Things I would change about FNAF

Reposting cause it wouldn’t show up in the tags the first time, but here we go again

The direction of William Afton wouldn’t change. What I mean is that SL changed William from a creepy psychopathic killer to a mad scientist. To put it simply. William’s character would be more in line with how he is portrayed in FNAF 2-4 and The Silver Eyes rather than The Fourth Closet. The difference being that William’s motivation is killing the kids to put his family back together in their own animatronic forms.

Nothing storywise for FNAF 1, the only thing I would change is Foxy’s jumpscare. Compared to the other animatronics, Foxy’s is a bit weird. Where Freddy, Bonnie and Chica are out to kill you, Foxy is like “Arr matey, can I bother ye for a cup of sugar” so I’d just make Foxy’s jumpscare like the others or since he’s sprinting towards the door, do something with the running gimmick and have Foxy have a lunging jumpscare

FNAF 2. After completing Night 6, we would be treated to another atari styled minigame. As Jeremy Fitzgerald, we would be walking through the Pizzeria doing our rounds and at the last part of the minigame, Mangle would pop out and bite us, thus revealing the Bite Of 87

FNAF 3.

There would be a Phantom Bonnie

Springtrap would move like he does and do a jumpscare like in Two Evil Eyes

FNAF 4,

I simply would just reveal Crying Child's name in the game. The bullies or the kids around the neighborhood would call him Chris

The neighborhood kids would be revealed as the Missing Kids

Not only would there be a Nightmare Fredbear on Night 5, but also Nightmare Spring Bonnie

Sister's Location.

Would reveal that Ballora was Mrs Afton. "I found them, Mother and Elizabeth"

Funtime Foxy would have his UCN voice here

There would be two minigames. One would be the CIrcus Baby game we got and the other for Ballora. Would be a dancing minigame with Ballora and Minireenas, if you get the minigame right, there would be a flash revealing a car accident.

Pizzeria SImulator.

Michael and Henry would be willing partners to end it all. Okay this always bothered me. There is no way whatsoever Michael wouldn't have tried to find Henry after everything that's happened. There is no way that Henry wouldn't attempt to find Michael in the hopes of bringing an end to the nightmare. But to make it clear that they were partners, I would edit Henry's speech. "And to you my brave partner, Michael. I'm sorry for the suffering you've gone through. I wanted you to live free after all this was over. There was a way out planned for you, I have a feeling that's not what you want. I have a feeling that you are right where you want to be.

During Henry’s speech, Henry would address Charlie by name. “Charlie, my daughter if you can hear me. I knew you would return as well. It's in your nature to protect the innocent. I'm sorry that on that day. The day you were shut out and left to die. No one was there to lift you up in their arms. The way you lifted others into yours. And then, what became of you? I should have known, you wouldn't be content to disappear. Not my daughter. I couldn't save you then, so let me save you now.” It's time to rest, for you, and for those you have carried in your arms.

Midnight Motorist would reveal the fate of Mrs Afton. In the section of the minigame where we visit the mound of dirt near the Afton home. We would see a tombstone with the name “Clara Afton” William at first says “....” Then he’d say “I’m sorry. I will put you back together”

