Cheating

Might seem strange for a first post...but I want to talk about cheating. Has anyone else with BPD noticed a pattern of emotional or physical cheating in their relationships? I have and I’m just now starting to make the connections as to why I felt that urge and what it could have to do with my illness. What was the backlash like if any? How did it make you feel about yourself? Have you managed to break the cycle? What are your thoughts on BPD and cheating? Comment your thoughts I’d love to hear xx

Hello my people!! Just a little update on your girl here. Meds upped a bit.. so I’m now 200mg Lamotrogine, 40mg Prozac and I’m trying trazadone for my sleep. I’m defiantly more energetic, I actually have a tan already this year!! AMAZING for me. I’m not out in public or anything like around a lot of people it’s mostly walks with the hubby but still it’s huge. My binge eating is under control and my picking is way less, so both of those are positive. Still doing my group therapies and regular appointments with my psychiatrist HUGE NEWS: this morning I got the call for my program orientation and to get my start date finally. It’s been 7 months on the list and I’m just ready to dive in and see where I end up. I’m ready and I’m excited!! You’ll be along for the ride with me as you have been... 18 weeks, 5 days a week of intensive therapies. 🙏🏻💕😊

Blog?

So, I know I have, like, 3 followers, but I'm thinking of starting a blog on Blogger.com. I feel like this is the only platform I can use to try and signal boost it maybe. It'll be a chatty blog wear I discuss anything and everything that pops to mind, but I will definitely be discussing things like mental illness, gender stereotypes, presentation of women in media and sexuality etc... I'm not sure if it will be read by anyone but I might just try and do it anyway. I’m making this blog about Borderline Personality Disorder so I can learn more about myself and start discussions with other Borderlines. I’m going to try to post something everyday that has to do with BPD and start a conversation about the things in life we deal with. I’d like to talk about how it affects relationships, what our train of thought is like, daily maintenance of the disorder, and triggers etc. One of the goals is that a lot of people will see this and we can all share our insight on our illness and help others who are struggling and or/newly diagnosed and what not. This makes my current self make a lot more sense. My depression is currently in remission as my psychiatrist says, but i still have problems concentrating and remembering stuff (which might just be my adhd but i feel like it's not just that). I wanna know how long it can take to get my concentration and memory back on track.
