until lando makes changes to how he races to help his own title fight (e.g actually leading the end of lap 1 when he starts p1), oscar should not be asked to change how he races to help lando’s title fight.

i mean. I dropped futari wa because I did not enjoy it, and I finished Splash Star and it's among my favorite in the franchise. that already tells me a lot! this is a completely normal thing to do and saying "I think this thing was bad so I never finished it, but this other thing that I did finish does the concept well" isn't even remotely a crazy statement. what world do you even live in.

some things i know about max domi:

- nine times out of ten he’ll pass instead of shooting. i understand the sentiment but this deeply infuriates me. u can score a goal max. it’s allowed. (please score a goal)

- has a diabetes alert dog named orion whom he loves so very dearly (he was So Excited to get this dog, u have no idea)

- also has a bengal cat named leo (which he got when he was a hab, just before nick suzuki got one—they are both named leo)

- immediately after being diagnosed with celiac disease, decided to eat a whole box of timbits and was hospitalized (wildly on brand)

- during his dad’s games, he would spend his time in the halls of the ACC playing mini sticks with the other kids instead of watching the game

- would make a terrible goalie (source: ilya samsonov)

- frequently tries to downplay his diabetes so as not to worry people, but then his sugar will crash and he’ll lose consciousness (which definitely won’t worry people)

- once accidentally injected himself with a near lethal dose of insulin, and then had to eat absolutely all of the food he had on hand AND give himself a glucagon shot (for context, usually when someone is given a glucagon shot, they have already fallen unconscious from insulin shock)

Don’t have a lot to say about this quali, but I WILL SAY that lando is a shitty starter (so far) and Oscar unfortunately can’t manage tiers yet, so we’ll see for tomorrow.