Molten Freddy, would actually feel like all the Funtimes rolled up into one. Art by circusmantis. Description is how I how Molten Freddy should’ve been “Out of the 4 characters in FNaF 6 (Scrap Baby, Molten Freddy, Scraptrap and Lefty) Molten Freddy is by far the least interesting of the group, I feel like Molten Freddy was a big wasted opportunity as there was so much more Scott could’ve done with him, he could’ve easily include Ballora, Funtime Foxy and Bon-Bon as part of its design and personality but I feel like Scott tossed them aside to put Funtime Freddy front and centre due to his popularity and I honestly think he’s only popular because of his voice and maybe his design (if there are any other reason please let me know because that’s all I can see).So, I decided to create my own version of Molten Freddy and put a different spin on him, to try and make the character more interesting. This is my own interpretation of Molten Freddy, which I’ve named Scrap Ennard.Since Scrap Ennard is made out of at least 3 animatronics: Funtime Freddy, Funtime Foxy and Ballora (or 4 if you count Bon-Bon), I wanted to show that in its design, instead of having 3 or 4 sperate heads like some people seem to interpret their version of Scrap Ennard (or just one head with Ennard’s mask), I wanted to just have one big head but with 4 faces fused together into a mangled mess, I think this would look a lot more horrifying and scary rather than just having 4 separate heads on long necks which to me is a bit cliché when making a character with multiple heads.I gave Scrap Ennard 4 arms because not only does it look cool but since it’s made out of 4 animatronics, it makes sense for it to have 4 arms, these arms are controlled by a different animatronic, with Ballora controlling its right arm, Funtime Freddy controlling its left arm, Funtime Foxy controlling it’s hook arm and Bon-Bon controlling the claw arm. I only gave Scrap Ennard 2 legs because I felt 4 legs would overcomplicate the design a bit, these 2 legs are controlled by Ballora and Funtime Freddy.With 4 characters in one, this can give Scrap Ennard multiple personalities, with each one having their own voice and behaviours, there would be a total of 5 personalities: Funtime Freddy, Ballora, Funtime Foxy, Bon-Bon and Ennard which will be all of them combined, the personalities would change between nights. Other than Funtime Foxy, each character would have their original voices and it will active with whatever personality is in front, Ballora would still have her singing voice and Funtime Freddy would still have his laughter, for Ennard’s voice it would be all the voices talking at the same time, similar to the Delightful Children from Kids Next Door, that kind of voice coming from an animatronic like this would sound really creepy and unique.Its vocabulary would also change depending on which personality is in front, with the 3 individual personalities with voices addressing itself is “me” or “I” or “he” or “she” but with Ennard’s personality it will address itself as “we” or “us” or “ours”, similar to Ermac from Mortal Kombat.I like the idea of the animatronics working together to navigate and manoeuvre rather the just letting one-character take command, I think it just makes the character more unique, plus it makes more sense within the story, isn’t the reason the 4 remaining characters kicked Circus Baby out of Ennard was because they got tired of taking orders from her, but they’re perfectly okay with taking orders from Funtime Freddy, that doesn’t really make sense to me.” I will say Ballora would be more active and actually be fighting Funtime Freddy for the more dominant personality just so we can have the whole Afton family reunion.

Scraptrap would be more bloodthirsty instead of arrogantly stupid. “"What a deceptive calling. I knew it was a lie the moment I heard it, obviously, but it is intriguing nonetheless." It’s generally agreed Afton is stupid for saying this, I have no idea what I’d have him say, but it has more to do with wanting to kill Michael and Henry. Maybe instead he could say. “Tell me, my dear old friend. Did you think I wouldn’t know it was you? I’m coming for you, the children and you, my son.”

Insanity Ending would explore William’s motivation. Along with the Remnant extractor, on Henry’s computer would be what Henry believes to be why William did what he did. WHat would be stated is William was a good friend, but after the death of his wife, son and daughter, William killed Charlie and the missing kids.

Golden Freddy would've appeared in the game as Scrap Golden Freddy. CC would be in complete control. Cassidy's spirit would've passed on in the Happiest Day. Consumed by grief and rage over what Michael did and what William did to the missing kids, Golden Freddy's goal is to kill Michael and Willaim(moreso William, CC lets go of his hatred of Michael during the ending) Jumpscare wise, when we are trying to do our tasks, your computer shuts off and IT’S ME… flashes before we get jumpscared. Scrap Golden Freddy would be the final Animatronic we would salvage. His noise is Fredbear's laugh from FNAF 4. He came back for William more than Michael. art by Shadowof1987

With Scrap Ennard(with Ballora) and Golden Freddy in the game alongside William, Molten Freddy and Lefty, it would truly be the Afton and Emily Family Reunion and the ending to their story.

Before Scrap Baby corners Michael, maybe Michael could actually speak to his siblings, mother and father “Little brother, Chris. I don’t know if you can hear me or even remember me or your name. But I’m sorry and I love you. Elizabeth, sister. I know you betrayed me and I know you’re the reason why I’m like this. But I forgive you and I love you. Mother. I'm sorry I couldn't set your soul free, but I love you. Father. it’s me Michael. I found you. And I’m going to make sure we all die together, as a family”

The Lorekeeper ending would be like the Happiest Day in FNAF World. There would be two screens for the ending. Showing the graves we got, then doing something similar with FNAF 4 where the plushies and CC’s pass one by one. We would see Atari sprites of the Missing Kids, Charlie, Mrs Afton, and Henry passing one by one. Then the final image we’d see is Michael holding onto Chris and Elizabeth mirroring FNAF World’s Happiest Day and their spirits at peace ascending to the afterlife

I would simply just have Cassidy looking like she’s described in the books as TOYSKHK

