Hey if it's possible can you write headcannons of how the dragons getting challenged and defeated by the reader with the powers and personality of luffy?

Pitaya ~

They despise you :) they still wanna fight you though.

Will try and learn your weaknesses to fight you and mayhaps defeat you. The most likely to push you to the brink, with the pure amount of fire and heat they put into their fighting. Literally. They’re the dragon of fire.

The most persistent in fighting you. Genuinely does not care how many times they get defeated.

Lotus ~

Likely the dragon to try and convince you to join their side once you prove how powerful you are. After all, powerful allies are hard to come by in the dragon world.

They shy away from fighting you themself. They are a very patient dragon, and will be able to deal with you better than any of the other dragons possibly could.

Otherwise, they do their best to remain on your good, or neutral side. They don’t mind you too much, so long as you do not get in the way of their goals.

Ananas ~

The most but-hurt of all the dragons. Very pissy about their defeat.

They will stomp off to their mountain and sit there for an entire day simply pouting. They hate you. Their pride was tested and pushed and they are a very angy guy.

Every time you’re around them they tilt their head away from you and give you the silent treatment, no matter where you are or what you’re doing. They refuse to even look at you, nontheless talk to you.

Lychee ~

Lychee is not fighting you.

Simple as put, they know that fighting you is not the way of beating you. They’ve seen what happened to the other dragons, and this little trickster is not an idiot.

They are likely to try and manipualte you into fighting for them. Otherwise, they do their best to completely avoid you. Tbh, you two would probably get along whenever you do see each other.

Longan ~

PISSED.

They hate you. With their entire being. You’re too annoying to be that powerful- it’s stupid. They’re probably the only dragon that can somewhat keep up with you, and yet you still give them a run for their money and beat them.

If they could kill you, they would. No hesitation.

Please friend elaborate on the "Baker! Nanami" thoughts 🛐

I GOT U STAR DW

Nanami is ABSOLOUTELY the kinda guy who has a secret inspo board of a cottage in the woods by a river where he wants to retire (ideally as soon as possible lol). To do so he needs money. But he hates capitalism, and hates his office job.

SO what does he like? Baked goods.

One day he comes into the little bakery by his house, a quaint little thing that's tucked away in a hidden street corner, the quiet lull being the most alluring part of it all to Nanami.

He takes one look at the 'Now Hiring!' sign behind the cashier and nods.

'What's that about?' he asks and the cashier sheepishly explains they're very understaffed, so they're desperately looking for people to come into any position-bakers, cashiers, cleaners, anything.

And Nanami-poor dude's phone has been buzzing nonstop since before he even stepped foot into the shop, messages from his work asking if he can work overtime (for the nth time in a row), messages from his boss delegating more and more work to him, until...

He nods to the flyer again.

'I'm interested. When can we do an interview?'

And anyway, that's the story of how Nanami starts to work at a bakery.

Initially he's just a cashier, and you'd think this man would be all stoic and 'What can I help you with today 😐'-esque, but once you remove the stress of being a salaryman at a job he hates the guy is surprisingly...cheery?

He shows genuine care towards his work, loves when people ask him what he recommends, and working in an enviroment where the scent of freshly baked bread is abundant can be more calming to the nerves than you'd think.

Eventually he starts learning from the bakers whilst working there, takes some afternoon classes to learn the basics of baking-he's a good cook, for sure, Gojo's always praising his bento boxes after all, but he's still a novice when it comes to baking.

His first quiche comes out looking like the world's most deflated balloon, and he's burnt countless cakes until figuring out the techniques involved in it all.

Still, given a year or two, he slowly starts to work both the front of the store and oftentimes the back, and sure, his hands are more calloused now, flour somehow always finding a way to cling to his shirts, but...he wouldn't exchange this feeling for anything in the world.

If you combine this to the haikyuu-jjk headcanons from the other day, then I reckon the kids oftentimes come over after school to get muffins and desserts of the like (Gojo is almost always there too, supposedly to stop them from eating too many sweets given they're all athletes-yet he somehow never has the heart to chastise them, buying them more snacks instead).

