a/n: i wrote this in about an hour, it’s short and sweet and my first attempt at something semi-smutty + has not been beta-read or very thoroughly edited (pls be kind 🥹)

Bucky’s cock, mouth and hands had left you feeling as though you were floating through the ethers, and you never wanted to come back to earth. A satisfied sigh left your lips as you eased into the contentment of post-coital bliss.

He mouth pressed wetly into the skin below your ear as the intensity eased off, “Fuck, baby, how’re you feeling?” Bucky breathed against your ear, slightly out of breath from the power he’d put behind making your body sing. His hands spread over your hip, front against your back as you interlaced your fingers to attempt to bring yourself back to the moment enough to answer him coherently.

“Heh, I think you might’ve fucked my brains out, handsome.” You turned your head towards his locking your eyes to his steady gaze, and shifting your hand to stroke his cheek, the stubble there tickling your fingertips.

Bucky’s grin oozed pride, a soft cockiness seeping from him at your comment. “Well, sweetheart, if you’re still talking that’s probably not true.”

You chuckled, and he bit his lip, leaning in to get a taste of your infectious joy. Somehow - even after the mind blowing, multi-orgasmic session - the plushness of his mouth and tongue against yours had the buzzing desire still simmering within start to return. Your body longed for him to fill the space between your legs again. To make the molten heat erupt until your previous words came true.

There was only so much time left in the slot that he’d saved to spend with you before he had to return to his superhero life. Not enough to go another round. A dancer, a dinosaur, a train conductor, a tiger, an ice cream maker, a butterfly, an astronaut, a shark, a college student, a Tamaranean, a mouse, a scuba diver, an elephant, a doctor, a moose, a race car driver, a dog.

A child wanting to see the world.

If you want to find captain marvel, well first you've got to try his comm, probably a couple times.

Then you've got to go to fawcett, hope he's there and not saving the yetis from a salamander invasion in a different dimension.

You've got to ask around, because it often goes by word of mouth here, no matter what technology you bring. Don't worry, it'll spread very quickly, but if you're in a hurry you can find his commemorative statue and leave an offering. No one knows if it really works, but it's a good way to pass the time and feel productive.

Soon, a face will peel out of the crowd. It's always familiar, but it's never the same one.