Actually making Vanny the threat they were advertising and building up to since Help Wanted and AR. We have like a few main appearances from Vanny and they were all very weak. Keep in the Vanny meter and give Vanny back her knife. Even better. Use Vanny the same way Nemesis was used in RE3 or The Huntress in Dead By Daylight. Someone who constantly stalks us nd keeps coming. So constant appearances to make her feel like a big deal. Oh and while we’re at it, here is all you had to do for Vanny. How about not cutting her content from the trailers? How about not cutting the Vanny meter. How about keeping the cut lines and original jumpscare in the trailer? You know what also would’ve helped Vanny? NOT REMOVING THE FUCKING KNIFE, YOU MORONS! Vanny has her knife and uses it in her jumpscares. Like Vanny as an Afton cultist was really good and they squandered it. Vanessa being a reluctant follower had potential, but they instead removed that plotline and made Vanessa and Vanny not so different from each other. Really doesn’t make the whole “save Vanessa” ending feasible. Actually showing Vanessa as this person who wants to help Gregory escape alongside Freddy, but slowly having her mind being consumed by Vanny and the only means to save Vanessa being the Princess Quest games would’ve been much better than what we got. But if we chose not to save Vanessa altogether, we could’ve gotten a scene of Gregory reaching out to Vanessa and Vanny would only reply “There is no more Vanessa, only Vanny” and thus making us fight Vanny in the finale all the more harder.

The ability to save and recruit the Animatronics. It would work similar to saving or harvesting the Little Sisters in Bioshock. If we save Chica, Roxy and Monty, they will help us and Freddy. If you shatter them, then it goes how it does in the game, but giving us the choice to not murder Freddy’s friends. Oh and because you saved Monty and Roxy from Afton’s control, they could help you get access to the Afton ending and as a special treat, they give us a special performance.

We'd have encounters with Glitchtrap. Glitchtrap would appear on the monitors, computers, arcade machines and be in trolling Malhare mode. Hacking the Fazwatch to make hiding and surviving the Animatronics all the more difficult. Hacking the Bots to make encounters with them lethal. And everytime Glitchtrap hacks near by technology? VANNY APPEARS. Also to actually give us an indicator that we’d encounter Burntrap in the true ending, everytime we shatter or save the Glamrocks, Glitchtrap would appear congratulating Gregory for shattering them or enraged if we free them from being glitched, either way Glitchtrap will simply tell Gregory “come find me, Gregory and be sure to bring your pal Freddy, we have so much to talk about.” also a big sign that Glam Freddy could be possessed by Michael.

Give Burntrap a jumpscare

The Burntrap ending would be similar to this video to make Burntrap a bigger threat. Only I would make it clear on what happens to Vanny. You could tie the good ending into the Afton ending which gives us Gregory, Freddy, Vanessa and the Animatronics fleeing together after Burntrap is defeated or Vanny would remain as Vanny and we'd see her flee so to tease what happens in a possible DLC

not sure how to make an introduction for this tutorial. i might have gone too extra because it’s so long...but this is highly requested and i said i would do this as detailed as possible, so here we go!

adobe photoshop 2018 (ahoy, matey!)

topaz lens effects (just for grain)

srwe (sometimes, but not for this tutorial)

reshade (i dont use a specific preset)

drawing tablet (wacom intuos art)

macbook pro mid-2015 (but bootcamp)

//part one

grab a screenshot from your own lovely screenshot folder! mine is straight from my reshade screenie folder. then crop it how you like it! my original screenshot size is 2560 x 1600, and i almost always cut the background out. this is how i do it:

click color range, then click on the background of your sim. the little screen above will look like that. the background should be white. it’s easier when it’s a fully solid color. those are my settings above. click ok! the selected area will have those teeny tiny marching ants.

click quick selection tool, then select and mask...

i drew over these circled areas using the “add brush” i showed above. use “on black” viewing mode, then make sure that the sim is completely filled black (it’s the unselected area). use shift edge so there wouldn’t be any of the original bg left over. my settings are shown above. then click ok if you’re all done. press delete and then ctrl + D to unselect. the marching ants should be gone. go ahead and crop it!

after cropping, i resize the width of the photo to 1280px! always!

i create a new layer for my background, then add in the psd that i use for my edits. (i hide my psd layer while drawing)

sometimes i also use liquify to edit things like this:

i use a soft round brush to do everything! it’s literally from adobe, but i changed a few things like the flow jitter in transfer.

red areas are usually where i put the shadows, purple areas are usually where i put the highlights

i usually do the shadows before anything else! it’s pretty simple. using the brush i showed above, i create a new layer.

use the eyedropper tool on her skin, then pick a slightly darker shade. change the blending mode of the layer to multiply, then draw the shadows.

right click on the layer, then select “create clipping mask” to make your life a little bit easier. an arrow will appear beside your layer.