Nanami pretends to hate the way the store's crowded with teens every afternoon, but seeing the way they bicker and laugh reminds him too much of his own youth to remain mad. Plus, they're paying customers, aren't they?

Anyway just. Baker Nanami man. I love this soft man SO MUCH!!!

If I may be weird and petty for a moment, I don't get AUs where Martin is the Archivist when Melanie and Sasha are right there?? I mean I get why: roleswaps are popular AUs and martin is a popular character. And maybe its just my specific headcanons re: archivist requirements but I feel like the other two would be so much better?

Yes, Martin reads statements and yes, he gets marked, but I really don't think those are the Only Requirements to do the big ritual? Cause at that point Elias could've chosen any web-marked dude off the street, especially if they have the mark of another entity as well already.

Melanie and Sasha shared several important traits with Jon, most notably a burning curiosity, a willingness to put themselves in trouble for information, and (in Melanie's case (and Sasha's too, arguably) an ability to antagonize extremely dangerous fear avatars. Sasha's whole statement is her putting herself in a dangerous situation without telling anyone or acquiring any help (remind you of any main characters?) and running face first into supernatural dangers (sometimes to protect her friends, sometimes out of curiosity). Useful for collecting marks, but also useful for collecting information and developing her own powers as the Archivist. Considering her seemingly unrepentant willingness to look through her friends' and coworkers' personal files via accessing their accounts, I'd argue that her curiosity and boundary crossing could easily get stronger when investigating supernatural entities. Obviously, this never happened because of how early on she died, but I think you could make a strong case for Sasha's strong curiosity making some avatars incredibly mad. Not to mention how incredibly Beholding it is of her. None of this is criticism btw, I think Sasha should have access to whatever personal info she wants and I love it when characters are so obviously Eye-aligned. I know "Sasha wasn't promoted because she'd solve all the problems and find a way to kill Jonah" is also a popular headcanon but please think for a MOMENT about her appearances in podcast. There weren't many, but there's a very obvious through-line in almost all of them. She's curious, she takes risks in the face of the supernatural, she wants to Know. It's literally what caused the circumstances of her statement. Those traits are arguably the ones that got her KILLED. I'm sorry this went off on a tangent. I just love Sasha very much and I'm constantly filled with Thoughts of Sasha.

Melanie also has curiosity about the supernatural AND a much more obviously antagonistic personality!! Her first appearance is being a total asshole to Jon, mocking him, the place he works at, the equipment they use, and what they do. But she also dedicated basically her entire career into uncovering the supernatural? She ran a Youtube channel about it, and when she discovered that everyone was sticking to the same "safe" sites, she started looking off the beaten path for the real stuff. And she found it! She went looking for ghosts of war and violence and even without access to statements, probably working alone and sifting through bunk on the internet, she found them! She got stabbed by a ghost and instead of trying to avoid ghosts in the future, she decided to look for more violent ghosts. The slaughter tendencies might be a drawback for her becoming the Archivist, yes, but by that point Jon had already survived multiple marks and was developing his powers. If he failed by that point, Elias might've wanted an Archivist who'd be better able to defend themselves. By S4 Melanie was probably far enough gone to the Slaughter (and hated the Eye enough) that she was probably off the table as a candidate. By that point, however, Jon was expected to fully Become and only needed a few more marks.

I understand that Sasha was approved for a transfer to the Archives because Elias let Jon choose who take with him and Jon chose Sasha. And Melanie was almost certainly chosen to keep Jon in close proximity of a Slaughter-aligned person who'd be likely to mark him but unlikely to kill him. But I think that they served a secondary purpose of being backup Archivists in case something happened to Jon.

Obviously this is more headcanon than theory (not to mention it relies on other headcanons to fully stand) but I'm very fond of it. I guess I think that, even if Elias wasn't really looking for another Archivist when Jon seems like the perfect candidate in every way (and I'm not saying this JUST because I love him), I think that if something did happen to Jon, they'd be Elias' next candidates.

tell more about new potato cooking way

oh it's easy! take small/medium sized unpeeled potatoes, boil till they are soft, smash them with a fork a bit, coat in oil and spices and toss them in the oven. goes very well with a salad of carrots cheese garlic and mayo (it's just that it's my favourite salad) 👍👍👍
