relate to, use, or encounter?

Ok if we're talking about plot holes in the later SGE books (including the prequels)
Marialena is part of the Sader family and is a seer
But wasn't it said in A World Without Princes that all the seers in the Sader family were men??
But there are clearly women and girls who were seers, as shown by Marialena and her mother Adela Sader...
If the Sader line of seers was all-male, how could there be female seers???

Note
What mbti do you think the prequel's characters are 🤭
I am not the best at this, since character interpretation varies from person to person. I will try my best, but I apologize if you find it lacking. I also am only sticking with the main prequel characters, and not people like the Pirate Captain, Vulcan, Botic and so forth. If you would like to see them, don't be afraid to ask!
Rhian: ENFJ (Rhian goes first because I said so.)
Rafal: INTJ
Rufius: INFP
Kyma: I am in between INFJ and ISFJ but I feel like she fits the former more? Hm.
James: ENTJ maybe?
Peter Pan: ENTP
Aladdin: ESTP is my best guess.
Midas: INTP?
Marialena: This was one of the hardest, but maybe, MAYBE ISTP. She's so two-faced I don't even know who she really is.
That's what I have. Again, sorry if this doesn't really meet your expectations. I apologize also for taking so long on this one.

Imagine any of the party having kids and they insist their babies call Steve their uncle. And then when they're finally grown, the shock that Steve isn't actually related to them he's just a long-suffering unpaid babysitter that somehow got adopted by a bunch of teens 🥺😂

Rafal vs Rhian’s Flying
In Rise, Fall, and TLEA, there are clear differences between the way each twin flys, and I strongly believe that their flying is related to their souls.
First, I think the whole concept of adding flight to Rafal specifically, was that it was an extension of his soul. What I mean, is that when Rafal is flying, it’s his way of setting himself free a little bit, (as free as Rafal can get). Also, he’s cooler, calmer, and more controlled than Rhian is in the air.
Ex. “gliding over the moonlit bay and slipping through the window of the school master’s tower” and “rising into the air… like a bat stretching its wings.” And comparing that to Rafal’s and Rhian’s souls, “a frosty calm so different from Rhian’s hot, hungry gaze.” Even James says, “I have no control over your brother’s soul. It’s not like yours, which felt warm and welcome. Rhian’s scares me. It has a mind of its own.”
Now, theres not many examples of Rhian actually flying except for one specific scene in TLEA. A scene that I am OBSESSED with btw. I love absolutely everything about it. And while it is told in Sophie’s POV, it’s similar to how James describes Rhian’s soul in Fall. “She let herself go, gasping as Rafal slipped-turned like a hawk with dangerous speed…With a full somersault, he rocketed back up…Rafal shot across the bay like a fireball.” See how it’s different from the way the real Rafal flys in Rise/Fall? The words Soman uses are also not the same, as well as the tone and mood he creates with his wording. Rhian’s soul is very similar in the way that Sophie can never predict where or what Rhian is going to do next during his flight, Just like James Says! Rhian flies recklessly, hot, and fast. If I’m going to be honest, The Real Rafal would’ve NEVER taken Sophie for a joyride in the first place. Rafal is shown only using his abilities for specific purposes, like replacing Marialena. This is definitely something only Rhian would do.
Anyway, What are your thoughts on this?

Lonesome Losses & Winsome Victories
Note:
The stanzas (when read top-down) go backwards chronologically, not forwards.
- S O P H I E -
THERE ONCE was a girl with eyes green,
Who became an illustrious Dean.
She dared not to fail,
In glass slippers, black veils,
And entranced the most murderous fiend.
.
.
.
- R A F A L -
THERE ONCE was a murderous fiend,
Ensorcelled by emerald green.
He fought and he fought,
Nearly prevailed all for naught,
When his visions had lost all their sheen.
.
.
.
- M A R I A L E N A -
THERE ONCE were visions to glean,
By a bespectacled girl with a dream.
She’d plot and she’d plot,
Sow Evil's forthcoming Rot,
And engender a bold, new regime.
.
.
.
- R H I A N -
THERE ONCE was a boy who did deem
Evil brutish and churlish and mean.
But felled again and again,
By his own wicked pen,
His soul’s fate he could never redeem.
.
.
.
- H O O K -
THERE ONCE was a boy well-redeemed,
Once hired as buccaneer dean.
He would deceive and seduce,
And elude, say “Adieu,”
All betwixt two brothers’ warped schemes.
.
.
.
- THE S T O R I A N -
NOW writes a Pen for to see,
A devilish force the Woods heed,
It recorded tales all anew,
Every time it did slew
Those too wary to serve it. Indeed.
.
.
.
If anyone would like an explanation as to why I chose the order I chose:
Sophie's Evil was unleashed by Rafal.
Rafal was set on the warpath by the prophecy and to some extent, Marialena herself, who could be seen as representative of the prophecy in a way, as a Seer.
Marialena sided against Rafal due to of her vision of Rhian as the One.
And Rhian was originally (partly) corrupted by Hook.
Finally, everything was orchestrated and everyone was driven by the Storian itself.
What do I have to say for myself? Always, the Pen is contingent on mortal men’s greed, it never will cede its ink and its sheaves!
I’m on a rhyming kick, haha. Thank you for reading.

Here are a few more wrestling characters I started!
First, is Umeko Fujimoto, a joshi-puroresu wrestler with a Y2K theme and UFO obsession. Next, is Marialena Dufort, a princess-themed wrestler with a lackluster attitude. And third is Súcubo, a lucha rudo with a “succubus” theme.
Once they’re done, I’ll introduce you to them! (I’m still working on the backstories for Súcubo and Umeko. Umeko will be on Art Fight, so I have to finish her before the end of this month, lol.)
-
Umeko is brand new, a 2022 OG-OC. I was born in the 90s, grew up in the 2000s, so this was a blast-from-the-past type of design for me. I didn’t know how much I would adore her till I finished her sketches. <3