//part three

this is where i draw over the features. let’s look at her face. these are basically what i think it needs:

pay close attention to the imperfections and clean it up! that’s what makes it “sharper” in my opinion. small brushes will do the job! something like this:

define the edges!!! define!! zoom in and take a look!! even though these are tiny little details, it makes a whole lot of difference! the eyedropper tool is your best friend!

i start with a big brush and then i use smaller and smaller ones as i go, which creates the sharpness. go a little darker as well! im not very skillful with my graphic tablet, so i add stuff bit by bit since it tends to become too harsh when i just go for it! im not as talented as some of u here ;-; i just wing it and pray it doesnt look too bad. half of the time im just experimenting since i literally do not know where some shading goes

i wont be showing every single thing, but basically that’s the idea! i’ll add in the stuff i pointed out above and more shadows. sometimes i might turn down the opacity of some layers if they look a bit too much. here’s what we got so far:

i also like adding some face pores using this amazing “skin texture 1″ brush from this brush pack!

//part four

for the highlight layer, i change the blending mode to either overlay or soft light. use a slightly bigger brush for the bigger areas. use the eyedropper tool on her skin, and instead, pick a lighter shade.

let’s start adding highlight to the purple areas i marked above!

try to enhance the highlight on tiny details too such as the eye corners! if you want something more dramatic, create a new layer and do an overlay layer this time! don’t be afraid to add some on the hair, eyes, lips etc.

//part five

ok lets add some not decent looking hair strands. i almost always avoid this part because i literally have 0 idea on how to draw hair. i use the “hair base” brush from the same brush pack i linked to above and also have smoothing on to about 35%! the eyedropper tool is still your best friend! just follow the flow of the hair and i guess you’ll be fine ???

i’ll also fill in the annoying gaps beside her neck

unhide your psd layer and wooowweee

//part six

select all the layers, then click create a new group!

select the new group, then hit ctrl + J or right-click the new group, then click duplicate group

right-click the duplicated group, then click merge group!

i do this so i have a backup of the collapsed layers and can make changes anytime.

i use the sharpen brush on small details i circled below. i used to do stylize > oil paint or topaz clean before, but since the personal action that i use blur things a lot, i try to keep small details visible and sharp.

next is smart sharpen, my settings are below. sometimes i go for a smaller radius, but it looks like this most of the time.

my personal action set consists of this:

duplicate the layer that you just used smart sharpen on, then click lens blur!

below are my lens blur settings

turn the opacity of the layer (that you just put the lens blur on) to 40%

select both layers, right-click then merge layers!

duplicate the layer again (yes, again) then right-click, choose blending options.

uncheck the R located on the “channels” under “advance blending” then click ok.

an icon will appear on that layer!

make sure you have that layer selected, then click the Move tool

then hit your arrow left/right key once or twice! i do it once because i only want a subtle 3d effect! go ahead and merge those layers!

last step is the grain effect. i use topaz labs > topaz lens effects. if you don’t have this, you can also use filter > noise > add noise that photoshop has.

Only 5? I could probably do 500. However, that's determined by what's considered my social circle. I'm often in my head being incredibly social continuously is really a challenge of mine. I'm always actively marching to something, my flame of passion when I have it, I can do some crazy stuff but it diminishes relatively quickly, so I try to cling. But I'll up your thing and list 25 of my fave people. Ask me this same thing in a Month, I'll keep doing 25, until I do all the people. How about that? (If anyone wants to be taken off mention let me know.)

- Has one of the most intelligent and sophisticated minds, I've had the pleasure to know. Literally admire all his aesthetics, work, head-cannons, ideas. It's only a benefit that the dude shares some OC characteristics to my own (Winning features). I really enjoyed the short-thread we did. It was incomplete, mainly because of my faults. I want to actually be better to give him a proper delivery and RP worth his time, but he's incredibly worth the investment of eyes.

- If there was a Mount Rushmoore of writers who kept me in this endeavor, encouraged me. Sun'ra is one of them. His characterization skills, writing, the delivery and how believable his character is, they're masterful acts.

- I wouldn't be nearly tamed or as creatively freed if it wasn't for this gem. She broke my shell, I really didn't at a time ever see myself being anything really beyond a smut writer, but Mishi not only saw potential in me, but brought it out. Her stories and world's she brings to life are so majestically colorful.

- My go-to. He's another pillar individual who saw things in me past just the obvious perception, (Probably second longest XIV RPer I know.) Taught me a lot of the lore, I shot him up and he's sort of become my stapled rock. He's right aside Sun'ra met them about the same, both took me under their wing's as I quietly observed and absorbed.

- We're always up and front with each other, never feeling like I couldn't say anything around, extremely rare to share that these days. Her gif's are legendary, something on my own terms I want to soar in quality. The writing she does is astounding. Character has so many mysterious pages that are quite addictive to want to explore and learn them. (Encore 20 below-cut)

@under-the-blood-moonlight - Her sweetness and artwork and overall is just a friendly presence to be around. I cherish them so much. One I can jive with more darker undertones with. She's one the most hardworking and ambitiously creative people. I'd mail them infinite hugs if could. Thanks for being you! @roxinova - I owe a lot of credit to her. She's constantly OOC and everything was nudging me too be more inclusive to things and involved heavenly. It's rare for me. I'm really horrible about that my autism sets me back socially, I constantly will be drowned by the next day and be reverted back to better off alone, that's my major crux and weakness. But her thoughtfulness, these things, aren't ever foreign to me, I do pay attention probably better than any would ever give me credit. She's a beacon model to have as a friend. @corpse-dancer - Haven't ran into many words with them, but her character, screenshot game, expressiveness, they're all a marvel to constantly see, alongside her attitude and bringing life character. I do think if I were better, we would click quite splendidly. They've recently reminded and motivated me to pick-up my daily-practice, or try too. Keep being a rockstar. @fair-fae - Few who wouldn't know who she is in this community. She's been in my opinion a huge core. I'm certain she's inspired many who weren't even RPers too try it by seeing her at the Quicksands or elsewhere, a tyme ago. Making no exception, I was even one of those. I used to be in QS every-single day and was often doing my shameless stuff. Though her presence first did show me there's a lot more. I admire her in all fields. Also appreciate her adopting me to the FC and her always thinking of others and giving events, or her aesthetics and portrayal, its the epitome of swan elegance. @thorcat - One of my most treasured friends. Been RPing with them for a longtime. There's never anything complicated between us or a rift of drama, it's just let's go and have fun. We really mesh well, I've welcomed nearly ever character and got the privilege to RP with nearly all them. They always open up envelope and help me, settle on back and just laugh. Whether used to be waking up to their characters humping my afk one or use randomly having a hardcore banter between Ufah and Captain and capturing them as a voidal pet. Memories with them isn't something I'd ever want to lose. I love ya! Never stop enjoying life for anything. @lukawarrioroflight - I get in the gutter find myself lacking motivation or writing, discouraged even... But I never have felt, I could ever do any wrong with this person, they bring the light out of me. So no matter what, how many hospital-beds I yearly visit, it's because of this rare nature, that I come back, even if they're the only one's ever to read my stuff. I would do it for them alone. @scholarlybreadbun - I've only been back recently and they've so much warmth. Their presence is the sun of inviting. The couple and posing all the shipping that stuff makes me even melt. I'm not particularly talented in regards to posing couples, but I took notice of them along time ago and set on quietly improving. Really like them for them, wouldn't ever want them to change that. Ideally look forward to be in their orbit longer so I can bask in them. @seascrapes - Been mutual with them for a while. Their aesthetics and character is all S+ level. I appreciate throwing back tagged prompts with them, one of many people I really think would be enjoyable to collab with any other seafarers. The artwork and pieces of Tal Brook, are breathtaking as ever exceptionally too, not to mention. Love your stuff matey, you're a king. @mai-takeda - Is a myth. Her absolutely sheer friendliness and her attitude, are so positive influencing, I was so thrilled to be welcomed with her and boosted by them early on. I couldn't see myself, wanting to exist where they didn't have happiness like the same she always delivers by just doing so many soft-things. Not to mention her writing... She's a whole world to throw yourself gazes

under. @zhauric - It doesn't go far either without the same breath of Mai, I could say about Zhauric. He's someone worthy to look-up and also recognize they're passionate and inviting, hoisting up literally everything. Could easily find any of their characters comrades with my own, or jiving alongside. Not to mention last XIVWrite, they slaughtered it. So enjoyable to read them all. I like how organized their blog is too, motivated me recently to redux my entire thing. @cadrenebula - They have so many diverse characters and their entire roster is vibrant and is imbued with a massive flux of life. They are able to encapsulate so many character's voices and portray them so effectively too, I really admire that greatly. They've made me think bigger and try myself recently at actually undertaking a huge roster of characters too. I've taken many breaks, but I always am so graciously returned often with them close-by and that's so incredibly sacred. I've seen a lot of people get discouraged or quit, leave, departure, etc. But they always seem to have a bigger house then they had last I took a break and I enjoy peaking in. @silvernsteel - Her artist and gif-work are awe-aspiring, there's little unrecognizable by her photo-sets and edits. They helped me even tip-toe into uncharted with giving me the recipes to try incorporating gifs into my arsenal. Plus so delightfully pleasant to actually talk with and just chill. I want nothing less in life, than the beauty they give, to be returned to them for eternity in all their glorious air. If ever needed anything of me, they've got me. @spotofmummery - We talk about passion or friendliness or overall a person to even remotely try to be, I got to include them. Their web-series and writing, screen-work, everything they do is fantastic. And that's furthered back nearly any I've met showcase or immortalize how just genuine of stellar person they are. I wish them always the energy to create and sparks. @snow-covered-moon - They've never been anything less but absolutely a diamond to know. I enjoy their character, their almost always abundant of energy that's very rub inducing. Their WoL character stories, writing, screen-shots, everyday they open up a new pandora box of joy, there's no mistaken love behind their character and that's infectiously easy to also enjoy something when the author does too. Always healthy to be around, I never feel short of vitality when they're close-by. @letheofthelost - Always cheerful or least encapsulates with me, they're a carnival ride. Just pure epic story-telling and engaging equally as passionate, constantly writing characters, not looking for anything outside of RP or anything really just being their selves, they fade all others. I love their presence, them as a person. Enjoy any character they'll ever come and throw under me, or a change of pace. Always feels easily understandable between one another. @crow-iv - Together we're an unfiltered, unstoppable wake of pure passionate writers and art. But I would say they're far ahead of me, in every regard. Already able to portray multiple characters in a scene and do such in-depth thinking, alongside even sketch or draw right afterwards or a scene. They're so talented, huge reason I set-out on giving them a Crew of cast and actual stories to-tell when I'm actually caught up and if they interested and we both have the room, I really think if further myself, I can be better and supply more for them to draw and I want to see them soar. I want to give them all my improvements and effectiveness. @trishelle - They've such a reinforcing personality and aura around them that easily bolsters anything that dares thinking they're about to be depleted so energizing. Aesthetics, characters, all them are so lively that further compliment their own mun's great welcoming presence. Worth hundreds of smiles and stars, keep high. Wish I had more time to dedicate to learning you! But I do notice and appreciate you. @fracturedfantasia - One of my people, I like to retreat and just talk my full

head-cannons with or learn, share insightful and inquisitive thoughts about philosophies and multi-culture things. Or plotting and in-general, they're a well of information and brimming ideas, they are every making of what makes a quality friend. When you can generally be open-about-all that's a real one right there. Their characters and tarot readings, I always would implore if they're offering. Thanks for giving me any-time. You're truly a treasure. @violet-warder - Never have even came to words with them yet unfortunately but didn't mean as a mutual, I haven't admired all their screenies, writing, or the aesthetics they bring of their character. Glamours is real end-game, I like all what you've done and put together. I care strictly about what represent and give, I don't want to see them ever think anyone want's them gone, they are abundantly so talented and possess things only they can deliver. I think recently came back too, and I'm glad to share, hopefully, overtime I can build you better up. Or eventually even talk, but I'm certain you are a busy-body person too, so we're relatable. @layla-grey - I have a lot of underline issues that set me back as a flawed person, but I've never not been anything but someone who's open, it's why I always do include my f-list in anything or etc. I'm not here to present this facade, and really don't care to be an image crafted by another. No one as of recently or now, am I close with as an RP partner or friend with then this stunning masterpiece. I never let-up on story-telling or anything so I can eventually use my Crew or other Characters, to give them anytime a master entertaining day, they push me to not be short-changed. IC and OOC I would devote my full attention too cause they've never shed from me. Didn't ever matter how much silence or anything, they're always around. And don't expect anything out of me or pressure. Just accept me and I equally share that sentiment, I want you to have everything in this world has to offer. ----- This is just a fraction of people, I've paid attention, noticed or know. I've been around in this Community for many years. There's a lot of things I could say about it, more probably then anyone else. But what matters to me, is recognizing the people who are here, that work hard, build others up, support, constantly are a beam. I don't need to interact with everyone, to know when someone is generally out for good. Or they're out for bad I've learned inquisitiveness longtime ago, I had to survive and remain afloat. I just go out and be me, and along the way, I get to find people like these, who help bring out the best me. I am nothing without these people, creators, writers, artist. I'm a terrible friend, horrible person, I don't have the energy to interact NEARLY with as much as I'd like with you all, If I could clone myself, or if things were different, I would drop it all to be in your orbits more if could. But, do know I appreciate you. And even if you ever do depart from this whole community or anything, know that anything you share, or give, that stuff does matter, somewhere, someone was aspired, if nothing else, by me. ONLY you can give the worlds you see and I am thankful. Do love yourself.

ANOTHER SNIPPET . I GOT EMOTIONAL WRITING THIS. 😭

It was Louis's 13th birthday as Bryce decides to take the day off, to get the festivities while Casey works on the morning shift. The car was ready, as Bryce, lil Kailani and Louis is on their way to school.

After a 20 minutes drive, they finally arrive as Louis excitedly walks out of the car upon seeing his friends arrival.

Kailani, presses the car horns earning the looks of all the students in the entrance. A flushed looking Louis looks back at the car with a sighed, as Bryce smirks with Kailani mimicking her father's look, somehow they were mirroring each other.

'You forgot something!' Bryce exclaims as the lil boy recalled on everything he needed to bring for school include the irridicuolous amount of coloured paper for art class.

Louis, shook his head with a determine look on his face whilst his classmates were circling him around to observe.

'Happy birthday kid, I love you! We- love you!' Bryce shouted through the drivers seat.

Louis was flushed, as Kailani bumps the horn once more.

'Dad.....'

'Tell me you love me kid.'

Louis was observing his surroundings feeling the sudden nerves in him.

'Dad....'

'Louis Ke'li Lahela.'

'...Fine, i love you too dad.' He surrenders earning a number of 'awwws' from his classmates.

'That's my boy! See you after class alright?" Bryce nods before waving him goodbye.

After the commotion was done, Bryce took little Kailani in his hands and placed a small kiss on her cheek.

'You have been an amazing wing baby, next time we will go on our heist again shall we matey?' Bryce asked with a tone of one of Kailani's favourite show, The Pirate's Saga.

4-year-old Kailani, giggled as she lunges forward to press the horn again before she was stopped.

'Nope, no more for today kid. We are going back to see your momma and to get ourselves ready for Louis's party!' He said strapping Kailani in the baby seat.

'Party!!!!' She exclaims happily as they made their way home.

*flash forward*

After the party has ended, Bryce is accompanying Louis to bed. He walks into the room with a huge smile on his face.

'Did you had a good time today?' He asked, before letting himself seat down on one of his bean bags.

'I did, thanks dad.' Louis said as he was ready in bed, looking at him with a huge smile on his face.

'Your welcome kiddo, did you had a fun day?'

'I did, Mr.s Thompson gave me a piece of Red Velvet Cake and, we ate it during lunch today!'

He smiles at the thought, as he knows Louis is growing older everyday. He was proud of how he turn it to be, better than who he was before.

'Aw, that's amazing. I am going to get ready for work now, I will see you tomorrow with mom okay?' He was started to leave, before he felt a tug on his shirt.

'Yes kiddo.'

He was quiet at first, before he spits out.

'I love you dad, thank you for everything.'

His smile softens, as he pulled the boy into a hug.

'I love you too kid, very much. Happy birthday.' He replies before placing a kiss on his forehead. A small gesture, before he leaves the room. A small smile on his face, a smile that is worth more than a million of words.

'Very very much.'

novel prep tag: blackbird

i was tagged for this by @magicalwriting! thank you so much!

in this tag, there are a lot of questions going in-depth about the wip in question (i’m choosing blackbird) and because of the detail i must warn that it’s rather long! also, because i’m still rather new here, i don’t really know many people to tag, so I’m just going to pick a few at random from my followers:

first look

describe your novel in 1-2 sentences (elevator pitch)

maria quintana (vain, moody, and a loser) and ingrid piuma (owner of one outfit, carefree, and also a loser) clash paths when on the run from a stuck-up aunt and stuck-up sister, respectively. they hit it off and have a lot in common, or so it seems; maria is yet to learn of the complex web of holy curses, familial trauma, and quest to halt an impending magical catastrophe which sets ingrid apart from her.

how long do you plan for your novel to be?

i don’t have much in the way of a length-goal for the novel in particular, but more generally i think the story could work well as a duology, with one story focused on maria and the other on ingrid.

what’s your novel’s aesthetic?

ooo, that’s a fun one. i have a pinterest board which does a decent job of encapsulating it, but think along the lines of gritty detective drama meets urban fantasy meets sweet sapphic romance.

what other stories inspired your novel?

the very earliest, basic idea of kids hunting a sleeping magical figure came from the raven cycle, but the story has spiralled drastically beyond that since then so the link has become very, very tenuous. other influences include fairy tales such as fitcher’s bird (+ a variety of other ‘rescued by the sister’ types).

who is your protagonist?

i consider maria and ingrid to be joint-protagonists, so here is a brief run down of both-

maria quintana:

- naive + sheltered; not much experience with the world beyond her hometown, so being forced to spend her summer in a big city in a foreign country isn’t exactly her idea of a good time

- daughter of two artists who rebelled against their families to be together; they want her to be better, she wants to be the same, and her cold-hearted aunt wants to warp her into something else entirely

- tall hipster lesbian gf

ingrid merlero piuma:

- laid-back + ‘eccentric’; changed entirely by the death of her mother a year before the events of the novel to become more aloof and self-focused, motivated by spite for her father

- middle of three sisters, all of whom have an agenda against their tyrannical father and rebel in different ways; she uses laziness as a weapon to diminish his control over her

- short punk bisexual gf

who is their closest ally?

maria and ingrid act as each other’s allies, plus a small gaggle of strange boys maria ends up living across the hall from (matei, evan, sal + dajuan) and ingrid’s sisters, sirena (elder) and jordana (younger)

who is their main enemy?

maria’s personal enemy is her aunt arabella, who drags her away to a highly academic summer school in a distant city in the hopes to mould maria in her own image (what maria actually gains from this trip is a quirky girlfriend and intimate experience with the darker strains of magic); ingrid’s primary enemy is her father, whom she suspects of being involved in dubious criminal activity as well as more generally being a control-obsessed patriarch; the sleeping sorcerer at the heart of said dubious criminal activity is the eventual enemy for both.

what do they want more than anything?

maria wishes to follow her own heart and desires unhindered, living a romanticised version of life in which she avoids all pitfalls and suffering; ingrid wishes to move into her own place and not have to worry about generational curses any more.

why can’t they have it?

maria, as one might guess, is more entrenched in fantasy than reality, and has yet to understand that reality is more complex than what she desires and therefore she can never live entirely free of hurt; ingrid’s father is into some dodgy stuff and she and her sisters feel an obligation to stop him from hurting anyone else before they get on with their own lives

what do they wrongly believe about themselves?

maria believes she is infallible and untouchable, beyond the touch of the harsh realities of life which affect everyone around her; ingrid feels obliged to act as a saviour and impede every one of her father’s schemes, as well as having a myriad of self-esteem and confidence issues stemming from the trauma of her father’s emotional abuse and manipulation

draw your protagonist! (or share a description)

whoops i may do digital art but i am yet to draw either of these babes-

maria: lanky lady (5”11), hispanic-coded (story set in a fantasy world, not real world), the fluffiest hair imaginable on a human being, eyes that she considers dull and pebble-y but which ingrid cornily compares to the pristine cuorren sea, freckles everywhere, makes and patchily mends her own clothes to imitate her parents’ messy artfulness

ingrid: short queen (5”4-5), hispanic-coded with a slightly darker complexion than maria, shoulder-length black hair (often twisted back into the smallest ponytail on the face of the earth), lighter green eyes, also peppered with freckles, wears the same plain jeans and shirt everywhere, every day, much to the chagrin of maria

plot points

what is the internal conflict?

maria must come to terms with the harsh realities of life and the flawed way in which she sees the world; ingrid must overcome family-related trauma and not project her pain onto maria

what is the external conflict?

maria’s family conflict with her aunt; ingrid’s struggle against her father; the eventual conflict with the (no longer) sleeping sorcerer

what is the worst thing that could happen to your protagonist?

maria could have her romanticised illusions of life shattered suddenly and horrifically as opposed to broken down gradually (ie a sudden tragedy befalling herself, ingrid, her parents); ingrid could be forever trapped by something or someone even after she escapes her father, cursed to never have her own personal freedom

what secret will be revealed that changes the course of the story?

i haven’t settled on the specifics yet, but it will be ingrid revealing one of her many personal secrets to maria in a way that completely changes maria’s view of her and, subsequently, their relationship; this could be the death of ingrid’s mother, the abuse from her father, her father’s madness and obsession with the sleeping sorcerer, or another, slightly smaller secret

do you know how it ends?

i have revised a few potential endings, but am yet to pick on the specifics; so far it is still a vague idea

what is the theme?

found family, fantasy vs reality, personal freedom vs duty to community, different types of love and relationship, death and mortality

what is a recurring symbol?

imagery of birds may be stereotypical, but it’s my favourite, and features heavily in a novel called ‘blackbird’ (this... should not be surprising) - different birds are associated with different characters and relationships, and are used to signal/foreshadow events attached to their respective characters. blackbirds themselves are attached to ingrid.

where is the story set? (share a description!)

the name of the city where it’s set is cuorren, which i once described to a friend as ‘seaside rome with a gang problem’ - here are a few images i assembled on the pinterest board which have inspired the setting:

do you have any images or scenes in your mind already?

i know the opening scenes more or less off by heart; i also have maria + ingrid’s first kiss, the first time maria visits ingrid’s troubled house, and a few other cutesy scenes of them together (i... should probably write more off this story beyond romantic escapades...)

what excites you about this story?

the themes are very important to me personally and i love that i get to express them through the medium of sapphic romance and dark fantasy, two of my greatest joys in life!

tell us about your usual writing method!

it doesn’t exist

uhhh... i have a planning document on the go and the first few scenes set out, but honestly every time i try to write beyond them, i panic and feel like i don’t know what i’m doing and go back to the plan. so i guess that makes me a planner over a pantser. which, believe me, has not always been true!
